|7.64km from city centerGreat value on low price. Rooms and bathrooms are nice and neat. Has nice lounge, kitchen and laundry machine on 3rd floor. And rooftop area which has really enjoyable view.
And location is right infront of expo, and it is quite easy to get to main travel spots in yeosu.
Things to note.
1. The 15,000￦ option is for nae-il-ro (korail train pass) users only #and breakfast is included, not like the trip.com shows. And this discount is available to use only for one day in each region. So you have to pay addtional fee if you stay more than two nights.
2. There is a public bike service that yeosu-si offers
'여수랑' you can take bike near this guesthouse and throughout yeosu. And the fee is 1,000￦ a day.
I really recomment to take bike and ride around shorelines and odongdo (which has a really nice to stroll, and is close to guesthouse)

The location is a bit far from Yi Sun-sin Square in Yeosu, but if you are in the car, it is close enough!
The owners were very friendly and comfortable from check-in.
And we tied it up with five people inside the room, but the price was really good.
There were a lot of tableware and bedding was in good condition.
And when I looked outside, I thought the bedding was naturally dry.
And so it became more trustworthy.
I value TV in the hostel, but the TV was good and the Ollet TV was good.
If you are really coming to Yeosu by car, I recommend staying here!

It is a place characterized by a harbor view with a panoramic view of Yeosu city, Gyeongdo golf course and the sea. It's not too game-oriented, so it's good to talk to people. It was also good to divide the floors by age when there were many people. The most people were 33 years old and the floor I have was about 30 people from 28 to 33. 3. Unfortunately 3-1. The hot water doesn't come out well in the room, and it's stuffy because there's not enough amount. 3-2. The party participation amount is 20,000 won, but the frozen swallow 3 rows + one small octopus + a triam with a little kimchi is all the attention. I'm going to refill it, but I don't have a taste, so I can't go with chopsticks. Please eat and participate in the rice. 3-3. Breakfast is only toast + jam and orange juice. It is a expectation.

Secluded, and competively priced, the pension itself is beautiful with an even better view. When we came in, the pension itself was perfectly clean, and the kitchen was completely stocked with pots and pans and all utensils needed. If you would like to barbeque outdoors, the staff can be contacted and they will bring you one for ₩20,000.
The staff was incredibly courteous, and was very non intrusive during our stay.
If I was looking to come back down to the area, there's no other place I would stay.

|0.51km from city centerWe are a couple traveling to Yeosu (and Korea!) for the first time in Jan 2020. We only stayed one night. This hotel surpassed expectations in many ways. All the front desk staff (during check-in, late night, and also check-out) were warm, welcoming, and spoke perfect English. Our sea view room was worth every penny. It is large with a huge deck overlooking the calm harbour. Nearby are walking trails and small hills with pavilions perfect for morning coffee or afternoon beer. The room is huge with all the amenities. There is even a hair iron! And a personal laptop for your use!! Breakfast was included in the rate but I slept in and missed it. There is a small coffee shop with a cute semi-wild kitten downstairs. We took a public bus to the Expo/Angel Mural village area. It took one hour and was a pain. I wish we had taken a taxi bc we would have had more time to spend in that part of the Yeosu region. If u only have a day here, it pays to take a taxi!! Highly recommended and would stay here again for sure.

It is newly built, clean and easy to travel. 2. The tableware in the room is also available, so it is good to cook simple and have a rice cooker and water purifier. 3. The bed is fluffy and heating is good. 4. It is good to have stairs, swings, etc. in the resort complex. Swimming pool: 1. The swimming pool was really big and the water was warm, so I played well without being cold. 2. Even though it was a weekend, there weren't many people in the early morning and evening hours, so I was able to play in the water comfortably. 3. It's not very good to rent a swimming pool robe. Service: Check in, check out, no waiting, very fast. There is no phone to the front desk in the room, so there may be inconvenience when receiving additional amenities or towels. The panxio ocean where I stayed was in a guest room right in front of the sea, so I could hear the sound of the waves, so I was very happy to eat on the balcony and use the whirlpool, and I could see the sunrise and sunset in the guest room.
