      I stayed at this hotel after winning a free night for the Gulf Coast Bank & Trust Auctions in August fundraisers. I decided to check in on Wednesday and to check out on Thursday. I really enjoyed this hotel, especially the indoor pool and inside hot tub. If you stay in room 218, you will not have a nice view on the balcony.

      This is a 2 story motel not a hotel. Very outdated. The rooms on second have enclosed hallway entrance. The hallway noise is very loud, you could hear every door open and close. The room had a step up tiled bath/ tub combo which was very hazardous. The toilet had a step onto it. Again very dangerous. The toilet flush was very loud. There are no elevators so accessibility is an issue unless willing to stay on bottom floor with exterior entrance. Will need to tip attendant to carry baggage upstairs. The tv was very small . Wifi worked. The attendants were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was adequate. Definitely would not stay here again due to the stairs, the outdated feel of hotel, the odd steps in bathroom, and road noise.

      This was a positive experience and I would stay here again! Located in an upscale area with many restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, microwave and fridge are always appreciated! Bathroom was good size and shower head was great! Also adequate height for tall people. The beds were probably the most comfortable I’ve had in a hotel in a very long time!! The pool was great too! Full breakfast was not available due to the recent pandemic, however they did still have their juice machine and coffee makers available, as well as packaged items like muffins and pastries. I appreciated they at least offered that!
