We had amazing experience from booking and making lots enquires pre arriving, we were greeted with warm welcome, the staff were so personal and went above and beyond meeting every request, it is so quiet and peaceful, best night sleep in a hotel in years, a haven of tranquility and the outside terrace in a busy city is beyond imagine , we only stayed 2 nights but every staff member remembered us and asked about our stay, they were running on restricted team due to COVID and annual Paris holidays but this made them still patient and exact , we would definitely return

The hotel is a cosy boutique hotel. the reception team are always welcome a so nice. I have ordered a superior double room and got a room in the first floor. I asked to move to higher floor and it took them 30 minutes to call me to my room and to inform me that I can move to the third floor. Location is great, 1 minute walking distance from Madeline, 10 minutes from the Opera and Gallery Lafayette and the same time to vendome and the Concorde. Metro station in in 3 minutes walking distance (lines 8 and 12 ). The room was not spacious but very well designed and great for one person and therefore the feeling was of a larger room. The bed is extremely comfortable and I slept great. Breakfast was nice and really OK for the price. Each day you get 4 complimentary cold drinks free. I do recommend this hotel for singer travelers and for businessman. For a couple the room might be a little too small ( I know that there is one bigger room in this hotel). I'll be back to this hotel for sure.

I had booked the hotel long before going, it felt like a good choice because of the location and the price. I got what I was looking for. The hotel is very conveniently located, everything is in walking distance, which was a God sent because of the strike. Common spaces are small. The lobby is very tight and also functions as breakfast room in the morning. The rooms are also small, you can barely walk around the bed. But it's very clean, and quiet. There is complimentary Nespresso every morning in your room, but they never cleaned the cups. Bathroom was spotless, but the shower needed some maintenance. Because it was very tight, every time you took a shower the water would go right into the room. Also, if you closed the door of the bathroom, it would get so foggy it would be uncomfortable. The front desk was very kind, everyone working there was eager to help us in any way possible. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for the location, if the price is right. Unless you get breakfast included, I believe it is quite expensive. There is a bakery a block down the road that has a wonderful selection of croissants and goodies.

Last month I stayed in this amazing hotel that is located in the heart of the city. I loved everything, the room was clean and huge, the bed was so comfortable and I loved the balcony. Another great thing is location, everything is so close, the hotel is located only a few minutes walk from Galleries Lafayette, Opera... And the thing I loved the most is staff! I stayed in lot hotels and I never experienced friendly and kind staff like here, I would come again in Hotel Concortel at any time 5+++

Although not big but very clean and very comfortable. The staff is very welcoming. Very close to the Opera House. It will arrive in ten minutes. The bad thing is that when you book a night in the morning, the price rises. But in the afternoon it was much less than the previous day. Very depressed when unsubscribing for various reasons. I went to live for three nights and they didn't seem to change sheets. I found it the next night. A little better here is for a family of three. be quiet.

This hotel is in a reasonably quiet side street close to "les grands magasins" - the major stores - and within spitting distance of L'eglise de la Madeleine. It's convenient for the Metro and RER systems, just a few minutes walk from Madeleine, and less than 15 minutes from Haussmann St-Lazare and Auber RER stations and Havre-Caumartin Metro station. The front desk staff were excellent - friendly, efficient and with very good English (thankfully). Like most city centre hotels it is expensive for what it offers but this may be outweighed by its convenience. My double room was small but perfectly adequate, immaculately clean and had very good free wifi. The bathroom was tiny! There is a small restaurant off the hotel lobby that serves as the breakfast room as well as serving dinner. You need to be aware that if you have limited mobility, there are four curving steps from the lobby up to the lift (elevator) which has a relatively narrow door.

Arriving at the hotel, I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist. That's where the good points of this place end. The lift was broken, meaning that I had to walk up three flights of very worn, shabby stairs. Fine. They were unable to confirm when it would be fixed but as I was only staying there one night I wasn't too concerned. When my real issue started was when the air conditioning didn't work. I called the front desk who told me that they could do nothing about it as the hotel was fully booked - they didn't even offer to come up and have a look. So since I was quite hot after a summers day in Paris and I had lugged a suitcase up those stairs, I thought I'd have a shower. But alas Zero. Hot. Water. And moving the tap more to the hot water side meant that only cold drizzle came out. Fine. I can deal with one cold shower. The next morning, after a horrible, hot night, I had another shower. Still. Cold. When I went to check out I raised both issues with the gentleman on the front desk. He first told me that the aircon was working and it was because I had the window open, which I assured him I didn't (as a single female, I never sleep with a window open due to safety). Despite this he refused to accept that the aircon couldn't be working and started arguing with me about it. Then when I mentioned the water issue, and he said to me that I had to wait for it to warm up and it sometimes took a minute or two. Well mate. I washed my long hair that morning and any female would know, that's impossible in a minute or two so if the hot water had been working it would have kicked in by the time I went to condition. I assured him I had waited but again, he started arguing with me about it. While I wasn't expecting the Hyatt in terms of quality of room, I do expect a certain level of hospitality at a hotel. An apology would have improved a terrible experience ever so slightly but instead I received a bill.

a couple of months ago i bought myself the nintendo switch. for christmas, i got my boyfriend a pair of airpod pros before they sold out. my parents also gave me airpod pros for christmas and games for my nintendo switch. we all left for europe together on december 26. used our airpods and my switch on the plane to belgium, the first stop of our trip. used our airpods and switch again on the train from belgium to paris on december 30, our second stop. got to the madeleine plaza hotel and used our airpods and switch that night while we got ready and waited to leave for moulin rogue. i put away my airpods and my switch in my backpack, in two different parts of my bag. my switch was inside backpack and my airpods on one of the outside pockets. both on the same places i had been putting them since we started our vacation on december 26. my boyfriend put away his airpod pros on one of the outside pockets of HIS backpack. the items were in separate backpacks. we had a busy schedule in paris so we never had the chance to use out airpods and switch again. we also never took our backpacks out of the room. we only used them for traveling. on the morning of january 2, the day we were leaving on a train to london, my boyfriend tells me he was going to charge his airpods a little before leaving for the train. i was in the bathroom in our room and my boyfriend knocks on my door and tells me he believes someone stole his airpod pros. i told him to relax, that he probably misplaced them and that i was going to help him find them. but he was 100% sure put them on one of the outside pockets of his backpack the day we arrived to paris, and he hadn’t even taken the backpack out of the closet. out of curiosity i decided to check the outside pocket of my backpack where i had my airpods AND MINE WERE ALSO MISSING! started checking my whole backpack only to find out MY NINTENDO SWITCH WAS ALSO MISSING! so we confirmed the items were 100% stolen from both of our backpacks FROM INSIDE OUR HOTEL ROOM. the only people who have access to our room are the hotel staff. we asked for the manager and told him what had happened and his response? his hotel staff would never steal anything, said everything is probably in our bags AND that we should have put our things in the safe (which, true, definitely learned our lesson and know we can’t trust hotel staff no matter how nice the hotel is) manager kept insisting everything is probably in our bags and luggage but we were telling him we were 100% sure someone from the hotel staff stole everything. he kept insisting they would never and shrugging his shoulders (btw we just finished our vacation today, and no, the airpods and switch were not misplaced in our luggage. we can reconfirm they were 100% stolen by staff). we had to leave because we would miss our train to london. so i reached out through social media. got ignored. commented on their instagram pictures about what had happened, my comments got deleted. commented again, GOT BLO

The hotel is clean and the rooms are small, and the surrounding environment is very small. It should be the relationship between Paris and the land. Convenient transportation, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, to the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower is also convenient. It is the problem of carrying children that does not allow the three of us to live together, and ask my husband to live in other places. I said that my husband is not safe to live alone. The first night is said, the second night we have to change rooms and add money...

We had 2 rooms. One was a double. The other had two twin bids. The rooms were fairly small (the double in particular) but not unusually so for central Paris. The rooms were, however, well appointed - e.g. reading lights, sufficient power points, toiletries, shaving mirror, clothes hangars, a safe and a fridge. The rooms were modern, clean and cleaned well daily. We received muffins and a complimentary bottle of water on arrival. The staff at reception were all very friendly, courteous and helpful, and they spoke good English. Check in and check out were smooth and efficient. On our final day we left our bags whilst we went sightseeing and collected them on our return. Whilst we waited in reception for an hour before leaving to get our train, we were offered tea, coffee and water. We were made to feel welcome at all times. The WiFi in the hotel is free and fairly good speed. The lift is very small (2 people) but we had little luggage and happily took the spiral stairs every day. The hotel does not have that many rooms (4 on our floor) and, besides being recently renovated, offers a nice sleeping experience - we did not suffer from any undue noise despite our room being next to the lift. Neither did we experience any noise from the road outside. The bathrooms, though small, were all modern. There is plenty of really hot water and two shower heads (overhead and hand held). The location of the hotel is really convenient. It is centrally positioned in the heart of the city and we found it a very good place from which to explore in all directions. Would stay here again if we returned to Paris. Thank you.

My husband and I needed to stay an extra 48 hours, at least, after an unfortunate event when my purse was stolen at the lobby of ANOTHER hotel in the Montmartre area, while waiting for a taxi to take us to the airport entroute home. A close friend found this hotel which was way more comfortable, convenient and reasonably priced compared to the OTHER hotel and with a compassionate staff that helped us feel protected during a difficult time. It is steps away from Blvd Hausmann and Printemps, Galleries Lafayette and the Opera. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious, designed with considering a traveller's need for closet, storage and table space. In room Separate toilet and shower areas were nice. Free wifi service is strong. A safe with a key you can keep during your stay, is provided. Coffeemaker, hot water kettle, bar fridge and coffee pods are supplied in the room. Filling breakfast is offered, but Paul, a cafe and boulangerie, is a two minute walk from the hotel. They have access to airport shuttle arrangements which is convenient. I cannot run out of nice things to say about this hotel as far as location, staff, price point, comfort, cleanliness and feeling of safety is concerned, especially after an unfortunate experience at another Parisian hotel. We ended up staying for 4 days, the time it took for complete reproduction of travel documents with our home consulate. But staying at Hotel Le Malown made it so much easier to make the most of the extended time we had and remember the beauty of Paris which was why we were visiting again, our 3rd time.

everything is good and wonderful. Compared the prize, it the hotel would be one of the best option for a tourist in Paris. The location is really central and transport is convenient. There are many bars, restaurants and grocery shops. It is convenient enough for needs of life. The surroundings are also safe and clean.

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.

I regret the booking of this hotel. The gentleman at the service desk when I checked in was incredibly rude and condescending throughout the process. The room was as small as expected however the beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. The shower had minimal pressure. The AC whenever it was turned on left a gathering of dust over everything in my room. Whilst it is located quite a distance from the centre, there are several stations close by which is handy, unfortunately the food options close by the hotel are terrible. I left the hotel after three nights instead of the five I had booked and paid for.

Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!

Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!

For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.
