The hotel is quite new, an upgraded version of comfort inn, which is different from ordinary ones. The front desk staff is very nice and the facilities are also good. There is a gym swimming pool. The hotel is not far from Chinatown and Koreatown, only ten minutes drive away. Living here is a good choice if you drive by yourself.

room was disgusting and smelled of smoke. Furniture was ripped, linens had cigarette burns, there were water stains on all of the lamp shades, the refrigerator was dented in and it sat on a pressed wood armoire that had a big whole in it and thus it wobbled when you opened the door. The AC unit almost fell out of the wall when I put my hand on it and there was caked on dust in it. There were water stains on the ceiling and the paint was chipping off the wall in the hall. There was generally no one at the front desk and/or the personal was asleep when I went down there. They over charged me by $11 and while I spoke to the general manager, whose name was Patel and he informed me he would refund me the money, he clearly lied, as it has been 7 days and the money has not been returned. The breakfast was pathetic, there were dirty dish rags on the counter, there was syrup caked on the tables, the juice machine was broken and the only other thing to drink was coffee. You were not able to get extra towels until after 9:30 because that was when housekeeping came in and they continued to only give us two towels for four people. The pool room itself was not heated (it was the middle of February) and there were toilets and titles taking up about a quarter of the room itself. The last day we were there we were awaken by the staff at 1:30 in the morning, as they clearly lived at the property and they were yelling down the halls.

I have stayed at this Motel 6 regularly since 2015. It is approx 1 mile from Pinckneyville Park and Dog Park. My dogs get exercise and socializing in a huge (acres), fenced in grassy and wooded area. This Located in Peachtree Corners, it's a quick drive to Buckhead and Midtown from here. The rooms are renovated (no carpet. Granite in bathroom) come with a flatscreen TV, Cable (including HBO) and WIFI. Rajvi, BK, Barbara (and others) clean the rooms and bring towels in the mornings. They are pleasant and courteous. This hotel is owned by the Patels. Victor Patel walks the grounds around the hotel in the evenings. Front Desk staff - Vipel, Nikita, Monav, Ron, Sam and Teak - are courteous and helpful. A Security Patrol, Ron, lives onsite. All of them go above and beyond. It is a safe environment and I regularly see children here.

The hotel location is about 15 minutes drive from the city center. There is free parking. The price of the hotel is about the same as the price I stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in the city center last year. All are paid parking lots, about $ 30-40 a day. If you are passing by, it is recommended. If you need to visit attractions or stay in hotels near the city center, after all, you can reach almost all attractions, but there are not many places to eat in the city center.

The dirtiest red roof in Atlanta! We all know how airport travel can be such a hassle! Coming to my reserved hotel was supposed to be my realm! It took about 15 minutes after parking to finally find someone who can open the front desk and assist me during check in.. & mind you it was raining HARD! (So glad I didn’t Uber) they placed me on the highest floor, much to my surprise I couldn’t wheel in my 67 lb luggage! The elevator was not in service! No way I was gonna carry it up stairs. DURING THE RAIN I chose to unzip my luggage and pick out my work outfit. When I came inside the room I noticed the broken curtain. Great, no real privacy. Then as I go to turn on the shower, no water comes out!! I called front desk for an estimate of repair time. They said 1 hour. Cool. Don’t have to go to work for another 2. I eat my food, throw my trash away, sit down on the bed (WITHOUT messing up any sheets or pillows) and wait. After an hour goes by I realize the water won’t be fixed any time soon and since I didn’t occupy the room I figured I find a better location with working amenities. I went down stairs for a refund since I paid cash & it was still early. But because there was trash inside a plastic back (easy to remove) the room has been contaminated and can’t refund me back my money. Are you kidding me? The trash? You better off saying the bed! Not that it mattered, the sheets were stained with some type of oil substance before I got there! Not to mention the pubes that we’re already in the bathtub! Complete waste or money! They robbed me! The rooms are nothing like the photos. I had to spend my money somewhere else and wait until the morning to talk to management about a refund. They’re best offer was a free night at their location in Lithonia! Panola road? Really? Inconvenient! No thanks! I’m disturbed.

My wife and I, our kids, and my in-laws all went for a weekend away for my wife's parents anniversary back in October 2019. They don't get out much and we felt like it was a much deserved break for them since they help us out so much. We got there to check-in and the hot tub was out of order which was a bit of a disappointment but it wasn't a big enough deal to spoil the trip. After check-in, we spoke with Jayda at the front desk and asked for any ideas she might have to make my wife's parents trip special and explained our situation. She could not have been more helpful and polite. As a matter of fact, she was able to upgrade my in-laws from a single king bedroom to a suite. On top of that, she had the thoughtfulness to leave a bottle of champagne, some chocolate covered strawberries, and note wishing them a happy anniversary. Hot tube aside, this was one of the best experiences we've ever had at a Marriott property. We stay exclusively at Marriott properties any time we travel and I can't think of one front desk associate that I've ever encountered that went out of their way and cared as much as she cared about us and our family those couple of days. You really do have a gem in Jayda and I hope she's recognized the way she deserves. Thanks a million, Jayda!

I needed a place to stay for one night while driving south on Interstate 85. I wanted a low cost, clean room, easy access to the Interstate, quiet for a good night's sleep, and a room close to my car. Didn’t need a tennis court, gym or in house restaurant. So I did my homework before booking. Read reviews on several websites, checked location of nearby eateries on Google Maps. The Brick Lodge was an easy off, easy back onto Interstate 85. The price was right for thrifty me. All the room amenities I wanted. Based on reviews, hoped for clean and quiet too. I was pleasantly surprised. The lodge was just as attractive as the pictures on their website. Check in was a breeze, Staff were very friendly and helpful. Found parking near my room, and the lot was well lit - Important to me since I was traveling solo and arrived after dark. Non- smoking room was just that, no stale smoke smell. I had no complaints whatsoever, and in fact, decided to stay here a second time on my way home, based on that first stay. Surprised me again, second stay a month later was every bit as great as the first. One terrific experience is good luck, two is a pattern. And so I plan to stay here next January as well. If I could change one thing, I don't know what that would be. I wish there was a Brick Lodge everywhere I travel.

In November I had a fire at my house. I decided to stay at Homewood Suites because the Marriott in Peachtree Corners was full. Never did I imagine that a hotel would further victimize me in the manner that Homewood Suites did. The first room they had me in was old and musty (Room 207). There were spider webs all over the stairs leading to the room and dirty towels laying on the stair case all day. Inside the room the bathtub grout was dark and filthy and missing in places. There was only one remote for two televisions and the room didn't smell fresh. After staying there 3 days I ask to be moved to a first floor room, hoping it would be better. I also asked for a two-week reservation so I wouldn't have to keep moving my items. They took my credit card for incidentals, charged it $25 but never informed me that they would be charging me the next day for a one-week stay. They placed a hold on my account for $840 for a 7-day stay that hadn't even started. When I called the front desk to ask them about it, they said the hold would fall off after one day. On Sunday, the next day the charge was still there and since this was the only money I had (from the Red Cross and my insurance company to eat, buy clothes for myself and my 86 yr. old mother, and board my dog for a week) I was very concerned. I asked the hotel to please remove the charge. To make a long story short the front desk worker (Felicia Keith) and the manager (Blake Weldon) went back and forth talking to each other and me, but never resolving the situation which would have been to simply reverse the charge on my account, charge me for the days I was there, and refund the remainder of my money so that my family could eat and live after this fire. The manager, Mr. Weldon even admitted that this was an employee error (he specifically called it a trainee error). I asked him if they charged everyone in advance for one week as they did me. I honestly wondered if this was because they knew I had an insurance policy pending or because I was an African American female. Instead of correcting this problem that they created, they called the police on me. I had never seen either one of these Homewood Suite's employees in person (only spoken with them on the phone) and I was now being told I had to leave their hotel immediately. The police gave me the necessary 30 minutes I needed to return to the hotel and remove my things. This inept hotel finally refunded my money one week after I initially checked in but charged me for the day they asked me to leave. What is happening in our world when a business makes an error that negatively affects you and when you call them on it, they become belligerent and call the police to have you removed? I too am a business owner in Peachtree Corners, GA, and I can't imagine treating anyone this way. Well it goes without saying there will be a lawsuit and detailed report to the Better Business Bureau regarding this incident. I feel like this may be a class action lawsuit (es

I normally use IHG for my business needs but needed to bring my pets due to a short notice. I liked the facility and made sure due to the current COVID-19 scare to only allow someone in my room when required for cleaning. Instead I kept it clean myself. Everything was fine until I checked several days later. They had originally charges me $100 pet fee for a week which I understood. They added another $250 charge without telling me. I guess they thought it was a company card and no one would notice or dispute. I called asking and was told there was no one available to talk to about it and the room was trashed with urine everywhere. My dog had one accident while there I cleaned up immediately. This was a way to pack the charges on due to declining booking amid COVID-19 and extensive construction nearby. I would never stay here again the sneaky way they did this and a manager would not talk to me about it prior to charging.

My friend and I intended to stay aft the Holiday Inn Express aft Shine Mountain for one night but she fell, broke her arm, and we needed to stay for several nights. What a wonderful place for us to stay while she rested and we waited for three next doctor visit. The staff, without exception, were kind, solicitous, and helpful. Special thanks to Alton, the general manager, and Gabriel who worked the front desk at night. "Little" Maria on housekeeping staff was also helpful. They all worked to make an unpleasant situation bearable. As always, the bed linens were very cozy - lots of pillows, great comforters, and comfortable mattresses.

This is an older building, but you can NOT beat the location and access to Stone Mountain Park from here! If you are just looking for a clean place to sleep and grab a breakfast before heading out, this is the location for you! The staff was very friendly at checking, at breakfast and at checkout. Rooms were clean, but older, so if you look closely you'll find wear and tear in corners, on carpets, etc. Continent hot breakfast available (waffles, sausage, eggs, plus breads and cereals), indoor pool and quaint little lobby area. This is the place for you if budget is a factor and you just want to have a place to land for the night. Rooms have small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Shower had great water pressure and temperature.

The staff person at checkin was civil at best. Our car broke down just as we arrived, but the staff person Michael the next morning was very friendly and helpful in arranging for a (Hilton HHonors Gold) late checkout. The simple breakfast, modified due to covid restrictions, was still satisfying. The room was extremely clean, which we very much appreciated. Finding channels on the TV was a bit frustrating, but note that channel 7 has a scrolling channel guide which helps a bit. The AC in room 204 was very noisy, but we like a bit warmer room, so it didn't come on that much. This room is also on the I-85 side of the hotel facing Pappadeaux (hint, hint Pappadeaux! $$), so the traffic noise is a bit noticeable. Perhaps ask for a room on the other side. Still, a very satisfying stay, due to the clean room/bathroom and Michael's friendly helpfulness.

We planned on staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites next door, which is one of our preferred hotels when traveling. The phone number for the Hampton Inn transferred to Homewood Suites since the Hampton Inn was shut down for some reason. The Homewood Suites is an extended stay property, so you have a kitchen with a full fridge, microwave, sink, dishes, etc. The lobby, bar, and pool is very nice and clean. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly (front desk and housekeeping). The room was quiet and had good black-out curtains. Our only complaints about this location; the room was a little beat up, but it is an extended stay facility. The mattress was horrible/uncomfortable and I woke up with a sore back each day. There was also hair on the floor in the corners of the bathroom and on one of the towels. I probably would not stay here again because of the mattress issue. The room rate was around $130 per night and we'd rather find a Hampton Inn & Suites which are known for their comfortable beds and have a comparable room rate to this location.

I have stayed at this new hotel weekly for the past 8 weeks. The team is highly professional and provide a quality product for their guests. As one who stays in hotels over 80 nights per year, The Tru in Lawrenceville cannot be beaten in terms of value, quality of interaction with professional team members, and their provisions of a high quality experience. Yes, I do stay in hotels that are higher in price, bit none that leave guests feeling batter about their visit than this hotel. Cheers to management and team for the high-level of customer service. In fact, I have recommended with enthusiasm this property as a facility for the guests of my company.

First of all the hotel overall is nice since it's new; built this year. Location is excellent and just off I-85. Here's why I gave it 2 stars: There's a sign at the entrance that face masks are "required" (see picture). There were 13 ppl hanging out in the lobby with no face covering and neither did the staff; desk, housekeeping and maint. I felt completely uncomfortable during my entire stay since no one was wearing a face covering in the common areas. The doors have a seal designating it has been sanitized. If this was true, why was there an old exploded beer bottle in my freezer (see pic), a dirty rag left in the sink (see pic) and "gunk" all over the freezer handle (see pic). No way was this room sanitized, much less "cleaned" properly. I am completely disappointed at the lack of attention my room had. The expectation when you see that seal on the door is "clean" and "sanitized". Finally the bagged breakfast was cold scrambled egg and a packaged muffin, that's it... nothing else... I am completely disappointed in the Hilton Brand after this stay.

Was wrongfully asked to leave due to breakfast food eaten in room. Was not stated that breakfast food could not be eaten in rooms upon check in. We always ate our breakfast in our room due to breakfast area being full with no seats/tables with no comments made. 10th day of stay, the manager, who once offered to help my 8yr old carry her trey to our room, flipped out and stated it is not allowed to eat hotel breakfast in rooms. This policy was not expressed upon check in and we ate our breakfast in our rooms for 9 days, staff knowing, again, on one occasion being offered assistance to our room. On the 10th day as we were heading to the elevator with breakfast trey in hand, we were stopped by Jennifer, the manager who offered prior assistance, stated that the hotel does not allow their breakfast food to be eaten in rooms. As I proceeded to our room, I asked Jennifer to have the owner contact me due to this sudden change. I then was immediately directed to leave the hotel because I refused to eat in their breakfast area. This area had always been full with no available chairs/tables. Each room is equipped with refrigerators, microwaves and coffee makers. Their breakfast food is no different from food purchased and brought into the hotel to be prepared in microwave. Each morning after breakfast, housekeeping comes by our room for service; sometimes by request, to remove trash and to service the room. Our room remained clean after food was eaten and trash was removed daily and often. I contacted corporate and other Clarion hotels to find out the rules for eating in rooms. The hotels I contacted all expressed that it's not an issue to eat in rooms. Also stating the rooms are designed for feasting, mentioning the items stated, to assist in preparing food. Corporate stated all policies are to be expressed at check in. Because this Clarion did not follow their own rules and wrongfully asked us to leave, they offered bonus points for another hotel. Because of the language displayed by Jennifer, I felt the need to contact law enforcement. When they arrived, an agreement of a 1:00 checkout was established. The hotel blocked my entry key at around 10 am. Check out is at 11 am. I had to go to the front desk to have my keys reinstated. During this time, the keys were thrown at me, profanity was expressed from English to their language, other improper communication was also expressed. I elected to contact law enforcement again due to feeling unsafe. Police did come out. We finally vacated at 1:10pm. I went to the lobby to receive prepaid funds for days not to be used, my deposit and a refund that was promised due to not being able to use the tub due to damage, mold and rust. We did switch rooms during this process. The hotel staff refused to refund the correct amount so I called law enforcement again as the police stated if I had any other issues to contact them. The staff spoke to me worse than anything I have ever heard in life. This horrible, cruel and disr
