We arrived late on Friday - around 10pm - and was very tired so disappointed to discover the volume of music being played in the foyer/bar area. However, we checked in with ease and given a little paper bag with tea bags, coffee and milk. There are 4 floors and our room was on floor 3. The room was certainly small as the elevator shaft essentially took up a big chunk of our room. This unfortunately meant that any time someone used the elevator, we heard the pings and the comedy Belfast voice they play when you get to a floor. I called reception and asked when the music was played until - and I was told 1pm. Shame as we wanted to sleep and its all we could hear - and feel. The bass was that powerful that you could feel it 3 floors up! Don't get me wrong - it's a cracking hotel in a great spot - but don't stay here if you want to get a good nights sleep. It's a party hotel really. The service was great and the staff were lovely. Breakfast options were great and the pastries were delicious.

A three-day stay here fully made my trip memorable. The hotel and staff more than fulfilled my expectations. From the helpful, warm welcome to the wonderfully spacious room (I’ve never had this without paying a premium for a larger room in a chain hotel) to the open and friendly restaurant staff and cleaning staff… nothing was missing! The quiet room I requested was granted (can’t control the noise guests make unfortunately.) Walking around the area near the hotel has so much to offer without venturing much further. It reminded me of why I so like this part of the world.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every single member of staff was superb - they just could not do enough to help, from directions, room service requests, nothing was too much and everything is done with a smile - that really is the difference between a good hotel and a great one. All of the public areas and amenities were clean and some stunning artwork, from giant chandeliers to antique furniture and paintings all around. I could've spent a week here just wandering around admiring it all. We stayed in room 318 - it is very opulent with lots of plush furnishings and a very comfortable bed. Unfortunately the windows don't open - there are 2 aircon units in the suite, but I like a bit of fresh air. There is a lot of furniture in the room - beautiful old cabinets in keeping with the theme, but, you couldn't access the minibar in the room as the tv unit was in the way of the door opening fully so we had no way of chilling water, etc. The hotel provided plenty of icebuckets to compensate but it's a pity it wasn't thought out a bit more.

Excellent value for money in a great location about a two minute walk from the Duke of York pub - room was clean and decorated to a nice standard, it was compact but more than enough for a short stay. Continental breakfast in the morning was really handy, and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for a short city break as the perfect base to explore.

We stayed here for the weekend of our wedding anniversary and it was a lovely hotel. From the minute we set foot at reception, we found the staff to be efficient and friendly. The hotel has a nice bar area too and its about a 2 minute walk from all the attractions of the cathedral quarter. The standard room was great. It was Clean, modern and quiet. All the usual hotel things like tv, en-suite (which again was clean and the shower was great). Our room was at the back of the hotel and while not a fantastic view, it was nice to see the H&W cranes in the distance and despite a busy road outside and a railway line, the noise was minimal. Breakfast was nice although the only option for the eggs were scrambled, however im sure if I'd asked they'd have done me a poached or fried egg. Its a buffet style breakfast and if I have only one criticism, its that it wasnt topped up as well as it could be. The staples like bacon etc were topped up, but pastries and the continental selection were kind of sp**** and not topped up each morning we were there. That aside, there was plenty to eat and drink and a nice touch is the takeout cups. It meant I could take a coffee on my travels which is great and saves a few quid from the coffee shops etc. I look forward to returning to the Ramada again as it was a lovely experience. Thank you also for the voucher for a glass of wine free for my wife and I because it was our anniversary. That was a lovely touch.

I booked a Premier Plus room for 8 nights. I did not receive the complimentary water / sweet treats / tea advertised. I had to go to reception daily to request water - I finally received water after 4 days. Secondly, I was overcharged in the restaurant and had to wait 20 minutes for this to be resolved (by 3 different members of staff). I was also charged for someone else's meal and drinks despite dining alone. You have to request for your room to be serviced at reception which basically only includes emptying the bin and changing the towels. The bed is not made and no cleaning / hoovering is carried out. In the premier room the water is not topped up and sweet treats are not provided daily. You have to continuously ask Reception for water and then wait 4 days for it to be put into the room. Thirdly, the Reception area is often uncovered so you have to walk into the restaurant to find a member of staff. The only positives - the bed is comfortable and the location is good. I would only advise staying for the night and not bother paying for the premier plus upgrade. Some of the staff are friendly and professional, however, the majority are not.

Arrived in a taxi from the airport and Checked in around 3pm. The reception staff were very alert to guest arriving from the front door. Jennifer at reception checked me in very efficiently, advised me of the breakfast times and asked if I would like to book a slot. Shortly afterwards gave me an information sheet and I was off to my room. The Room I was in was the standard king with city view. The room was bigger than expected. It had everything you need. A king bed, a large tv, enough space to put my belongings, a spacious 3 piece toilet with amenities and floor to ceiling windows which had view as far as the hills beyond. We had dinner that night at the hotel restaurant called Novelli at city quays. A separate review is on their trip advisor page. That night we ended up in the bar after going out exploring. I decided to have some gin and asked what they recommended. One of the nice bartender advised the short cross gin which I never tried and is now becoming one of my favourites. Am sorry I never caught your name. But Paul who was also working that night rang it through the till should know who you are. Paul was great too, he was kept very busy that night. Everyone was great. Special mention to Mary who remembered what I drank when I asked for another. Morning came and so did breakfast. There was a large variety of hot and cold food. From sausages, bacon and eggs, to toast, cheese and ham. Also plenty of tea, coffee and juices to choose from. Next time I come back I will make sure I book an upgraded room with a view of the river. Overall a fantastic night that couldn’t be faulted. Well recommend.

We went as a family and had a very enjoyable lunch. Our lunch was served to us in pristine condition and it was really very enjoyable. Indeed the sandwiches I had were not fully on the menu but they were able to make me a sandwich of my choice, which was very enjoyable indeed. we were well looked after and the staff were excellent. Coming to see if we needed anything more and getting me a top up of coffee. It was very nice indeed thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back. Ryan, McCartney.

The hotel is on a quiet street, a little distance from the city centre. We used to walk to appreciate the beauty of the city, so it took about 3 hours to walk along the river bank to the city center and the Titanic shipyard. Going back to the hotel and starting to eat, there is a supermarket in the alley opposite the hotel, shopping is convenient. The most surprising thing is that there is a Thai restaurant next door to the supermarket. The voice is full of people and there are many diners. If you go late, there is no place, and the price is ok.

Stayed here in March, 2023, and could not fault anything whatsoever. The hotel is in a very central location, within easy walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. Rooms were large and well maintained and the breakfast buffet offered a wide choice. Whilst often the hot elements of hotel buffets are served warm/lukewarm at best, here the hot buffet was served very hot and the quality of the ingredients was excellent. Final word must be regarding the staff. All the staff we interacted with, from the booking team through to the front desk staff, were absolutely first class and they could not do enough to assist you, from our need to change the dates of our booking due to a cancelled flight, right through to arranging a taxi back to the airport for us. All the staff were a real credit to the company and give an excellent impression, from a customer service perspective.

I did not expect the street where this hotel is located is very expensive, this is a very cost-effective hotel, the price is right, there is breakfast, the most important thing is that the old man of reception is very nice, very fond of looking for someone to speak, a pure English, I heard it very well. And also introduced us to a very beautiful driving route, I give the super five stars praise!

I just spent two nights at ETAP Belfast and I can’t say anything bad about it! Though the rooms are small, it’s fair for the price! What is the best in this hotel is the staff! Always cheerful and keen to help, really professional! Especially Nathan, the receptionist that was working when I arrived! So polite and always making small talk which is very good and makes us feel comfortable. He is the cherry on top of the cake, if there’s any chance make sure he knows about it! He made my 3 day holiday worth it. Thank you Nathan 😍

The most satisfying hotel in this trip. The location is near Queen's College, there is a bus at the door, and 10 minutes to Europa Station when walking. From the train station near the Giant's Road, you can sit directly at the small train station opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. In addition to Ctrip's order to make a double bed room to the hotel, the other did not feel any discomfort, the hotel breakfast is super delicious, it is too much weight.

Belfast is small, walking to the city center for about 12 minutes, it is relatively convenient. The hotel is quiet and the overall feeling is very business, not suitable for a holiday. The room I stayed in was a business-style suite facing the main road. It was big and comfortable with a nice bathroom and tea/coffee facilities. There is free, covered parking at the back which was useful. The windows opened which was good as it was dry and hot in the room. I could not get the TV to work other than BBC World although eventually I managed to tweak the box and get it to work. The room furnishing was incredibly dark (wallpaper, curtains and light covers were all in dark material). I had to ask the reception to replace a broken bulb in one of the ceiling lights and the bedsit lights were so dark it was impossible to read by them. The cleaning of the room was a bit hit or miss and there were cigarette butts permanently stuck out of the external butt holder right by the front door. The housekeeper did pop by and apologise. The staff at reception were helpful and pleasant and when prompted sorted out the necessary issues.

My 50th Birthday Titanic experience. An amazing experience, friendly staff from the minute you walk in. Rooms are very clean and themed to a high standard. I had a happy birthday card and tray with macaroons, small things really mean a lot. Bed was comfortable and warm. Was clean and cleaned daily. The meals were hearty and delicious, really filling you up. Breakfast was superb, a buffet style with both cereal and cooked breakfast. Lots to choose from, so even the fussiest of dinners will have something they like. The authentic designs throughout the hotel really sets the scene. The drawing room with the bar is stunning, so bright and airy. The staff were very attentive and David (the barman), really was friendly and always took time to chat and make you feel welcoming. Been staying in Hilton in Belfast for couple days, I really liked hotel, lovely staff, nice food , nice rooms, the only thing I really didn’t liked, how rooms is being cleaned during your stay, if you can even say they are clean because seems that staff only empty bins and change towels and that’s it, during 4 days nothing else was cleaned, dusts wasn’t cleaned, bathroom wasn’t washed even thought it was dirty , toothpaste in sink and hairs on the floor, shower glass dirty, bathroom dirty , staff that supposed to clean it but just left it like that, didn’t even hoovered bathroom floors. I never been in hotel with such a bad housekeeping. This is really a shame because everything else about hotel I really loved.

Very disappointed with the horrible customer service received at this hotel. Firstly you can’t charge nothing to your room without a card being presented at check in! So far nothing extremely awkward as I travel around the world and with the exception of the hotel chains that I have membership, inhame been asked before to present a credit card to be inserted in the hotel system as a guarantee. The awkwardness start when the receptionist start asking how much you want to put in ?? It seemed more to be on a top up shop than in a hotel! So as I am staying just a couple of nights (already payed for) and being caught by surprise I asked for a 100£ credit to the room, payment went trough etc, got to the bar and was told that I had to pay there for the drinks to which I responded that I had just put a credit in and for the bartender to verify, “computer says nooo” like type of answer, he then called reception, followed by same type of operation with computer still saying nooo. A girl who seemed to be the bar manager, absolutely didn’t bother to come and get involved in order to excuse the hotel for whatever mistake was happening, I ended up paying for the drinks with my card even with a credit of 100£ Worse than this: Breakfast today, received by the restaurant manager who requested my room number, with little to no sympathy at all with a shut face very poor wording took note of room Nr and asked me to wait at the bar area as she needed to prepare a table for me, which was fine. Minutes later a young waitress came and call me for a table already settled. She inform me of the buffet and I request a menu as I’ve dietary demands and knew what I wanted actually. I stated that i wanted to poached eggs on brown bread toast with either smoked salmon or avocado or even a bit of salad. The girl asked me to wait a bit and went to the restaurant manager to ask. I was flabbergasted by the answer of the terrible, horrible and rude creature that is breakfast room manager at this hotel. “ my manger says that we would do the 2 poached eggs, but we don’t have salmon, avocado nor salad” ??? You can do your own toast at the buffet Which I did of course alternative was going and eat out! Coffee machine broken, but mysteriously repair itself after a lot of customers complaint (specially because everyone could see another operational coffee machine at the bar. I think they’re understaffed as I could see the bartender from last night which I saw closing the bar at 23h40, and was there already today at 8h30am ? Staff must be shattered with workload but, they either choose to move (there’s a lot of job offer in the sector) or they take the risk of being frustrated and being rude with customers who keep the hotel running. This besides my colleagues in upper floors being abruptly waked up at 6ish am with construction work on the roof, and when called reception were told “yeah it’s some repairs in the roof and we don’t know until when it’d last” Unbelievable!!!
