Very nice interior (for example, hardwood floor) though dated (see photo) and the location is superb (right next to The Mall Bangkapi which has a fabulous supermarket Gourmet Market hidden behind the department store). There Is an Indian restaurant at the lobby level, though the street food in Bangkapi ranks second only to Zeer Rangsit. Lucky to get an end unit overlooking a grove of trees — a rare sight from any hotel in Bangkok. Thanks to the solid hardwood door which blocks much of the noise in a kid-friendly hotel. Decide to stay longer, because the hotel itself gets a 4 star. The only regret is the clients the hotel attracts — nothing like the dignified Muslims seen elsewhere (for example, Regent Ramkamhaeng 22, or Pho Place, or Zotel), folks here are like refugees — coughing (at you in the elevator) and pushy (interrupting while you talk to the front desk); where this hotel advertises gets a minus 1 star. Will limit the extended stay to one or two days. <Why does the TripAdvisor software scramble the order in which the photos are loaded, and sometimes missing them altogether? To combat this flaw in the software, does a reviewer have to re-write and re-load one photo at a time? Why make reviewers suffer when they are only trying to help other travelers, in telling a quality story with correspondence to a sequence of photos?>

We stayed here for two months. If you want to explore Thailand don't stay on Sukhumvit stay here in the suburbs with the people of Thailand, transportation is easy, just hop on the Klong boat across the street. The room is just as we wanted, hot shower with plenty of water pressure. The beds and linens are clean and and comfortable, 5 STAR. The staff at Pantip our fantastic! The price was very good as the room was new. The room we stayed in was so new that we were probably the first guests there. The interior of the room was noticeably shabby. The glass film has shifted significantly, the glass in the shower room has been misplaced, allowing water to flow into the hand-washing area, and the toilet drain has an odor and water leaks. I wouldn't stay there if it was old, but I think it's still nice if it's new. The staff may not be used to it, but they did their best, carrying our luggage and opening the door for us.

It’s always a pleasure staying at the Baron Zotel. I hotel is very close to many things. You can walk to the Bang Kapi mall or the marketplace to do some local shopping. The train isn’t far from the hotel so you can easily travel around and throughout Bangkok. There are many places to eat at or to take out food and enjoy eating back at the hotel. The staff at the hotel are the absolute best. If you have any questions just ask the front desk and they will help you out with any questions that you might have. The hotel also has English speaking staff that are located in the lobby area. If you want a nice clean and quiet place to stay, the Baron Zotel is there for you to enjoy your vacation, or for you to take care of your business if you are there for work. Try staying at the Baron Zotel, you will not be disappointed.

The room is clean and tidy, and there is a small outdoor balcony to dry clothes. The furnishings in the room are consistent with the pictures seen when booking. There is a refrigerator and a microwave (this is probably the reason why a 500 baht deposit is required for check-in), and a small square table for dining. There are small bottles of bath products, but no toothbrushes or toothpaste (there is a 711 within a hundred meters of the hotel, which has a lot of daily necessities, and you can also exchange change while shopping). There are two faucets in the shower, one with cold water only and the other with a water heater. The interface of the water heater is all in English, but the operation is simple, and it will not affect the use even if you don’t understand it. The water temperature and volume are both moderate. The washbasin only has cold water and the water is a bit slow. This is the only bad thing. There is no hairdryer in the room. There is a washing machine in the corridor and coin operation is available. There is a place to eat on the right next to the front desk, but no meals are provided; there is a gym on the left. The service staff is very friendly and can communicate in basic English. Two bottles of mineral water and two small bags of coffee are provided for free. The overall feeling is good!

Booked this hotel as it's not far from the airport yet still convenient to travel to the centre. Room is abit dated but the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Quiet good for our jetlag sleeps. I wish I could have a bathtub. The restaurants downstairs is good abit pricy compared to food outside but it's very convenient when you are tired. I give the service 5 stars

A seven story hotel in the Rama Kam Hein 42 district of eastern Bangkok. Although there is a feeling that it has been buried in the apartment and condominium group in the residential area, it is scarce in the feeling like the hotel, and the common space including the lobby is excellent and novel. The rooms are clean with the latest furniture and facilities, and the quality of the rooms can be said to be sufficiently suitable for the price. Unfortunately, it is located in a residential area with one of the most populous population densities in Bangkok, and the transportation is not very convenient. Also, it is painful that there is no such tourist resource around the hotel.

I hope everyone read my review before making reservations as I never want anyone go through what I experienced. No one should stay in this hotel. Location of the hotel is terrible. It takes about a 30-minute ride from the nearest BTS station. The worst thing is that no driver gives you a ride from the station. I asked about 6-7 drivers for a ride, but they all refused me. It seems no one knows the location. I was stupid enough to think that free wi-fi is available everywhere in Thailand, so I did not have internet connection with me, could not use Grab either. It was a nightmare for me. Eventually I could find a taxi, but it has no meter, and the driver charged double the standard fee. If you choose this hotel, make sure Grab is available with you, otherwise you may not be able to get back to hotel. Hotel should give a ride from/to the station. At least they should warn us that we may not be able to get a ride from the station, and make sure that we have Grab is available. I cannot understand how this hotel can claim themselves as a 5-star hotel. The service is terrible. When I arrived at the hotel, they seemed busy, but i was asked to wait at the reception standing up!!! They never offered a seat. A lady at the reception gave me no information whatsoever about the hotel, such as wi-fi password, the time available for breakfast. I ordered a room service, and they only accept a cash payment. In the morning, the phone rung suddenly for the morning call I never asked for. The staff starts clearing the room very early in the morning, and they make communication with walkie talkie, and you can hear their conversation very clearly and bothers you having a sleep.Clearly, the room is not soundproof. After I spent 2 night there, I could not stand their service, so decided to change the hotel. As I booked for 6 nights, I asked for refund, but they gave me no refund… When I was checking the room to make sure nothing is left in the room, I found my socks between the comforter and the sheets. I was so disappointed because it indicates that the sheet is not changed at the time of cleaning. No staff member smile or give you greeting when I encountered them. I would not complain these things unless the hotel claims themselves as a 5-star hotel, but as long as the hotel is rated 5 stars, I expect the service is superb. Never ever book this hotel! You can find better hotel in Bangkok!

Great stay with awesome location for me. It’s my usual area in Bangkapi where I have always stayed. Lat Phrao 101 BTS station is 8 mins walking distance about but taxi and motorbike all there as well so for my travel and business events it’s perfect location This is the newer hotel with convenient shops like 7-11, lotus supermarket, and many restaurant options within the area. Free parking if you drive or get dropped off, the parking lot has plenty of space. I’ll be staying there again for sure.

Excellent -Islamic- hotel at a 20 minutes distance from Suvarnabhumi Airport and at 5 minutes walk from Hua Mak railway station. Very quiet airconditioning in the room, no ( working) airco in the corridors. Decent breakfast. The hotel consists of two towers. Only one elevator per tower is not handy, with 9 floors. Marvelous swimming pool at the 9th floor of tower 1 with view over Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again.

I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities. This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area. Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access. This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area. We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep. This area is almost open 24 hours. Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner. This hotel could be hard to find even if you use online map. Try to look for Benz hotel. This cloud 9 is next to it. we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.

Our stay at Shan villas was excellent! This is a new hotel in the heart of Bangkok and it did not disappoint! Great location, a short trip from the On Nut Station. The villas are spacious with a great open air concept, beautiful interior and really beautiful pool! We highly recommend booking the jacuzzi villa as you can spend time with your friends in a villa that is very reasonably priced! We had the warmest welcome from all Staff members and we treated exceptionally well, they made us feel at home instantly and assisted us at all times for anything we might have needed, our stay was truly made by the incredible service we received, the food was the highlight of the stay! We opted for the floating breakfast and it was amazing, and a night at the rooftop dome dining experience, the food was delicious and top quality seafood too! Very fresh and both options of Thai and Western food! We would definitely stay at Shan villas when we are back in Bangkok! A huge thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable! We will be back and would highly recommend this stay!

We have booked room Club-10，This room offers many complimentary services including free laundry, free minibar and access to the club lounge, The room is very spacious ，the bed is huge and comfortable ，the bathtub is right next to the window with a spectacular view. The housekeeping is great, ready to help with anything. We were disappointed with the fridge as it was not cold enough, our ice cream melted over night. The breakfast offers a variety of dishes, but the egg station gets quite busy, they also make fresh juice with a fruit of your choice. The swimming pool is on the roof with an amazing view. It’s not big but doesn’t get crowded. The only disappointing thing is that it’s quite cold especially early morning and at night. I would definitely come back to this hotel again with my boyfriend .😎

The three people stayed in a room with two bunk beds for 4 people. The room was clean and hygienic. Convenient transit, 15 minutes walk to the airport. I stayed in two hotels in this location, this and the Tangman Hotel. This cleaner sanitation facilities are better. Tangman has 3 buildings, the air in the first floor room is almost, there is an airport transfer but you have to pay. They are all in the village next to the airport, and it is very convenient to eat.

The hotel is situated not far from BKK airport and good for early flight or late arrival. Lat Krabang is the nearest station on the airport express. For longer stays the twin bed rooms are not very large. There is a fridge and kettle in the room and the rooms are clean with a work space. Outside is a lot of green and in the back there is a small pool with relaxing area. There is also a massage facility and a restaurant but both seemed closed. Friendly staff and nice coffee shop/ restaurant down stairs in reception with reasonable prices. Most of the shops, malls and restaurants are across the very busy road (do use the pedestrian crossings for your safety) with your back to the hotel Paseo Mall is about 12 min walk to the right and to the left in the direction of the airport you will find a market, shops and restaurants. Both are across the main road. Good value for money.

Stayed here for three nights on a quick “weekend” getaway trip, and wasn’t disappointed. The room was very big, with a bedroom and en-suite seperate from the living area and kitchenette. Bed was a king size and very clean and comfortable. En-suite was big, clean with a bathtub/shower. Toiletries and clean towels supplied everyday, but there wasn’t a hairdryer just FYI. Chaise lounge in the living area along with flat screen tv and DVD player. Dining table and full size fridge, with bottled water supplied daily. We bought our own coffee and milk, but complimentary coffee is offered every morning down in The Sip cafe. There’s a nice rooftop respite too, and the washing machine is up there if you need to do laundry. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and polite. We really enjoyed our stay here! There are also a couple of Michelin Star restaurants down the street, along with a very good suit tailor just around the corner. Highly recommend if you want clean, quiet, self contained accommodation not smack bang in the city. For us, it was central and an easy walk to wherever we wanted to go, but there are plenty of taxis and tuk tuk’s available in the street if you’re not a walker (like us). SBS...clean, safe, comfortable and affordable, we like it!!

It's great. The location is super convenient. It's just next to Pixel Building. Two roads and two subway stations are not far away. Every night Wang Jia Er standing guard for you makes me happy just thinking about it hahaha I want to eat supper 711 is downstairs! Every morning, I go to the fruit stand downstairs to buy fruit. The owner of the stall is very cute, but he can speak Chinese but not English. When checking in, it may be that there is something wrong with the Ctrip platform. The aunt at the front desk inquired for a long time and charged a deposit of 300 baht. At that time, I thought there was still a deposit. The page for booking was not written. I was a little unhappy, but I still cooperated with the payment. Returning the deposit is very reassuring and it must not affect the staff I like very much afterwards. After arriving at the store, the clerk offered to provide breakfast. Wow, it was an unexpected surprise and it was very convenient. The auntie who baked bread for us at breakfast is also super nice and warm. I came back late to borrow a hair dryer. Although the night guard brother can’t speak English, there are twists and turns, but I can feel their enthusiasm. I really like the staff here Most importantly the store is super clean! ! ! ! I don't think my home is so spotless, this location, this environment, this price! So worth it! It may be that the boss didn’t spend much energy on online promotion, knowing that there are not many people in this hotel, but I really think it is a good choice, so I wrote such a long review to thank you for your care. This hotel is like a building There are a lot of apartment rooms and staff! In the end, if I have to say something wrong, my room has a balcony, but the view is not good, and the room size is not big, but the layout is reasonable. My son wanted to have a pod hotel experience on our Thailand trip, so we choose this hotel for our last night before flying out early in the morning. I would say it was a great option for a younger backpacker/traveler on a budget. We bought out an entire room so had private showers. The lockers were small, but we didn't need them. Not the best option for a family with a lot of luggage, but pretty clean. We did have a few people knock on our door in the middle of the night and try to get in for some reason.

Location - nearby Phra Khanong BTS station (approx 5mins walking distance). But hotel do provide free transportation to this station, but u have to liaise with the receptionist. There is one 7-11 store nearby (approx 1mins walk). Mostly local street foods nearby this hotel. Transportation - I took DMK airport taxi to this hotel (40mins drive) and cost me THB370 (inclusive of THB50 airport surcharge and THB50 toll fee). It’s very convenient to take BTS to siam, pratunam or chilom area (about 20mins train ride. You may buy a one day BTS pass which offer unlimited ride in a day. Breakfast - good variety come with various fruits, drinks and dishes. Overall - highly recommended.
