I think it is important to note this hotel is really cheap so you cant have to high expectations. The reception is open 24 hours a day. Staff were helpful. The room was perfect we were able to fit our 2 suitcases without any problem. There were free bottles of water and the place was clean. Good value for money and close to everything. They could do with some new sheets and towels. They are just old and a bit worn.

Firstly we has booked a room with twin bed when upon arrival the receptionist informed us that they cannot provide twin bed room but only double bed and they wernt prepared to compensate or try correct there mistake. Neither were they apologetic about this. After this scenario there was mo issues untill the final day if our stay. We had to water for the whole afternoon, evening and night. This was a huge issue for us as we were promised that the water will be back within an hour. We had gone to the beach and came back early evening and still no water was available. Upon questioning the staff we were SHOUTED AT AND SPOKEN TO INAPROPIATLEY AND SWORN AT. All I had requested was they arrange some type of water replacement whether that even meant providing bottled water. However they seemed to become increasing frustrating with us and told us to check out and leave and that this wasnt their problem. They had also statted swearing at us as we turned our backs to them to go to our rooms. I have never experienced such bad service and I am utterly appalled. The least I would expence from any service is professional and polite manner in communication and I am so disappointed in this. I had taken a video on my phone of the partial incident.

Nice hotel with basic amenities. Nice and friendly staff. Located 10 - 15 min from Patong beach, shopping centres, eating places and nightclubs. Buffet breakfast has the basic items of bread, butter, cornflakes, eggs and tea/coffee. One caution; there are more than one Hemingways in Patong. We learn't it the hard way, when we were dropped by the coach driver near the wrong Hemingway and we had to pull our luggage to the other one, where we had our reservation. Don't get confused and be sure of the exact hotel name.

I am a frequent traveller to Phuket and when I visited this time I needed to book a family room for 5 of us (2 adults, 2 young children and nan) and stayed here for 11 nights.. I needed something that was within my budget within walking distance of Patong beach (about 10 minutes for my pace) and somewhere near to the markets/ shopping centre. The Andakira is about 5 minute walk away from Junceylon shopping centre but was closed when I visited (Big C was open though). I have Thai family members and the Banzaan Market is also a 5 minute walk away and catered to them for the price and street food. Nan has mobility issues so was great for her to be near the market. The family suite/ room comprises of 2 rooms with a divider door. I found both rooms to be of a large size. Both have TVs and fridges. The bigger room has a sofa and table. The bigger room was used as the main socialising room and for eating etc. The bigger room has an en suite bathroom but has a bath. The en suite is located on the left when you enter. It has a sliding type frosting window that faces into the main room so if you have any guests you are staying with they may be able to see in (just for consideration of who takes what room). The smaller room has an ensuite bathroom with standing shower. I had a decent sleep and the air con worked great. The rooms were clean and staff cleaned them each day. The view from the balcony was of the hotels/ homes nearby and Patong Hill. My room was located on the first floor which is the same level as the swimming pool. There is a kids sized small pool and also the bigger pool. I found the staff pleasant and helpful. There is parking available at the hotel for cars/ motorcycles. I have previously stayed in hotels on 200 year road near to Bangla Road due to being near the beach I would recommend this hotel and when I return to Phuket I intend to stay here again.

Does what is says on the tin, 4.5/5 id say. Certainly not a fancy hotel, with it being a bit rougher round the edges and defo not looking like the pictures… Yet staff really friendly, rooms cleaned everyday, and very cheap so you cannot complain as it’s value I’d say

The room is small, but it has a balcony and is good value for money. (30$) There is a small swimming pool. Even though breakfast was served early, there was no food so I only drank coffee and juice. I asked for some bread and they said it was sold out!! They said they were sorry. :( The location was convenient as it was close to the city center.

There is a parking lot, but it's almost full. There is no lift. On the first day, the toilet was clogged. For 3 days of stay, we never changed towels, did not take out the trash, did not give soap and toilet paper, did not clean the room. Killed a hefty cockroach that ran across the table in the room. The staff does not speak English well. Of the benefits - inexpensive, spacious room and near a cheap fruit market and a large park. Problems with the toilet and water heater were quickly resolved.

Great place to stay. Staff Daniel and David were very helpful. We got to the villa late in the evening. Daniel came right away from the office and checked us in promptly and setup breakfast service for next day. ACs in all bedrooms and two of the rooms had the view of the Big Budda. Nice quiet neighborhood. Fans on the ground floor to circulate the air through the ground level. We had car so it was very easy to get around and only 5 min drive to beach. Very nice daily cleaned pool at the villa. Also we were allowed to used the infinity pool with a nice view of Kata area from top and gym at Kata hill’s other location within 5 min of the villa. Daily breakfast was delicious and made fresh infront of you the in the kitchen and cleaned up throughly after breakfast was done: very clean place and lots of space to move around inside for our family. included a washer right outside of the villa for private use . Master bedroom has a nice sit out place, can use some chairs and table. Private gated parking infront of the villa and plenaty of private safe parking outside as well. Very nice sit out space in front of the villa to eat meals and just hangout or work with nice table and chairs. Overall great stay. WiFi works well throughout the villa.

To be honest I am sad that I can’t put 5*stars for this hotel, but everything being “out of order” I can’t do it. I am not very sure why the owners have decided to open this hotel before everything is finished, because it just gives a costumer a very confusing experience. When we arrived we were told that the sauna is out of order, breakfast room is not finished, there is no poolside bar..basically a lot of things what are not finished, but when we booked it didn’t say in anywhere and was advertised as something that’s already there. When you arrive in a hotel and first thing you get is a row of bad news it makes you very disappointed. They told us that they will upgrade us in a better room, but actually the room they offered us was definitely NOT an upgrade. It had a smaller bed than the room before and there was no sitting area anymore. They were saying this is a more expensive room because it is one floor higher and has a view to the pool(!?) We told them that there is not even a couch anymore how can this be an upgrade? But they didn’t really understand what is our problem so they made us feel very stupid and we asked our previous room back, because that one was way better. They told us that pool view rooms don’t have couches in them, but later we saw that they did. But for sure we can say if you are thinking of booking and don’t care about the view then a superior mountain view room is better than the superior high floor room! In high floor pool view room you just have a hard bench and a queen bed instead of the king. They promised to make it all up to us ,but in the end they just ignored this situation and we were left in this “feeling stupid” situation. The other thing that happened with us a lot and we saw it also happening with others was that the keycard just stops working or doesn’t work from the beginning so you have to go to the reception a lot. Poolside bar and breakfast are they are still building,but what I saw they are probably going to be very nice. Sauna worked only one night and even then we didn’t have any lights inside and had to stay in a dark sauna what is not a problem , but still not a good sign..as the next day sauna was not working and in the end it went only until 40 degrees. Very disappointing. But the bed was truly amazing and absolutely new - definitely recommended! The gym was very good with a very good equipment, so definitely pack your running shoes. Maybe in the future it would be nice if there would be some water available in the gym. The swimming pool was very good, but sadly they didn’t have different towels for the pool (probably also something to add in the future!) Also the mirror in the room is in a very dark spot and you should definitely add some lights there. I think as a new and just opened place you should try to provide a better service, but I see if all the “mistakes” are fixed how it is going to be a very comfy place for a relaxing stay. The hotel me and my girlfriend stayed at was located very near a 711, largest mall in phuket and a few night markets. It is about a 40 mins away from the airport and about 30 mins away from the beaches. We didnt interact much with the staff but when we arrived, they were very friendly helping us check in. They served us a very tasty drink. During breakfast, they would clear away our finished dishes very quickly. The room we got was the standard room on the first floor with a king size bed. It was nice and quiet. The room was very spacious and clean. The television did not offer much variety, they were dubbed in thai and only had thai subtitles. The toilet was pretty normal. They did not have much toiletries compared to other hotels ive stayed at but i did not need them so its okay 😄 I had a really time staying at this hotel, would come back and recommend to others.

The receptionist was very nice and I was able to stay with peace of mind. They are available even late at night. I also appreciated the fact that it was within walking distance of the beach at this price, and that they provided two bottles of water for each cleaning session. There is also a safe deposit box. Shampoo and body soap are provided, but hair treatments, toothbrushes, basic cosmetics for women, etc. are not provided, so we especially recommend that women prepare everything!
