Have just had a couple of fantastic days at Hotel Imperator. The lady at reception was very friendly and happy to answer all of my touristy questions. The bedroom is very large with a bathroom and a separate toilet with large shuttered windows opening out to give a view onto a tree lined avenue with cafes. The hotel information provided in the rooms tells us that the hotel building dates from 1864 and was the HQ for the Kommandantur during WW2 until Beziers was liberated on 22nd Aug 1944..... We love the location....easy access to the tourist sites and just 5 minutes from the very respectable bus station from where you can catch a bus to Valras Plage beach (30 min journey) for 1 euro! I think that the airport bus is just 5 euros!

Not easy to find the entrance - either down a narrow staircase from the big "place" above or up lots of steps from the street below. Room rather gloomy as looked out onto a light-well. Contained the basics you would expect.

If you're a proud Stopfordian, it'll be of great interest to you to visit Béziers in the Languedoc region of France. Why? Well, its the twin town of our beloved Stockport. Who knew? Twin towns was a scheme dreamed up in a simpler age. When Europe looked for ideas on how to nurture harmony between EU members, the less said about that in Brexit Britain, the better I would venture. As for the similarities between these ‘twinned’ bergs well, surprisingly, there are some. There's a bustling covered market situated close to an ancient church. A famous viaduct crosses an iconic river, and there's a sort of town plaza that looks nothing like Mersey Square unless you squint your eyes particularly tightly. Alas, the weather’s completely different. Even in mid-January, we could wander around Béziers town centre without chattering the teeth from our skulls. And as the year progresses, Béziers will become a sun-drenched hive of tourist activity. As opposed to Stockport, where you’re more likely to get drenched. How did they work out this twinning business? For our brief weekend sojourn, we stayed at the budget Mercure Hotel on Avenue Camille Saint Saens. We chose it for it’s accommodating price and the availability of parking. On this latter point, you’ll find the parking deep below the hotel. You drive through a series of automatic doors activated by your door card. The first time its a bit disconcerting but after a few goes you’ll get the hang of it. Our room was pleasant enough. Smaller than the online picture but clean and comfortable with a decorative theme of varnished wood. It was a bit of a squeeze for two adults with luggage. Pack light if you’re a weekender or go for a superior room if you need to swing a proverbial cat. We didn’t eat in the restaurant as breakfast wasn’t included in our tariff. And at €16 per head, it was too rich for our blood. Better instead to pop across the street to the boulangerie and get a fresh pain au chocolate for a mere €1. They do provide in-room refreshments but they are served in a paper cup, and there’s not enough milk for even a single beverage. So here’s another tip. Buy a jar of coffee and some milk from the local Carrefour Cite and borrow a proper cup and spoon from the Mercure’s restaurant. Then you can enjoy a coffee whenever you please and no need to ration the dairy! Overall, the Mercure Béziers is a perfectly acceptable place to use for a short city break. The rooms are OK and the staff, without exception were helpful and friendly. You won't have any problems if ‘compact and bijou’ accommodation doesn’t concern you. Whether it lives up to its 4-star billing well, that’s another issue altogether.

Beziers is a nice town but the weather curtailed some of my plans to look around. It is also a good place to base yourself to explore that whole region.

We visited this delightful hotel back in December when the world was normal. We were on the way to Mallorca with our two dogs. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We’d like to go there to explore Béziers at leisure instead of the flying visit it was. We were late arriving but nothing was too much trouble for the owner and his delightful dog. The hotel itself is gorgeous, decorated with many interesting works of art. I love the style of mixing old with modern. Our bedroom was vast, beautifully restored antique wooden floors, huge windows and shutters. The bathroom was glorious and modern too - everything you’d need. We had to dash off in the morning so we didn’t manage breakfast, but it looked good. The garden and pool looked wonderful too. A real gem of a hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the In Situ in Beziers. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Cleaning was excellent. The staff were excellent, too: friendly and efficient. The decor of the hotel is a bit pretentious: stark with a few objects of art scattered here and there. More style over comfort. The floral sculpture in the garden was neglected and had seen better days. Breakfast was quite good but in my opinion not worth 16 Euros each. The pool was cold and needs to be heated more. Parking is a problem. There is a garage on site at 10 Euros a day which we booked. Just as well as on road parking in the area is scarce. Once the garage starts to fill the remaining places are somewhat inaccessible. This was a real problem on arrival after a day out. Beware of scratching your car on pillars, walls and adjacent badly parked cars. The shower in our room was brilliant. Strangely, there is computer station available to guests. This is a major omission since the hotel purports to cater for business clients as well. I would stay here again probably.

Situated a short walk from bus station and centre of town on relatively quiet street. Modern building with apartments consisting of bedroom and separate kitchen and bathroom (no bath, only shower). Bedroom adequate, cramped by oversized furniture, reasonably comfortable with patio door onto balcony. Kitchen reasonably well equipped - sink, fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, coffee maker and unnecessary tiny dishwasher at floor level, but very little bench space. Adequate cutlery/crockery/pans, no corkscrew provided and none available on request, which is odd given the French hatred of screw-topped wine. Perfectly fine for short self-catering stay if you're not expecting luxury. Some minor noise from street. Room has aircon which was required even in October to prevent temperature rising unbearably at night. Limited housekeeping (every four days) and you're expected to leave the apartment as you found it (in particular, cleaning the kitchen and anything you've used from it and taking out the trash) which is a reasonable compromise for the reasonable price.

We loved everything about our stay here. The staff member who helped us with booking and during our stay made it every bit perfect. He was so accomodating and helpful with any request we had. As we are a family of five it can sometimes be a little hard finding places who can accommodate and his can do attitude made our stay here so enjoyable we would have happily stayed on if there was availability. The pool is lovely and warm making it a great place to spend a day. The kids stayed in the water all day. The gardens are beautiful and a lovely place to explore with the kids. The property even has a lift which was such a bonus given the age of the property and for us travelling with a pram. Great proximity to town and safe, secure off street parking. Would highly recommend staying here for business, families or solo. They cater for all.

A warm welcome, majestic and royal rooms and a lot of greenery. This hotel gives fresh air and a trip through history of the owner family. You also have the chance to discover the objects related to this family. The only negative point is that the castle is far away (at a walking distance) of everything, including restaurants. But it doesn’t really matter because first, nothing lacks in this castle (in fact, you can find board games, books, etc...) and second, charming people are taking care of you.

I wish it was possible not to award any stars. We booked this hotel for proximity to the motorway and taxi access in to Beziers. We booked a non smoking air conditioned room. On check in we were given a room in the older block to the right of reception. We opened the door to be hit by the strongest smell of stale cigarettes so I just shut the door and returned to reception to complain. The guy on reception said “ I will send someone to spray the room!” I said that is up to you but we are not staying in that room. We were given a card for a second room and when we got to it it looked nothing like the standard double room on the website and it was like a cupboard. I went back to reception again to be told it is a standard double room but I pointed out it was nothing like what is advertised on the website. The female receptionist then said “Well you booked via Expedia and we are not responsible for the images on their website”. I pointed out and showed her the Ibis website and said we booked based on these images. She then said we are full and after a lengthy discussion she finally offered a room with disabled facilities which I said would be fine then she miraculously found another double room on the 7th floor of the tower accessed behind the restaurant. We went to this room, temperature was showing 25 degrees, set air con at 22 degrees and went out. When we got back around 10.30pm the temperature had not come down and through the night it went up to 27 degrees! Bathroom shower tray also looked filthy and disgusting. Carpet in communal areas very worn, dirty and stained. We had booked for 2 nights but one was enough so even though we had paid for the second night we checked out and moved on to our next destination who luckily had a room for us! The manager of this hotel should be ashamed of the way it is run and how dirty and drab it has become. Ibis senior management should visit and decide if they are happy staying in rooms like this. Send a non smoker to room 110 and you will see how bad the smell of cigarettes is. To anybody looking for a location to visit Beziers avoid this place like the plague. Can’t comment on food or anything else as I refused to part with any more money in this establishment!

Well I’m a massive fan of the campanile chain I think you can always rely on them for value for money and this one did not disappoint! Check friendly and easy ! The rooms are a little motel style but clean and adequate! The highlight was the evening meal buffet starter and desert both lovely but the main course I had steak and my husband had duck and both delicious! The waiter was awesome his English was excellent and he made everyone feel so welcome couldn’t do enough to help ! Turned a run of the mill experience to excellent well done him! My only slight criticism was the breakfast at the price a little underwhelming!!! But everything there was fresh the cheese and ham maybe left out a little too long and no hot options other than toast and boiled eggs (which took ages) ! But this would not stop me staying here again just would skip breakfast but definitely have evening meal !

Stayed 3 nights to extend our holiday. Basic facilities, adequate despite room being a little small and would benefit from a few small inexpensive design improvements. Easy car access from airport, good security, ample parking, pleasant exterior and a variety of restaurants within walking distance,. Manageress very helpful. 6.6€ breakfast adequate but on 1st day by 9am had run out of orange juice (replaced by warm), baguettes (not replenished) and croissants (15 mins delay to warm), so we bought supplies from one of the 2 nearby supermarkets for the last 2 mornings.

I often travel to France, have come to Nice many times, lived in an apartment, and also stayed in a hotel. This time I stayed for 3 nights, and each of the 3 hotels specializing in the seaside stayed one night. Negresco, west end, west minister. X first comment on negresco, I live in a standard room with sea views. The scenery outside the window is good, but the glass windows are not soundproof. The hotel is still very historical, it is a landmark hotel in the local area. The proprietress has a very high status in France. The hotel displays antiques collected from all over the world. Of course, there are many Chinese elements. The elements displayed on each floor are different. On the second floor, there is a suite where the world fashion godmother coco chanel lived for a while. The rooms are old, all wooden, typical French style. The decoration is classical in all aspects, Yonghua is good for friends who like history. The restaurants are good, especially for dinner, the price is 7-800 per capita, but it is worth it. Overall, it's okay. Those who like to experience French style will recommend this place. I prefer a modern hotel style. It's okay to experience it. I went to the west end the next night. You can also read my evaluation of west end.

The hotel is right by the sea and there is an open-air restaurant bar on the top floor with unobstructed views of the sea. The hotel is in a good location, just a five minute walk to the old town and the luxury shopping street. If you are on vacation, it is necessary to live on the beach, because in other quiet neighborhoods, the restaurant is basically closed at 10 o'clock in the evening, and in this area, midnight is also lively and safe. I especially want to praise Ctrip. I had a hotel before, but the hotel La Malmaison Nice was oversold, and Ms. Sanna Gehrke, who was very proud, asked me to leave the hotel and exchange for a hotel I didn't like. I was still in theory, but she said I don't have to waste time, I turn and leave. Immediately, I told Ctrip that Ctrip immediately changed my favorite hotel and apologized for the inconvenience. I am very pleased to choose Ctrip, and I am picking up the hotel. I hope that everyone will not go to that hotel, the attitude is very poor, and the location is not good. Since I didn't live in that hotel, I wouldn't be able to write a comment there, I can only take up the location here.

Although it is within walking distance from Nice Central Station, the recently opened tram will take you from the airport to the underground station in front of the hotel for 1.5 euros. Taxi costs 40 euros, including luggage charges. The staff are sophisticated and very pleasant. Cold water with a lime scent was provided at check-in. The procedure went smoothly. The rooms are brilliant with white walls and furniture. There is a bathtub in the center, so you can't relax as a private space. The pool is on the rooftop and basement, and the rooftop has a restaurant. The basement closes at a relatively early time in the spa, so it may not be available if you arrive late. You also need to change your clothes in your room, wear a bathrobe, use a corridor or elevator, and the pool is not that big. It seems that only outpatients can borrow lockers. Compared to Asian resorts, eg Oriental or Peninsula spas and pools in Bangkok. The breakfast is gorgeous and wonderful. Both ingredients and taste are top-notch.

This is a very useful evaluation for a hotel in Nice, I hope everyone can take a look. 1) Location: The location of the hotel is on the beach, it is really good! But if you are entangled in which hotel to choose, stayed in Nice for 6 days and changed 3 hotels (3 different price points) I can tell you that the price of this home is nearly twice as expensive as the others - in the room facilities and Service does not have any outstanding advantages. I will talk about it in detail later, so, simply speaking from the position, this row of hotels or homestays are all 180-degree super beautiful seascape sunrise. 2) Service: I can only give 3-4 stars to the attitude of the service staff. It is not a standard for a 4 star hotel. Relatively indifferent~ It was my birthday on the day of the hotel check-in. I didn’t feel that I didn’t notice the passport, but the friend sent the birthday cake to the hotel. The lady at the front desk was very indifferent and let the porter take it to me... (not me Feeling, as a girl who stayed alone, I used to be a hotel. If it is such a detail, I can't do more details. May I have more details?) Two days in the store, WIFI broke two days because I have to deal with some work with my computer, and I always ask them when they can be good... The response is unified, the whole hotel is broken, and we are very anxious. Anyway, it’s quite awkward. As an emergency response, I think I can actually borrow a nearby wifi or other processing method... and a wifi problem can’t be fixed in two days... It’s really... 3) Amenities/services/breakfast: The bed is very soft and very comfortable, the bathroom is great, but the biggest problem in the whole house is that the 3 floors I live in, half of the house is tilted... too obvious! So every time I walk, it will be a little dizzy...🤦🏼‍♀️ mini bar provides drinking water, tea bags...but only the first day of stay, no supplements...also very good... Breakfast should be the best part of the whole hotel~ Although it is Western, the overall variety is very rich, and the restaurant is also facing the sea... It feels great when I have breakfast in the morning! 4) This article should be a supplement to the previous one: About the SPA part of this hotel~ There should be friends like me to set this hotel, but the hotel's spa area is on the first floor of the hotel... I personally feel A little embarrassing... the price is about 60-150 euros! This is the price of the spa. If you use the spa area alone, the in-house guest is 30 euros for two hours...but, in fact, just like our domestic swimming pool, there is a lounge chair...the sauna room...the money feels unnecessary Flower... After all, three minutes walk to the beach, swim in the sea, find a bar and a glass of wine to lie down, cost-effective! Ok to share this ~ Nice is really beautiful, it is worth spending a few days to get rid of!

I ca n’t wait to give this hotel a 6-star praise. I set the wrong time and Ctrip contacted the hotel and said that only the first and third nights can be upgraded. The second night is downgraded to a superior room, which means we have to change rooms every day, but The front desk didn't communicate with me well and didn't tell me that I need to pack my luggage in advance so that their waiter will help us to transfer the luggage, which caused me to not pack my things on the first day. Laduli Macaron was placed in the mini bar. The airpods were placed under the pillows and I found that they were gone. After giving feedback to the hotel, I immediately served me a plate of super-flavored macarons. The taste was not worse than that of Raduli. The hotel thought that I lost my airpods. My own responsibility, but thank you Ctrip customer service for helping me fight for my rights. Finally, Miss Check out told me that after discussion they decided to compensate me for 100 Euros. Although I bought this for 120 pounds, it is better None is good, so the service is still in place! !! !! Let me talk about the hotel facilities. I think it is very good. It is the cheapest sea-view room I have lived in. Hahaha. The location is also very easy to find. We arrived by cable tram from the airport, and later took the bus to the airport. It was worth it. One thing to mention is: Nice's bus changes frequently, so we ask local passers-by wherever we go. Thanks again to the local residents who are kind and enthusiastic to take the initiative to lead the way. If you feel that you don't understand English well, you can ask first I asked my sister at the front desk of the hotel. Every time I asked the passerby who took the note from my sister at the front desk, and then I asked the passerby. There are everything in the hotel. I was surprised by the disposable slippers, because basically I stayed at European hotels for so long. It ’s not clear if I did n’t eat breakfast at the hotel. One thing is very interesting. We wanted to see the scenery from the old city and found that the two roads up the mountain from the old city were closed and under construction, so we walked for a long time. , I did not expect that there are actually many roads to go up and down the mountain, such as the railing path next to the hotel is one of them Anyway, I highly recommend this hotel, Nice is really awesome

The white exterior is also elegant. The terrace room on the first floor is surrounded by seagulls. This time it will be upgraded for free one time. This room will also be used in the future. Tips are also given. The breakfast here is also very satisfactory. I will definitely come here again. That is, try to avoid the room with a door in the middle, the sound insulation is not perfect, and the service is friendly

Very good location, right at the foot of Castle Hill. It is also very convenient to go to the old town, it takes only 2 or 3 minutes to walk. Approximately 30 minutes from the airport taxi, 36 euros. The hotel is very compact, the corridor is relatively narrow, but the room size is ok, I booked a twin room, and took the initiative to help me put the two beds together when checking-in, and also added a small free for my child bed. Couple with sofa and desk, not particularly cramped. The bathroom is large and clean. Just the towel drying rack is broken. The room was fairly clean, but there was no free bottled water, and the charged mini-bar had snacks and wine. Did not see the electric kettle. Breakfast is relatively simple, there is no extra charge for children, bread, sausage, bacon, yogurt, tea and coffee, fruits, that's about it. Overall, the price / performance ratio is not bad, but I still feel that there is a gap with the standard of four stars.

The hotel offers a private beach for the little friends who want to go on holiday, enjoy the sun on the beach, and it is convenient for the little friends to go to the sea. The balcony of the room can see the coastline of Nice. It is really beautiful. Even if it is not on the beach, you can sit on the balcony and listen to the song every day. Looking at the sea and people coming and going, it feels great! The only downside is that the hotel is a bit farther from the city centre, but there are two restaurants with very top rankings, very good!

Nice City Center
The hotel is much better than expected, the price is super high, and the location is good. 15 minutes walk from the train station, next to the department store shopping area, on the other side across the street through a beautiful street garden to reach the old city of Nice. Attractions such as Angel Bay are directly accessible on foot, which is very convenient, and there are many options for eating at night. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, and all kinds of bread, tea, ham and cheese are very good value for this price. I will stay next time I go to Nice.

The front desk was very enthusiastic. I didn't understand the question. I asked the handsome man at the front desk. He would patiently answer. I tried my best to help us. The price of Ctrip was more than double the price of the front desk. It took ten minutes to walk to the Côte d'Azur.

Second stay. It is my enthusiastic little brother who serves me. The room was not as good as the last one, given a small room in a very corner. It was later found occupied by Japanese and American tour groups. The price of the room booked during the eleventh period is around 1k for breakfast. The location is commendable and cannot be better. Nice is a very beautiful city. I would still choose this hotel if I have the opportunity to take my parents to visit again.

Very spacious, one bedroom and one living room. Pushing the living room to the balcony, you can enjoy the entire blue coast, great! The hotel has a cooperative parking lot, which is much cheaper than going directly to the individual, but when we go to the garage to handle the parking, the other girl does not speak English at all, please note. Breakfast was futile, you could have enough, and you could walk all the way to the old town along the seaside boulevard in front of the hotel. There is a tram directly to the back door of the hotel, it seems to be 5 euros, unlimited times a day ... very convenient

The hotel room is small, but there are still some hardware devices, and there are fewer outlets. The room we booked also had a small balcony, which was quieter. The set menu with meals, the breakfast is very good, the things are very rich, the ham sandwich toast is delicious, as well as milk eggs and fruits. A very good value for money hotel, it is safer. The waiter's attitude is very good. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the tram to the airport, and it is not convenient to drag a large suitcase. Calling a taxi to the airport is about 35 euros.

Very close to Angel Bay, the location is very good, when the coat was forgotten in the hotel, the communication took 2 days to get the coat, the hotel has been very slow, said the room department looked for a long time, we clearly said the clothes were forgotten in the closet In, but still waited for 2 days to reply, and friends to help, the hotel was postponed for 1 day before being handed over to friends, the service needs to be improved. In addition, the hotel does not provide pick-up, we booked the pick-up, the result is outsourced, the cost is 45 euros, the hotel did not inform in advance on the phone, more annoying, Ctrip pick-up is only 200RMB, not worthwhile, please pay attention.

It's very close to the Nice train station. It's behind. I didn't know how to get a taxi at first. The minimum consumption is 20 Euros. I ordered a superior twin bed and gave a triple room. The bed room is even smaller, there is no balcony, only one door can open. The bath products were not added and the mineral water was not added. I asked the front desk and said that it was only available on the first day of stay. Breakfast is similar to Paris, custard sausage bread fruit yogurt. It is relatively close to the beach, but it takes a long time to get to Castle Hill. To the port 100 of Monaco Le port is too far, walked more than half an hour, too tired, the ticket is 1.5 Euro.

Breakfast at this hotel in France is friendly to the Chinese, hot food, no extra charge for bringing children, breakfast is also available, the restaurant service staff is particularly good. The hotel is across from the sea, it is very convenient to walk, and it is very close to walking. There are a lot of food and supermarkets around. No free parking. Just don't live in Room 219 on the second floor. The window is facing the platform. It's weird. Anytime someone can come in through the window.

The hotel is very clean. The ibis attitude has always been very good. It is very polite. It also teaches us how to go and how to play to the map. It is very warm. The hotel is also very comfortable. The room is also big. Mainly clean. The location is about seven or eight minutes walk from Nice Require train station. Not too far away. We take a taxi to the city center for about 15 minutes. The peak period is about 18 euros. Walking is also possible. The summer weather is too hot and we don't want to go. The location is still OK if not too high. After all, you can walk to the bus terminal so you have a place to go to the town of Eze. I like this hotel very much.

An absolutely underrated hotel. The official picture is incredibly ugly! ! ! The actual house was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was amazing. The delicious breakfast made me a little girl who ate three dishes. The Frenchman will make horns too much. This apricot sauce is very delicious. I don’t know if it is homemade. Hotel breakfast must be eaten! ! ! The location is very good, it is 10 minutes walk from the right side of the Notre Dame to the train station. Nice itself is very small, you can eat the net red restaurant if you walk around. This store is really cost-effective. Although there is no sea view, there is a rooftop, a small pool and a bar. We didn't enjoy the roof at the time but it was very suitable for concave shape.
