This is a very good house. It is an old house. It used to be the local mayor. There are 105 people on it! 🥰 It is now one of the must-see attractions in Colmar! Everyone must pass by to watch the show! And it is a Michelin-starred restaurant! There are years of history and culture, and the service is very good. On the day of the check-in, we received the door to the front desk, explained the project, and sent the cake! The video was taken in the morning to open the window! Feel the experience of fried chicken sticks! The location is not far from the entrance to the Old Town of Colmar!

A little far from the main attractions, but it doesn't hide. The parking lot and its stop are not good. My old driver who has been in this for more than ten years has been stumped. In the end, I have to stop at the roadside in violation of the rules, but the French police knows that there is no one to control.

Just in the small town of Colmar, all the buildings here are fairy tales to me. The hotel can see that it is very thoughtful, the style is designer, and the room is simple and Nordic, and it is comfortable for one person. Just a few steps is the most lively little Venice. After walking through Colmar in a day, you will feel unfulfilled!

The best thing about this hotel is its location, right in the heart of the old city, with a relatively large supermarket downstairs. I chose a triple room, the room is surprisingly large, and there is a beautiful triangular balcony with glass windows. What I don’t like is the bedding. The blanket is a bit dirty and old. I just put a sheet on it to make the quilt. People who like clean will be a little careless and can’t sleep well. No breakfast is ordered, and it seems that breakfast is not provided by visual inspection, but there are many choices in the town, so you can rest assured. The biggest advantage of living here is that you can come back and have a rest.

3 adults and 2 children, set 2 twin rooms, the result when the store arrived at the front desk said that 2 rooms can not live 5 people, children as adults, in fact, I also read the children's occupancy policy at the time of booking, did not say 5 The old children are treated as adults, but the front desk is tough and impatient, so the last lazy to explain the communication, and added a room, fortunately the price is not expensive. Breakfast is the breakfast of the convenient hotel. There are not many things but the basic cheese, bread, coffee tea, meat ham and eggs are all there is no problem. The room is small, no extra bed, the location can also go to the center of the town for a 15-minute walk, the key town itself is not big. Colmar is still very beautiful and worth a visit. But I should stay in the hotel for a few more days, a slow life.

The location is very close to the old town and a short distance from the train station. The air conditioning in the room was bad and could not be used. The small house itself was very hot. It was really difficult for the 40 degree weather in France at that time! Dissatisfied is poor hygiene! ! The sheets are not new, just the quilt has pleats and a lot of hair, and the ground is also hair.

I you want to visit the old town and little Venice area, this hotel is in the perfect location. We were in room 51, which is on the ground floor of the Suites building. It was spacious and nicely laid out - it is disabled friendly, so plenty of floor space. But you are on street level, so you do have people walking past your window all the time although you can close your blinds and have the lights on if that bothers you. Our bed was quite comfortable, and the room was clean with dressing gowns and slippers provided, along with basic toiletries. We went for the option including breakfast which we found very adequate but the friends we travelled with found it a bit too basic. For example, the scrambled egg was pretty inedible, and when it is really busy (9.00 am seemed to be peak hour) it could take them a little time to top up items that had run out. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Possibly because it was Christmas Market time, there was free Gluhwein available near reception and cake - which was lovely after a hard day walking round this delightful town. There are a couple of great restaurants literally a minute walk from the hotel which served delicious food. From what I have read they are better than the ones further into the old town which are, I believe, more touristy. My main reason for not giving the hotel full marks is that the wifi was non-existent in the suites building. It worked when we went to the main building but we never once managed to log on from our room. We loved Colmar so much we are tempted to return, and if we do then we would chose this hotel again.

This hotel is very clean and the price is very cheap. It is recommended to friends who drive by car. Parking is free. It takes only 5 minutes to drive to the small town of Colmar, and there is a parking lot in the town. So there is no need to live in town.

The hotel is conveniently located as a stop-over + a visit to Colmar. Free parking is fenced and locked at night (only 2 spots for impaired and they are occupied by people checking in/out) Welcome very nice - online check-in is a misery Good sound insulation from the outside, but terrible inside - when the guest in the room went to the toilet we heard it all. Also the doors slam very noisili. Internet works fine with Smartphones and tablets but with decently protected laptops it doesn't (the security certificate expired quite some time ago)

I choose this hotel because of the parking place and because is very close to the city center. I arrived early in the morning and I was allowed to park there despite the check-in was at 2 PM. The receptionist was not english speaking nevertheless she did her best to comunicate with me and she was very kind. The hotel is really 15 minute walking from the center of the city, so the position is very good. I checked-in in the late afternoon after visiting the city. The room was super clean and the matress seemed to me quite new and comfortable. The best part of my stay, altought, was the breakfast buffet: a big variety of fresh things. I would really suggest this hotel to everyone.

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel! The rooms are so cute and the people who work there are extremely kind and welcoming. The location is about a 10 minute drive from the Little Venice area in Colmar. I actually really enjoyed being away from the crowds and in a quiet area. Our stay was perfect and we will definitely be back!

Wife and I were here for 2 nights in Nov. The hotel was located just 2 blocks from the train station. It was an easy straight walk to get here. Our check in process was friendly and simple. We were given a wonderfully decorated room with plenty of space. Our room was clean and comfortable, bathroom amenities were pretty good with a nice hair dryer. WiFi worked great through out our stay. From the hotel we were able to walk to everything we needed to see in Colmar. There was also a Monoprix just about a 6 minute walk from the hotel which was convenient. The kitchen area serves all day drinks that was included (coffee & tea) which was nice. The kitchen also has plenty of plates and cups and utensils which we used every night to have dinner. Staffs were all masked up and they checked our Pass Sanitaire. We were here during the time when there were Xmas Market shuttles for all the small towns around Colmar leaving from in front of the train station. We utilized it for Equisheim and Turckheim. Breakfast was wonderful here every morning with lots of options. The hotel was pricey, I am glad the price matched the amenities and services. The hotel kept saying they didn't pre-charge me for the tourist tax before hand. but no matter what I do to convert the charges that was charged 6 days before arrival. The prices just don't line up, and it was roughly the 5 Euros tourist tax. I paid it anyways since 5 Euros isn't worth the time to argue. When we got home, my bank told me the total price in Euros they charged which included the tourist tax. So, I suppose they over charged me by 5 Euros, oh well. Somewhere there was either a mistake or miscommunication. Overall it was a wonderful hotel and we had 2 great night sleep. We will be back again.

Breakfast is average, coffee is hard to drink, room facilities are good, lobby is beautiful, downstairs restaurant tastes can not be said to be particularly delicious, the hotel location is close to the train station but a bit far from the city center, walking around every day is very tired, in addition, Ctrip The customer service score was perfect. I proposed that the hotel kettle would be immediately broken if there is a broken kettle. I would like to communicate with the front desk to help me in time. I ’m very grateful overseas.

The train station is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The room is large. Clean and tidy. The hotel takes the lift to the floor where it lives. It takes half a floor to get to the room. If there is a large baggage. Less convenient. Another location is next to the train station. It’s noisy when the train passes by.

From the moment we walked into this hotel we were greeted by an extremely helpful and friendly member of staff. He sorted out our car parking, in a secure underground car park and then sorted all the paperwork. The room was perfection. It was cool, extremely comfortable, extremely quiet, and absolutely spotlessly clean. I really can’t recommend this hotel enough one of the few hotels we have stayed in where there was literally no issues whatsoever. The staff in particular were all extremely friendly and helpful. It’s just a short walk from the very pretty old town centre, where there are multiple excellent restaurants. This will be definitely one of our places for a stopover on the way down to the south of France in the future.

On the first day, the front desk lady at the check-in was not very polite, let a quilt take a blanket, and asked if I knew it was a blanket, and closed the door and rudely caught my finger! When I checked out, I changed someone. As a four-star hotel, the front desk finally put on a uniform. The front desk insisted that there was no payment and paid for the room, but the Ctrip order was indeed a prepayment order. I let the front desk wait for Ctrip to confirm that the front desk is very rude, saying that you have to pay the money now. Fortunately, the front desk finally contacted Ctrip to solve the problem. Stayed at the worst four star hotel! I don't know if there are too many Chinese tour groups to Colmar. The locals in Colmar are generally not friendly to Chinese faces! Either indifference or rudeness. Never go to a place like this raciste!

The Hotel lies in the very centre of the old city, and is perfect for pedestrian strolls around it. However, as it is in a historic building you must be advised that not all rooms are elevator accessible, have direct natural lighting or offer enough privacy. We had two luxury rooms in the suite building across from the main hotel - one was on the GroundFloor (the Studio) with a direct entry from the street and one window opening in the interior courtyard, with very little privacy. The other room was on the second floor, accessible only by a winding narrow wooden staircase, that has its charm if you do not carry a larger suitcase. This room here offered a good view on the street below and had three large windows. At night though, the LED lights on top of the windows turned on and gave out such strong lighting that we had to courtain up the windows, and therefore not enjoy refreshing air from outside. We asked the managers to be more transparent to customers regarding these issues - for a 250€ a night per room it is better to choose a room that meets your precise requirements.

The hotel is a private villa, very old-fashioned, beautiful in appearance and good in interior decoration. Very close to the train station, about 300 meters, even if you have large luggage, don't worry, it is suitable for living with children. The breakfast is very good. At first glance, it is done with care. Especially the apple pie made by the hostess is very authentic. I personally recommend it. Unfortunately, the breakfast is different every day. I want to change it again the next day. There are regrets. Self-contained parking, very safe in the villa.
