This was our first trip to Las Vegas, NV. We were going to Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon. This was a two-night stay. The location is convenient to McCarran Airport and the Vegas Strip. The hotel does not have a shuttle. We used Uber to get to the hotel and the next day to Enterprise rental, 5120 S Decatur Blvd. This car rental had a good price. The hotel clerk was wonderful about answering questions. Two delicious pizza places were recommended. We were able to make a phone order and the pizza was delivered. We appreciated the quick check in. The room met our needs. It was for mobility challenged and clean. Thanks to the clerk and the people who prepared the hot breakfast. I have to mention the good breakfast. Holiday Inn Express breakfast is one of the reasons we continue to stay in them when we travel. We would stay here again.

The hotel is fine. There are breakfast and happy hours in the afternoon, although relatively simple, there are a few hot dishes. The set is a two-bedroom suite, which is convenient for children. The room has an oven and cutlery, and a dishwasher can be used for small dishes. Get away from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. There is no charge for parking. House prices are small, and usually more expensive than a five-star hotel with a casino. However, this hotel does not charge any resort fees.

We stayed here due to proximity to the stadium - and believe me, the management knows they have captive audiences and take advantage of it. They don't care at all about customer service once they have your money, and don't care about making things right, no worries about apologies for bad service, etc. For a 2-night stay (3 people, one room, one bathroom) we had a BROKEN TOILET for the first evening, ALL NIGHT, dangerous slippery floor with water leaking all over, and toilet not repaired until late the next morning. The "manager on duty" at night said there was no maintenance available overnight (!)- - what kind of business doesn't have 24-hr emergency maintenance available?? So we're in a hotel room with a non-working toilet, having to turn the valve off & on all night, with soaking wet towels all over the floor all night. NO EXCUSE for that. On top of it all, the "manager" said she was the only one on duty, and I had to go to the desk for the pile of towels to lay on the wet floor. For our inconvenience, I was told by the "front desk supervisor" we would recieve "50% off our stay". Upon checkout, they only took off 1/2 of the first night! The "manager on duty" said when we checked out that he couldn't do anything, and he couldn't reach the general manager at that time, or until Monday. They also tried to argue that I was not told I would get half off my stay (they were only trying to give me half off the first night!) What kind of business has a manager on duty with no authority to do a rate/price adjustment, and what kind of business can't contact the general manager at any time?? So we had to leave/check out having been charged for a room with a broken toilet and flooded floor for half of our stay. There's NO reason we should have been charged at all!! Ultimately, it took a couple angry e-mails to get the first night fully comped as it should be, and I never did get an ending statement in writing that matched the ending charges to my credit card. I also NEVER got a phone call from a general manager or anyone apologizing or anything close. In response to my e-mail, they said "we're happy we were able to repair the toilet the next day" Seriously?? There's no excuse for it not being fixed the SAME NIGHT! You're "happy" we had a non-working toilet for more than 12 hours?? And it took me strongly complaining to get the first night taken off our bill (which is what I was told would happen). In my opinion, the entire stay should have been comped (and) a bunch of points added to my Marriott account. Marriott, if you're listening and care at all about your affiliates, you should have a serious looksy at this location and management. It's sorely mismanaged, is in need of general touch ups and maintenance, and needs serious improvement. The management should have 24-hr maintenance available, and "management" should be able to "manage" and make decisions. The " no one is available" and "I can't do anything"

We stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights. The hotel was clean and rooms are modern. Great walk in shower. The room is more quiet than most hotels. We didn't hear people in the hallway. The room has a coffee maker and free bottled water. The ****** had a great variety of machines. It is clean and easy to navigate. There are several bars, but none had a band or dancing. The ****** had very good air quality and isn't smoky nor does it smell. The Farm Cafe is very good with large portions and needs to stay open later! TGIF is a mediocre chain, but had good staff. The Salted Lime was average Mexican food, but nothing special. The buffet is closed. There is also a food court and a Starbucks. The pool area is large and nice. Lots of cushioned chairs. The hotel isn't near anything else, so it is less busy. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly return!

East of the Strip
We went to Las Vegas for the Carrie Underwood concert and most of the hotels on the strip were booked and over $500/night. We chose the Hampton Inn & Suites simply because we had very few options...we needed a room for two nights and just crossed our fingers and booked it. This little gem ended up being a blessing in disguise! In fact, we're going to be staying here on future trips to Vegas. It was beautiful, clean, modern, and had a wonderful free, huge breakfast buffet and a gorgeous (and quiet) pool! Our room had a refrigerator, and microwave and was beautifully appointed and most importantly, it was SO CLEAN! And it was a fast $9 Uber ride to the strip! If you're looking for a great hotel that's more low-key than the strip, this is it. The employees were wonderful & friendly...honestly, this was one of the best experiences we've had in a long time at a hotel!

One glitch--a consistent, persistent problem--but otherwise a decent stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and modernized. Staff and hotel guests alike were taking proper COVID safety precautions. The problem area was that nobody was at the front desk any of the three times that we went there for something. At check-in...had to wait for someone to show up. At check-out...had to wait for someone to show up. Had a question about something during our stay...had to wait for someone to show up.

The hotel is very close to the convention center. The booked room does not include breakfast, wifi is charged, and it is more expensive. It is recommended to book the widi equipment in advance on Ctrip. There is no free water supply. Be good to go to the supermarket to buy water reserves in advance, the waiter is very friendly, very enthusiastic and patient. The room was clean, comfortable and very atmospheric. The facilities are very complete and perfect. It is good to take a break from the downtown area. Great! Great

Downtown - Fremont Street
First I want to say that our group has stayed at Main Street station from the beginning. We even remember when it was Rosie O’Gradys. We stay a week in Vegas and get comp nights at 2-3 hotels including Main Street. Prior to going I called to get my comp nights and was told everyone has to start over with earning their rewards since the covid19 shutdown. So, I left a message twice for a manager to contact me. I never got a call. We decided they obviously didn’t want our business. So we went elsewhere. However, we did go to the ****** and buffet to check it out and play a little. The Easter buffet has always been a tradition for us. It has changed a lot. There was no brisket or prime rib ! The dessert selection was reduced to half the choices. You no longer get a $2.00 discount with your players card unless you are a certain level of player. The only positive I saw was they added calzones to the buffet. The food was just ok but definitely not worth $30.00 plus. Now onto gaming here at Main Street. They have done away with the scratch cards promotion unless you play certain machines. (We play .10 cent supertimes video poker. Paying a minimum of $1.80 a hand …apparently that no longer qualifies for a scratch card). We just felt sad and disappointed in one of our favorite places to stay, dine and gamble. All four of us said we will probably not return in the future. I don’t know who’s in charge at Main Street but I would think you should be doing everything you can to bring back your loyal players.

A pothole hotel I have set two hotels to charge a resort fee of $79 per night. Say good breakfast included On the first day, I received a breakfast for $67. Junk Hotel I am a Diamond Member. Ctrip has been used for almost 14 years. The first time I encountered such a garbage hotel. The front desk service was poor. At three o'clock in the middle of the night, the waiter also opened the door. Friends don't want to set this hotel again.

Hotels in Las Vegas have resort fees and no breakfast. There are performances in the hotel, blue men (to see the baby), and air show (suitable for gay men), very convenient, check in directly There is an escalator next to the front desk to go to the second floor, the performance hall, and buying tickets are all there. I arrived on the day and bought tickets for the night directly. I also took a photo with Blue Man at the end. Dad said that the air show was also worth the fare.

It's right in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip. It has the best accessibility for the price. It is located between the Venetian Hotel and the Bellagio Hotel. If you come out the side door, it's right next to the Ferris wheel, and you have immediate access to the In-N-Out burger chain. The garden where you can see flamingos with your own eyes is a sight to behold. If you are worried about choosing a five-star hotel I recommend it.

The check in process was awful, the computers were not all working and there was a delay to check in and out. I would have thought after COVID PH would have ensured its IT was running at 100%. The room was good but the cupboard had a drinks box left from the previous occupier, the fridge cupboard door was broken and it was disappointing to see them not fix it prior to renting the room out. The first AM we were woken by room service, we advised him we were still in bed and he said he would return later...they never came and cleaned the room!

A little quietier as it's away from the strip. Monorail is available to bring you to various other stations along the strip but it's quite costly if you have to take it every time you want to go from A to B compared to staying on the strip. Sadly we were staying there during their renovation and many things were not available including the lift lobby was messy and slow. For the price, it's still a very good place and would be better after the renovation. If you can find other hotels along the strip at the same price, I would recommend those instead.

The surrounding environment is good, it is a well-equipped hotel but the facilities are outdated, because the price of the weekend booking is relatively expensive. The clean room bedding is good and comfortable; the breakfast variety is almost not suitable for us, especially This price is not considered for the source of the customer. The hot water provided in the lobby is the coffee pot boiled water or the hot water with coffee taste. This is a blessing or unfortunately you are #128517; Many chairs have already "painted maps", and it is hard to imagine that this is a hotel managed by Hilton Hotels.

I was just at the front desk trying to get my key to work again because I forgot my brother renewed our reservation for one more night, when the manager came out, I was immediately met with hostility and I was so confused, she was acting like I haven’t been paying for the past 4 days and was trying to Scam her or something... I simply wanted to know if I could use the same credit card we’ve been using for our past reservation and if she they could wait for my brother to come back to use that card... instead of the simple no I expected, She immediately started to go off on me about how my dog is not a service animal (I never said anything about that) and how our room should be clean and mess free... So I paid for the new pet fee and the room. But this is definitely the first and last time I stay here. I am still shocked at how that was handled.

The location is directly opposite to the airport runway. The surrounding commercial districts are very convenient for restaurants and supermarkets. The courtyard style, half of the lawn and half of the swimming pool are very beautiful, and there are many beautiful guests. My room is a suite, and there are doors between the bedroom and the hall. When two rooms are used, there are several anti-human designs. There are no sockets at the head of the two beds. The washbasin is big bowl-shaped and placed on the wooden table. Always worried about water splashing. There is no place to hang towels in the shower and shower. The head is fixed at the top, and it must be drenched when adjusting the water temperature. The service is pretty good and standard, the bed is super comfortable and the plane noise is not too much.

It was really two-thirty in the middle of the night to be quiet, because the building was facing the street, and the next door was an open-air bar. It's no exaggeration to describe it as deafening. There is a corridor on one side of the guest room, which is open-air, so it is noisy. The advantage is that the resort fee is 22 dollars cheaper. Parking is free. The parking lot runs from the first floor to the fourth floor, and it is convenient to take the elevator to this room. But sleeping is more painful, suitable for living in a bar. I suggest living in Chinatown. Chinese food is cheap and good.

Read Ctrip's selection of hotels. On the day of Russ, it had cooled down and turned on for one night. The hotel has no advantage in hardware facilities, which is slightly lower than some domestic business express hotels. Breakfast was average and totally foreign taste. But it's acceptable, bagels and homemade muffins are nice. I have to mention the hotel's logistics staff, the front desk service is average, but when you have problems finding the logistics staff, they are very enthusiastic and friendly, the airport shuttle driver is also superb, he will guide you Airlines check in.
