🔔 Service: The front desk is very warm, the service is super good, the staff who cleaned the room may have obsessive-compulsive disorder, not only did the beds be cleaned, but also helped us put our shoes one by one, and folded our pajamas and bath towels neatly. 🧹 Hygiene: The room is small but clean and tidy, and the bathroom is large and bright. 🚗 Traffic: It is very close to the subway. It is very convenient to go anywhere. I want to live here in Paris. Very recommended.

Cet hôtel est à fuir ! Le personnel est de mauvaise foi, menteur et ”embrouilleur”, donc impossible de se faire entendre et d'obtenir un quelconque service. Et quand j'ai demandé le nom du gérant pour le joindre directement on m'a répondu que le personnel n'avait pas le droit de donner son nom ?! J'ai réservé en mai une chambre pour 2 personnes pour 5 nuits en appelant directement l'hotel J'ai demandé un mail de confirmation : 5 nuits en chambre Exe (cutive) n°204. Sur place, la clim ne marchait pas, le gardien de nuit a proposé de la régler à partir du central, sans succès. Il m'a dit de nous servir gratuitement dans le mini bar, et quand j'ai demandé un ventilateur, il m'a répondu qu'ils étaient tous déjà pris... le problème de clim semblait donc être général. Après vérification du planning, il m'a dit que le lendemain ils transfèreraient nos valises en chambre 104, même type de chambre, Le lendemain soir, il nous donne la clé de la chambre 102 !? Un chambre de catégorie inférieure, très petite, avec une fenêtre sur cour et complétement obstruée par l'énorme machinerie de la clim de l'hôtel, qui fait un bruit monstrueux et qui dégage une chaleur insupportable. Donc impossible de garder la fenêtre ouverte ! Quand je lui rappelle sa proposition de la vielle, il me soutient qu'il ne m'a jamais proposé la chambre 104, qui de toute façon n'est pas disponible ... Dans la chambre la clim étant verrouillée, impossible de la modifier, j'appelle l'accueil : même réponse que la veille, il va voir avec le central mais sans résultat ! Le 3ème soir, pas d'autre proposition de chambre, la clim toujours verrouillée. Nous nous sommes débrouillés tous seuls en trouvant le mode d'emploi sur Internet. Le jour du départ, j'ai demandé un remboursement de la différence entre la catégorie de chambre précisée dans le mail de confirmation (Exécutive) et celle de la chambre que nous avons réellement occupée (Deluxe - très petite). On m'a répondu que j'avais été surclassée dès le départ comme c'était précisé sur la fiche de réservation INTERNE ! Mais à aucun moment, on ne m'en a informé, ni par téléphone ni par mail. Il me répond que j'étais d'accord puisque j'ai transmis mes cordonnées bancaires !!, ça n'a aucun rapport ! et c'est le mail de confirmation qui vaut contrat entre l'hôtel et le client !!! Donc pour eux, ni ce qu'ils disent, ni ce qu'ils écrivent n'a de valeur ! C'est la porte ouverte à tous les abus et à la malhonnêteté... CQFD

I stayed 5 nights, without breakfast. The room was spotless every day. The bed was so comfy! Every member of staff was kind and helpful. I had requested an iron before I arrived and it was waiting in the room for me, despite not being part of the room’s equipment. It’s in a perfect position for many metro stops, buses and also lots can be reached on foot. I will definitely be going back there.

The hotel is small, but it is also very delicate. The room is estimated to be only 13 square meters, but the bathroom and the sink shower room are separated. It is good to live alone. There is no place for the two people to put the box. It is very clean, even if I am Taiwan or the service staff said that they would not come clean, they will still come in and sort out; The location of the hotel is very good, and it is convenient to eat around because it is a gathering place for Chinese companies, so Chinese food is also available; Shopping in Paris is about 400 meters, and Lafayette is more than 600 meters.

Super clean and comfy bed. Problem is with the front desk. Stayed there for nights, fromt desk is not the friendliest. We asked for help to book us a cab early in the morning at 6.30 AM. We went to the front desk, she told us shes on the phone. We waited for her to finish her phone call. She has no smile at us, where’s Accor hospitality? After she finished her phone call, she didn’t even ask us, if we need anything. Instead we said, excuse us but can you help us to book a cab? She said I am not working yet. You can ask my colleagues when she’s back. No smile at all, like she’s goinf to eat us

We stayed three nights first in Superior room then booked a three nights package via its website for the duplex room towards end of our trip. When we stayed at the Superior room, as the rooms are all very densely located next to each other, every night, it’s hard not to be able to hear the strong rhythm of neighbouring room’s evening activities. I recommend the Duplex room if budge allows as it’s much quieter, and of course much nicer too. Breakfast was quite basic and simple that we wished there was more variety. We didn’t bring swimsuit along so never get to try the sauna or jacuzzi...I won’t call it a pool as it’s too small to do proper swim. If you book this hotel, don’t forget to pack swimsuit. In general, the hotel is cute and lovely with convenient location. The staff was very helpful esp. Nicholas!

It is very convenient for sightseeing near the center of Paris. It is also convenient to dine in the room because famous department stores are nearby and you can buy famous store dishes, cold wine and beer in the basement of the department store. (Because it is a famous store, you can get plastic knives, forks and napkins) As expected, I bought a glass of plastic at a supermarket in the basement of Saint Lazare station. (6 pieces for 2.9 euros) It was very convenient to eat out as you could walk to the Passage Panorama. It was nice to have an old man who speaks Katakoto Japanese at the front desk. However, 2/3 of the guests are Japanese and there is no chance of being in Paris.

The location was great for ease getting around Paris. We had a room for 4 people, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. The room was a good size but there wasn't much space to move around the beds. The beds were comfortable, only a down comforter was available so I got very hot when covered up. The air conditioning wasn't working so we opened the windows. Our room faced the interior courtyard/not the street but we still got cigarette smoke in our room as people who had balcony rooms sat on the balcony to smoke. The lobby is on the second level and the elevator is very, very tiny. People smoke right outside the door to the hotel so the cigarette smell inside the entrance was horrible, I wore my mask to keep from breathing it. The breakfast was included in our rate and it was just ok. It wasn't anything exciting but it was better than nothing. The location makes this hotel worth a stay.

The location of this hotel is very good, just next to the Saint Lazare train station, one step away is the entrance to the city subway, there are many lines, it is very convenient to go anywhere. Nice, clean hotel but I would not rate it as high as all the other reviews. The rooms are very tiny, the bathroom was very Okayish, but that didn’t bother us much. The location is probably the best part of this hotel; very central, everything is within walking distance. The staff was friendly and courteous, but they wouldn’t deliver anything to your rooms (e.g. we asked for an iron, key to the locker box in the room, and each time, we were asked to come downstairs to the reception to collect it). Probably they are a bit understaffed at the moment. In any case, great location to see all the major sights in Paris and there are some nice cozy boulangeries and cafes around.

I stayed here with my sister during our holiday in Paris and I can say I was very happy with the choice made! Two-step structure from Moulin Rouge and its metro, 10 minutes walk from MontMartre , a spacious area, open mainly at night, a starbucks in front of the metro stop, then brewery, poke, hamburger, locals for all tastes + a large supermarket (also exactly at the out of the metro). Reception h24 - a little date structure, small stairs and a little uncomfortable but essential room, small, a small closet and a mirror, but for the location and price, for two girls is super recommended! I never had the feeling of being in a bad area, at the evening of a full-fledged, but quiet, and not new, but also here, for the price it is fully presentable and useable. The only sin (which was not a problem for us) is that at night it is not a quiet area, just not having light sleep problems and nothing to revert. The phone and telecommand of the TV are to be requested at the reception. As far as we are concerned, super recommended!

Absolutely terrible place. This is not a hotel it is apartments. The night before I was due to book into the room they contacted me at 10.30pm telling me that there had been a mix up with my room and I now was not staying in the Concorde executive suite I was now staying in the Eiffel room. Which a room downsized from what I had booked 3 weeks before. I replied to them I wanted a full refund because that was not what I booked 3 weeks ago. They replied that it was not there thought it was a new person had double booked the room. I contacted book.com and explained what the hotel had done and they contacted the manager. 2 hours later they finally contacted me and said I could have the room that I had booked. This was not a good start… when I arrived in Paris the following day it was really hard to find the hotel which is apartments and the code I had been given was the wrong code so I had to stand outside for 2 hours due to they don’t answer the phone. When I finally get access the place looked nothing like the pictures. It was dark dirty and horrible. I was told I could not book in yet but could leave my cases and come back at 3pm. I was given a phone by the cleaner who was dealing with me and it was the manager he asked who I was and laughed on the phone and said the room I had booked someone else had checked in it already. I really did not find this funnny as he did. When I came back at 3pm the owner was sitting in the reception and he was extremely flash and rude. He showed us to the suite which by the way was not a suite it was a small dark room and nothing like the pictures. There was marks on the walls and the door was damaged. When I said I don’t want to stay here and can I have my money back . He said go and stay in the four seasons and there was no way I was getting my money back ever…. And then see me out in the street . Do £1100 down and having to find another hotel. Disgusting….. DO NOT stay at this place …. Also homeless people begging outside

Room is smallish to be expected but bathroom is modern and useful. We were upgraded, provided a bottle of wine, lovely local candy treat. Most importantly…after my husband had a fall the staff was so kind and helpful. Provided ice for his knee, contacted a doctor to make a visit, provided us a late check out. The garden is sweet. Many cafes nearby. We have been more than satisfied. Thank you ladies!

Old style hotel which i liked, room was clean and comfortable bed and good shower but that is where the good ended. Location is not the best, not many restaurants around, quite a walk to the Louvre. Be aware there is a tiny lift but there are more stairs on each floor to negotiate with suitcases. I am loyal to Accor and feel as a gold member I received zero benefits. Room was not ready at 3pm (2pm check in) and had to wait with no chairs to sit on, no welcome drink offered, probably the worst room in the hotel, booking said city view instead we had a lovely view of an internal wall and windows on the 3rd floor, incredibly difficult to get a 1 hour late check out, constantly fobbed off to next shift, when finally granted the cleaners kept coming in so we gave up and left. Staff were unwelcoming and generally unhelpful. Felt as if I might have just walked in off the street instead of spending a lot of money this year in Accor hotels, in fact most of the Ibis hotels we used had better rooms and staff. Definitely better hotels in Paris

I have stayed at this apartment hotel several times. This time, we were assigned to the 8th floor by the hotel. The room felt very large. It is estimated that the overall area could exceed 26 square meters. Of course, the room facilities are also very good, and simple meals can be prepared. The location of the hotel is just super. Near Mars Field, to Eiffel Tower you can reach in 5 minutes. The rooms are clean, comfortable. At the respiratory we met an employee named Andrey , he is separate thanks. (We have answered many questions that are interesting to us and gave some advice) we took breakfast. They are scarce but they can be saturated. We had room 602. There is a teapot, a fan, a refrigerator, a TV without Russian channels) The only minus is the floors in the bathroom. Stayed here before returning home, and stayed here in France for the first time. I booked it from different platforms. There is an elevator. You can help keep your luggage when you arrive early or check out. The front desk can speak good English. Toothbrush and toothpaste should be prepared by yourself. The space is not big, one person and two luggage can not be opened at the same time, but comfortable. This time I stayed on the six floors and the lighting was very good. I forgot to live on the second or third floor before, and the daylighting will be blocked. It's okay to stay for one night. The location is very close to Lyon Railway Station, very convenient, there are Chinese restaurants (going right and turning left) and sushi restaurants nearby (continue to go along the direction of the Chinese restaurant, diagonally opposite the road), it is quite delicious, not particularly expensive, a meal is ten euros up and down, in that location this price should be OK. The difference is that there is a supermarket name on the street probably monop's(monoprix) orange red black match store, you can buy frozen food for fast food, Paris prices are OK.

This Hotel is in a lovely area of Paris. With good shops and restaurants just across the square in Bercy Village. The metro stop of Saint Cour Emillion, on line 14 is less than 2 minutes walk away, and all around is well lit and pleasant either night or day. We got an official taxi from Charles de Gaulle airport direct to the hotel, for the set rate of 55 euros. So arrived at the hotel at lunch time after our morning flight. Staff were helpful and had already arranged our family 2 rooms together which was great. I’d gone for a room with balcony and could see the Eiffel Tower out there, which was lovely especially at night when it was all lit. We paid in advance for the additional breakfast when booking the rooms. Which was fresh, good quality and an arrangement of hot cooked food, eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereals, fruit, toast, croissants, breads, fruit or continental breakfast. Plenty of drink choices of assorted teas, coffees and juices. There was something for everyone. The Hotel booked our return taxi at the end of our stay, and was helpful printing out boarding passes and attraction tickets when we asked for no extra charge. There was good WiFi reception throughout the hotel. It was my 2nd time stopping at this hotel the first time being 10 years ago and it was just as nice as before. We would all recommend it.

I spent 2 nights here for a business trip and had a very nice stay. The room was a bit small but the bed is comfortable and large. I am close to 2 meters tall and fit nicely, which is unfortunately something I don’t see in many other hotels. I appreciated the small details of the room. For example, the curtain is super long and close enough to the window in order to prevent any sunlight from coming in. The temperature is nicely regulated and I never found the room to be too hot or too cold. The staff as well were very welcoming and helpful. I dropped my credit card from my wallet by accident when taking out my room key and the staff were kind enough to inform me that they found it and leave it in my room. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and staff.

Firstly, the price was fantastic. The location is close to a Metro station and a bus stop. It is only 25 minutes from the Eiffel Tower by Metro. It is also close to the train station by bus. The reception area was welcoming they also spoke good English. The room was very clean, and had air conditioning. The shower was great and also clean. Don’t be put off by the stairwell on the road towards the hotel when you first arrive (coming from the metro). It is near a police station, very well lit, so also very safe. I would stay here again!

It’s a new Boutique Hotel with very stylish deco, Clean !! The staffs are very polite and helpful !!! I can say you feel safe when you staying in this hotel. Central location, within 1 mins walk to Metro -Notre-Dame-de-Lorette - which offers direct transport to Saint-Lazare Train Station. It takes you 20 mins to Gare du Nord from hotel !! If you love shopping, the famous Shopping mall Lafayette and Printemp, it takes you 15 mins by walk from the Hotel Bloum. Very convenient and central in Paris ‘ I was staying for 6 days, the breakfast is very simple, without eggs and omelette, coffee is very simple too . Need to improve for the whole breakfast honestly !!! I will stay again if I come back to Paris again !!!!

Would highly recommend this Hostel. Location is right next to a metro but also a good walking to distance from many other metros and place de la nation which is great for restaurants. Didn’t eat at the hostel so can’t comment on that but the buffet breakfast did look good & all guests get 10% off food and their own beer during the stay. I found all the facilities to be clean, the bathrooms are out with the bedrooms which I find to be good as you don’t have to be dead silent. Could be doing with a door to the urinal and some hooks on the toilet doors and not just the shower door. Rooms are decent sized the only downside was the positioning of the main room lights & switch. if left on overnight was annoying and very bright. Each bed has a light though which is good when the main light is off. Hairdryer also available which can be taken to the bathroom. Friendly staff and large reception/bar area where there is something on most nights with lots of people in attendance. I was a solo traveller this occasion and would recommend to others.

Das Ibis Styles hat vermutlich vor langer Zeit bessere Tage gehabt. Übrig geblieben ist ein abgewohntes, nicht sonderlich sauberes Hotel, welches den sonstigen Standards, die ich von ibis Styles kenne, nicht entspricht. Die Badezimmer sind winzig und für die Benutzung der Dusche darf man nicht klaustrophobisch sein. Warum man 3 angefangene Klopapierrollen bekommt und keine unbenutzte, bleibt das Geheimnis dieses Hotels. Beim Frühstück, was bei ibis Styles inklusive ist, hatte die Servicekraft wenig Lust, die benutzten Tische abzuräumen, so dass mehrere Gäste mit ihren Tabletts in der Hand warten mussten um frühstücken zu können. Im benachbarten Hotel Bob oder Ariane Montparnasse ist man wesentlich besser aufgehoben.

The location is near the North Station. The traffic is very convenient. There are more black people at night. It is said to be chaotic and the law and order is not good. It is not recommended to run outside. Of course, going to the urban area is another matter. . .
