Good location for nightlife. The view from the balcony is also good. Good thing, these two are the end. The interior of the building is very old because it is unmanaged. There are many Chinese people inside the building, so it is inconvenient to use the elevator. It's particularly annoying when I use it at mealtimes. Room condition is special. I used to buy toiletries personally. The bottom line .... I thought it would be better to stay at the hotel to add to this money.

I stayed here previously in 2012 and experienced an enjoyable stay. However this has all changed on my most recent visit. I asked for a quiet room at the back which was certainly quiet but the view was of a brick wall 30cm away and made the room very claustrophobic. I was experiencing the aftermath of food poisoning and spent the night vomiting. I was due to checkout the next day but I was too exhausted to do so and remained in my room. Yet no one came to see if I'd vacated the room. I managed to stagger to the phone on the landing to explain and asked if someone could bring me some cola. The staff member who brought it grudgingly to my room seemed to have a bad attitude, as if it was my fault that I'd been puking my guts up all night! I won't be returning.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. It's a 5 minute walk to Robinson Mall. 7-Eleven is also within walking distance. I think it's better to choose a room with a window. We have toothbrushes, shampoo and soap. I don't have a hair dryer, so I think it would be better to bring one from Japan. I have short hair, so it didn't bother me because it got hot when I was walking outside and it dries in about 5 minutes.

I was in StayMalate, but I was in the hotel's room, and I was in the hotel's room. The rooftop is super nice, you can eat a curry chicken with rice for 3 or 4 euros or other dishes. You can also make yourself eat, but given the price of the prepared meals, it's a pity to eat too much cooked meal pasta as the French I've seen recently. The toilets are very clean everywhere and the bathroom is also clean every day. The hotel is a very good hotel and is very comfortable and very comfortable. The Jeepney's stops are down the street and will bring you all over Manila, and 7/Eleven everywhere. For noise sensitives, provide Quies balls because there is noise at night in the street, but it's all the same or take a bed that doesn't give on the street. From the day the I made a reservation in this hotel they’ve been very helpful, Cherrie gave us lot of informations to make sure that my mom’s stay will be enjoyable and comfortable despite of quarantine situation. Unfortunately i had to cancel my reservation because my mom’s flight is canceled by the airline. Luckily there’s Chiqah and Rosie from front office associate who’s been very kind and understanding. They help us to sort out the problem regarding our reservation. Thank you so much again. 😊 Travelling nowadays with this COVID situation is already stressful but it became less when we encountered people like them. Encore merci beaucoup !! Adriatico Arms is a wonderful haven for those who need a relatively budget-friendly stay that places you in close proximity to major food spots, a mall, and Luneta Park. I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights and I must say that I loved my stay. They gave me Room 204, which was just beside the 2nd floor landing. The room is relatively small, but spacious enough. I booked a Double Room, and it had a great hot/cold shower, a television set with HDMI and USB ports (great for casting your streaming videos from a phone). It also had a couple of arm chairs and a small round wooden table (which I used for my work laptop). Bathroom has no fan vent so best buy a deodorizer spray to keep it smelling nice. The room was clean. Nothing fancy, nothing frivolous, but it definitely served its purpose. Air-conditioning is great too. The hotel exudes a very rustic, homey feel. Dark wood definitely dominates the design, and reminds me in a way of some old Spanish stores and hotels. Again, simple. No frills. And I love it! No lift/elevator between floors, but the climb is so short so it's not an issue. Plus the staff are there to help, despite the pandemic climate (reduced manpower). Staff is very courteous! And while there is no regular housekeeping staff at night (reducer manpower during the pandemic), the front desk person is very accommodating with our questions. Internet connectivity is great. Not the best, for sure, but works well for the purpose I needed it for (I am able to stream movies and Netflix with almost no interruption). The hotel had a café on the ground floor and you'll see this once you enter the main door. Wasn't able to try and sample the dining experience as I am working at night and asleep for most of the day. I had my food delivered via the Grab app, and was only required to pick my delivery up from the first floor. There's a 7'11 store nearby where I got my water and snacks from. As always, I always recommend buying a spray can of lysol from the convenience store to just give the room a spray - especially your bed, regardless of what hotel you book in. This gives you extra peace of mind. Being smack right in the busy city of Manila, there's definitely a lot of street noise. Was pleased to be given a room towards the back of the hotel so there's less of that, but it's not an issue for me as I knew that I'm booking a city hotel and noise reduction will be almost impossible with such a small property. Overall, I LOVED my stay. This hotel is perfect for someone who is independent and has simple needs. Thank you to the staff who made my stay very pleasant and respected my need for privacy and to not be disturbed for anything.

As the title says, I read the hotel reviews on this website and booked here, did I miss anything? I know there are few reviews here, but these reviews are basically very high. First of all, this hotel is really bad, unless you come here to date your wife or girlfriend. But this is not mentioned for the time being, because this review is for the hotel. Let me talk about the shortcomings first: *The staff at the front desk was completely useless when checking in. *Restaurant staff on the lobby floor service attitude is very poor, no matter how much you tip. *I called the front desk to ask questions and the answer I got - there were ”yes” and ”no”. *There was a very noisy loud noise at night...so if you are dating a girl, it is not suitable. *There are a lot of hateful taxi drivers, security guards and shopping guides trying to convince you to go somewhere and they can get kickbacks for it. *The restaurant on the 2nd floor is really not very good. *All floors have housekeeping stations so it is noisy early in the day. *There is a bedding cleaning station on the 7th floor, so it will be very noisy. *There was a front desk lady who was really stupid and she told us that we checked out one day. When I felt really bored, I decided to stay here for the last night. The front desk lady who checked us out was the front desk person in charge. She didn't ask us why we left early or whether we were happy. It was even worse. What really upset us was that we also told her specifically that we wanted a government-licensed yellow taxi. We did this because we had an incident in Manila and felt unsafe. She then said she would help us find a yellow taxi. The taxi she found was indeed yellow, but not government-licensed, and the meter was broken (cannot be used). We wanted to turn on the meter all the way, the driver wanted to collect more money than the meter, but we quarreled again. He wanted to go another way, but I also said no. He smelled of alcohol and drove crazy. So this hotel gets two stars because housekeepers know how to smile and say hello to everyone. Although housekeepers may not understand English, their smiles light up the room. I think housekeepers should teach the front desk staff of the hotel how to serve more intimate and polite.

Hotel a bit difficult to find. There is no street entrance. The reception is on the 2nd floor. You have to go through a small corridor with a money changer. The staff is friendly like almost everywhere in the Philippines 🇵🇭. There is Wi-Fi, shower, with 💦 🔥 hot water. A small 📺 television and we are in manila. You can find better for the same price when we arrived. We were offered a room with bunk beds because there was a booking error. But everything was back to normal when we came back in the evening we had a room with a double bed

The hotel service is superb. No problem there. Swimming pool is a joke. It's not even inside the hotel. It's next to the stage and appears to have been the old place where they held their sea lions. Ginawang pool lng. The rooms are average. Biggest problem is that it hasn't decided if it's a room for kids and family or a honeymoon suite. The shower even when the door is closed leaks a lot of water so the entire bathroom is wet. The most disappointing is the actual Ocean Park. Limited animals and attractions. The show itself is limited to birds and 2 sea lions who do a few tricks for snacks. OK naman un show but the mere fact that they let their audience burn in the hot summer sun for 30min and the show is merely that is severely disappointing. They can't even pay for a good tent cover.

This hotel's name is actually just ”Hotel Sogo Malate”, not sure where the Quirino came from. It's on Mabini Street. I originally booked for 3 nights but then extended for another 3 nights because it was a good price and not far from Robinson's mall. The food is brought to your room via room service. All wrapped in cling film. Just like the old quarantine days. Not particularly good quality but arrived quickly. Staff In the hotel were generally helpful and friendly. Handy 7Eleven opposite. Trike drivers also hanging around there. Don't bother haggling with them. Just jump into any passing Jeepney and get off at Robin's mall, for 12 pesos .

Executive Hotel is located just behind Sheraton hotel, previously Pan Pacific Hotel in Malate.I loved the location as it is surrounded by restaurants and bars.Robinson is just a few minutes walk away so it is exceptionally convenient. The room and the hostel is very clean. The staff is nice and very helpful especially Ms. Marivic. There's free water (hot & cold) and also coffee everyday. There's also ref inside the room. May 7 eleven din sa labas ng building. And they have good wifi connection. 8 hostel is perfect for those who are looking for a cheap place to stay yet safe, comfy, and clean. I was a walk in cause first hotel I had messed up my reservation and next I tried was Quarantine ONLY. So hotel is modern, big rooms, I had a balcony so all good but lots of good concrete hotels. What stood out was the efficient friendly staff. Doorman/Bellman ”Jade” was the best, 100% on the ball. Made sure I was squared away. On the front desk ”Cel” & ””Carla” both excellent nice efficient. I am sure other staff were good but these three shone. They are the kind of staff every hotel wants. Yes next run to Manila I will stay there just for these folks.

My stay at Ola Hostel left me with a rather disappointing impression overall. While there were a few redeeming features, several issues made it a less than enjoyable experience. Firstly, the evening atmosphere in the lobby was simply lackluster. There was no music or any form of entertainment, which created a somewhat lifeless environment. This made it quite challenging to socialize with other guests or even just relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. While they advertised a ”free breakfast” offering, the catch was that it was only available until 9 am. For travelers who like to sleep in or take their mornings at a leisurely pace, this limited breakfast window could be a significant inconvenience. Another noticeable drawback was the apparent disinterest of the hostel staff after breakfast hours. It felt as though they didn't want to be bothered with guest inquiries or assistance, which can leave guests feeling unsupported and unwelcome. On a more positive note, my room had a veranda, which was a pleasant feature and provided a nice place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. In conclusion, while the room with a veranda was a plus, the dead evening lobby, absence of music, restricted breakfast hours, and the staff's disengagement during certain times significantly impacted my overall experience at Ola Hostel, making it a less-than-ideal choice for my stay.

I booked online, upon check in FO staffs said they don’t received yet my booking confirmation, I showed confirmation but she is hesitant to look at it, as she said should be on her system. So I wait for a while, by the way it’s past 6 pm .. and tired from airport. Room is spacious, comfortable king size bed. Limited time room amenities, garbage on side table not cleared, trash still in the bin, toilet not so clean and disposable slippers is open and used. At this point, I’m more disappointed. Breakfast is not so well. Below average in same hotel categories. The bread are nice, looks homemade. Most of staffs are trainee. Bellman, concierge are willing and ready to assist always.

This is the second time we are staying in this hotel. The last time was last June and we exactly had the same problem still. The last time we went here, they mentioned that wifi is not working since there's something that needs to be fixed. Fast forward to 4 months later, the lady in the front desk presented the wifi username and password but when we tried to connect, no internet still. The last time we went here, they gave us a different remote to the TV. Now, we got the right remote but lady mentioned that it's not cable TV but we can watch something thru the net. Poof. It's also not connected. The beds are comfy tho but pillows' too thin. The faucet in the sink was damaged. They don't have other amenities. Location is okay if you want to explore UST, quiapo, or divisoria. Overall, value for money, we've stayed to other hotels with way better deals than here.

We recently stayed here and celebrated our Birthday and Wedding Anniversary and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, their professionalism was outstanding. We truly appreciate Mr. Jason (pool area attendant) for taking care of us and offering drinks even though we were the only ones at the pool at that time. We also commend Ms. Marivic and her team, especially their dining area supervisor, for serving our food. Special mention to Ms. Sheila, who serenaded us during dinner. The rooms were luxurious, well-maintained, and offered stunning views. Every interaction with the staff left a positive impression, making our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service and welcoming atmosphere.

Excellent price and room despite lack of most complimentary sundries you expect from hotels. For a price of just around 15 US dollars I got a family sized suite with a double bed and a bunk bed. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, however, the property has been having problems providing toiletries. In my first visit last August, there was absolutely no toiletries provided, but in this recent visit this September, a complete set was provided. This was not such a big issue for me though, since I usually carry around my own hygiene kit. But what I keep coming back for in this property is the surprisingly excellent food they provide, which is absolute home-cooked goodness. Overall, despite the shortcomings, the pros of this property far outweighs the cons. Overall
