This Quality Inn is in a great location. The front desk lady was friendly , the breakfast was very good. All employees that we came in contact with were nice and efficient. The hotel was clean. The only complaint was that the room was very damp, carpet, sheets, towels. My husband's hat was wet the next morning. We stayed because we checked in late but it was uncomfortable. I am a Quality Inn fan & I know the humidity is high right now so maybe that was it. This wouldn't keep me from trying it again because everything else was great.

We have stayed here every year for the past 8 years minus last year! We have NEVER had a problem! It is close to beach, staff pleasant minus the check in woman this year. That may just be her way. The price is very reasonable. We use the extra $ for our outings!

This Hotel being 4 years old shows no sign of age. The rooms and furniture are kept looking like new and the housekeeping is great. The Asst Manager (Spencer) has the privilege of working with an excellent staff who does a great job! The breakfast is great and very plentiful along with ample parking for any size vehicle. The location is within walking distance of restaurants, stores and attractions. A rating of 5 in my opinion is not enough!

Property is older. We booked this hotel knowing that and are happy with the hotel. Although it is older the view and pricing were perfect. The customer service was excellent and the room was very clean. Took just a few minutes to check in and get our room keys/directions. Our balcony was private. Will definitely return.

This is the second extended stay that my family and I have stayed at. Both are beautiful hotels but there is one thing that they have in common that made our stay at the first one amazing. Three days ago when I walked in to pay for my reservation an employee by the name of Kevin walked up to the counter!!!! I could not believe it this is the person that made our stay so amazing and we were lucky enough to get the great customer service. So happy to know that great service is going to be at its best to match the very clean and beautiful hotel!!!

We were forced to get a hotel room during our trip to Fl because my sister found out she had Covid the day of our arrival. We wanted someplace near NSB, so we choose Holiday Inn Express in the shores. Biggest mistake ever. As soon as we opened the door to the room, the musty smell overtook us, but thought once the AC ran awhile would be ok, I sprayed some room freshener I had… it was ok until you would leave the room for a period of time and you’d be hit with it again. There was black mold in the shower. The AC wouldn’t run right at night so it would get warm in the middle of the night… The first day there, I noticed the pool was dark and murky looking, I really wanted to get in, but not the way it looked. I questioned the girl at the desk, she says oh it’s fine, the chemicals checked ok.. I don’t think so, I own a pool and a hot tub. 2 hrs later the pool was roped off and closed for the day!! The elevators didn’t work the whole week we were there.. Got stuck once and some people were stuck for 20 mins and others 45 mins banging on the doors and I know first hand it’s hot in there, the A.C. never worked. My husband had to stand and wait sometimes up to 15 mins for the elevator and he’s handicapped. That is just unacceptable!! Most of the front desk were rude, we weren’t even offered to switch rooms or any credit for all these inconveniences. One day, the girl at the front desk waited on hotel employees before me, a paying guest, even after her supervisor told her to wait on the guest first.. rude!! The floors/ carpet in rooms are filthy, after a shower I forgot to put my Sandals on and my feet were black and had to wash them again. You expect rust on the beach, but not an inch of dust on the rust of the fixtures, clean them!! (Torey) that’s who didn’t clean our room and left mold in the shower. No coffee maker for the breakfast after 6 days of being there I kept expecting one to show up. But when I called there today to ask a question about my bill I’m told the elevator is fixed, new coffee maker everything is fixed now.. Am I expected to believe 2 days after I ck out it all got better??? Please, Please, please do not leave me your generic response because it’s insulting.. if you want to do something ask me to contact you for a credit… btw we stayed at a holiday in Lorton, VA and it had mold in the shower too?? What’s up with IHG. Positive note: the ladies during the breakfast were wonderful… I just feel for the price we paid, expected more, especially for weekend rates of 259.00 for what we got or should I say didn’t get

This hotel is a little cottage in the woods sort of place…quiet, not cluttered with urban madness at your doorstep, yet easily accessed for events and adventures nearby. Driving is a must and what it might lack in some things you want… like free everything….you have the gift of seclusion and rest. The lobby and entry area is huge and possibilities endless to relax, do business or meetings, and to chill out with food, snacks, and beverages. I used canes and my walker on a bad day and navigating was easy peasy. I cannot say enough about the staff from folks out front to cleaning crew to Bistro waitress. Flat out kind. Thoughtful. Funny. Helpful. Honest.

We did not stay at the holiday inn but went there to eat and have a few drinks the 2 nights we were in town for the Daytona 500. We’ve been to Daytona Beach countless times and really enjoy going to the Holiday Inn over the tourist trap restaurants which are usually crowded and “less clean”. This trip, we met Milly on the first night. She was a lovely bartender and server. Milly has the sweetest personality and was on point with everything. Super-friendly young lady! We walked in on night 2 and she walked right over to us with our beverage of choice and chatted for a bit. Also a shout out to the kitchen because the food on both occasions was delicious. We’ve also been there for lunch during the day and ate out on the extensive patio which is very nice. Definitely check this place out and if you do, be sure and ask for Milly!

The higher floor was great. The view is beautiful patio was comfortable. The room was very quiet even though it was near the elevator there was no problem at all. The beds were comfortable the pillows were very soft but not my style however they were great the Jacuzzi has no jets working. Justin at the front desk said That since the water was hot it was half working. I overall had a great time and I would stay here again it’s right on the beach and it has a good pool a nice Children swim area separate from the pool with the fence and the parking was free. All the staff were very nice overall

Contrella at the front desk was so helpful to get us an accessible room. Kaitlyn when she saw us struggling to get in the door with our luggage was so helpful getting us in and also escorted us to our room and getting us inside.She definitely went the extra mile to help us. Shirley cooked a wonderful breakfast complete with blueberries for the waffles and a large variety of other breakfast items. The bacon was cooked great. Thank you to all at this Residence Inn. We will be back.

Stayed here in June. Third time staying here; had a suite with a separate bedroom, living room with sofa bed. Great ocean view from the balcony. Clean, well kept, comfortable and quiet. The manager, Pat, was very kind and friendly. She made sure I had everything and more that I needed while on my stay. She suggested things to do and places to go. As i arrived i was greated by ”Lachuna.F” she was working the front desk at the time, and i must say love her energy, and they way she made me feel welcome. she laid out all the amenities, and how they work Side note i love that the check out is 12pm i think almost all hotels should do this. Miss Lachuna also gave me a few local spots that i could visit while i was here, she also knew where there was a close by movie threatre since i wanted to go to the movies. Overall loved miss Lachuna.F. The hotel itself is nice, i gotta be honest i never statyed at a home and Suites by hilton so i did not know what to expect, but i love how clean it was my god. I loved my room very put together and very clean, its like a mini apartment. overall i love my stay and i will definetly be coming back.

Very pleased with cleanliness, most of staff was very friendly the breakfast staff were super nice there was one who worked the desk at night who clearly did not want to be there and had a poor atitude, breakfast was okay wish they had a little more to offer but it was enough to get you going for the day, pool are met my needs but there were not readily available pool towels without having to ask, location was good not to much traffic right by both daytona speedway and the airport and a short 13 minutes or so from daytona beach was also nice that there was a mall across the street although I did not get to visit during my stay. I enjoyed the stay enough to book an additional day.

Stayed here since they opened and it gets better everytime. Great location and convenient to I-95, across the road from Daytona Intl Speedway, next door to Bass Pro Shops and just a short walk from multiple dining establishments. In hotel restaurant and bar are great as is the pool and exercise room. Front Desk staff always friendly and go the extra mile to insure the guests comfort. Management was made aware of issues and made little or no attempt to rectify. We booked two rooms, in the second room the water did not work so my family members were unable to take showers, the front office was made aware immediately. They showed up the next night at 8:30 pm to look at it, it remained not working. We were told they were fully booked and no other rooms were available. My brother has cancer and was not up to searching for and moving to another hotel so we toughed it out. In addition the rooms are not clean and the food service is unsanitary. I have stayed at Wyndham hotels previosly and have never had an experience as terrible as this.

I'll start with the bad - pillows are just awful, probably some of the worst we have ever had but they were clean - beds not too much better but not the worst. The sleeper sofa was absolutely disgusting with huge stains and don't even bother pulling it out - it is like just sleeping on springs and is filthy too. We covered it in sheets and it was fine. The room was pretty clean, floors were very slick. Cigarette butts and someone's towel left on the balcony. Crumbs in the dresser with the spare pillow and blanket. There is no ”do not disturb”, housekeeping comes by every morning no matter what. They are very nice though and will get you anything you need. Now for the GOOD - superb location just seconds from the shore. Very cost efficient for when we went - everywhere else was significantly more for the size room we got. Pool area is amazing and never felt crowded even on 4th of July weekend. Pool is 10 feet deep which is awesome to find and is a great temperature. Nice hot tub and splash pad area with plenty of seating. Staff was nice. A/C worked fantastic! Rooms are well sound proofed. Laundry, ice, vending machines on premises. Parking was pretty good for the area. Room was a nice size - had an oceanfront suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa, had plenty of room for 5 of us adults. Excellent view of the fireworks from our balcony with none of the crowds. Fridge was ice cold. Plenty of stuff within walking distance including food, Boardwalk, and Bandshell. Would stay again but would bring our own pillows.
