Hotel is well located right off the thoroughfare. Not far from San Marino. I needed to be next morning in the industrial zone, hotel was 1 minute away from there. Very friendly and accomodating and not expensive As i am restricted of what i could eat, i brought my own food along. They graciously bought me a trolley with plates and cutlery to the room so that i could eat my own food. Room was a bit small, and basic. It was clean, has 3 beds +small fridge, and nice clean bathroom. The shower is a bit small though. The owners are very friendly and helpfull. I checked-out in the morning but came back in the afternoon and they gave me my bedroom so that i could change my clothing. All in all, very friendly, and would recommend it. .

Spent 3 nights here. Very friendly staff. Very relaxed ambiance. Breakfasts with huge choice, all cold. Restaurant at night with options from pizza to pasta to seafood to steak. Recommend the seafood taster - 8 cold and 4 hot. One of the best meals ever. Pizzas really light. Bedrooms and bathrooms cleaned and made up every day. Many thanks to all the Dogana staff.

The hotel is located in a pedestrian area in the very downtown. So it is fantastic to explore Rimini by walking. If one drives is really complicated. We did not know that( maybe a mistake of “ booking”?) and moreover it was during the holiday season, so arriving to the hotel was a nightmare. It would have been nice to get an e- mail from the hotel telling us about the streets closed to the traffic. We wanted to visit nearby places during our stay but we just went to San Marino and decided to stay in Rimini the next days since driving was so difficult. It is a design hotel. So the reception, the breakfast room ;which works as a bar and restaurant as well, are very nice. About the room... it is different. The bathroom is big and nice to see but not really practical. The shower is in front of the toilet and sink and does not have any glass separating the area. So when one takes a shower everything gets wet which of course is very unpleasant. The bedroom area is quite small. There is little place for one’s things. There is only one mirror in the bathroom and a placard is inside the bathroom too? Not very convenient in my opinion. About the minibar located outside the room, I would not have problem, but it might happen that one wants to drink something late at night... anyway... The service in the reception was just ok, the ladies in the breakfast area were nice and helpful and the cleaning ladies did a good job, but the second day we arrive about four in the afternoon to rest a little bit and the room was still not ready. The breakfast was very good. So pros and cons...

What a wonderful experience. Upon arrival Rosanna (the proprietor) provided us with water and chocolates, along with an assortment of biscuits. We had booked the superior matrimonial room, which was very comfortable. Bathrobes and slippers were provided and the towels were large and fluffy. The bathroom was enormous with an array of creams, bath gel and soaps along with other toiletries. Le Case Rosse has a large garden area so is excellent for those wanting to simply relax. It is extremely quiet - in the middle of fields. Yet it is just 30 minutes from Rimini and about the same distance to San Marino. Close by is an excellent restaurant and a golf course. Breakfast is a generous Italian style. We really enjoyed our stay and thoroughly recommend Le Case Rosse for couples as well as families.

My girlfriend and I stayed for one week and could not have had a more pleasant stay. From our arrival to departure on the last day, the staff were extremely helpful in directing us and informing us of nearby facilities and attractions. The breakfast each morning comprised of a range of delicious foods and a nice selection to choose from. The rooms were very clean and a pleasure to stay in. The hotel has a deal with the closest 2 beaches that conprises of 2 sunbeds & an umbrella to rent for the day for a fee of just €10. Location wise, you will not hear the hustle and bustle of the nightlife nearby but you are only a 15 minute walk, or 2 5 minute bus journeys away from the town centre, with numerous restaurants, gelatetias, caffes, shops and other attractions. There is a pizza takeaway directly beside the hotel which was delicious and very convenient after day trips. I have stayed in Rimini a few times, all of which have been pleasant, but the hospitality we have recieved and the facilities of this hotel have made it the most enjoyable experience so far.

Great hotel, great value for money and great breakfast. The hotel was on the main ‘strip’ in Rimini and a short walk to the beach, great choice of restaurants and bars around the hotel. The staff were really helpful and helped my family and I get to Rimini old town, San Marino and Bologna. The pool area was ok, it was very small but very clean and not too busy. The rooms were quite small but incredibly clean. I would definitely recommend for a family holiday.

Very nice, clean and well equipped apartments.Calm and relaxing pool area althoudh the water depth is totally adapted for smaller children. Some "wears and tears" in the pool but otherwise everything is great! If you get tired of the pool there is a shuttle service from the hotel to the beach. Nice and helpful staff also! The only downside is that there is only one restaurant in the close proximity of the hotel and the railroad dividing Rimini makes walking out for dinner a bit harder. With that taken into account and being prepared for, it's a wonderful place for a beach holiday.

We recently stayed here and on the whole it was ok. The actual room was nice enough but quite small, each day it was cleaned and the beds made. The small balcony was over the front of the hotel and you could just about see the sea. The bed gave an ok but not amazing nights sleep. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. The location was good, not far from the front, just off the main strip. There were many restaurants and bars such as the Rose & Crown closeby. Parking outside the hotel was on the road and not too bad but may be worse in high season. The hotel has free wifi but it is very slow and the connection not very reliable. Breakfast was included but unless you have a very sweet tooth i'd give it a miss. Most of it was various cakes and biscuits. There were a few frankfurters with some rubbery egg but that was it for the hot part of it. There was a lot of items available but it really wasnt good at all. They did however give me a free bottle of of prosecco as it was my birthday whilst there.

First of all when you visiting place like Rimini you shouldn't expect to find fancy 5 star hotels (there is only one just in front of the Milton called Grand Hotel)... other than that one, as far as I could see Milton is the best choice in Rimini... Its a nice little hotel, in good location, tasty food... First location: near the beach, I suppose just 100 meters far... long sandy beach , with lots of umbrellas and sun beds ( as long as you don't have voucher from hotel you need to pay 12 euros at least for umbrella and sun beds).... We had a family room but it wasn't actually two bedroom room as you may suppose its just one bedroom and one more area near the corridor with two story bed for kids...We had HB and overall food was tasty and different every day...breakfast was good also....rooms were being cleaned every day...staff is the best asset that this hotel has...everyone was very friendly and ready to help if needed....I'd definitely recommend this hotel to family's with kids, I guess one of the best choices in Rimini..

Loved the hotel. Beautiful breakfast presented w elegance and style. nicer than what one sees at even a 5 star. Location was terrific as it was quiet and near restaurants and the beach resorts. However it is not that close to old town. A cab ride is necessary from the train station. Hotel is clean and spotless. The decor is functional and whimsical. Bathrooms are roomy and have stall showers. Rooms are very clean. Great place to stop for a clean room with a very pleasant atmosphere. The nearby restaurants are excellent. I would stay here rather than the seaside resorts a couple of blocks away. First of all because those big tall hotels are not as personable, but also because this hotel is very quiet. The terrace doors are amazingly thick. There is an infinite pool on the roof, but we didn't get a chance to use it. Did I mention - the hotel was very inexpensive. I was afraid at first to book it as the price was so low, even during the fall season - however, I was pleasantly surprised, I have paid double or triple and have gotten much less than this hotel in accommodations. I would definitely stay here again. I did go to San Marino for the day from here. Bus is about 5 EUR each way. Nice bus - a shuttle.

I stayed at the Hotel Spiaggia Marconi in Rimini from October 6 to 8. From the outside the hotel is nothing special, but I was pleasantly surprised with the interior. The building is rather small, with a small cosy terrace at the main entrance, and a parking lot behind. It is in the first row of the hotels to the large, long, well organized sandy beach. Only the road – Lungomare – separates it from the brach. I had a rather small, but nice and clean room on the 2nd floor, overlooking the sea. The room has everyhing needed, as well as the bathroom. The balcony is large enough for two (or even three people) to sit and enjoy the sight. The beds are comfortable, I came as a part of a group, and we were delighted by the two dinners we had. There was no choice of dishes for us, but we got soup, pasta, main dish and dessert. The food was excellent. The breakfast was also of good choice and quality. On the other side the hotel is on the main street with lots of caffes, restaurants and shops. It is not far from the marina, but the old city center is not reachable on foot. I would certainly choose this hotel for a shorter sightseeing trip to Rimini. However, as it has no pool, that might b a disadvantege for a longer stay/vacation out of summer season. In all, the Spiaggia Marconi is recommendable!

My husband and I stayed here one week. In spite of a few glitches, our stay was wonderful. The Front Desk and Management were always helpful and resolved all my problems. They gave me a different hair dryer (the one in the room was only 1,000 watts and very heavy). One afternoon, our floor (5th) was without lights for about one hour and was quickly restored when the electrician came. Another day were without water for a few hours and was later restored when a plumber was called. The breakfast buffet was great; abundant, great selection with excellent made to order omelets. However my observation: the wait staff should check the buffet and beverage tables. One morning there were no glasses and one guest got very angry. Should not happen. One morning they ran out of white yoghurt and and it took at least 5 minutes to replace. Should not happen. As we had half board, we had dinner. He food was very good, but most of the time the pasta was warm. It really should be hot. The skewered shrimps were warm. Should be hot. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. We had the beautiful suite 506! The fruit at the pool every morning was wonderful!

This wonderful small hotel is located two blocks back from the fabulous sands of Rimini Beach, and one block from the main tourist street. Close enough to the action, but you don't get the noise - which is a blessing. Their are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops etc closeby. The hotel has approximately 40 rooms, reception area/ lounge/bar, breakfast room, and terrace. Their is a small number of car parking spaces. The hotel offers bicycles for you to cycle round the resort area. Their is a tiny lift for the 4 floors. The hotel is proud of its green credentials, and this is very obvious throughout the hotel. On arrival, I was greeted with a big smile and a warm welcome by the reception staff. Every effort was made to make sure I was happy, and given just the right amount of information regarding local restaurants, travel information etc. My room on the second floor (nos 46) was modern, good double size (despite being a single traveller on this trip), small balcony, nice size shower room, air conditioner, flat screen tv etc. My room had a very small safe - just big enough to put your passport, money etc in. It is not big enough to hold an iPad. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast is buffet style - but due to the covid19 situation - is served to you. Buffet includes, hot items of sausage, bacon, eggs etc. Cold items include hams, cheeses, fruits, yoghurts etc. Hot/cold drinks, pastries etc. All the items for breakfast are sourced locally from bakers, farms etc. Its great to know where your food is coming from! What really makes this hotel different from many others is the staff. Each and every one of them were so kind, professional, knowledgable in the local area, and above all happy! I cannot thank them enough for making my 3 night stay here so wonderful. Thank you all! helpful hints for guests. ask for a quiet room at the back of the hotel. If you are travelling by train to Rimini, catch the metro mare trolleybus to the hotel. Its only two stops from the main railway station, and a 3 minute walk from the stop. This is much easier than struggling with luggage etc on the number 11 bus. beware of pickpockets on the number 11 bus! One tried to access my bag as he was about to get off the bus. He failed! a 2 minute walk to the main shopping street, on the right is a tobacconist shop. You can buy your bus/trolleybus tickets here. for 2020, a ten journey card is 12 euros. for the San Marino bus, walk 10 minutes to Plaza Marvelli. The bus stop is outside the tourist information office where you must buy tickets in advance. You are more likely to get a seat by boarding here than at the train station

We've just returned from this lovely cozy hotel and I'm already missing it so much! Calypso became a home for me and my parents for a week. We stayed in a triple room with 1 double bed and 1 single. Room was pretty spacious. In the bathroom, the sink is separated from the shower and toilet which is very convenient. Wifi connection is strong on the whole territory. Breakfasts were okey with delicious coffee and cacao from the machine. Location of the hotel is wonderful: 5 minutes to the beach (#23) and 10 or less minutes to the railway station and buses from where you may travel through Italy. But the heart of the hotel is its owners: two kind and attentive brothers! During our stay Michele and Rafael were very helpful, always answered our questions and all the time met us with their sunny smiles:) Thank you very much, it made our stay special! What else... On the day of departure we were able to leave our luggage, because we left later than c/o time. Cleaning was every day, we had a fridge in a room, iron was provided by request. Rooms were renovated last year, so everything is new, clean and pretty! For any questions you may contact me. Choose Calypso and enjoy your holiday! :)

very small, but very tidy and well managed hotel in Rimini. It is not settled so close to the beach (300 mt. far), but nor so far. The best is that it is settled in a very quite are and it values such much in Rimini...you can easily get fun just by walking for few dozens of meters, but you can get rest in the night and it is such valuable. Every room has been dedicated to one of Fellini's movie and the staff is very very kind and warm...you can really feel as you were among friends, I liked it. Modern, looks like it's been completely refurbished lately. Funky decor and perfectly functioning facilities in-room and at the hotel in general. Excellent service: I had booked a room in their residence but was upgraded to a room in their main building on the spot. I also needed some extra time at the hotel as was catching a flight from Bologna in the afternoon: the hotel management offered me a very late check-out (1:30pm) with no additional costs and, above all, without even me asking for it. I will most definitely stay there again when in Rimini. This is how a hotel should present itself and be run - no matter the star rating.

Our sons chose this hotel for us as a surprise 60th Birthday gift for my wife. They made a great choice as this hotel is everything we would like it to be. To begin with the location is ideal for bars and restaurants and within easy walking distance of the beach. The designated beach areas for this hotel are 12 and 14 and you can obtain a discount at these. There is a pleasure bus that runs from virtually outside the hotel which lasts an hour and will take you on a tour which includes the old town area - 4 Euros return trip, 2.5 Euros one way. The train station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and it is from here that you can catch the coach to San Marino - an absolute must if you are in the area. There is also a lovely green park nearby. One word of caution; there are lots of cyclists who don't always stick to the cycle routes so take a quick look over your shoulder before you change direction! As for the hotel itself, I was trying to think of any negatives and the only one I could think of was that there was only one large coffee cup in the room! The rooms are clean and spacious, plenty of storage space, a large comfortable bed, TV, a fridge stocked with drinks and snacks, a coffee making machine and a safe for which there is no extra cost. The rooms were cleaned and made up daily to a very good standard. There is a good sized swimming pool and I particularly liked the gazebos available for those who don't want to be out in the direct sunlight. For the breakfast buffet, there was a good choice of fruit juice, cereals, cold meats, bacon and egg. There was even prosecco available! a late breakfast could also be taken outside. A big thank you to the reception staff Diana and Alice who were so helpful with any request we had and especially for going the extra mile to help us with our lost luggage. I had no problem with the hotel wi-fi throughout my stay. Overall, we were very pleased with this hotel and would definitely recommend it for a stay in Rimini.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful as the Grand has real charm - it is like stepping into a film set and it's easy to see why Fellini fell in love with the Grand and all it has to offer. It is indeed very grand, timeless and has a magical charm that graces every room you wander through. The hotel is classically decorated throughout and is spacious and well, just beautiful. The grounds are beautiful day and night, with lovely patio areas for sitting. The pool looked amazing but was closed when I was there and they have a private beach. It all felt like a F Scott Fitzgerald novel. My room was exceptional: Spacious, two balconies, walk in dressing room, bathroom sea views and fabulous windows bathed in sunlight through the wonderful charming lace curtains. I also loved the fresh oranges in the room. I was not able to use the spa, as I stayed one night only and it was booked up. That said, it looked great and had a good selection of treatments. Reception was very helpful and efficient and as I was early and my room was not quite ready, I had a drink in the charming bar and they arranged my luggage for me to the room. Breakfast was excellent: Great choice of hot and cold food , selection of juices and a wonderful dining space. A big thankyou to Giampaolo for arranging a fantastic room for me and also to Sandro. All in all, very friendly, and would recommend it. .

The hotel has its own atmosphere. The hall, the restorant are very beautiful. The location is very good. Near the station, the center of Rimini and the sea. I appreciate this hotel. The breakfest is very tasty. The guests are mostly Italian.

Very nice hotel overlooking the beach. We had side view which was nice. Small balcony but there are no seats for sitting out. Room size was reasonable & bed was very comfortable. Lovely restaurant area overlooks beach/sea. Felt breakfast was disappointing both days we were there. Hot food was not kept topped up & fresh. Bread selection was also poor & didn’t appear particularly fresh either.

We have been visiting the Panoramic hotel for quite a few years now, usually in combination with a cultural stay in another region of Italy. The hotel is ideally located by the spiagga that is immaculate thanks to bagnino Bruno and his team. We would particularly recommend it to families with kids as they will find everything they can dream of to enjoy their day (games, playgrounds etc...) The hotel looks great, the rooms are nicely decorated and the meals at the Seabreeze always offer the best of Italian cuisine but the main asset of this hotel is Antonio, the manager and his team. THey will always go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay at the fullest. You REALLY feel welcome in a very unpretentious way... We absolutely love it and will be back as soon as we can.
