This modern contemporary style hotel is set off the main route from St Malo to Brest. Ideal for business travelers. Quite clearly labelled on the main road, in the business park & by a modern private hospital. However once in the park, the hotel signage is poor. It was only due to seeing it from the main road that we knew which one it was. The hotel has a fresh modern decor, with a nice atmosphere. The staff are very obliging. The rooms were very clean, furnished in a modern French style. My only gripes where they were only enough towels for two people, rather than a family of four. But this was quickly rectified. We also would have like drink making facilities as we are not near a town centre. The breakfast was €11.00 each. So we opted to use the lovely bakery/diner next door. In addition to this to use the jacuzzi/ steam room it was €22 an hour. What !! I refused to pay.. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay and not far from the town Binic where we found some lovely bars and restaurants thanks to the hotel receptionist.

Most of the time when we stay in a Logis Hotel we find that it is a small family run hotel. Not the case here at the Hotel du Chene Vert. The first impression was not that great as the hotel is very near the dual carriageway (actually this is more of an advantage than an inconvenient as it's very easy to get to it especially if you are on your way to the west of Brittany) and in the middle of a shopping precinct, There is also a larger number of rooms in the hotel than on average with other Logis. Our room was quiet despite being close to the road, no noise from the other residents either. It was also clean and modern, more like an Ibis hotel room. The heating worked very well (even too well for us and even if we stopped it before going to bed we were a bit too hot in bed. There is a good restaurant in the hotel too. Some people apparently do not have too much of a choice in the menu but that's probably when the stay is arranged by a travel company. We could choose from the menu and both the foie gras and scallops were very nice as a starter. We both had the beef, which was cooked to perfection and very tasty. The wine was good but not exceptional. The waiter had advised that we chose another one but 38 euros the bottle was too much for us. The price we paid for the rooms and the meal was very reasonable. Especially the room was quite cheap but we were in the middle of winter. Very good value overall and we will no doubt come back.

A retro-style luxury hotel in the middle of the city, in the center of the city center, the opera house is outside the window, there are commercial areas around, there are many restaurants nearby, the service is good, the environment is clean and tidy, it is recommended!

Apart from being far from the city, there is no shortcoming. The indoor parking lot is full and can only be parked. The charge can be stopped for up to 4 hours. But on both sides, there are no cars and no police placards. It may be farther away.

Room facilities are very good and spacious. Separate kitchen bathroom living room is the tram stop but because it is a hotel apartment bedding is not very comfortable. Extra bed blankets. Many hairs are required to leave before cleaning. The price is not particularly advantageous. The same price in Paris can live in adagio Bordeaux. Can choose to live in the city center hotel

Good location, less than ten minutes away from the train station, other transportation is very convenient, equipped with complete kitchen utensils, cooking is no problem. There are supermarkets around and it is convenient to buy things. A medium-sized Carrefour supermarket is less than ten minutes walking.

Cost-effective. The location is very good, PAUL and McDonald's are near the street, it takes less than 1 minute to walk. Lafayette is also very close. Within 3 minutes. Tourist Information, Grand Theatre, tram station is also very close, walk about 5 minutes to . Be aware that Bordeaux has a pedestrian zone and the car cannot go directly to the hotel entrance. Hotel facilities have a Nespresso coffee machine, shampoo and conditioner, unlike other hotels only all-in-one. Note that the bathtub is a bit high. Breakfast costs $15 euro. Consider buying city day pass, 24 hours $29 euro. Pack the wine museum (tickets $20 euro) and some entrance tickets and public transportation (tickets $4.7 euro). If you go to the wine museum, the value for money.

Breakfast is very good. The chef orders it now: omelet, shredded cheese, vegetables, mushrooms, etc. It's great. Other kinds of bread, fresh juice coffee tea. Meat has sausages, bacon. Peach apple, cantaloupe, pineapple and other fruits, a kind of Danone fruit yoghurt. All in all, including early value

The environment is first-rate, but the room facilities, especially the towels and towels, are really not up to five-star standards! Especially unbearable is the poor sound insulation of the room! The music bar downstairs runs until 12 o'clock. The room noise and quake on the 5th floor are too serious to sleep at all! After finally getting quiet, the next room began to perform a passion show, thrilling, sleepless all night ... living in this most luxurious five-star hotel, enjoying such hell-style torture, but also drunk! Cried! fainted!

The hotel has excellent service! (due to covid-19 the wine-cellar could not deliver the wines to the hotel, called the hotel who sent staff to pick it up instead so we did not have to carry the wine around) - Truly excellent service! Sweet touches with calling beforehand to enquire if there are any special needs, sweet welcome in the room etc. Great facilities, amazing garden with a brilliant pool you don't want to leave. Room was spacious and cool with a little balcony.(a small thing and depending on taste: Not a fan of not having closed bathroom, with shower in the room and little privacy for being "in the bathroom".) To conclude, we wished we had stayed longer!

Catch up the parade, go out from the train station, spent more than 30 euros taxi to the hotel. The heart is bleeding. There are several Chinese restaurants nearby, which taste good. A few steps away is the tram stop, which is convenient for transportation.

Because Bordeaux has two mercures, running the wrong way, calling the front desk Miss sister to help free for a half-hour check-out

The facilities of the Samsung Express Hotel are in harmony with ibis. Google maps are navigated to the back door of the hotel. The room is small, the toilet is in a small cubicle, and the bathtub is small. From the airport, you can take the 1+ line to the palais de justice station and walk for a hundred or two meters. It is convenient to not have a chartered car or a taxi. About 1 km walk to Pepelan Square in the city centre.

Good breakfast and location. But a lot of one-off things aren't there, and that's probably the case in Europe. The overall feeling is not bad, but one day, throwing my trousers directly to the ground for sanitation, I came back to see how angry I was. The shower head in the bath is not good, the old one, the angle cannot be adjusted, and the washing is uncomfortable. There is a taxi at the door, which is not bad.

Hotel is modern and clean. It is located a short walk from the central part of the city. The problem is the rooms are very warm. We asked the staff to address this 3 times. This was before retiring for our first night. I was assured it was taken care of. It was not. The room was too warm. On the next morning after a sleepless night due to the temperature i advised the front desk again. This was early morning (around 7:00). The gentlemen who attended me asked when i would be back and if i would like the room between 20 and 21 C. He said he would have an engineer look into it. Also said he would personally check the room twice. The second time being in the late afternoon. When we arrived back the room was still very warm. I advised the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do and there was nothing wrong with their system. She offered to change my room bit could not assure me it will be any cooler. We will take her up on that and if the room is cooler i will update this review to reflect that. I am not expecting any luck. The most important point in customer service and hospitality is communication. If there was nothing that could be done then leave a note and let me know. I could have switched hotels. The way this was handled made it seem like they didn’t handle it and do not care. They were certainly friendly and seemed like they wanted to be helpful.

Every time my partner and I come to Bordeaux, we choose to stay at the Ibis Budget here around Meriadeck. Simply because it is cheap, clean and in a fantastic location for anything you want in Bordeaux. Admittedly, the rooms are small (and you'd be surprised how small!) but you have all the amenities and space you need. Most importantly, the room is clean and tidy. The hotel does offer a luggage storage if needed also. It says they charge 2€ for this, but if you look on the back of your door in your room, it says "Free". Use this to your advantage! Location wise this is excellent. Meriadeck shopping centre (with a huge Auchan within) behind, St Andre Cathedral, Rue Sainte-Catherine, Hotel de Ville... everything you need (even the train station!) is within walking distance. And it'd be rude not to walk in such a fantastic city. All in all, next time we're in Bordeaux, this will be top of the list of hotels to stay in once more.

The entrance of this hotel in Bordeaux is small, it is only a single door, in the back streets, there are one-way streets that cannot turn around and are difficult to drive. Long parking is not allowed. Self-driving cars have to stop and walk for five minutes in the underground public parking lot of Bordeaux Exchange Square , 25 Euro a night. The hotel has its own restaurant, the front desk and other pictures are quite different from what is provided online. They are actually simple and all self-service. The accommodation only gives a very retro key, which must be handed over to the front desk every time you go out. The elevator in the hotel is very small, the room is small, the bed in the triple room is small, and the bathroom is also small. The room has a double-layered window that can be opened, carpet floor, good hygiene, and complete toiletries. Do not open the windows at night, because outside is a garbage dump, it is very noisy in the middle of the night, and there are always loud noises of loading and unloading. The hotel is close to major attractions on foot, low cost performance, not suitable for parent-child travel.

The location is acceptable, in the central area of Bordeaux, 500 meters walk after getting off the airport bus, the gate entrance is on the side of the street, easy to find, arrive at more than 10 o'clock in the evening, there are many people at the entrance of the bar, and feel safe. The rooms are small, with good hygiene, comfortable bedding and average breakfast. The front desk was good, and the taxi was booked, a better experience.

The location of Pull*** is about 15-20 minutes drive from the city center, but the tram in Bordeaux is very convenient. On the one hand, the frequency is very frequent, and the price is very reasonable. You can buy a 24-hour for $4-$5. Full-day pass, unlimited rides. The hotel room is clean and tidy, the space is moderate, the facilities are quite large, the pool table, the pool, the piano, the breakfast is also good. If time permits, I am willing to choose a hotel that is farther away from the city center, affordable and relatively new. In addition, there is a small-sized casino on the side of the hotel. The main game is to play slot machines, but the scale cannot be compared with the casinos in Macau. It is just one more night entertainment destination.
