Special mention Sh. Amit Ji (the ***ager), Shubhajit Ji (Chef), Charanjit (Chef), Aditya and all other staff who are familiar with my face. The cordial hospitality that I receive here is impeccable. For me coming to Lucknow means meeting these folks at Golden Tulip. I must appreciate the ***agement who hired such hand-picked staff for taking care of their regular guests like me. Once again, I'd like to thank Mr Amit Ji (The face of Golden Tulip) and chef Shubahjit who understands my love for south Indian cuisine and relishes them with his innumerable permutation and combinations of Dosas each day. Breakfast Buffet is good with several vegetarian options and a mix of both South Indian and North Indian dishes. Dinner Buffet shall also be like this. Unfortunately, it is focusing on Chinese and Continental. So, we are forced to buy dinner from outside (example: Sagar Ratna or Bikaner).

Hotel is walking distance from Charbag Railway Station. Without any doubt can stay in this hotel & Perfect stay for family. Veg Foods with good taste available at Hotel with reasonable price. Cons : Although from Inside it is perfectly clean and spacious but entrance is little congested, small passage and first look from outside is not definitely judge the quality of Hotel. Rest all are good for family stay.

The hotel rooms are maintained very nicely and looked very hygienic. The coffee shop and breakfast had great menus and service was pretty speedy. Thankfully, we visited when the rooftop swimming pool was open. It was maintained quite nicely and had seating arrangement around it as well. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable!! A special mention for Ms Aradhana and Mr Gufran at the front desk who fulfilled all our requests and always greeted us with a wonderful smile at all times!!

This is not very luxury place and has limited facilities for travellers but what makes you remember....Staff at Restaurant and their behavior, which is at par and seems to be extremely trained and attentive for every single request from customer.Had absolutely comfortable stay at Silvete Lucknow during our recent visit. My experience at Saraca was amazing. The food was just wonderful. Chef ***ish Kumar personally suggested us some mutton and chicken dishes which were just amazing. This place is a must visit if you are a non veg lover. The variety of mughlai breads was something that we personally liked. The desserts were also really good. Overall this place is a must visit. My personal recommendations are Majlisi kebab, Dora kebab, Mutton boti kebab. Name of some breads that I tried and would recommend Taftan, Sheermal, Baqarkhani, Khameeri. Whenever you visit Saraca do ask for Chef ***ish Kumar war an amazing culinary experience.

But in COVID time I used my own Sheets on bed. Hot water available properly. In room too much space for luggage. The area is sanitised and clean .
