The breakfast is good. The room type I live in cannot be an extra bed. It is not suitable for families with children. Hotel location is about 15 minutes walk from the train station. Quiet, close to the shopping street (just 5 or 6 minutes) 50 meters out of the supermarket has a daily necessities, very convenient!

Overall very warm, booked a double room with a kitchen. If you are not used to eating Western food, you can go to the supermarket to buy some food and come back to yourself. The disadvantage is that the front desk is not 24h service. We can't check out at the front desk because of the morning flight. The converter plug we borrowed is ready to be returned to the front desk, but no one. So I put it in the room. Later, the mail received the bill and directly charged us the cost of the conversion plug... Everyone returned to China, and it was no good to contact the hotel again. Can only be planted, but his morning croissant is very fresh and delicious!

My wife and I really enjoyed our three nights at Les Armures. The hotel is in the historic part of the city and is surrounded by interesting places to visit, cafes and restaurants. We loved the calm hotel environment-staff were helpful, eager to please. Breakfast was so nice. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. The hotel restaurant was very good too, Highly recommend this hotel for those desiring a small, boutique hotel experience!

Stayed two nights, the rooms and facilities, the location was good. However, Ctrip's communication was unsuccessful because a 4-year-old child had to bear 80 Swiss francs for an extra bed when checking in. A week in Zurich, Lucerne, Interlaken, the first time a 4-year-old child is met, an extra bed must be requested. Check out at 12 o'clock the day before and asked for an hour late check-out. The front desk communicated with the manager for two days. At last, because the friend didn't understand, it was charged 50 Swiss francs when checking out. At 13:15 when leaving, the front desk manager said that 50 Swiss francs is still a two-hour fee, if it is more than 50. In summary, this is an impersonal hotel, a cold hotel. The whole trip was ruined by this hotel. 80 * 2 + 50 = 210 Swiss francs, you can book another hotel. During the bath, the rubber hose of the shower faucet broke.

Opened in 2022, the Ruby Claire Hotel Geneva is a great accommodation choice in Geneva. With Cornavin Railway Station just 1km away and Geneva Airport only 11km away, transportation is very convenient. There's plenty to do nearby, with Fusterie church, Mont Blanc Bridge and The Molard Tower all within a short distance. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities.

To explain my 5 star rating in order not to mislead travelers. Des Tourelles is actually a huge flat / private apartment on a third floor in a beautiful classic style edifice by the Rhone river. That apartment is divided into several smaller units - each of them now a separate room, so there're only 4 or 5 rooms. Reception (on 1st floor) is open only 8 AM to 4 PM, but you can check in out of these times with good hotel communication and codes they provide to enter the bldg and your room. Upon arriving free public transport tickets awaited us in our room, as well the free Wifi info. We were assigned room 34, which is the best imo. It's a big (around 30 m2) corner room with great two side views - one towards the Rhone, old town and the bridge, one towards the street. A nice small salon in the corner turret with several windows and a small terrace above Rhone (see the pic). Room is basic, but with everything you need - small refrigerator, kettle with coffee and tea provided, two queen size comfy beds, TV and seating area with a table in that corner turret. Washbasin is in the room, while there's an added plastic box in the corner or the room serving as a toilet and shower - miniature but OK for a night or two. Location is amazing - few minutes walk to the railway station or to the old town. To make myself clear - this is actually a 2 star hotel, but concerning its price/location/quality ratio I rated it excellent. If you're looking for luxury this isn't a place for you certainly. It's a great choice for an ordinary tourist exploring the city if you don't want to pay enormous Geneva hotel prices. This hotel was below 100 CHF a night, while in vicinity you can find others at double or triple prices. There is no breakfast option, but you can have it in one of many cafes around, or stock up the fridge and have it in that salon with amazing views. Just to anticipate the location (not the quality of course), next door is the Mandarin Oriental hotel starting at 500+ CHF

The hotel indicates a room for one person, if two people (including children) need to add 75 Swiss francs per person, the room is not big, but it is exquisite, the key location is particularly good, you are the main scenic area of Geneva, turn right and you can take the 8 bus Take the Jiuzhan Road to reach the Palais des Nations, and at the same time, there is a shopping mall outside the hotel. The price/performance ratio is a good hotel

Hotel location is good, very close to Lake Geneva, breakfast is OK. Oddly enough, I have requested my credit card pre-authorization deposit after Ctrip has paid the fee, and no other hotels in Switzerland have requested it. When I left the store, I specially confirmed it. When the authorization was lifted, the younger brother at the front desk said that it would be cancelled immediately, and no fee was incurred. After half a day, the bank text message said that the deduction was 16.41 yuan. I don't understand, if there is consumption, why didn't I confirm it? If there is no consumption, why is it deducted? Super insecure, a credit card, the initiative is gone. I am already in another city, I don’t have much money, so I didn’t call to ask, but I feel too bad.

It is very convenient to go to the airport, but there is a shopping mall in the vicinity that is being renovated. It is convenient to eat the Chinese restaurant for 4 stops. There is also a botanical garden next to it. The air is good. At night, the plane asks the front desk if you can pay some money and check out later. Miss Sister directly said that we can live without us, because no one has booked it, the service is very human.

Overall this hotel is more 3 stars than 4 stars. I stayed at another 4 star hotel a week ago and the amenities were far superior and the staff were much more friendlier. The room was large, but uncomfortably hot and bathroom amenities remind me of a gym not a hotel. Would not recommend paying anything more than $180-200 max a night. Pros: - Hotel gives you Transport Card - Right next to the train station (good if your catching a train) - Lots of fast food restaurants nearby (underground market in train station to buy snacks) - Not noisy even though it is right by the trains - Nice view from top floors - Big rooms (I got the a double bed) Cons - Surrounding location is hectic and dirty (I prefer staying in OldTown Geneva across the river) - No AC (they said they sent someone to fix it but my room was on the 9th floor and it was like a sauna) - Expensive breakfast (I didn’t have breakfast so I can’t comment if it is good or bad but there are so many food spots around so I would go out to eat instead) - Front desk is not friendly or too helpful - Gym is very small and spa is not nice (did not use just because of the way it looked)

Convenient location, just about 200 meters near the Geneva train station, out of the main entrance of the train station across the street to the right, a bunch of hotels squatting, after the IBIS is. Very clean and tidy, the kettle was taken at the front desk, the hot water was very hot, the room heating was too big, I opened the air-conditioning to cool down... It was convenient to eat and shop around, go to the various attractions and walk, and send unlimited free bus cards once without use. Western breakfast, good. It is convenient to not pay the deposit. Check out at 12 o'clock is better than many hotels in Europe that check out at 10 o'clock. Very satisfied, I will stay here later. No problem with the suitcase, I don’t know why I can’t pass the photo.

I stayed with a friend for a spa weekend. The hotel is fabulous, rooms are very well appointed with luxury decor and everything that you could need. The hotel is minutes from the beautiful lake and an easy 30 mins or so walk into the centre of Geneva. The spa is fantastic with a beautiful indoor and outdoor pool with lovely views of the lake. The main bar is lovely and we ate in all of the restaurants as we had dinner included, the food is fabulous here, the Japanese sensational, excellent cocktails, incredible wine list and all round top class customer service. Not cheap but well worth it for a treat, we would definitely return again.

Because the hotel is on the side of the road, it is a bit noisy, especially the sound of the tram is still very obvious (even if it has already lived on the fifth floor). The room is really small, double room, and when the two suitcases are opened, there is almost no space. The bed is small and too soft. Tips: There are no toothbrushes and toothpaste in the room. Breakfast is almost the same every day, scrambled egg sausage bread, fruit is pineapple and canned peach. Overall evaluation, as a hotel owned by best west, in general.

The environment is quiet and clean. Breakfast 15chf, simple, but can eat. You can walk to the Union and the United Nations for more than 10 minutes. The 5 bus goes directly to the airport, and the 8 bus goes directly to the big fountain and breaks the chair. The hotel sends a bus card. There is a SLUP next to it, and vegan students can give priority to it! Overall feels good. You can see the double rainbow at the door of the hotel!

We needed a place to stay for one night after a long day travelling. We had a family room with bunk beds and a double and en suite toilet. It was basic as expected but did the job. It was a little noisy at night but not too bad, there weren’t many guests due to coronavirus. Most importantly the beds were comfy. I don’t know if it was better pre-covid but the breakfast was lacklustre with not much choice and it wasn’t obvious how it was supposed to work with people milling around confused. It’s kind of convenient for the station, you can get a tram not far from the hostel to the station but it’s still a bit of a walk.

The hotel is very clean and should be newly renovated. Surrealist portrait sculptures in the corridor are a bit scary, and every time you go in and out, you always feel like someone is standing there. The location is also very good, the bridge is the famous street. Next to the hotel is STARBUCKS. Check-in requires 2 single beds, although they are put together, it does not affect the use. There is a free apple every day at the front desk and bananas and oranges on the second floor. The only shortcoming is that the towel that was brought in was taken away by HOUSEKEEPING, and I went to the front desk to complain. I just apologized and said that I would return it to me the next day. I didn’t return it to me when I left the store. The casual, large strips of Europeans can be seen at this time.

I had a meeting across the other side of the lake and was travelling by train, so the location was ideal for me. Easy 5 minute walk from the station and a similar distance in the opposite direction to the small ferry terminal to cross the lake. Sadly, the promising location was the best that can be said. I was given a room at the front of the hotel on the first floor. The street noise until the early hours was very distracting and led to badly interrupted sleep. Not only that, but the internal walls do nothing to shield noise from other rooms. Perhaps a room at the back would improve matters. I left before breakfast in the morning so can't comment on that.
