clean and very well located hotel. Evening parties are organized on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, which allows all the people of the hotel to meet together for a drink. A very welcoming staff who become friends at the end of the stay! An ideal location, close to the beach and bars/restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks again for the welcome.
Spent one night here. The fact is that the rate is inexpensive and you do get what you pay for. Room is comfortable. AC and water heating work very well. Staff are friendly and polite. Location is perfect. Can be a bit noisy after 12 am. It was not a big issue for me but just in case. Breakfast was basic but nice. Service was 2nd to none. And the sauna is small but everything worked well. Most importantly was meeting lovely lads there. It’s a pity that I was there for a one day but returning back in December, and very much looking forward to my visit. If you have a budget to manage for your accommodation whilst having added benefits I do recommend the place. Lee 🇮🇪🇵🇸🇸🇬🌈
Friendly reception, comprehensible settlement, and at any time contactable in helpful. The location has the advantage of reaching both the historic centre, where the Night market (required to look! photos!) takes place, as well as the "market quarter" in less than 10 minutes walk. The large room offers enough room to pack up and sort ( once again) its items. Only the traffic noise from the large circle could interfere evtl ... However, generally a good recommendation!
Hahaha hotel suites are very large, and in the gay area of Thailand, when I arrived late at night, I thought it was not safe. Like, at dawn, all five of our suitcases can be put down and tiled. The hall is very large and there is a big restaurant. Traveling around is very convenient, and for a while is the beach.

Hotel is in great location. Staff is super friendly. Helpful. We stay 02 days here and it was great. The guy at the front desk always helping us carry things when we arrive. I am planing to book this hotel again for my birthday. I definitely recommend this small design hotel.
My first impression was not so good since the hotel is very aged and old. TV was also not working. However we have decided to stay the remainder of our stay here in Phuket. Location is very central in Patong, a short walk to busy night life area and the beach. Many scooter rentals nesr by as well.
Even that hotel had a tray for smoking, smoking is only allowed on balcony and room doesn't have the smell.

Big family of 20 people stayed here for 3 days, very satisfied. The reception was friendly and the manager greeted him warmly. The room is not tall but comfortable and hygienic enough. The hotel environment is warm and cozy, with greenery and clear swimming pool. The meals are not expensive (basically the same as the surroundings) and are clearly marked and taste good. There is no additional cost for child accommodation. Good location, quiet in the middle of noisy, turn right out of the bar street within 100 meters, but not noisy at night, do not worry about sleep. There is no Chinese service, but don't worry. Accommodation is not a complicated thing. Just use a translation software. The front desk is very patient and experienced. You don't need to worry about Thai if they speak English well. No matter if the family is traveling with three or two, I think this hotel is highly recommended and the price is good.
Red-eye flight, the cheap hotel as a temporary rest place for children, the hotel traffic is particularly convenient, the location is very close to the bar street, Jiangxi Cold Shopping Center, three-story, the lobby is in the downtown, the room is still relatively quiet, The lighting is not very good, the hotel has a small swimming pool, there are more white foreigners living in it, there is a feeling of a cheap hotel for a long stay!
The guesthouse is located in an alley very close to the main road. The rooms are pretty standard, clean and non-smoking. Daily water is provided along with make your own coffee services in the hallway. There are no elevators. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they even helped in arranging for transport to the airport from the hotel. The owner's behavior was excellent.
The proprietress was very enthusiastic. She had booked the pick-up before. Although the plane was half an hour late, she still came to pick us up in the early morning on time. Although the reservation information does not include breakfast, the proprietress is equipped with bread, coffee, and instant noodles. The rooms are clean and have everything they should have. Although they are facing the road, the glass is good for sound insulation. As a transit accommodation, it is a very good choice.
The room is very clean, the owner is very enthusiastic, and will patiently answer any questions, knowing that we are going to Phi Phi Island the next day, let us take a free ride to the pier in the morning, thank you boss!
Nice, clean mid-range hotel. Very helpful staff, quick and friendly check-in and check-out.
Unfortunately, there are also incorrigible sun lounger reservers here and there, and ignorant people regarding the obligation to wear masks. The staff should be a bit more consistent.
Breakfast is ok but leaves a lot of room for improvement. For example, there were always only 2 types of fruit, no bananas, pomelo, etc.☹
No vegetables or lettuce like tomatoes or peppers. ☹ You could order fried eggs with bacon or something else, but you had to pay extra. ☹ And in 7 days not once cheese or sausage ☹
I would be willing to pay a few euros more. Nevertheless, we would like to come back at the next opportunity.
It was more than 11pm when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel's catering service has stopped, but the hotel thoughtfully prepared snack packs and drinks for us. Thai restaurants have a high standard of food and traditional Thai cabaret shows on Friday nights. There are also cute cats on the beach. Mom sometimes finds food next to the house and is very cute. Breakfast is mostly Western-style, but there is a freshly cooked Thai noodle soup, which is also good. Although the beach is not the hotel's private beach, due to the hidden place, it is just like the hotel's own private beach. In addition to the catering services provided by the hotel, there are also food and drinks and massage services provided by the hotel, which are cost-effective.
not so good. Not human. No smoking on the balcony. If the taste falls into the room, you will be fined $1,000. There is no bath towel in the room, no toothbrush, no slippers, it is an apartment. If it is not greedy for him offshore. Will not order. I regret it now.
The hotel is excellent. First of all, the rooms are large in size and the decoration is very textured, high-end atmosphere. Secondly, there are beaches, with fine sand and convenient. The price includes dinner, which is definitely a plus if there is no car, and although dinner is delivered, it is by no means perfunctory, large in quantity and delicious. Hotel service is good, especially there is a Chinese-speaking lady at the front desk, you can contact WeChat if you have any questions after check-in, which is really convenient. Finally, the price of the epidemic is really one piece of cabbage. This is the first time I wrote such a long hotel review on Ctrip, because Marina is worth it.
Flash clean, very quietly located, to the beach 8 minutes walking distance. Mega friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast - and all at an amazing price. A dreamy pool and just a idyllic small lake with ances and warans - and then a swan swims through the picture. It is hardly possible, so full score. Who wants it wousy and with a lot of trouble or even girly bars, has to go elsewhere. On the beach there are restaurants - chairs and tables directly under palms at the sea - with great and cheap international, Thai and Chinese kitchen. Thank you again!
To be honest I am sad that I can’t put 5*stars for this hotel, but everything being “out of order” I can’t do it. I am not very sure why the owners have decided to open this hotel before everything is finished, because it just gives a costumer a very confusing experience. When we arrived we were told that the sauna is out of order, breakfast room is not finished, there is no poolside bar..basically a lot of things what are not finished, but when we booked it didn’t say in anywhere and was advertised as something that’s already there. When you arrive in a hotel and first thing you get is a row of bad news it makes you very disappointed. They told us that they will upgrade us in a better room, but actually the room they offered us was definitely NOT an upgrade. It had a smaller bed than the room before and there was no sitting area anymore. They were saying this is a more expensive room because it is one floor higher and has a view to the pool(!?) We told them that there is not even a couch anymore how can this be an upgrade? But they didn’t really understand what is our problem so they made us feel very stupid and we asked our previous room back, because that one was way better. They told us that pool view rooms don’t have couches in them, but later we saw that they did. But for sure we can say if you are thinking of booking and don’t care about the view then a superior mountain view room is better than the superior high floor room! In high floor pool view room you just have a hard bench and a queen bed instead of the king. They promised to make it all up to us ,but in the end they just ignored this situation and we were left in this “feeling stupid” situation. The other thing that happened with us a lot and we saw it also happening with others was that the keycard just stops working or doesn’t work from the beginning so you have to go to the reception a lot. Poolside bar and breakfast are they are still building,but what I saw they are probably going to be very nice. Sauna worked only one night and even then we didn’t have any lights inside and had to stay in a dark sauna what is not a problem , but still not a good sign..as the next day sauna was not working and in the end it went only until 40 degrees. Very disappointing. But the bed was truly amazing and absolutely new - definitely recommended! The gym was very good with a very good equipment, so definitely pack your running shoes. Maybe in the future it would be nice if there would be some water available in the gym. The swimming pool was very good, but sadly they didn’t have different towels for the pool (probably also something to add in the future!) Also the mirror in the room is in a very dark spot and you should definitely add some lights there. I think as a new and just opened place you should try to provide a better service, but I see if all the “mistakes” are fixed how it is going to be a very comfy place for a relaxing stay. If you go to stay there then have low expectations as the
A beautiful environment, good location, convenient transportation, health and comfortable room, staff is very enthusiastic, willing to provide assistance, rich breakfast. Facilities very user-friendly, high-speed network signal good, good scenery outside the window. There are special turndown service, room small ornaments design is also very unique. Good value for money, next time have to stay
Breakfast is still very good, the location is good to go out to the beach, the sunrise can be seen in the morning, travel is very convenient, next door is a convenience store, what is convenient. The hotel is a bit old. The facilities are still good.
The hotel is good located. You can easily walk to the Surin beach. On the way to the beach are lots of small restaurants, bars, souvenir shops... The rooms are very clean. The staff is very very kind and they solve any problems in very short time. Especially a grand thanks to Som for her friendly behavior. We will miss you Som. Also special thanks to staff in eatery for preparing special food extra for me when I had stomachache. The Rooftop pool is fantastic and don‘t miss the incredible view. We just have a small suggestion to the hotel. Please find a solution to walk up and down in hotel areal. It is very hard to walk to the buildings when it‘s hot.
Pro(s): New small hotel. Good quality of materials. Clean. The location is good because it is very close to Central shopping malls which you can walk to. The hotel also provides car park. Breakfast is so so, not bad, not varied.
Con: The hotel is surrounded by many apartments which is not a good view to look to. The pillows are quite thick which means too high to sleep on.
By the way, overall is satisfied.
The rooms are simple but pleasant, and the location, right by night market and in close proximity of numerous cafes and restaurants, is excellent. The buffet breakfast is once again simple, but satisfying: there are pieces of toast, hard boiled eggs, cereal, banana muffins, watermelon, tea, coffee, juice, and a few other foods on offer for you to choose as you like. All in all, great accommodation by the Old Town in Phuket!
Hotel is in a great location. Rooms were very nice and clean. We loved the second floor infinity pool with view of ocean. Breakfast was excellent. Was disappointed when asking tour desk about ferry tickets they were double the prices of street vendors.
1. The accommodation in the parent-child environment is very good, and the mothers are very satisfied.
2. Breakfast is very rich, bread, milk, yogurt, coffee, stir-fried food and meat, I think it's pretty good;
3. There are two bedrooms in the parent-child room, a large bed of 1.8 meters and two small beds of 1 meters, living under the age of 4 adults and 1 child;
4. High cost performance, travel season is the peak season in Phuket, many hotels in Kata are very expensive. We spent more than 800, lived in 4 big and 1 small, and breakfast, I think it's worth it;
5. There is a man at the front desk who is proficient in switching between Chinese, English, Thai, and three languages, and his attitude is very good. He has a much better attitude than the young girl at the front desk. I do n’t know if this kind of employee should be paid higher.
6. The hotel's swimming pool is very good. There is a baby swimming pool. Blankets can be borrowed for free. The deck chairs are not very nervous. There are deck chairs available every day.
7. There is a children's playground in the hotel. The rooms are small but clean and warm. The toys are basically broken, but they do not affect the fun of the children. Before leaving, buy a big digger and sand for the children Toys contributed to the children's playground.
8. Talking about the surroundings: the surroundings are more convenient, and some should be there.
In particular, where to eat:
1. The hotel came out and walked towards the beach. At the intersection, there is a 711. There are two places to eat, one day and one place, please note.
The company is called ONE-D. It is on the same side of the road as 711. It is the most pitted company in our trip. There is no one in his house at noon. We eat at his house at night. The price of the meal is nearly double that of the house opposite The most exciting thing is that we ordered a crab and only gave us a shell. I was very angry. What about crab meat? Under the question of my atmosphere, they changed one. This is the most expensive and the most unpleasant one in our trip. . . They had one diagonally across. They ate it and did n’t remember the name. Because they could see the unpleasant restaurant called ONE-D across the street, so they remembered the unpleasant one. The name of this house, this one is next to a juice stand, next to the intersection, it is basically full at noon, and there is a Chinese menu at the door. We ate 3 meals this time, it was very enjoyable, the Tom Yum Goong was delicious and the price was reasonable The dishes are also delicious. We left a tip to recommend it to everyone.
Breakfast is average, there are regular things, but there are not many types, and no one manages access, so no matter which hotel you can enter, you can also enter and exit multiple times, not by the sea, behind the seaside restaurant. If you are at the pier of Racha Hotel, you need 100 baht per person to drive you to and from the hotel. After all, it is too difficult to carry luggage on the beach road. In fact, you only need 5-8 minutes to walk without luggage, so I think it should be free. The service at the seaside restaurant was good and the price was not too expensive. We ate 3 meals and the curry was good. The seafood was not delicious. We ordered the shells (sand white) and more than half were empty. The pasta and pizza are good and the juice is good. The front desk will give you a 10% discount coupon and you can use Alipay. Kino room is the pool room. I personally think that the environment is better than the lagoon room. The difference is about 100 yuan. It is recommended to upgrade. The swimming pool is very comfortable, but the water depth is 1.5 meters, which is too deep and unfriendly to girls. The toilet and floor drain in the toilet in the room are a bit rusty, but the facilities are ok. The water in the faucet is seawater, and the shampoo is a bit uncomfortable. The bed in the standard room is very small. It feels like 1.1-1.2. I don't think the bed in the big bed room is big. In general, they only have this one at this price and there is not much competition, so they have no choice at all. The gym is completely empty. The facilities are very old and there is no air conditioning. There is no guarding so it cannot be used. The spa has only one service staff, so booking a massage can only be one by one ... I felt very water and we did not go. There are no aquatic items on the beach, mainly superficial and soaking. The life jackets on the island are all old, as are the Racha hotels. The kiosk is more expensive. It costs 70 baht for instant noodles and 50-90 baht for ice cream, so it is half more expensive than Phuket, so everyone can bring snacks to the island. There are many broken corals and shells on the beach, so it is recommended to bring beach shoes to the island.
We stayed here mainly for the location. It was a short walk to the beach and down a quiet street not far from the hustle and bustle of Patong, everything was close to walk to. The staff were friendly, particularly the young bellboy, can’t remember his name. He was very helpful delivering our bags and showing us the rooms amenities. The room was nice and clean, with a small balcony overlooking the pool. The bed was huge and comfortable, the mini bar was stocked and the beer price quite reasonable. The bathroom had a shower & bath with a window between the bathroom and sleeping area. The only negative I could give was the shower didn’t drain properly, the bottom of the shower filled up quickly and was unpleasant not knowing what was coming back up out of the drain. We mentioned this to concierge on checking out, so may have been fixed by now. Overall a pleasant stay for a reasonable price.
The decoration of the apartment is very modern, and the location is well integrated with the local community. There are many surfing, diving schools and Muay Thai clubs nearby. It is also close to some Thai massage places. The decoration style of the rooms is very favorite. There is also a gym and outdoor swimming pool in the building. Although the front desk of the apartment is not available 24 hours a day like in a traditional hotel, the reply is very prompt and friendly during working hours. It’s worth noting that, like a homestay, if you stay for several days, the apartment will not arrange staff to clean the room every day. If you want to ask someone to clean the room during your stay, you can ask for an extra cleaning fee, but overall Very cost-effective
My wife and I stay at six pack cottage every time we visit Phuket, and for good reasons. Our lifestyle in Phuket is very simple. We wake up, we train Muay Thai, we shower, we eat, go swimming, get work done, train again sometimes, shower eat, get work done, relax, sleep and repeat haha. Once in a while, we will go out for drinks or explore other parts of Phuket, but our lifestyle here is mostly focused on training and this schedule. In addition, we don’t need much. As long as we have a good clean room, at a low price, near a pool and close to all the schools and restaurants on the Soi, we are happy. And if this is what you are looking for, this place may be a good fit for you. We saved money by staying here, so we could focus on training. They also offer cleaning and laundry service which saves you so much time. The rooms are minimal, but clean and nice. There is also a small fridge in each room to store your food and water. There are two desks and a flat screen tv. If you don’t want to go out to eat, you can cook in the shared kitchen which also has a blender which is nice. Some people complained about the slow internet, but that can be very easily solved by getting a SIM card and buying a plan, where you could use your phone as a hotspot, and with this, we had no issues with slow internet. We worked, streamed movies, etc with ease. And finally, two homes would not be what it is without Elle and Nina. Not only are they professional and helpful, they make it feel like home. As well as the rest of the staff, they are so sweet. Make sure to say hello to them everyday and give them a smile. We love six pack cottage and we will be back every time we visit Phuket. It’s become our second home.
Experienced by my wife (Santi) as solo traveller: I arrived late at the hotel but already told by calling in the afternoon that I will arrive late and they said it's ok as they open 24 hours. When I came finally the receptionist asked me to speak with the "manager" by phone and she was asking from which application I booked the hotel (Traveloka). Then she told me to wait a while. After that, the receptionist asked me to follow him. He brought me to the backside street to Ekkamon Apartment and there was someone who just gave me room key without even smiling and the receptionist of "Sleep at Phuket" just left me. I tried to reach him but he was already gone, so I didn't have any choice but to stay at Ekkamon Apartment in a room which was not ready for guest. The pillow was yellow and not covered, there was rolling messy cable near the TV, some part of furniture were rotten. I just feel it was not fair at all from "Sleep at Phuket" by moving me like that without asking if I agreed or not, and they didn't tell apologize because they didn't have the room that I already booked.
Visited this place for the third time, so it's great for bringing children under 6 years old. Very close to the airport, every time I go to Phuket, I first check in this slowly and then consider changing hotels.
The room is big and the waiter loves children. The breakfast is very rich, special Thai Food can be selected every day, and there is an outdoor breakfast location where you can see the sea and the scenery is super beautiful. The swimming pool is also very good with shallow ones suitable for babies to deep ones suitable for couples. In particular, the two baby turtles are very fun. They were originally two 6-year-olds, and two 1-year-old baby turtles were added. You can go to feed the turtles at 11:30 on weekdays. It is really suitable for children.
The room is very comfortable, the service is also very good, the room is very complete, the TV refrigerator washing machine central air conditioning is all available, and the location is very good, located in the center. Recommend everyone to live, the price is very high.
Super invincible! !! The hotel is super beautiful. It seems to be trees, grasses, flowers, but a closer look at every flower and tree has been carefully designed, and it is not chaotic. The pool is equivalent to being private, with few people swimming. Our single-family villa was well located, high above, without obstructions. The front desk attitude is also very good, bikes can be arbitrarily borrowed, no deposit and registration are not required, we rode to 711, there is a vegetable market over there, but no good restaurant was found. The seafood noodles in the hotel restaurant are very delicious, and the service attitude is not very good. People just sit and come to collect the plates after eating. This is not for Chinese people. I see that this is true for everyone. Doors and windows must be closed at night. There are many geckos and mosquitoes. Stayed for two nights and was comfortable on vacation. I wanted to book this hotel when I went to Phuket in June, it was only over 300 a night, but there was no room. It was finally booked in December this time, more than 600 a night, and the price is really high.
With breakfast, the taste can also be free for children, that is, there are always mosquitoes and flies flying in various hotels in Thailand. As long as they are not closed, it is recommended to buy electric flies. The room is relatively large, the room is clean but there is no toothbrush or the like. The door is The whole family is not expensive and convenient for environmental protection. Cleaning is relatively timely. There are many activities in the swimming pool. I just forgot that my child ’s goggles were not found. There are also many children ’s activities. There are many Russians. It ’s convenient to eat and drink nearby. I lived in Hua Hin. This one, so I ordered another one. There are many other hotels and villas around. The whole hotel is large, the gardens are well maintained, and the service is very good. I will choose this hotel when I go to Thailand.
Some Front desk staff is efficient and good . And I will to complain the Fd-(peking) ,She had bed performance. when I arrive in hotel before I call the hotel to confirm the room arrange and after finally she promised is fine the room will hold for me . But also I would like to praise the duty manager(I forgot the name ), he so helpful and kindly !!!!!
And the breakfast is very bad .not too much choose and Taste feel bad!!!
Hotel very calm,small but functional bedrooms.clear.small terraces have shared for 3 rooms.There are also apartments with kitchens for families.The hotel rents scooters and offers excursions in the islands.The hotel is located in the heart of the city. The only blame for the rooms is the lack of ventilation and as you can't leave the doors open with the common terrace it feels a little humidity.but this only for the rooms on the floor, The others have a personal terrace.
