If you stay there, remember to prepare your own shampoo as the hotel does not provide. The hotel got provide hairdryer and iron.. A good hotel to recommend.

Was greeted well by Putri who checked us in, she was super polite and I felt valued as an Honors member. Room was super clean, the air conditioning was cold, water pressure was good and the hot water was good. The room was very spacious and the tv was at eye level when lying on the bed, good touch and attention to details. Tried the food room service, the price was super value for money with the portion that was given, taste wise ok as well, everything was seasoned well. The facilities at level 5 and 5A were amazing as well, everything was very clean and organized. Game room was a nice touch with PlayStations, a pool table and board games. The steam room is a must visit, you can change and bath comfortably. I would say the cleanliness of this DoubleTree Shah Alam by Hilton is way better than Hilton KL, haha. Breakfast at Makan was simply amazing...! Again we were greeted politely, all the food was delicious at the correct temperature and the staff was very attentive to what you want or you want something. Three foods you must try at Makan Kitchen : 1. The fresh orange juice - simply fresh haha. 2. Roti Canai - well season and the thickness was just right 3. Many people will miss this : the charcoal toast bangkali bread at the Malay food corner there. I was staring at it then someone just walked up to me and asked me do I want it? I am like wow yes! The bread was so crunchy and tasty that I could eat a lot of them with salted butter and kaya. If you are into half boiled eggs, eat it with them and wow you will be blown away! Btw it's awesome they serve ice cream at breakfast - five flavors, again eat all you want! Checked out earlier as I have some matters to attend to and have to pay RM5 for the parking. Since it's covered parking and guarded well by the polite guard, ya sure it's worth it!

The staff are friendly. They are happy to entertain you even if you call them on the phone. The room is simple but tidy. They also sell essentials to make your stay more pleasant. The room is peaceful, there is more than enough parking in front of the hotel.The hotel is also close to a variety of restaurants and convenience stores. The only problem is tmpt dia jauh sikit drpd bandar thats all but anyway it is very worth it and affordable for a big and very very comfortable room. Layanan drpd staff sangat baik, respon sangat pantas dan membantu. I will definitely repeat to stay here next time if I came to Shah Alam. Thankyou for your great service :)

- first of all the service of the workers is good and helpful so i rate 5 starts for their service but really had to say the hotel is quite old and the sofa is not really clean , can see many dusk inside the rotan sofa. Beside the shower room is not really clean as the shower head have obvious black stain which we not sure what was this as a four star hotel the amenities they provided have comb however I saw hair in the new comb plastic so I didn’t use it. Cleanliness and environment should be improve but had to thumbs up to the worker there really helpful and nice.
And extra , breakfast is not bad as well.

|7.89km from city centerLocation is good as eateries outlets are close by. We paid RM125+RM50 (Deposit). Last minute chk-in bcos the homestay was locked when we came @ 0020 hrs. Anyway for that price is not cheap, aircon wasn't cold enough despite adjusting the temperature on the remote control. Front desk did not even inform us that there was a free WIFI. Staff needs to be train. We were still in the Doctor's surgery room, called them to inform that we may be slightly late but will definitely rush back to chk out. Eventually we chk out at 1300 hrs and was charged RM15 extra for the one hr late chk out. 1st and the LAST time for us.

The double queen room on the 3rd floor is neat and orderly, there is a window mirror 🤩 but I didn't have time to clean myself, so I changed THREE rooms, king and single beds, because my sister stayed the night there and I asked the hotel management to arrange a change of room for my request and I got a triple room on the first floor G as soon as there is a vacancy👍😍. FACILITIES are provided by the hotel, bath soap/tissues/bath shower, 24-hour heating / iron and those who want to wash their clothes have to go down to the G floor below. The best thing is to use this application to compare the prices and I get the promotional price from the hotel and I redeem the voucher on the Trip.com application

The hotel near Central i-City mall, a short walk from i-City Theme Park, WaterWorld, and SnoWalk. My kid has a very enjoyable.
They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early before 3pm. So this was a big plus.
Tosca Italian Trattoria sevice was excellent, a big thanks to Mr. Fareez the outlet Manager for the wonderful great service to us, family and i had a great time there. Would definitely big recommend friends there.
