The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, and the meal is convenient. If you have a day or two day tour with the group, walk 2 to 3 minutes from the meeting place. The hotel room is slightly smaller, but the setting is good, especially with a small balcony! Warm service, people are very NICE

The Vancouver hotel in July is particularly expensive. The private bathroom room booked 5 months in advance, 1300+ one night is good value for money, the location is very good, in the city center, to Canada Square, gas town, luxury street is walking As for the construction around the hotel, there is no noise, the room is small but clean and tidy.

Good! In the city center, it is very convenient to go anywhere, the living is very comfortable, the front desk is very warm, go early, help us save the luggage, and take out the map, tell us where to go. well! I just don’t know if it’s because Ctrip’s house price is cheaper than other houses, and the room is facing the ice machine. It’s a bit noisy!

Very good hotel. The experience is perfect. The rooms are refreshing and pleasant. The scenery is beautiful. The sea and city views are in the field of view. There are hot spring bubbles in the high-rise outdoor High-end and tall. Recommend everyone to Vancouver to stay in this hotel to experience it. The price is very reasonable and not very expensive. There is a casino in the hotel. As long as you can think of hotels And I booked a one-bedroom suite with mountain view on the first night. On the second night, I booked the most common king-size bed room. As a result, I was upgraded for free because of Christmas. It was equivalent to saving more than 700 for my second night... ...Stay in a mountain view suite for another night The experience was great. And the quality of the room service was excellent. The service was great. The tall hotel with tall service. I already wanted to give all the compliments to this hotel. I have stayed in all hotels throughout Canada. This hotel is the most cost-effective . Five-star service and grade. Three-star four-star price Gave us Christmas gifts

The hotel is new, or at least it was new before the shutdown of the US snd limited travelers in 2020. We stayed 5 nights and will certainly return. Great hotel stay. Super clean, the service was very good, and all staff was really friendly. We traveled with our teenage daughter, and she slept on a rollaway. Very comfortable! We stayed in room 1151, a corner room overlooking the rooftop water garden and the Viator restaurant. The room fills with natural light, but has excellent blackout curtains for those mornings you want to sleep in. The hotel is nestled next to a stadium, an easy walk to the aqua bus, skytrain, and you can easily pick up a taxi downstairs. There is a JW Marriott and a ****** that adjoins to the Douglas, although we did not utilize the ******.The Honey Salt restaurant was good and we dined on two occasions. We utilized the room service breakfast every morning. Delicious, timely and friendly delivery. The location of this hotel was perfect for us. Away from the hustle and bustle, quiet, but easy to get to local activities. Great hotel stay and we lived the guest room!

I recently stayed on Business. The front desk staff are supurb, the restaurant service & food was excellent. The rooms are clean. The tiki theme in the hotel rooms are great, but the rooms show signs if wear & tear.Carpets & furniture can be replaced,in the hallways and in the room. The rooms need updated windows to block out traffic noise, bit annoying. Will stay again. Thank You.

The airport is on the Canadian line, under the town of Yale, and the subway is just across the road. At the door of the hotel, a few minutes to the right, there is a locomotive showroom where the staff warmly introduces Vancouver's tourist attractions. After going through this showroom, walk a few more minutes and get to the beach. This is the water bus, and you can get more than four Canadian dollars to Granville Island. Stroll around the island, walk to the Vancouver Maritime Museum, then walk to the town, take bus number 7, get off at Gastown, walk from Gastown to Canada Square, watch Leap Canada, great, take the Canada Plaza, sit The Canadian line returned to the hotel in two stops. There is no need to talk about the hotel room, comfortable, clean, very comfortable to bathe, breakfast is a set meal, delicious. good service. The hotel staff is warm and courteous.

Breakfast is superb, not taste, is the location of the restaurant, directly to the sea, the taste is Western food order, very good, with a tip of less than one hundred people, feels cheaper than other hotels to buy meals. In addition, this hotel has no relationship with Zhang Aijia. The hotel is the English name of the daughter of the architect more than 100 years ago. Today, Zhang Aijia’s English name is the same as the hotel name. It can be said to be a misleading hotel reservation. However, this hotel is considered to be a famous hotel. The local foreigner also knows it, probably because one of the few hotels on the edge of English Beach, except for the old elevator, it is quite good. The bed was quite big and the room was quite big. There is a parking lot, there may be a charge, I don’t know if I have not paid the bill.

I decided to use this property for an overnight stay as it was close to the Collingwood neighborhood along Kingsway in East Vancouver. The motel is well maintained and a throwback to a great era of drive-in motels. The staff were friendly, courteous and the room offered exactly what I was looking for - a good work desk, a kitchen and space to move around in. The shops and restaurants along this section of Kingsway offer lots of variety with an Asian flair. No worries about self distancing here the motel's grounds and room locations provide lots of space.

Conveniently located! The rooms are large, 40+ square meters, clean and hygienic, beside the road, but not noisy. The beds were wide enough, the softness was moderate, and the pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was well served in western style. Complete facilities, refrigerator, microwave oven, battery stove, cups and saucers, the number of types is not large. Leaving the city center for about 15 minutes, there is 7-11 on the opposite side, and there is a delicate Sushi on the opposite side. It is not expensive. There are food streets and gas stations along 7-11! There is parking lot, CA $ 26 per night, parking space is very wide! Overall worth recommending!

This time at Ctrip.com, this hotel first encountered the problem of Ctrip's promotion of Chinese services and found that there was no Chinese service at all. After communicating with Ctrip, it helped to provide a temporary solution. I did not expect that there was another unpleasant episode during the check-out at the hotel. After the check-in, the front desk did not take the initiative to give me an accommodation bill. To be honest, I did n’t remember to ask, or another guest found that his bill was wrong. It was there that I remembered that I should also take a look at my bill. As a result, there was an error in printing, and I charged 44.47 more for parking. I felt wrong even though my English was not good. They immediately took back the bill and tore it off. They recalculated and printed it out, and then came back. They only returned me 35 yuan and asked why it was not returned in full. Then the front desk tore the bill back again. Then recalculate and print it out correctly. I was very unhappy with their inattentive service. The end result was that they wrote this small note to me, and apologized and explained it. To be honest, I apologize for their apology. I really regret it. I booked this hotel on Ctrip. Ctrip introduced that there is Chinese service. In fact, they did not provide any Chinese service at all. The latter mistake led me to this so-called five-star Wedgewood leisure hotel with ancient European tradition Wedgewood Hotel feels very bad, this is the only regret in my Canadian trip [naughty]

Breakfast is served to all residents, unlike Ctrip’s reservation without breakfast. Ctrip needs to be updated. There is a simple breakfast.

Because the chartered car travels, it is not easy to evaluate the convenience of the location. It is a quiet street. It is a good place to watch the sunset from the sunset beach. In the area where the whole down town should be safe, the famous rainbow is on the edge. Street, we only know when we arrived, just to catch up with the weekend, go to the evening to watch the fun, very fun to say, there are simple Chinese restaurants and Japanese restaurants, fast food restaurants, more bars, many rainbows flag. It is not far from the gas town and Chinatown, and it takes ten minutes to drive. The facilities in the hotel are apartment-type. We have booked two rooms with kitchens. Because there are old people and children, it is really convenient to have a kitchen. A few days before the old man’s time difference, we packed hot porridge from the Chinese restaurant. Once I didn't have porridge, I bought a small packet of rice and came back to cook it myself. It was the most difficult time to get through the safe time. The bed is soft and hard, it is suitable, there are no slippers and toothbrushes, you need to bring your own, the front desk also sells, the hotel is prepared for shampoo conditioner and body lotion. In addition, there are garbage sorting in Canada, which is divided into: general garbage, recycling garbage and kitchen waste. It is described in the kitchen, and it is better to sort it according to the color of the trash can. There is a Sichuan girl at the front desk, very enthusiastic and thoughtful.

It can only be said that it is okay to set foot in downtown Vancouver, not to mention good high-end quality. However, there are many homeless people in the downstairs area at night. Pay attention to the security issue. The card swipe system at the door is not known to be broken or not activated. Anyway, you can go in anyway. I made the awful mistake of booking this hotel for a recent stay. This is my second stay this year. I stayed here back in July and now again in November and nothing has changed, still just as terrible. First, getting to the hotel right now is a nightmare since they are doing construction right next to it. If you have a car good luck trying to park it during the day. I had to park blocks away since the road was closed then walk down the back alley to get into the hotel. I know this isn't the hotel's fault but a heads up would have been nice. Second, the staff is not friendly at all at the front desk. They are also so slow, why does it take like 20mins to check-in. This happened last time and thought things would be better. The hotel itself is gross. The hallways are so dirty and dated, it's cheap for a reason, so beware. The room looks like it's seen better days, the walls have dents, the beds make so much noise, the A/C- Heater is so loud you can't have it on when you sleep. Our room was facing the bridge so its so loud all night and then during the day with construction. Glad this was only for two nights. I will never make the mistake of staying here again. I would not recommend this hotel. I meant to book the GEC Suites like a block or two down, that hotel I would recommend for the same price.

I stayed here for two nights recently for my trip to Vancouver. This was a last-minute booking and my first time here. I chose this hotel over the other I had previously stayed in just for the location. The location is a roughly 5-10min walk to Granville street Skytrain. The location also offers a lot of restaurants nearby and 7-11 and McDonald's which are 24hr if you are hungry in the middle of the night. When I arrived it was just at 11 am and they had my room ready and let me check in early which was nice. The room itself was really small but okay just for one person. The only things I didn't like were the pillows heart my neck being so big and the small shower with a rain head, very inconvenient when you don't want to get your hair wet.....right ladies!!! For sleep quality it was okay, my room faced the Staples right on Seymour it was quite a noisy street to be on so just beware. To note I had only booked for the night but ended up having to stay another the hotel offered me a better rate than what I had originally booked on Expedia for roughly $10 or something less and then also offered me a late check-out.

Breakfast is at the bar downstairs. Western-style set meals. When ordering, there is no picture to try your luck. When you see eggs, remember to say that the cooked one is High. Otherwise, the yolk is liquid. The beef was good, the taste was authentic and tender; the room was still small, and the two took a baby to bathe, and the inside could not be turned away; clean and tidy was ok. We had an amazing time at your lovely hotel. We were in Vancouver for the first time with three days before our cruise. Out suite was a great surprise, large & beautiful, separate bedroom and living area. Cannot say enough good things about the staff, from front desk to the restaurant/bar area and support staff you meet in hall or elevator; friendly, efficient and totally helpful; the vibe truly made us believe we were their personal guests. The amenities and other areas were absolutely lovely., including free bikes for a ride around the city. The location was near lots of little restaurants, about 8 blocks from the harbor for the cruise, very walkable. When we return to Vancouver, we will stay here.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, they always attend our needs promptly. We stayed in a two queen bed unit but have to pay extra $20 to use the cooking unit. I would suggest to add a free electric kettle which match the basic hotel standard. It would be nice if the cabinet with plates and bowls are unlocked at check-in instead of on request. The decorations are dated and it’s brown on brown but that’s only personal. Grate location and easy to walk to waterfront and Stanley Park.
