|1.72km from city centerI have stayed here twice, once in 2015, and one recently. I love the location as I can easily walk downtown. The room, I had the last time was a junior suite. Quite spacious room and bathroom. The shower had great water pressure and was large. The Beds are a bit firm which is probably an understatement, they were Fred Flintstone hard. However, even with them being hard I slept very well. The breakfast and the staff are where this hotel really shines. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The breakfast has a lot of good options. The parking can be a bit challenging but I expect that most places that are close to the city center.

|0.49km from city centerBoutique hotel located in the piazza Centre of town. Staff spoke good English and helped with restaurant recommendations and what to see and do. Room is perfect for 2 people. We stayed a whole week. The windows are huge and open up all the way. The washroom is modern and supplies are refilled daily. Towels and linens are replaced. The room has kept the old style wood walls. The building used to be a woo mill. Schio is famous for its many historical wool mills. Breakfast is included and very good. So many choices for meat, vegetarian and gluten free diets.

Arrivato alla tenuta ho avuto la pessima sorpresa che c’era overbooking. Ci hanno dovuto cercare una sistemazione alternativa. Esperienza pessima. Il proprietario della tenuta Fortelongo è stato molto gentile e si è scusato più volte anche se il problema è stato vostro. Mi aspetterei un gesto da parte vostra per compensare il disagio subito (delusione nello scoprire che l’agriturismo che avevamo scelto non poteva accoglierci e arrabbiatura per il fatto che nessuno ci ha avvisati, nè via email nè via telefono. |0.38km from city centerI visited Nove with a group of ladies for a weekend and we stayed at Le Nove Hotel. It's a beautiful and modern hotel with comfortable rooms. Even though it wasn't too hot, we still appreciated having A/C in the rooms. The included breakfast was filling and satisfying. It included croissants, jams, juice, meat, cheese and coffee. We saw some guests have muesli and yogurt, so that must be available as well. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was close to all the shops we wanted to visit in town and a good base for the places we visited in the area. The price was very good, too. Parking was available both in front and in a garage. There was also a restaurant attached that served delicious pizza and other menu items. I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area for pottery shopping or whatever reason may bring you to Nove.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean, spacious, comfortable beds and couchs (topper mattresses) very nice and spacious also the bathroom and shower There is a beautiful pool with water massage side, very comfortable sleeping beds. Breakfast served at the table very varied and really excellent Owners and staff really nice and very available for the needs of customers, to them really compliments for the management of this charming place I really advise you to all, We will certainly go back, in couple or with friends because it really worth it The area is very nice to take a pleasant walk or bike tours 5 minutes walking there is a restaurant where you really eat very well Yvonne

|1.79km from city centerWe only slept one night here for transit,but it was terrible. Although they are,or claim to be,a 4 star hotel,the hotel looks like a motel in most rooms. I am aware they are undergoing renovations and that some rooms look decent,but I am here to tell my experience. We arrived at around 8 PM and everything looked good. The reception is renovated,the lobby,bar and outside area are very nice.However,everything changed when we got to our rooms. It was a very old room that looked like it hadn’t received cleaning or renovations in more than 20 years. Next to my sisters pillow there were cut wires that seemed(and probably were very dangerous). On the same note,we went to the other rooms of the people in our group and in some of the rooms there were electrical panels taped with scotch(next to the pillow). Furthermore,there were a few groups of drunken men that were looking quite weird at us only to hear from our friends that they woke up at around 11 PM with loud and frenetical knocking on their doors,due to which fact they had to change their rooms,because they were feeling unsafe. I am not a fan of writing such reviews because I believe everyone deserves a second chance but this hotel is in dire need of renovations and a better staff management. I am writing this because I want to raise awareness to the people that run this hotel so that other people will not have to go through what we did. This review has not been written with any malicious intention but only with the wish that this is taken into consideration and changed if they want to keep their “four stars”.

Equipped with all the comforts needed for an extremely high level experience, abundant clothes, shoes, full spa facilities, well-provided frigobar, different types of coats ... special! The restaurant has also fully satisfied us, the offer is gourmet and with high-level raw materials, worth noting the soft butter as an entrance that was spatial, without considering the petences that were all very appreciated. At my birthday dinner we also were gently welcomed (to be stressed that the evening we were the only guests of the restaurant and we were served and fully restored by a staff of 3 cooks and two cooks). The spa was very pleasant, very clean and new, not huge but very well maintained, to enjoy the relax area with full availability of tisans, fruit and dried fruit.. The pool is very beautiful but when we stayed we might have had problems with water temperature calibration, but it was really the only neo! We were really cocktailed and well served, compliments to all staff, we will come back!!

The restaurant is excellent and we had 2 great dinners on the beautiful terrace. The swimming pool is large and nice, it obviously has known better days but is honnestly a nice place to swimm and really large. So why 4 stars and not 5. May be because we just did not sleep the first night as the temperature was almost 30° (our by-the-way nice room was under the rof in the attic)...the AC obviously did not work, which, as Italy went through a very hot week ruined our first nigth...As we told reception about this, the very smiling lady seemed to discover the issue, something hard to believe, and we were offered an air fun to ”improve” the experience. Well it did improve significantly though not entirely. We were all the more surprised to have to pay the water bottle we asked for on the last day (we spent 3 nights)...Something we found a little mean... Otherwise, a great address by all means...JUST AVOID ROOMS UNDER THE ROOF IF YOU WANNA SLEEP DURING A HOT SUMMER....

The room that was allocated to me N.403 at the fourth floor showed clear signs of sliding on the doors of the inner bathroom, and the large finishes with silicone often at the sight are not worth a 4 stars, Then the shower soffoon should be put on one more important so that the water flow is regular and not cheap as it was. Good breakfast with enough choice and variety except toast bread that seemed old.

|4.93km from city centerI stayed at Hotel Victoria on my way out of Vicenza for 5 nights in November 2021. What an impressive hotel! Plenty of free parking on arrival, the lobby was large, super clean, and modern with plenty of seating. I booked a single room but was pleasantly surprised at how large the bed and room were. The bathroom was spotless and spacious. Given all of this information, the part I was most appreciative of was the staff. From the moment I checked in they were polite, attentive, and helpful. I was assisted several times over the 5 days, using their front desk printing services, borrowing the desk clerk for translation assistance, and grabbing a drink at the bar where the reception staff doubled as the bartender! Their breakfast was phenomenal! It was very extensive inclusive of hot and cold menu items, fresh fruits, yogurt, cheese, meats and all the Italian coffee you want and the breakfast staff was EXCELLENT! When I arrived in Vicenza, I stayed at another local hotel that was so awful I left after 2 days, I wish I would have known about this hotel!! Overall, my stay was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this hotel to ANYONE coming into Vicenza. It’s about a 6-minute drive to Caserma Ederle and MUCH better than other hotels that may closer. I would give them 10-stars if I could; exceptional hotel!

Ma la cosa sgradita sia come trattamento e come servizio è stato il cenone di capodanno servito in maniera pessima dal personale e l'intervento del ”metter” pressoché assente e quando si è avvicinato al nostro tavolo molto maleducato nel dire come mai signori non mangiate ”Questa pietanza non è di nostro gradimento” abbiamo risposto e lui invece di trovare un alternativa al piatto (come gli altri tavoli) con un sorrisino per prendere in giro se n'è andato. non parlando dei camerieri servivano prima l uomo .. e io educatamente spostavo il piatto ad una signora e stavo 20 minuti prima che completassero tutto il tavolo quindi le pietanze diventavano fredde ed immangiabili. Il menù è di piatti serviti erano di scarsa qualità e non ne abbiamo assaggiato nemmeno uno. Ci siamo alzati dal tavolo alle 22.30 e siamo andati in camera per mangiare qualcosa tra di noi, acquistato il pomeriggio prima. Una cena da dimenticare. Al mattino al checkout al momento del conto ho detto le mie dimostranze ma nessuna risposta di scuse e nessuna soluzione è stata affrontata solo ”vada nel sito e faccia le sue lamentele”

It is pleasant to see that even in covid periods at Belvedere you always feel at home. Not only is the gentleness of the staff always at high levels, but also the quality of furniture and furniture in the room are always very good. Sicuramente sì, tanto più se si trova davanti ad un mare spettacolare, se davanti a voi si erge una incantevole montagna, se si trova in uno splendido parco naturale o sulle sponde di un lago. Ebbene qui non troverete tutto questo ma una cosa è certa: che un personale che vi farà innamorare della piacevole sensazione di essere non solo clienti ma sopratutto graditi ‘ospiti’ qui è garantito. Al nostro arrivo il parcheggio esterno con enormi oleandri bianchi ci ha fatto una ottima impressione, confermata quando all’accesso del parcheggio interno abbiamo notato che la struttura è di soli due piani per cui armoniosamente inserita nel contesto e molto curata esternamente. Poi il sorriso delle ragazze della reception che ci ha fatti sentire davvero benvenuti ed un rapido check-in con la genuina cordialità e disponibilità che è stata una costante di tutto il nostro soggiorno. La nostra suite ci ha pienamente soddisfatti: materasso, topper e cuscini ottimi: abbiamo dormito come a casa. La temperatura del climatizzatore perfetta al nostro arrivo, comodissima cabina armadio, bagno ampio finestrato con una splendida vasca/doccia idromassaggio e spugne molto buone, qualità dei prodotti da bagno elevata, spazi ampi, ottima illuminazione. La terrazza ben attrezzata al piano superiore con una vista incantevole sui colli. Pulizia della camera impeccabile. Passando alla ristorazione abbiamo cenato tre sere ed in tre ambienti diversi: nel giardino, nella piccola accogliente saletta con tavoli tondi, nella grande sala in cui si fa anche colazione. Belle tutte e tre le location. Decisamente molto buona la qualità delle materie prime, ottima la preparazione delle portate è molto gradevole la presentazione dei cibi. Abbiamo apprezzato il servizio professionale ed attento della capo sala Carolina come di tutti i camerieri. La colazione è a buffet con una buona scelta di alimenti in grado di soddisfare indubbiamente tutte le esigenze ed il servizio attento è cordiale del signor Andrea lo abbiamo apprezzato molto. Sono presenti una piscina esterna ed una spa di cui purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire ma sicuramente ci saranno altre occasioni in futuro. In conclusione le nostre aspettative sono state decisamente soddisfatte, torneremo sicuramente.

It's a typical roadside hotel on the outskirts of the mid-size Italian business and tourism cities. This hotel is easy to find, spacious, rather new and very nice to stay. Room was bright, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, large bathroom, good a/c and plenty of space to unpack. I had a great sleep and ready to face another 1000km. Contributed to that did Tiziano at reception -he was there to check me in in the evening and to check me out in the late morning too. Even though I told him I am just quickly overnighting, he gave me a really nice room (I assume then all rooms are good really). And did not complicate things -”we sort out payment and all things tomorrow morning, get some rest now” Breakfast was superb and plentiful, all you can wish for, regional specialities and all the global stuff. The best thing is that you are welcomed and taken care of a real Italian ”nonna” (grandmother style lady): ”Sit down, I'll make some bacon and eggs for you, you have to eat well when driving so long !”. It was lovely, welcoming and delicious. Before I could even enjoy everything, I was back on the autostrada, well rested and fed. My car was safe all night, parking site is part of the hotel. As usual, staff made the difference, thank you to Tiziano and the ”nonna” :) but also the rooms and all is very nice. I found the price via a booking site very appropriate and would recommend it highly.
