0.13km from Burger KingWe had a lovely stay at Hilton Almaty over the Christmas and New year period! The spa and facilities are incredible and the family guest room was large. Thoroughly recommend it for families and access for skiing. The spa after a full day skiing makes it so worth the travel! The reasons we didn't give 5 stars were the breakfast - nothing wrong except no fresh bread and a bit basic compared to the rest of the hotel, the room was hot and the fridges didn't work but we didn't report this. The service was lacking it's hard to pin point why but we've just had better elsewhere (outside of Kazakhstan). All in all we would recommend! The children loved it!

0.48km from Burger KingIf you want to explore Almaty, Reni Ozlik Hotel is a great place to stay. Almaty 2 Train Station is just 4km away. Sightseeing in the area is easy, and The Museum of Arts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Monument to Chokan Valikhanov and Akhmet Baitursynov's House Museum are nearby. The hotel offers easy access to many of the city’s top attractions, including the Kazakhstan National Science Academy, the Literary and Memorial Museum Complex and the Central Museum of Railway Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
0.54km from Burger Kingfirst of all its a beautiful city, my experience with this hotel from day 1 was positive , very curtious staff ,nice ambience rooms are quite good and clean, the prices are not very high, room service also did good part , the most relaxing part of my stay was when i went to GO-SPA, it was awsome, fantastic facilities in the spa, very positive staff and the pool was clean and all emminities was updated, the Hygiene part was taken care very properly, over all i give 5 out of 5for AISER hotel, and would recomend to My friends also.
0.79km from Burger KingThe hotel is a yurt shaped building. It is a nice hotel with a slightly below average breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and staff is very friendly. The pool is great! It is by far the best hotel pool I've been to. Natural light, lots of trees and vegetation, big size pool with some bridges (!), and jacuzzi. Cons:There is a lack of chairs (depending on time you go, of course) and the pavement around the pool is slippery when wet. My only complain goes to the carpets on room floors and central restaurant. They're old, stained and stinky. All in all, I would probably come back.
0.9km from Burger KingOur wedding party ( family & friends) almost booked out the whole of the Hotel. It offers an airport pick up and return service that is reasonably priced and punctual. I was taken aback when I checked in at 2.30a.m. and after a long flight, to be asked for payment in full for our 6 night stay. I wasn’t expecting that. Our room on the third floor was spacious and had a wonderful view of the distant snow-capped mountains. The shower room was large with a heated towel rail that could not be turned off. The hairdryer was in a cupboard beneath the washbasin and fixed in position. As I am quite tall, I had to really stretch the cord to reach my head but I managed. The bed was very comfortable and the Hotel was quiet during the night. Breakfast was interesting with a vast array or cooked foods that varied every morning. There was yoghurt and lovely fresh fruit, particularly the cherries and apricots and a side table groaning with sweet pastries and cakes and also bread. This was disappointing because most times the bread was very dry although the Black Bread ( rye) was delicious. The coffee machine churned out a tasteless concoction so I had to experiment to get a cup with any decent taste. I ended up drinking tea. We ate in the restaurant on two evenings and the service was appalling. We were a party of 10 and one of our friends did not receive her meal until the rest of us had finished ours. No explanation was given. The poor waiting staff were clearly very embarrassed but then everyone disappeared and I had to go and cause a fuss to get our friend her dinner! On the second time it was just my husband and I and we had to wait over an hour for a simple pasta dish. When we enquired where our dinner was we kept being told “5 minutes” until again, I got fed up and went to find the manager and complained. Our meal arrived in short order afterwards but my pasta arrabiata now contained chicken that I did not order so it was sent back. My husband’s carbonara was very dry and the mushrooms were undercooked but he ate it and then my dish arrived but with hardly any sauce. I guess they just scraped the chicken out of it. As a “sorry” our waiter brought us a plate of fresh fruit which was good of him. The most disappointment was caused by the bar running out of gin and then out of tonic that they know as Schweppes. We said that we were all gin drinkers and to please stock up the bar but they ran out every night and also there were never enough glasses either for the G&T’s or for the beers that had to be ordered. For an Hotel this is most unusual. The staff at times, did not seem to know what they were doing and I feel that this is a training issue for them especially if they are trying to attract more Western visitors. The best part of the downstairs area was all the very comfortable settees and lounging chairs where we could gather in the evenings or when waiting for our transport. Also the receptionists were generally very good although one young lady repeatedl
0.98km from Burger KingHotel standard didn’t match from the website pictures. It was a dirty and low quality service. Wanted to charge more from mini bar, which never used the mini bar, but breakfast was fine. Wouldn’t recommend unless you are desperate.
1.08km from Burger KingStayed in Plaza hotel for 4 days during our vacation. It is about 35-40 mins drive from the airport. the location of the hotel is central enough however you still need a taxi to go to places (Uber doesn't work in Kazakstan so download Yandex which works exactly the same and you can the fare prior to booking the ride). Upon arrival the receptionist showed english communication skills and greeted us and explained to us the hotel info. The twin bed room that we booked were of decent size, we particularly liked the bathroom with well equipped amenities and vintage looking wash basin. The breakfast buffet was good enough with options of cold and hot food and selection of fruits/yoghurt. Staff has been very helpful with all of our requests throughout the stay. The only downside was the wifi speed as our room was located at the far end so we couldn't get much signal. Another thing was that one night there was a loud knock on our door around 9pm but we couldn't see who as there wasn't a peephole, the knocks happened several times then eventually we heard someone said 'housekeeping'. We were bit annoyed by that as we were already in bed. Other than that highly recommend this hotel if you were to visit Almaty.
1.16km from Burger KingThe hotel is a local five-star hotel, good service, thoughtful and thoughtful, we stayed for four days before and after, mainly because we liked the breakfast here. The restaurant is warm and bright, the food is rich and clean, and the most famous apples in Almaty are delicious. Honey supply, bread coffee is not bad. Room facilities are old, but the level of cleanliness is OK. In particular, the tourist visa has arrived in Kazakhstan for more than five natural days. It is necessary to apply for landing visas at the local level. The hotel can charge 120 RMB for the agency and Taobao for 700. In short, all aspects are second only to Ritz in Almaty.

1.24km from Burger KingThe hotel has become a better place compared to that it was in the past. At least they decided to accommodate covid patients while it’s almost empty due to the pandemic. If you ok with no breakfast and don’t mind having a room with a window bellow the ground level but look for a location in the historical city center, then Mildom is exactly what you need.

Hotels Near Dariga In Almaty Review
The room was very large, and it was a double bed in time, and the bed was large. Complete toiletries, and cleansing cotton swabs are intimate. The heating is good, just wear short sleeves. The WIFI signal is good, the desk is large, and it is a good choice for business trips. Breakfast is ok, Samsung to four-star standard. The service was good and the waiters were more proactive. There is a parking lot downstairs. There is also a gym and swimming pool.

I used this hotel as my base around the region and well I couldn’t have chosen anything worse. I checked in quickly and asked staff if I could leave a card, they said no and all bills would be settled on check out! My room service was rejected, I was chased out of breakfast and then he laundry was such an issue! Poor customer service and noisy rooms lead me a disturbed holiday The location is not good as on main road and constant noise. Curtains in room don’t shut (see picture) and TV didn’t work entire stay. Housekeeping didn’t clean one day and constant problems with this inferior hotel. Not soap, no room service, laundry too 5 phone calls! Bed linen poor quality and towels are just old and thin! Toiletries never replaced. Curtains didn’t close and holes in curtains when they did. So if you don’t like noise from the highway or light then don’t book this place Avoid this place as their systems are just not up to 5 star service! Barely 1 star service!!!
The second stay, the hotel was newly renovated, the facilities are much better, but the mattress is too soft, I am the hard board to pick up and sleep directly. The room is still small and there is no way to change it. The appearance of this hotel is tall, the lobby is stylish, the meeting is convenient for customers, the surrounding environment is good, it is located in the city center, surrounding restaurants, city supermarkets are readily available. Breakfast was not as good as before, it was a Western meal. Overall price is not bad, it is recommended to stay.
Booked an apartment suite as needed children in one room and we in another. The room has one door and basically looks like a large apartment/flat inside it, with 2 rooms ensuite with and a large living room (with 2 large 3 seater sofer + a dinning table for 6) in between each room. Large screen TV in each room and the living room. It also has a mini fridge, kettle for tea and choice of teas. The room was booked with breakfast. Drawback however were 1) they only serve breakfast, lunch and dinner can be done via room service but the food is normally ordered from Elephant which is just next door to the restaurant so you may be better off walking down to have your meal yourself. We also found the apartment extremely hot and couldn't find where to regulate it and were unsure if it was regulated centrally. Should you need to go shopping it is close to a big shopping mall as well. Also have the Atakent Expo there. Overall was okay.
It will be a pity to go to Almaty and not stay at Ritz Carlton. A hotel with unparalleled service and hospitality. The hotel close to Esentai Mall is par excellence. The rooms are Big and fantastic. The huge poster beds with a choice of pillows provide extra comfort after a busy day. The toilets are huge and the overall experience of being in the hotel is just amazing. The staff is polite and extremely hospitable. The Breakfast is delicious and you're simply spoilt for choices. We are a luxury outbound travel company based in New Delhi. When we requested the chef that our guests are vegetarians they were kind enough to make Indian dishes like aloo puri and poha for breakfast. Besides this there was a wide variety of breakfast items which we sat and enjoyed at the restaurant overlooking the magnificent views of the Alatau mountains. Rooms with views overlooking the complete Alatau mountain ranges are just spectacular if available.
