Although the place is fairly large for a B&B, it’s a little hidden gem. We stayed in the Honeymoon Cottage which was delightful, a large area with a nice size sitting area, fireplace (non-Working), a Kingsize bed that was so comfortable, a jacuzzi tub and a small kitchenette. Rooms were nicely appointed and inviting. The many common areas on the property were great. While we were here we checked out the other B&B’s right in the area and they could not compare to this one and a lot more expensive. Because of the coronavirus situation, they provide you a continental breakfast that included orange juice, yogurt, an orange, a hard boiled egg and a homemade muffin. It was definitely ample but I did miss the full breakfast. They also have a happy hour at 5 o’clock where they provide you with some wine, beer, cheese And crackers. They do not make up the rooms during this time because of the coronavirus. They have a pool and a very nice well heated jacuzzi by the pool. Staff was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. We were extremely happy to be here, especially after checking out the other places. I preferred the cottages to the rooms in the main house where they were a lot smaller and furnished in a more Victorian style. We loved our room but make sure to ask if there will be any weddings when you’re booking as that would make a difference and it would be loud because the reception area would be right by the room. This is a very nice place, clean, great staff, very accommodating and a great location to the downtown area. Don’t look any further, do yourself a favor and just book this place. We will be back again. Christine at the reception area was as sweet as she can be. Very helpful and accommodating.

Everything was clean, there were hand sanitizing stations everywhere. Gym had antibacterial wipes for the 2 treadmills, elliptical, and bike. Within walking distance of a dozen or more appetizing restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, literally around the corner. Though according to Trip Advisor I learned there are 52 within .3 miles. This was especially a bonus since the bagged breakfast was the only downside - · The bagged breakfast had two bars, an orange, and some water.I know these are "unprecedented times" but I would have loved some protein. But on the plus side both a Starbucks and a Wyatt's Coffee (scones on point!!) about a block away.

If I knew what the hotel looked like from the outside when I booked it, I wouldn't have. However, it was much better than it seemed. From the outside it looks like an hourly hotel, but it was actually fine. Not great, but fine. The guy at the front desk was nice and helpful. They don't have breakfast but they do have coffee in the mornings in the lobby. The hotel is quite rundown, but clean. The shower looked quite new, but nothing else was. Everything else was old and rundown. The lampshade in my room was horribly ripped. There was poor sleep quality because you could hear the road outside and the bed was not that comfortable. They did have a nice selection of different types of pillows. The wifi was spotty and not reliable (but free). I stayed for two nights and when they "cleaned" my room they just replaced the hand towel but didn't appear have done anything else--they didn't make the bed. Overall, no, it isn't a nice hotel but it is inexpensive and in a good location relative to the university and not as bad as it looks from the outside.

I booked a group to stay at H2H and it was a fantastic experience beginning with Eric, the Sales Manager. He listened to my needs and created a webpage for the group to use to book their stay. When we arrived, Sebastian made the check in process flawless- his positive and attentive style made us immediately feel welcomed. The front desk even had a sign welcoming the group. After-hours a few of us sat in the lobby conversing and Sebastian stopped by to see if we wanted water etc - I've never had a front desk staff at any other hotel come and check to see if we needed snacks - how awesome was that! Danny, the Manager was helpful and made sure our group was satisfied :) I enjoy bringing groups to this hotel because it is a nice property - but the staff make the stay a truly awesome experience!!! See you next time :)

This hotel was rated 4.6 out of 5 so it sounded like a good choice for an overnight stay. We've stayed at the Drury Inn (very nice) and the Comfort Suites which are both close, and they were both nice. We booked this via Hotwire to save about $20. Well, first they would not give us a room with 2 beds "because you booked through Hotwire." That should have been made clear on Hotwire as I was traveling with my adult son and we DO NOT share a bed. But, OK -- after all there is a pull out sofa... The room was OK to look at and seemed clean. The pull out sofa was not made up and there was only one sheet & blanket in a kit in the closet... The sofa was VERY uncomfortable. There was only one bath towel and one face towel in the room! I have never been in a hotel with only one towel let alone one rated 4.6 stars! The shampoo, body wash & conditioner were not individual bottles but rather large bottles in the bathtub. In these days of COVID that doesn't seem particularly safe! No hair dryer either. Oh and the TV? Only one (on a swivel), and the tv remote barely worked. You had to keep fussing with it constantly (probably batteries going bad but now way to fiddle with them)... TV kept shutting off (it would say "press OK to continue and -- guess what? Wonky remote wouldn't recognize the OK button). Definitely not 4 stars or even 3. I give it 2 based on cleanliness and staff were "somewhat" friendly... Never staying here again. I'll stick with the Drury Inn or Comfort Suites -- too many decent choices in Gainesville to put up with this nonsense!

My wife and I would like to tell you of our experience with Hotel Indigo Gainesville-Celebration Pointe. Our daughter chose Hotel Indigo as the place she wanted to get married. We would like to thank Hotel Indigo for giving our daughter the wedding of her dreams. From the moment we first spoke with the hotel and began the planning process until our daughter and son-in-law left the day after the wedding we could not have asked for better attention to detail and personal service. Your beautiful hotel set the perfect backdrop for all they could have wished for, wedding, reception, and rooms. Your front desk staff from day-one remembered our names, greeted us with smiles, and treated us and our guests like family (even the family dog). A heartfelt thanks goes out to Jamie, Tari, and Jose' - they had all the answers. The grounds where the ceremony took place was ready and beautiful. The ballroom for the reception was set-up way in advance of the scheduled time and was lovely above expectations. Chef James and Sous Chef Rachel along with their staff prepared and delivered everything to perfection. They were very attentive with smiles for all. The Bride and Groom along with our guests just sung the praises of them and their food coupled with the best service. We want to thank the room service staff as well. The ladies that took care of the rooms were above reproach. They were patient with the bride and her entourage as well as the German Shepard. A very attentive and cordial group that always had a smile and a hello to offer. Their attention to the rooms was excellent. Our biggest thank you has to go out to Tonya (Catering Manager) and our point of contact for everything we needed even after the event. This lovely woman was always there, always helpful, and always smiling. Without her standing beside us we could not have pulled this event off!!! At every turn she said yes and made this event happen for our daughter and son-in-law. You should praise them all and do anything and everything to keep them all. They truly make your hotel the best that it is. Respectfully, Gary and Dawn

Absolutely bad review. This bad review is not for hotels, but for Ctrip. Ctrip is becoming more and more unscrupulous. La Quinta and Days are two completely different hotels. Ctrip actually confused the two hotels. This hotel is Days, and the hotel next door is La Quinta. And this hotel has been open for more than ten years. When I booked it, it was shown that the hotel will open in 2019, and when I booked, I used a photo of La Quinta. After arriving, they found that they were completely misled. They complained to Ctrip. They only replaced some photos and cancelled the opening hours. Although Ctrip paid 400 yuan symbolically, it still feels that such a large company, whether it is your mistake or intentional, is seriously misleading to users. Because they are abroad, they are too lazy to talk to them. Everyone must pay attention when booking this hotel. Besides, on other platforms, these two hotels are completely separate and are two different hotels. Ctrip uses La Quinta in Chinese and Days inn in English is completely irresponsible and unprofessional.
