0.14km from downtownGreat hotel in the middle of the res light district . Can’t ask for much more than that .it was spotless too and good selection of TV channels in the room . Cozy beds and not much street noise too . 10/10
0.15km from downtownA perfect location right in amongst it and a 5 minute walk from Centraal Station. Check in/out really easy and the reception is occupied 24/7. You have to give your key in every time you leave which can be slightly annoying but no big deal. The rooms are so basic but ours (number 6) was big enough, clean enough and we hardly heard any noise. Check out is at 11am, however at 10:20 someone knocked on the door to tell us.... found this a bit patronising as we are in our 30’s and not teenagers getting ready for school. Quite expensive for what it is but then Amsterdam always has been. I would definitely stay here again due to location.
0.13km from downtownContinental Centre Hotel is situated in Amsterdam's historical city centre, a 5-minute walk away from Amsterdam Central Station. From Continental Centre Hotel, you can easily walk to Dam Square, the red Light district and the Jordaan area with lots of cosy cafés, art galleries and boutiques. The hotel has single, double, triple and quad rooms available with either shared facilities or a private bathroom. All have a colour TV and telephone.
0.13km from downtownLocation is OK, close to the train station. But there are too many mosquitoes on the first floor of the hotel. In winter, the bag was bitten in the middle of the night and called the front desk to solve it. The next night, it was killed by the mosquito. Then I called the front desk the next night and shouted, he said: no shout, I will give you a spray. I did n’t dare to spray too much, and it was poisonous to myself. Then I slept under the quilt all night. Catch the plane the next day, forget it! Will never live here again, the price is not low, about 500 on Ctrip, and paid about 25 euros in taxes and other miscellaneous fees at the store. No WiFi, 3 Euros a day. In short, this shop is not recommended.

0.14km from downtownI didn’t eat breakfast, I don’t know if I can add an extra bed, but the two rooms we stayed in are very small, and the whole hotel is very small, there is no elevator, there is only a narrow corridor that can pass more than one person, the luggage is too big or too much. Convenience! It is not suitable for the elderly to live with children. The advantage of the hotel is its good location, only a short distance from Amsterdam, and convenient travel.

0.14km from downtownHotel The Exchange is an independent fashion hotel in Amsterdam city centre that playfully weaves together hotel design with fashion in unique rooms ranging from one to five stars.Flat-screen satellite TV is provided in the rooms at Exchange. Each room has a modern bathroom with a bath tub or shower and there is a separate seating area.Amsterdam Central Station is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel and offers direct connections by train, tram and metro all over the city. Hotel The Exchange is a 5-minute walk from the shopping street Kalverstraat as well as the Nine Streets area, the Jordaan district, and the Anne Frank House. The Exchange includes a 24-hour reception, Wi-Fi, a ticket service and a tour desk. Guests can enjoy breakfast all day at the on-site Stock restaurant.
0.04km from downtownThe location is very convenient, just about 5 minutes opposite the Amsterdam centraal. The room is small to understand, in such a place where the size of the gold, such a position, this price is also very kind. The room was very clean. Like the old-fashioned house, the internal spiral staircase is not suitable for large luggage up and down. There is an elevator, small. The next morning 5.00 train to the airport, very convenient! The train is about 20 minutes from the airport. There is a coffee machine, there is no electric kettle, but you can borrow it from the front desk. Although Ctrip is prepaid, it still pays a city tax of 3.15 euros at the front desk.
0.07km from downtownWe were supposed to stay here from 9th feb - 12th but this did not happen as our departing flight was cancelled due to bad weather. We did ask for a refund from hotel but they said we couldn’t but were willing for us to change the dates of our stay - which we were happy about, even though they said there was an extra charge for this as the original room we had booked, wasn’t available for the new dates. We arrived at the hotel to a rude receptionist who was not helpful in the slightest and did not have any customer service skills whatsoever. However, the next day there were two other members of staff on reception - Marrion and Massimo and they were both lovely and very accommodating and even offered us two free drinks vouchers each for our trouble. Overall room was fairly clean apart from a few hairs in beds / dust on floors. Towels were changed daily which was handy as there were 4 of us staying in a room. Would stay again. Thank you Marrion and Massimo again for your hospitality!
0.15km from downtownThe location is just across the street from Amsterdam Central Station. This should be one of the core areas of Eminem. The front entrance of the hotel is small and inconspicuous. You have to find it by the number of the house. There is only a small door, and then you enter the front door on the second floor.
I think this hotel should be a little old, it looks old, the shower head is rusty, and the radiators in the room are all dusty. The single room on the top floor that I live in actually feels like a loft. The room is small, but considering the location is so convenient, the facilities can be ignored. Anyway, there are some.
Needless to say the geographical location, I only stayed one night in Emu for a transfer, so I picked this very close to the train station and walked to the station in a few minutes. I searched the Internet and found that the red light district was next to me. When I was all right at night, I walked around and looked around. It was very close. There are all shops downstairs in the hotel, but to buy things early, in December it feels that they are almost closed at around 10pm.
The only thing to vomit is that the stairs are too difficult to climb. . The long and narrow staircase came up to the front desk on the second floor. Then my room was on the fifth floor. All the way up was a very narrow and steep staircase, with a rotating, dragging a dozen kilograms of boxes. Taking a stop for a while, they were tortured. They also did not have an elevator, and there was a fork in the stairs on the same floor. If you did n’t pay attention to seeing the number and sign in the wrong direction, it would not work. So if you have a large suitcase, consider it carefully. Basically qualified in other respects.
0.1km from downtownBreakfast ten euros, in fact, eat in the Italian restaurant on the left, the price is the same, the single room I live in can only sleep one person, do not take a taxi out of the train station, go straight and turn left to cross the bridge straight into the small The first street in the lane turns right a dozen meters away. I will go out and take a photo upload later. It is very friendly, clean, safe, and there is no parking. It is best to come to leisure.

0.26km from downtownThis is my fourth time I have stayed at this hotel in Amsterdam and I am as satisfied as ever. Breakfast DIY freshly squeezed orange juice is always so great. Going out is a tram, and it is especially convenient to go to supermarkets, shopping malls, and train stations. If you come to Amsterdam next time, you will still be the first choice.
0.14km from downtownThe hotel is in the red light district and is totally unsuitable for family and children! I thought it was wrong when I checked in. The first floor was a bar. The front desk stayed at the reception desk. The big man drinking at the door scared me... can't cancel, just live! There is also near the train station, 5 minutes to go, the next day to go, do not pick. The room is less than ten square meters, the river is outside the window, the scenery is not bad! Three 90-wide cots, because they are not clean in the red light area, sleep in the clothes! The bathroom is OK, except where no clothes are hanging! The service staff is very good at taking the initiative to prompt various information. It was a bit noisy at night, after all, it was a red light district, drinking, screaming...
Hotels Near Crepes En Waffles In Amsterdam Review
I stayed here with two friends for 2 nights over the 8th of August weekend. We arrived at the hotel at 3.30pm (check in time is 3pm), and were greeted by the owners wife a very nice Irish woman, who told us that the room was not ready yet. No problem we went for a drink at a bar down the road and left our bags in the hotel and returned around 30 minutes later where we were taken to our room. The room was on the second floor up some very steep steps, not a problem for us but something to be aware of. The room was okay, and all we wanted was a bed for the night as we didn't expect to spend too much time here. The weather that weekend was 30+ degrees but we didn't expect the room to have AC. The bathroom facilities were shared and which wasn't a problem but I could barely close the door behind me in the toilet as the space was that small and it was a very uncomfortable experience. The sleep quality in this hotel was awful, as mentioned in other reviews every time someone opened or closed a door a large bang would follow. There was a group of 5-6 people in the room next to us and two doors leading to the bathroom shower area so every single morning we were awoken by a non stop series of bangs (I'm talking about 20 loud bangs). I had ear plugs in and was still awoken every time by the noise and vibrations. We checked out of our room 15 minutes late as the two shared showers were being used which resulted in us being slightly late, we explained, apologised and there were no problems at the time, we left our bags at the hotel as our flight was not until the evening and enjoyed our last day. We arrived back at 6.15pm to collect our bags and be on our way to the airport, when collecting our bags we were cornered in the small bag room and confronted aggressively by the owner, a dutch man who we had never met before, about why we thought it was acceptable to check out late. We explained our reason and apologised but he did not stop here, he then accused us of leaving our bags at the hotel without permission which was not true and the woman who we asked was there and stated that we had asked. I then reminded him that we never caused a problem when our room was an hour late to be ready which did not go down well with him. We picked up our bags and left the hotel and waited for our taxi, we were followed outside the hotel by the man continuing to complain about the fact we were 15 minutes late checking out. The man then asked me and my friends what religion we were as this that had something to do with anything. We were not once confrontational to the man or any of the staff members but it seems he was after an argument and couldn't let the issue go. I would never normally give a negative review to a hotel and up until the point of check out I wouldn't have said the experience was negative. But you cannot treat your guest like that especially when it felt to me that there was a underlying discrimination element to it. Everyone at the hotel was friendl
Rent a two-bedroom apartment, the family of three is just right. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. Around 300 meters, there is a supermarket, as well as a car rental company, and there is a paid parking lot in front of the door. We stayed for one night, made a meal, and washed the clothes. Quiet, tidy, it is recommended.
Although the Chinese are in business, they have not taken into account the Chinese. The breakfast is pure European style, the bathroom is too small, there are no washing supplies, not even a glass cup. We often travel on business, and we will bring personal items, but we did not expect to bring cup. Wanting to sing a sip of water, the waiter said to turn on the tap and drink it by himself. But the wash basin was too small, and my mouth couldn't get water. I want to rent a car. The hotel cannot provide any business cards. I hope the hotel can improve and support the Chinese operation as a Chinese. It's best to add one boiled water and two glasses
The entire staff was an 11 out of 10!!! Friendly, helpful, happy and grateful for our visit to their establishment. Really helpful with suggestions, directions, ordered museum tickets for us, really cared that we had an enjoyable stay. Beds very comfortable, clean and overall a top notch establishment. The only thing that could improve would be a better solution to 3rd floor windows rattling a bit with high winds. I was able to stuff a few earplugs between the window frame to cushion the banging from wind which did help significantly. Not enough of an issue to complain directly to management while on site because the noise was greatly reduced with my quick fix. I'm sure they would have addressed promptly if I had escalated. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
Staying in Amadi for three nights, a very good experience, first of all, the hotel security makes you feel at ease, the second room is very big, it is a real big bed, the bathroom facilities are excellent, the shower is big, and there is a free coffee bag in the room. The tea bag and the beer drink water in the small refrigerator are also free. The third view is first-class. The sea can be seen from the room. It is very eye-catching. The fourth service is good. The front desk is patient and thoughtful. There is a feeling of going home, the fifth traffic. It is very convenient to get to the hotel from the train station on the 26th tram line. Yes, there is free fruit at the front desk every afternoon. It is a Western meal for breakfast.
Transit in Amsterdam, one night stay is required. The hotel is in a special area near the airport. All hotels are inconvenient for public transportation. There are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby, but there is a free shuttle bus to the airport every half an hour. There is public transportation from the airport to the city. Hotel facilities are complete, normal European level, rooms are large and beds are soft. The front desk was polite but not enthusiastic, not sure if this was true for everyone.
After the check-in, I encountered a series of problems. The front desk arranged people to help me solve the problem. The service was very good. My suitcase is broken, and the hotel is looking for someone to help me get it. Then the skinny is too slippery to open the door. The front desk is looking for repairs. I can wrap the tape on the handle to facilitate my access and the hotel steak is super delicious.
Self check-in and check-out are available. But there was also a staff member sitting there during working hours. The surrounding environment is good. You can see it from the subway. Opposite is a home theater. There is a lidl next to the commercial street.
I wanted to love this place. It is a wonderful location and we booked a deluxe room with a great view. Unfortunately the room had bed bugs. We saw a bug on the bedpost that we later realized was a bedbug, and the day of check out I found bites on my body. It seems they have a chronic infestation at this hotel. Would not recommend.
This check-in is a business trip. The three of them stayed in three double-bed rooms. The hotel is located next to The Hague Central Railway Station and can be reached in about five minutes on foot. The hotel is very convenient for transportation, and it is also adjacent to the business district. There is a Chinese restaurant downstairs. The scale is not bad. The owner is Hong Kong. There are about a dozen floors in the hotel. There is no specific number. On each floor of the elevator, there is a basket and fruits, including kiwi, beer, banana, orange, apple and so on. Breakfast is quite good, full range, clean and healthy, yogurt is especially recommended to try, there are three flavors. There is a Chinese Malaysian duty manager at the front desk, who can barely speak Mandarin, speaks fluent Cantonese, and has a good service attitude. The rooms are clean and hygienic, with large windows designed to provide panoramic views of The Hague. In addition, it is no exaggeration to say that the bed is the most comfortable one since I stayed in so many hotels, it is really particularly comfortable. It ’s rare to give a five-star hotel, but anyway, this stay is worthy of five-star praise
From the location,to the decor to the friendly staff, this is your no nonsense address in Amsterdam and at excellent rates. I checked in for the last few days of my trip to The Netherlands which would take in Amsterdam. If you have heavy suitcases then I recommend a tram from Amsterdam Centraal to Rembrandtplein which is just a few stops away. Remember to buy an Amsterdam Travel card which allows unlimited bus and tram travel for 1 to 3 days. Enquire at the iamsterdam office opposite Centraal Station. At Rembrandtplein, exit the tram and cross over to your left. Walk straight down until you are opposite The Amstel and turn left and walk for not even 5 minutes ! The Bird inspired decor in Reception, the lifts, the rooms and even the ground floor washroom is awesome ! The toilet based next to the lift is better suited to those of large build as the room toilets are placed in such a way that a bigger person can not use the toilet properly. There are souvenier and convenience stores nearby as well as Halal fast food. The hotel offers free canal cruises and/or bicycle loan. The cruise is not operational during the pandemic. There are free sweets, tea and coffee in Reception as well as maps and discount coupons. The star of the hotel is the charming Mr Poo ! I will be back !
the most amazing and comfortable thing is that the hotel, as such, was not reception. There are 4 monitors in which you need to drive your name or scan the reservation number, then some manipulations, payment of the city and some other tax. And as a result, 4 checks are printed for you: payment of the fee, two checks for entering the number, and the room number. It’s actually very convenient. If something does not work out for you, there is a duty administrator in the room who will help resolve issues.
The room was very pleasant and spacious. The room had a kettle, and other little things. The only thing in the toilet was very cool.
And on the ground floor, there is a kitchen-dining room and there is a microwave, which I even used in the evening. If you suddenly decide to stop there, I recommend it!
The hotel is not in the downtown area, but the transportation is very convenient. It is three stops from tram26 road of the Central Railway Station and tram7 road from Museum Square. The European cities are relatively small, so it is very convenient to be close to the city. There are supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding area, and the front desk is very welcoming. As a reminder, cash cannot be used if tram is used to buy tickets. You can only swipe your card.
We stayed for 1 night in the Woodworker room and greatly enjoyed the comfort, creativity and authenticity of the hotel. During a semi-lockdown situation where restaurants and bars were closed, The Craftsman had an amazing culinary collaboration with Japanese catering Ichiban, which really made it a unique experience. The hotel is located in the heart of Amsterdam and you can easily explore the city by foot. Much thanks to Michelle and Puck for the great experience and service!
5 mins walk to train station and bus station. But if you want to the the metro, you have to exchange in central station. Staff is very helpful. The room is big with kitchen. But not enough air-con, it is a little hot in the room.
The week that we planned to visit Amsterdam coincided when the Netherlands went into the 2nd phase of lockdown which meant no restaurant or bars were open. It was a close call between Yays and an airbnb which was more in the centre of the city. We were very fortunate to pick Yays in the end, as everything was closed we really got to spend a lot of time in the gorgeous apartment. The staff had 1st class customer service, great knowledge of the Netherlands, very professional but with a great smiley sense of humour. The apartment was very spacious, included dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, kitchen area with hobs, microwave / oven. The living room area had a double sofa-bed plus large TV for when we wanted to chill after our long walks and the bedroom has more than enough room for the two of us and the bed was really comfy. Location wise it's about 25 minutes from the centre by bus or a 15 minute cycle if you prefer. Yays Entrepothaven Concierged Boutique Apartments comes highly recommended and I would definitely stay there again.
We feel very lucky to choose this hotel. We had booked our trip to Amsterdam months ago, but now this is not possible due to Corona. We had a non-refundable reservation with a fixed date. We had paid for everything to have a carefree vacation. Now we can not go, and we were afraid to lose all that money and still have no vacation. When I contacted the hotel, they were very understanding. They said even for our non-refundable reservation we would be allowed to reschedule our booking so we can still have our vacation later this year. This is really wonderful, a big thank you to the hotel staff for their help in this difficult time.
Amazig hotel , rooms and the hotel was so modern and comfortable .. i wish to go there again Rooms was big with a good view Value for money the room considered a good price compared to other hotels in amstrdam which was so old and expensive . The hotel location is calm place a little far away from citycenter and the crowd. Its 40 min. Walking from citycenter and there is a tram that go there in 15 min. Or a bus .
This was my 2nd stay at this hotel within 1 week. Extremely happy with the service, the friendliness, the cleanliness and the general atmosphere of this hotel. Larissa at reception is the friendliest and obliging reception I have ever encountered. Vincent the maintenence man is extremely helpful with tips abt Amsterdam city and of course if anything needs to be done. The manager is helpful and always willing to answer many questions and give correct advice. To sum up I highly recommend this hotel for short or long stay. Very well priced with excellent service.
All you have to do is pay for the accommodation, if you try to do anything, you will have to pay extra. There is no bottled water, no slippers, they are sold in the lobby. The room is still tidy and the staff is friendly.
I feel that the room is good, but the room is a bit small, breakfast needs to be bought separately, the transportation is very convenient, very close to the railway station, overall satisfactory, the city is also very interesting
The hotel is in a good location, less than 10 minutes' walk from Sloterdijk station, and there is a small supermarket nearby, but there are fewer restaurants nearby because of the new district, and it is very convenient to go to the windmill village and the city center. We booked a triple room. The room was quite large and provided free tea bags and an electric kettle. The water bar in the hotel lobby also had free coffee milk hot water. Shower gel shampoo body milk shower cap provided, toothbrush slippers not provided. The shortcoming is that the room is not powered without a card, the heating is not running, and the heating is installed on it, and the warm air has not come down, but we stayed for one night and the quilt was relatively warm, so we did not find the hotel front desk.
Simple, clean, good location, good price and nice staff.
If you need a simple place to rest your head, this is it.
Small hotels, stairs are really amazing, but it is estimated that small hotels in the center of Amsterdam are like this, it is really not recommended for leg inconvenience. Parking is not very convenient. Because I don’t know how to pay more than 60 euros for 24 hours, I have a big loss. It is said that it is free on the road at night, and it is not easy to park during the day. Nothing to say about the location in the city center, very convenient, the bed is really narrow
Temporary change from The Hague to live in Amsterdam, the booking is relatively hasty, because it is a chartered car, did not care whether the city or convenient transportation. The advantage is that the room size is large and relatively new. There is a 24-hour canteen in the lobby, in addition to simple snack drinks, bread pizzas, coffee machines and ice cube machines. The rest is all shortcomings. Do you want to give more water to the bottle? You can go buy it below. Can I borrow a conversion plug? We don't have it. You can go and ask if there is any sale. Can I borrow a bottle opener? You can take it yourself and go to the restaurant bar to find them. The next night I went back to the room and found that my own children's bath towels were taken away. The surrounding area was very biased. Next to the furniture store, the nearest supermarket had to walk for ten minutes. There is a light rail nearby that is estimated to go to the city of Amu. Experience general, self-driving or chartered can live, it is not recommended to go shopping and eat.
Amsterdam Oud Zuid
Netflix, several PS consoles! Top room! Perfect hotel
From the Central Railway Station, take the bus three or four stops to the entrance of the hotel yard. All buses support AMS daily bus tickets. The hotel itself resembles an apartment, facing a canal in the middle of an extremely large garden.
The hotel's own bar also has very affordable beer and dinner.
Great hotel and friendly staff. We arrived late on a Friday night and had booked a room for 4. We had no expectations for the room as it was so cheap but were pleasantly surprised. The room was on the first floor and was huge with 4 comfortable beds, a seating area and a very large en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower. The hotel was centrally placed opposite a park and a canal in a quiet leafy location. A fabulous cafe bar (Smit&Voot) was 20 steps away - which served great food and snacks until 1am. Being a girls weekend away we didn’t make use of the hotel’s dining facilities but they had a warm cosy dining room and served breakfast @€10 until 10am. Checkout was a relaxed 11am and, as we had a late flight home on Sunday, we were able to leave our bags in a locked room after checkout until returning at our convenience to collect them. Great location, friendly helpful staff, clean airy room and very reasonably priced. We will be booking again for sure!
A great hotel for a trip to the Netherlands First of all, the front desk staff is really very warm and the service is excellent. Even if I can't send a train ticket to their official email, the staff still try to help me try the final successful print. Overall hygiene is very clean and tidy Go to the supermarket every day to buy It is recommended to buy day tickets for travel tram19 metro51 20-30 minutes Day tickets can be purchased from ako shop in sloterdijk or blue machine supermarket to albert heijin
The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The scenery of the town is very beautiful, giving people a feeling of quiet and comfortable, suitable for living.
