i stayed here one night because a friend already got the place and this is where they were. It was worst than a cheap motel, the carpets on the floor looked like they were put in 1960s and never replaced, the bathroom is shared which I hated, the hallway smelt like food, and people don't turn off the light in the bathrooms so you don't know if someone is in there or not. the room was awful, two double beds, the blankets didn't feel clean or sheets, the room had broken blind air conditioner didn't work and overall dirty i kept my shoes on, noise level was high all night with people yelling, and this was during the cov-19 restrictions where only essential workers could stay, the place had a old organ in the hall which was the only thing I liked, I would never stay here again. spend a little more money go to the suburbs and take the train in you will thank me. the shared bathroom barely had toilet paper, no soap and was not clean, I left at 625 am and was so thankful my uber showed up!

Very satisfied. The hotel is quite new. The wall bed room with river view is very practical for a family. The shuttle bus can go to the main attractions, which is very convenient! There is a laundry room for self-service laundry! All in all, I am very satisfied and will definitely choose this place again when I come to Boston in the future!

As with most things we do this booking was last minute so we didn’t do the research beforehand. That being said we were pleasantly surprised. Deyli at the front desk was extremely accommodating. She checked us in early to a room with a partial river view. When we asked her if she could move us to a room with a more strait on view she didn’t hesitate. She really did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. When we asked for extra towels and coffee it was there in less than 5 min. All this during one of the areas busiest weekends. Plus your no more than 15 minutes away from anything you’re going to do. We had a great time and will definitely be back next year. Thanks Deyli and staff. See you next year for HOCR !

Love this hotel. Arrive at the store in advance and you will be greeted with a smile at the front desk and will be able to store your luggage. The biggest advantage is that the public area on the first floor is large, with many seats and sofas, where you can work or rest. There is tea, lavazza coffee☕️ and disposable paper cups. Free breakfast, including basic bread snacks, cereals, milk, coffee, and apples. Breakfast ends at 10 o'clock. After breakfast, many people are working online, so they can stay in the public area when they check into the hotel. The hotel environment is very clean.

It's about a 15-minute drive from a hotel close to BC. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it is more convenient to go to the city. Just happened to encounter the Boston Marathon, the price increase is more obvious. The room is good, the TV can be pulled out, and the space is relatively large.

The room was clean and clean, but I really couldn't stand changing rooms every day, hahahaha. If I don't have to change rooms every day, I can live here for a month. The price is moderate and cheap. There should be refrigerators and microwave ovens, that is why I always change rooms, is there a way to solve it, I don’t need to clean every day?

The breakfast is very good. Because I had stayed at Copley Plaza Hotel for half a month before, and then I changed to this hotel, which was converted into a private villa. Although small, the interior decoration shows the elegant living taste of the homeowner. The breakfast is rich in variety, coffee, fruit, and small snacks are available all day. On Valentine's Day, we also prepared chocolates intimately. The laundry is free, and there is a waiter to help wash it. The hotel guests had breakfast together at the table, chatting with each other and feeling good. Although the room I live in does not have a bathroom, the shared bathroom is also very hygienic and convenient. Very cost-effective.

A pleasant stay and very convenient to MIT. Also nice that they now have a shuttle that will take you to Kendall, Central or Harvard Square.

Staying for 4 days, both advantages and disadvantages, it depends on your requirements. Although it belongs to the Hilton Group, the Hampton Hotel is more affordable and does not pursue luxury. Advantages: 1. The room is quite spacious, the bathroom is also large, clean and tidy. 2. There is a gym and swimming pool on the third floor, which can be used for free. 3. The restaurant on the first floor is open all day. Free tea and coffee are also provided during non-breakfast hours, and there is a self-service kiosk next to it. Suitable for chatting with friends. 4. It is very close to the airport, and it takes less than ten minutes to call Uber. Disadvantages: 1. There are no slippers, kettles, cups, and shoe shine cloths in the room. There is no front desk! Forget about making a cup of tea in the house. 2. There are few varieties of breakfast, and there is no change every day. Those who are not used to Western food can only drink some juice and eat some bread. 3. The surrounding area is a bit remote, and it is still a little far away from the lively area around the convention and exhibition center. Uber is the way to go. The weather in Boston is good, like Dalian, China.

You can take a 2 minute walk from this hotel to SilverLine. There is no tourist spot around the hotel, so go to south station in 15 minutes by silverline! Cospa is better than other hotels, so it will be wasted only 15 minutes, but I don't care. Breakfast is not changed to other hotels in the form of Vikings such as coffee and toast. The hotel lounge and gym are also corona countermeasures and are very beautiful. The gym is in a rental state because almost no people come. There is also a laundry. Only 25 cents for $4 a time. The room has a big TV and it is very easy to connect with a smartphone or PC. I feel like a very nice hotel when I think about the Cospa and location.

This hotel was lovely! We have stayed at many hotels in Boston and it is always overpriced. This hotel was reasonably priced (for Boston) and was in a beautiful location right on Newbury St among all the shops and a block away from Copley square. It was also very close to the T allowing for quick travel to various locations. The king room with bay window was spacious and clean. The view onto Newbury made you feel like you lived in Boston. Also, there were some tasty cookies in the lobby. We would definitely stay here again.

Went with another couple and we had a fantastic time. This hotel was so close to so many amenities and great restaurants (all in walking distances). Love how you can have coffee/tea at the lounge before or after you go back to the room…loved the free water near the elevators. Most of the staff are super friendly. The rooms were pretty basic and met are needs. Now you would ask why I gave it a 3 star rating….well, this whole trip was paid by my daughters for their father’s birthday early September…3 weeks later we got charged again… my husband left 3 phone messages and an email to the manager at this hotel BUT never received a response….he was totally responsible for me giving this hotel a 3 star rating!!!

The place was beautiful, and the hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. The only complaint is that when we booked a ”double room”, we were expecting a room with two queen sized beds. We usually stay in Hyatt or Marriott hotels, and have never seen a double bed in over 20 years! Our party included three grown adults, and it wasn't very relaxing having two people trying to sleep in a bed that small. We asked for a cot or roll-away bed, but due to fire regulations, they wouldn't provide one.

My son and I stayed two nights for college visits in the Boston area. This Residence Inn is very new and was an excellent base for our exploration of Boston. All rooms are king bed and a quality sofa bed. Quiet room although some sirens at night being near Boston Hospital. Nice bathrooms with excellent water pressure. Standard Residence Inn kitchenette. Good complimentary breakfast in lobby. Parking was $40 but safe and secure. The location is not great for walking (although we did walk to Fenway Park in the early evening which took about 30 mins, and then took a cab back). What you sacrifice in location here is made up for by the hotel being new and having reasonable parking prices, etc. Would stay here again.

The location is good - accessible to metro, shops and landmarks. The room is small for the price, and the breakfast is a joke - you get either some small sandwich or a plate of toast. On one day, they espresso machine was broken, so I had to take the generic coffee that's very watery. The reception staff was not friendly, just transactional. Same with the breakfast server on that day. My room has a so-so view of the city, it's facing the main street, and the rooms have poor soundproofing - I could hear the partying and the cars from the street and I am on the 10th floor. Moreso, I could hear a couple fighting the whole afternoon in the next room (that's why they have earplugs offered in the room because they know the problem). It's style-over-substance hotel, i.e. the aesthetics has a cool style but the practicality is very IKEA: foldable room desk and chair, hooks on wall instead of cabinets and hangers. For the price I paid, it's not value for money. It's a glamorized hostel for the price of a decent Marriott hotel room. Overall, I would look elsewhere the next time I'm back in Boston.

Overall decent clean hotel and great location but we had some issues with service which is why we only gave 3 stars. Parking on website is misleading. It states they have valet for $50 and park yourself for $20. What they dont tell you is if you park yourself its only for 4 hours, totally misleading. We parked in municipal lot, no in/out privileges for $34 per night. When we talked to front desk about misleading parking they simply said that's the way it is Got there first night and asked for an extra pillow. Told they would bring it up. After waiting 2 hours called front desk and they answered by saying hello we dont have any extra pillows. I asked if they were going to tell me that and they told me they just realized it. Not good service. Housekeeping every other day only. They knocked on our door at 830 in the morning. We asked that they come bcak later. We came back to room at 6pm to find they never came back. Breakfast was ok, but it was free. Shout out to the staff who handled breakfsst, they worked hard to keep everyone fed and kept the place super clean. 24 hour coffee was good but also empty several times during our stay and simply removed and not replaced. No dish soap provided for kitchenette. We would likely stay here again for the rate knowing that service might not be perfect.

A great stay for three nights. I stayed here several years ago when the hotel was under another name/management, but would say that the new management really improved it. Hotel location is superb - close to shopping, restaurants, attractions, and bars. It's really at the center of the city. Hotel staff was most willing to help and courteous at all time. The library lounge provides a good place to chat and have some snacks. One can also order drinks from the bar to the lounge. Bed was comfortable and room very clean. Really no complaint and just excellent throughout. Be sure to get a room with a view of the park. The view is spectacular at sunset.

My friend and I made a quick one night stay in Boston on our way to Maine. We've been to Boston before and have seen many of the ”hot spots”. This stay was designed to be relaxing and be close to Boston Common and The Public Garden. Not only did it show up as the least expensive but perfect location for what we wanted. Valerie was pleasant at check in. We were happy with our room on the fifth floor that had two beds, two TVs, and our own bathroom. Rooms are basic but our needs were fully met. I chose this hotel for three reasons – modern swanky look, closeness to T line station and moderate price for Boston during the period we stayed in the city i.e., if you could think an average rate of $350 is moderate ☹ The staff were quite pleasant – some more pleasant than others. Although the hotel was very busy, they are kind enough to afford us a couple of hours of late checkout at no cost. The room I stayed in had a simple but cool design cool. I liked everything about the room but not the fact that the rooms had carpets in them. I am sure it saves the hotel a bundle during the winters but its not the best hygienically speaking for clients. However, carpets in the hallway are a very good feature as it makes for a quieter stay ie less noise from the hallways My room was located the 13th floor. I felt lucky for the great city view. Although I did not like my very very small room and wardrobe. My wife and I had to hop over suitcases and around ourselves to get around the room. I liked the room toilet (albeit as small as it was) which was probably the best design feature of the room. The HVAC system is a bit loud when it comes on but I got used to it. The bed was comfortable. My wife and I slept really well. It’s a basic hotel with WIFI in the room but no laundry or room service etc. The hotel doesn’t provide proper breakfast or breakfast spread but has a contracted restaurant on site but its not quite the hotel breakfast you need to start your day. We didn’t get complimentary water in the room although the room has complimentary coffee and tea. What was annoying was that they sold water at an outrageous price of $5 per bottle in the lobby. They also did not replace the coffee that I used on day one. There are some convenience stores on West Broadway close to the hotel that we were able to buy water at a more reasonable price. Lastly, the hotel was busy and we returned in the evening of our last night to find out day unmade but we called and they sent – someone who I think was a handy man – not necessarily a house keeper to make the bed. The key question is – would I stay here again? Yes, especially if the more central Boston hotels have ridiculous prices. Its clean, safe and easy to get to the airport by taxi and other parts of Boston on the T network.
