Stay away from this place!!!!! Loaded with seedy characters. A motley crew loitered outside my hotel room and grew increasingly drunk and rowdy. Loud arguments ensued, with lots of noise. This included one smashed beer bottle on the ground, and someone pounding on my door near midnight. I avoided going out to my car to retrieve valuables, and then fretted the night away worrying about the car being broken into. The room reeked; the TV didn't work. A big mistake on my part was not reading the reviews that Tripadvisor had for this motel. Many of them sounded like the one I just wrote. In sum: Terrible and somewhat terrifying! Stay away!

I stayed here before and service at that time was good. I arrived late on a Friday to visit my 99 year old mother for Mother’s Day. One of the draws of this hotel is economical and close to my family. I called the front desk to see if I could get a few hangers. I was told the hangers were on back order. I asked if I could get one from another room. Hard to believe there was not a single hanger on the premises. Saturday morning as I was planning to leave for the day I unlatched the top security bar so housekeeping could open the door. I was dressed and ready to leave by 8:30 am, so I was prepared to open the door. When I returned later that evening I was surprised and disappointed my room had not been straightened up. No bed made, not fresh towels. Sunday morning I called the front desk requesting room service before I left. I left the room about 11:00 am that morning. When I returned that night close to 10:00 pm the room was the same way I left it. When I checked out Monday morning I left the front desk know. She said she remembered requesting housekeeping service for me. Someone from housekeeping was in the office. She talked to her in Spanish then told me that someone in the room said they didn’t want service. I said I was the only person staying in the room, so that could not be correct. She insisted that someone in the room declined service. I had a flight to catch, or I would have requested the contact information for the manager, or owner.

This was our second visit to, and stay at, the Green Tree Inn, 14173 Green Tree Blvd, Victorville, CA. Our first visit in February 2017 was for three weeks. This visit was for one week. Perhaps the best aspect of this visit was how the front desk staff (in some cases the general manager himself was working the front desk) worked with us to resolve issues within their ability to resolve. One very bothersome issue was the WiFi. I really REALLY need WiFi and (at best) the WiFi here at the Green Tree Inn was IFFY. BUT I'm not sure that the staff could cure or change it because good friends we were visiting who live here in Apple Valley have similar problems in their own home with their WiFi. In fact several times during our visit I thought I could get online at their home (when I could not do so at the Green Tree Inn) and was not able to do so. The neighboring area seems to attrach some street people. We had one street person come to our window and put his hands beside his face against our window so he could see into our room and this was very disturbing to us. Again the staff jumped into action when we called the front desk and had a resident security guard to our room almost instantly. Our room (as to its interior) was just fine. Mini Fridge and Mircowave. Our King bed was excellent. The room was large and comfortable. Ladies and Gentlemen, this is not a brand new, spic and span property. It has its bumps and its bruises and physical shortcomings. Bottom Line : We've stayed two times here at the Green Tree Inn and we will stay again when and if we need a room in this area. We both like the Green Tree Inn.

If I could give zero stars I would! The hotel is dirty and run down. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The door wouldn't lock so I asked them to look at it. The maintenance man removed the plate on the door so the dead bolt could move, however then the door wouldn't shut at all. They told me they would fix it in the morning. When I insisted on having a room that had a door that closed for myself and my kids I witnessed the maintenance man and front desk man get in a loud and long screaming match in a foreign language. Which then led to them yelling at me in English. After the door was able to close I recieved a check in survey from Expedia where I booked the room. I naturally after all that clicked on the sad face instead of the happy face. I didn't even include details about the experiance. I literally just put a sad face. There was no slander, or exaggerations, or false accusations because I was in the wrong. It was a honest sad face. I was then immediately notified in a written message by Anthony at the hotel that I needed to check out because I complained and gave them a bad name so they dont want me here. I made and paid for a 3 night reservation. It had only been 3 hours after check in on the first night. I had to really argue to recieve my money back for the rest of my reservation, Anthony insisted no refunds because I complained, but I had to leave immediately. Then Anthony refused to give me any kind of receipt and check in or check out. I didn't complain about the dirty run down room with a broken TV, broken shower knob, broken heating/air condition, or rudeness of staff immediately upon arrival. All I complained about was not having a door that shut and was secure. And I didn't even get irate which I had every right to do. Please warn everyone you know. Avoid this hotel the price is not worth it. If anyone needs pictures to support this review I have them!

If you are like us, worrying about going directly to Los Angeles from Los Angeles for too long and tired, and wanting to take a break on the road, this hotel is a good choice. Hotel facilities and cost-effective are also available, the location is also very convenient, parking is free, double bed is also suitable for children. Chinese tourists may feel a little bit ridiculous, but this is not Los Angeles. Although there is no Chinese supermarket next to it, there is a Western supermarket. It is more convenient to buy food.

Nearby is still very prosperous, there are big supermarkets, fast food restaurants, gas stations, and the price is reasonable, the room is large, the health and other conditions are also good, breakfast can, especially love to make their own waffles, the price is very high ~ There is free wifi, parking is free, parking spaces are easy to find This has an outdoor swimming pool and there is a spa pool, which is actually a hot pool. I didn't expect a whole lot, but was surprised. The owners were very pleasant. They let me park my motorcycle in front of the office for my own piece of mind. The room, in my opinion was beautiful, and so nicely decorated. It had a mini fridge, and an in room coffee maker, but no coffee. :( (Fix this situation please.) My room was 106? I think, and the wifi was good. There is a liquor store across the street, with a Winchell's, a Del taco, and a nice little pizza place, all within short walking distance. The neighborhood is a bit noisy, but that's not their fault. I was going to stay here again on my return trip home, but decided to drive straight through instead, otherwise, I wouldn't have thought twice about staying here again. The place was clean, and the price was right.

Booked a random room for the hotel. When I arrived, I gave a smoking room and said there was no choice, but it was too bad. I added 30 US dollars to upgrade and the room was just as bad. Still facing the most noisy street, the windows were not soundproofed at all, and it was difficult to wait a second, let alone sleep ... Finally, I added 50 US dollars to wait until the latest building to live. The rest of the rooms are about 1-2 stars. There is a feeling that the low price will lie to you and let you increase the price. You will not order this plan online again !! This sales method is too bad ...

moved to this hotel right after the new year. registered at the reception at 12 pm, promised to send an SMS when the number is ready. waited until 15:30 pm and never sent anything. I had to go to the Reception with my things again, stand in line and ask for check-in. when they reapplied, another employee named Helena spoke to us, she professionally solved our issue in 10 minutes and immediately settled us on the 42nd floor, as we had originally asked, higher. it was the Studio overlooking the fountains of Bellagio. the room itself is spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need. the room has a bathrobe and slippers, which you will not find in other hotels. amazing view. the only thing is, the quality of the bedding and the bed are not the best. the quality of sleep is average. also in two days no one has ever removed the room. otherwise the hotel is good, conveniently located, with nice restaurants inside.

The location of the hotel is very good, and it is convenient to go out and go. The hotel is opposite the participating hotel in Antelope Valley. Don't worry. The hotel room was clean and hygienic. The windows could not be opened. Everything else was satisfactory. The key was that it was super cost-effective. I booked more than 200 yuan a night in advance. The price for a day is high. I used a kiosk to check in and assign to a room with a ferris wheel view. Although the floor is not high, the view is equally good and very satisfied. The hotel is really too big. The last one is a picture of this hotel on the Ferris wheel. There are hundreds of rooms on the first floor of the hotel, and there are many rooms on the 28th floor. Hotels like this have two ice makers on the floor and you can buy drinks such as cola. If you want to drink hot water, you can ask the staff at the restaurant in the casino downstairs to give you a free glass or two. Of course drinks are free to drink in the casino, but tips are required. There are many places to eat nearby, so I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. I used to eat directly in other hotels. There are many choices nearby. It is very convenient to see the Paragon Fountain at night and see the fire in the mirage. Overall, this hotel is super cost-effective. If you want to shoot a car, the parking fee is $ 15 per night. The only downside is that I missed a T-shirt and reacted to the hotel. In the end, there was no result, but the journey was just fine. When we left, we saw too many people waiting in line to check out. We also used the self-service machine to check out quickly and easily. Wi-Fi is available in public places and rooms such as casinos. Fill in the information and use Wi-Fi. There are no additional Wi-Fi charges on the bill. I don't know if the low floor is too close to the downstairs casino, the default casino Wi-Fi so the money is forfeited.

Great hotel near the airport. Made it to Las Vegas at 1am and service was great. Check in took less than five minutes. A huge plus was the fact that I could get food from the Hooter’s restaurant and go to my room. The restaurant stays open until 6am I think. The hotel was quiet and the bed was very soft and comfortable, something much needed after a long flight. For this price, I’ll definitely be staying here again to save money.

Hotels in Las Vegas have resort fees and no breakfast. There are performances in the hotel, blue men (to see the baby), and air show (suitable for gay men), very convenient, check in directly There is an escalator next to the front desk to go to the second floor, the performance hall, and buying tickets are all there. I arrived on the day and bought tickets for the night directly. I also took a photo with Blue Man at the end. Dad said that the air show was also worth the fare.

Overall, we were disappointed and had much higher exoectations. If I had it to do over, I would have chosen Venetian or New York Las Vegas. Service is minimal. Check in is via a kiosk which complicated things if it doesn't work for you. Then, our keycards did not work in the garage....back to the line and kiosk which didn't work properly the first time. The hotel is very very crowded all the time. The layout is not ideal because you can relax and enjoy the Paris ambiance due to the crowds with luggage coming and going at all times. The other themed resorts seem to have that in a different area. The room looked old and needed refurbished or updated. The tub had a nasty stain in it. The rooms are very basic, so you are paying for the Paris lobby which is just crowded and stressful. The tower is with the visit but the hotel itself is not. Stay in a better option and visit this one while walking the strip. Best point, centrally located. Would not stay again not recommend this resort.

This is a newly renovated and stylish hotel. In addition to the new sanitary ware, I especially like the lighting inlaid around the floor-to-ceiling mirror in the room as the room's lighting. It is really elegant and stylish. Friends who want to decorate their houses can learn from it! There are also stylish hairstyles on the curtains for watching concerts and moving head photos, very special! Generally, the curtains are mostly natural scenery such as flowers, birds, landscapes, etc. This designer does not follow the flow, but has caught my eye. Every detail reveals ‘fashion’. It is a highly recommended hotel. If you have to pick a shortcoming, the RESORT FEE (resort fee) is quite expensive. I don't know how much other four-star hotels cost? Anyway, I paid US $ 43.03 / night for RESORT FEE, which is more expensive than the room rate per night. There is also the geographical location at the end of the most prosperous S LAS VEGAS BLVD (North). It may be a little far away for walking tourists, so it gave 4 points on the overall evaluation of "environment". However, in terms of cost-effectiveness (the same four-star ranking is lower than the previous house prices) and brand-new facilities, the location is biased. There are not a few tourists who hold the same view as me. After passing the hotel reception several times, I will always see the long queues of CHECK IN, CHECK OUT.

In Las Vegas on the weekends, the hotel is a bit expensive, so I chose the cheaper Luxor with a different style. I heard that the rooms in Luxor's Pyramid are quite old, so I chose the tower. The hotels in Las Vegas are all colorful, the hotel room facilities are very good, and the rooms are quite large. The hotel pool is closed during winter. The Las Vegas rooms all need to pay a resort fee, Luxor $ 39.68, parking $ 10 for 24 hours, access by room card, which is not bad.

Las Vegas Strip
The hotel is super big and tired from walking. The proportion of service staff is high and the attitude is good. There are many restaurants to choose from, including Chinese, Western, Italian and Japanese. The fitness center was closed early, and the outdoor swimming pool just closed when I went there, and it looked good. Different bands sing in the lobby every night. The rooms are spacious and clean, but have no furniture, desks and chairs. There is a light rail in front of the hotel, and the exhibition center next door is very convenient. The holiday tax collected is not the same as that written on Ctrip. Pay attention when checking out.
