5.52km from Club MonacoOverall experience was above average. Walls were super thin, inconsistency with room sizes, and poor quality of the room in general. We experienced cigarette smells from our neighbor as well. Hotel was very accommodating and did what the could with what they had. We can tell that the hotel was either lacking in resources or poorly organized/managed. Location is great and security/ hostess were welcoming and shoutout Jay from security as well.
5.59km from Club MonacoIt is very good location and just walk 3 minutes to Bay front Park, It is amazing location 👍👍👍
5.64km from Club MonacoWe checked into Beaux Arts in the evening after moving from another hotel. Overall, disappointing on so many levels. Check-in: one of the WORST and inefficient check-in experiences we've ever had of any hotel five star or not. We sat down, gave our name to get checked in, and then the young lady at the front desk proceeded to type away at the computer for about 15 min, without a word what she was doing. Finally we asked her what was going on and her response was she was trying to get our room allocated for our reservation that we paid for already. She also made a few calls to a manager to try and make this happen. After another 15 min or so she offered to put us in another room to wait while she completed this. At this point it was already 10;30pm and we were tired and hungry. We politely declined since we did not want to move from room-to-room and told her we were going to grab some food while she figured this out. Room: Ah where do I start. So many issues. We have slightly different schedules (one a night owl and one early riser) and had booked this hotel because we wanted a large suite that will enable each person to do their own thing without disturbing the other. This room was designed very poorly. The bathroom had no door and a huge floor to ceiling frosted glass wall separating the bed from the bathroom. This means at night anyone who wants to shower or use the toilet needs to turn on the light in the bathroom that ends up shining onto the bed. Same with the bedroom from the living room. There was frosted glass wall on one side of the bed and frosted glass door on the other side. Essentially anyone in the living room could not turn on lights without shining light into the bedroom. Bathroom sink outside handle was broken as well. The sinks were sensored but one sink would not stay on and would turn off after 30 seconds or so. Also both sinks would not drain which we asked to have looked at but was never addressed. Service: Extremely slow. All requests took at least 20-30 min before anything would show up or I had to call multiple times because requests were forgotten or not communicated. We had issues with the Bose TV where the cable would just keep jumping. We called multiple times and had this looked at. We got a range of people who showed up that didn't speak any English, or were told that the TV just needed to be reset (which we did twice to no avail). We finally just gave up on this. I woke up one morning to very strong fumes of paint. Called the front desk and told them this in which they responded that they were not doing any painting. I had them send someone to check and two individuals showed up that could not speak any English and they just offered to spray the room with air freshener. After miming and hand motions I was able to communicate that I wanted to know what the source was to the smell since paint fumes are poisonous. They sent some maintenance people to look at our air filters during which they

5.69km from Club MonacoLet me tell you a little bit about my experience with this company that i would never book with them again. First of all It was over price they don’t specify in the website that the cleaning fee it’s not include in the total price, i ended up paying $261.00 extra on my booking just on resort fees and cleaning fee. Aparently the resort fees was $50.00 per night which it tells in the website when booking but the cleaning fee of $161.00 they don’t tell anything at all. Another thing they don’t tell what kind of apartment you get and have to wait upon arrival to know, they ended up giving me a studio which I didn’t like at all. At the end My stay was really bad and ended up paying in total around $600 for the stay. At airbnb another website for stays it was going to cost me even cheaper and i completely regret it that i booked through this company.

5.72km from Club MonacoIt’s just a black shop! I am a Marriott member, and I have lived in many hotels at home and abroad. For the first time, I encountered such a bad hotel with chaotic management! On the first night of the night, I went out to eat, the room was pressed, please do not disturb, came back and found that the waiter had entered, and there were 2 bottles of water, but the wallet was stolen 500 knives! Reacted with the lobby manager, and there was no result until check out! My friend was stolen a famous brand of clothes. The five-star hotel waiter sneaked into the room, it was terrible! Let me talk about breakfast. When I checked in, I introduced 75 knives a day. I didn’t eat it all day, but I was deducted every day on the bill. The person who checked out said that I was looking for someone to check in! Also inexplicably deducted 254 knives! It’s just that!

Hotels Near Club Monaco In Miami Review
This is a relatively new hotel, located in the business district of Miami, although it is in a busy city, but the sound insulation is good. The design of the room is relatively new, surrounded by glass, even the ceiling lights are mirrored, the bathroom is also a mirror on all sides, to be honest, a little dizzy, and a little scary. There are a lot of snacks to buy and you will be charged automatically. If you need a refrigerator and a staff member to send it to the house, it is OK.
The parking fee is 25 dollars. The bed is very comfortable, there is a park next to the walk. The environment is OK. Half an hour walk from the city center. The waiters are also very welcoming. There is breakfast, but I did not buy it.
Extra points for the waffle maker. Free shuttle was helpful. Walking distance to a small shopping plaza. Restaurant next door and car rental across the street. Worked well for us.
I had an amazing time at this hotel. The quality of everything was excellent, the concierge downstairs was really on top of it. Paul made sure that I was having a great time throughout my stay at this hotel.
Excellent stay. Located just 10 minutes from the Miami Airport. Airport shuttle was easy to use. It stops at specific locations outside of baggage claim and drops off at several Marriott hotels all located in the same complex. Room was modern and spacious. Good choice for pre-cruise hotel offering shuttle service to Port of Miami. No shuttle to Port Everglades where our ship left from but it was a reasonable $38 Uber ride.
The hotel is very good, very new, the facilities are also very complete, there is a washing machine dryer open kitchen, etc.; there is a balcony facing the street view, but sleep is not noisy. The entrance to the hotel is also very well laid out. We are a little more expensive for the price set on the same day. It should be more cost-effective in advance.
Good location, very close to the airport, the room is clean and tidy, overall better than other car hotels, will also choose this brand of motel to live, not bad
Great location next to the airport on what appears to be a little island with a beautiful view if you have a flight in and out of Miami super clean and friendly hotel one of the better Hilton family brands. As a Hilton honor gold member and a member of the Hilton I can make a better program five star location and staff I was greeted by Stephanie immediately gave me two bags of waters and snacks and upgraded me to a family two-bedroom room when she heard I was picking up my fiance and daughter at the airport. Pays to be a Hilton family member!
It is too bad there are so many issues at this hotel. It is a budget friendly, new - with extremely comfortable rooms, and very helpful, kind maid service. It is outside airport which didn’t seem to bother us since we had a car and have lived recently in Miami for fifteen years so we know our way around. The first bad impression was a Saturday check in where it seemed like none of the rooms were ready until 3 PM. We returned at 3 PM with at least a ten person line with one front desk employee. It was the most unorganized chaotic slow check in I can think of in recent memory. It took a good 35 minutes or more to receive room key. The good news. The rooms are clean and modern. The bad news. There is a serious lack of security at hotel. There is an element in front of hotel that is very concerning, probably sometime criminal that is very unnerving. Why there is zero security in front is beyond me. Our first reservation was for six nights and was open ended. We stayed for a total of two weeks. It is absurd we continually had to recheck into front desk every other day with a new reservation to supply the same credit card , and sign the same authorization paper over and over again. They kept cancelling our card key to enter hotel, and room every other day. We had nonstop conversation with front desk that assured us our room key would work to return to parking garage at 10 PM to find yet another red light to enter hotel. There is no intercom so you have to go outside in front of cars, speakers thumping, unauthorized people hustling rides, etc. One night we brought our dog back who was staying with friend. It was one of those nights were card key flashed red. We had to leave garage to front of hotel again. My husband waited in front while I dealt with same key issue again. He and my little Havanese dog were attacked right in front of hotel by a unleashed pit bull. It had a collar on but we do not know who it belonged to. It charged my husband and grabbed my dog by the back and shook it like a rag doll. He was able to scare the dog who dropped our Havanese but continued to try to charge my husband until he suddenly ran away. We told the hotel. We called the police. We returned our dog to our friend to watch. The front of hotel is not safe. The last straw we are leaving tomorrow morning was to return for probably the fifth time again after being promised our key would work until our Monday departure. Wrong! 10 PM red light flashing again on entrance from parking garage. I am seeing red now. So many conversations, same old problem. The front desk guy who knew my problem said call Expedia and complain. They are breaking down reservation into multiple nights. I said I have been here two weeks and have voiced my complaints. He shook his head. Beyond frustrating!! I am a loyal Kimpton lover. This was dreadful.
This price is very affordable, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway by train. The only bad thing is that I stayed for three nights. No one came to clean the room for you. When the garbage was full, I changed my garbage bag.
Awesome hotel with big rooms and new facilities. The first floor of Building No. 6 we lived in was a mini golf course and inland lake. The view was superb. There are a variety of activities to participate in every day. The bar has free drinks and snacks. The pool is open until 11 pm, and the pool opposite Trump Hotel can be shared, but unfortunately we have not enjoyed the trip. It is a pity. The hotel is 15-20 minutes by car from the airport, there is nothing to visit around, there are two shopping centers about 3 minutes by car, there are supermarkets and restaurants, the hotel provides free shuttle, but you must contact the driver by phone.
Come out to play alone, thank the hotel for the wonderful enjoyment provided to me.
The two brothers at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.
The rooms are comfortable and clean, and there is no problem with the service. The most important thing is the location of the hotel, which is really convenient for downtown Miami, and there are many options for ordering. Miami is not a big place. You can go anywhere you want within 20 dollars by taxi.
I especially like the decoration style of the room, and the lobby is also very artistic. highly recommended. Will consider staying next time.
This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. I booked the hotel through a third party servicer, hotels.com, and read the fine print as I do not like unexpected fees. No other fees were associated. Additionally I go onto the the hotels website to find out that there is no free breakfast being offered due to the pandemic. For the amount being paid I was a little taken a back, however It was too late to change the reservation. When I arrived at the hotel I learned that there was an additional $50 fee associated with my booking. Ok, paid, a little irritated that this wasn’t notated but no problem. Lastly, the “breakfast” that was being offered was pretty much a bagged lunch with a bagel, pastry and some other childish foods. This was not the topping on the cake. When I arrived in my room I noticed that the surfaces had stains on them, some of the towels were dirty, and the garbage had not been taken out from a previous guest which led me to believe that the room had not been disinfected or sanitized. This is totally unacceptable considering Florida accounts for many of the new COVID cases. On Saturday the 17th I left my room only to come back and find that my key no longer worked. When I went downstairs to ask why they told me I only had a reservation for 1 night. Mind you previously to this I had paid for 3 nights, received confirmation from hotels.com, in addition to a $50 fee so at this point I was fuming. While hotel staff checked to see what days my reservation was actually for I called the corporate office to make a complaint. After staff had come back they informed me that for some reason I had several different reservations. I would need to check back in each day of my stay and pay a $50 fee additionally. I was not having it. The manager offered no resolve to the situation regarding the cleanliness, the reservation mess, nor any relief for the additional day to day $50 basically leaving me no choice but to check out on a whim and find other accommodations. Beware, staff is incompetent, not customer service oriented, the rooms leave you to question wether proper policy and procedure is being implemented to keep COVID cases down, and hotels.com does no better in helping to resolve the situation. I had a much better experience at the Embassy down the street and the Sheraton as well. Do not book here or through hotels.com
We were here to bring my son for services at the Nicklaus Children's Hospital, so not quite a vacation. In looking for a hotel, we wanted: 1. A suite so that my son could go to bed at his usual bedtime but we could stay up. 2. A dining table in the room so that we could get dinner (COVID times, not going to eat in a restaurant if possible). 3. No mandatory valet parking 4. Hotel must be within 3 miles of Nicklaus Children's Hospital With that criteria, there were approximately 2 hotels that had rooms available. We tried the Hyatt House a few months ago and found it dreary, so we came to the Hampton Inn this time. Overall, we liked it better than the Hyatt House. We were on the 7th floor, and our suite was bright and airy. It had been recently remodeled, although the hallway and rest of the hotel certainly had obvious signs of heavy wear. The beds, including the sofa bed, were comfortable. The bathroom was new and felt very clean and comfortable. Shower water pressure was more than adequate. I liked that there was a sticker across the door indicating that the room had been sanitized prior to our arrival (this is standard for all Hilton properties that I've seen lately). It wasn't perfect. The complimentary internet was slow. There is construction going on on the 1st and 2nd floors, and you certainly could hear it during the day. The complimentary breakfast was okay. You cannot self-serve the food (a good thing), but the menu that you fill out does not have everything available on it, so you have to verbally ask for things like fruit, yogurt, or waffle batter, and whether or not you get what you ask for is up for debate. There still is the option of hot eggs and potatoes every morning. Coffee and hot beverages are self-serve, but you need to wear gloves (but pretty much no one seemed to notice that sign, and enforcement wasn't great). I can't complain too much about free things, but I wouldn't go out of my way to go here for this free breakfast. Until COVID is subdued, this will be our hotel for any future Nicklaus Children's Hospital visits.
Great downtown location for our team during the boat show. Condo was in excellent shape and very clean. Accommodations included a nice pool, clean gym, and parking included in the package. All three rooms in the condo have plenty of space and the master has floor to ceiling windows with excellent views of the city and cruise terminal. Another plus is Brightline train terminal is only 2 blocks from the condo. We will be staying here again.
Excellent location, big clean rooms and surprisingly quiet considering the location!
The exterior of the hotel does not seem to be safe, but the environment itself is good, with a swimming pool, bar, and parking. When I checked in, the front desk said that the parking lot was charged. I mumbled that when I booked Ctrip, there was free parking in the hotel! And turned out the Ctrip page to view, and then said to her "What to do? It's all in Chinese, you can't understand it!" I did not expect the little girl to say "Oh, then I believe you" and forfeit our parking fees! So I do n’t know if it should be collected! The hotel rooms are a few small houses with color, very artistic, but the front desk said that the room I booked was a public toilet, and I did not see this description after checking Ctrip's introduction. It wasn't until I turned to Ctrip's "If the hotel is unavailable, please show this message", and opened the message in English, only to find there was a note there! Ctrip hurts people! The house without a toilet is a one-bedroom, or top floor, pointed roof, accidentally meeting, facilities are extremely simple, except for a bed, two bedside tables, that is, a pole with several hangers, no table, no wardrobe . I don't know if it would be better to have a separate toilet. The location is in the city center, close to the airport and the terminal.
The hotel is in a nice location, lots of things near by. Be aware of following things :
- u can’t get early checkin because their staff starts working after 10am and it takes like 3 hours to clean . So that’s a no .
- their hallways are actually quite dirty . Which was not pleasant to see .
- overall design of hotel is quite modern but again the dirty carpets were just bad to see .
I have been in this hotel for about a month now, the stay literally go out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable. I have stayed in many places and never gotten service this excellent. They are friendly, and very professional. The front desk staff and day time manager are my favorite. The rooms are beautiful, bathroom has the perfect vanity / lighting. It's very safe you need a key to get into the hotel and elevators, rooftop is very cute, and the lobby / elevators always smell great. I suggested this hotel to my friends who were visiting and they also loved it and said they will be back. The thing ill miss most about this place is the staff.
First off, I stayed here Super Bowl weekend so the prices of every place to stay was about 4 times the average so I can't comment if the place is worth the price. Shalimar is located in a nice few blocks. My wife and I walked to Starbucks in the morning each day. The neighborhood did not look bad at all during the day. I couldn't get a good read on it at night since we just came back and went to bed but compared to other parts of Miami it did not look too bad. The people at check inn was very kind. We received a "gift bag" of an activity guide and chips and cookies which was cute. It was also nice having free onsite parking. The room was pretty basic. Tile floors which I like because carpet floors can get nasty if places don't clean them. The bathroom was a little outdated but it was clean. Once again, I wasn't expecting the Ritz. The location is also great. We were able to take a cheap Uber to South Beach and other different areas in Miami. Now for the drawbacks. The biggest issue was the walls in the room are super thin. I was hearing people in the rooms above me for most of the night and it was getting difficult to sleep. There was no phone in room thus calling down would be very difficult. The TV and cable was also very sub par. I don't go on vacation to watch TV but it was hard to find the news or watch some TV before bed at night. It also seemed like they were very tight when it came to pillows and towels because it was difficult to receive extra pillows and towels. In summary, I would recommend this motel to people depending on the overall price. Like I said we were here Super Bowl weekend so the prices were inflated. You pay for good location, parking, and a semi-decent roof over your head.
Staff was extremely rude and judge mental. Other than this, good location and amazing room. I would’ve had a better experience if I wasn’t greeted right away with a bad staff.
Very ideal location, amenities and service was great. Very clean
I loved it the staff were great food was great room was better I’ll definitely be coming back
the only thing i did not like was the hours, they charge $10 if you come after hours the hotel needs to change this. other than that i had a good stay. good staff and clean rooms just please don't charge extra fees.
I enjoyed this hotel it was easy getting into the room, we got our deposit back same day, room was nice and clean everything worked, the staff was very polite, I will definitely book this room again even the hallway was nice

It is a nice hotel. It gives bottle water each day and the cookies are so delicious. The pool is nice, but I can not use because of the rain. Only one thing, I don't like. I need to pay the parking $7 for each night.
A large hotel that would benefit from renovation as furniture and fixtures are showing their age. Kitchen is very small and not well equipped. Breakfast is basic as is Happy Hour. Staff is friendly and helpful.
