Отличная гостиница. Есть все необходимое для путешественника. Комфортный номер с кондиционером, прекрасный чистый санузел,фен, телевизор, холодильник. Разумная цена. Достойный завтрак. Хочется отметить клиентоориентированность сотрудников ресепшена-переносила дату брони- вежливо, без проблем, приветливо. Достойно. Центр города. Все в шаговой доступности. После сдачи номера без проблем разрешили оставить машину на парковке гостиницы. Спасибо.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Kinmen. Most of the famous attractions can be reached on foot. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the train station. Breakfast is a buffet mode, although the variety is not particularly rich, but the taste is good. There are also many restaurants for eating nearby, all within a 3 or 5 minute walk. The most worth mentioning is the hotel's service. The entry procedure was as fast as possible. The room has good windows that completely shield noise from the nearby road. A good big bed with a pretty hard mattress, which is unconditional. We liked that we were locked up two blankets, far from every hotel provide such a wonderful opportunity. A good big spoon for shoes. Flat TV with enough Russian channels. The bathroom is comfortable, very bright, pleasant, everything is organized and arranged properly and conveniently. In principle, the room has everything for comfortable accommodation. We liked that we were given bottled water on request. Breakfast is such that you won't stay hungry, but I wouldn't call it particularly diverse. Of the fruits there were only mandarins, not enough baking. There was no bread to make a sandwich. Delicious wheat cassettes, two types of cheese, sausage sausage, very delicious omlet, delicious cream baking, cooked sausages, tomatoes, cubacases on grill, cruises. Coffee is medium. Overall breakfast is normal. Minus one, but very substantial - very high hearing. In the next room they drank and talked until two nights, we felt like they were sitting next to us. Проживали семьей в ”люксе”. От люкса только метраж комнаты. Постель была застелена рваной простынью. Подушки маленькие и плоские. Сервис на троечку. Девочки на ресепшн вежливые, но не профессиональны. С двумя работниками ресепшн обсуждалась возможность продления. Сказали, что да, без проблем, но ни одна не сказала о взимании платы. Также отсутствовала информация об этом и на стойке регистрации. При выезде был неприятный сюрприз. Завтрак приносят также работники ресепш в номер. Завтрак организован очень странно. На стойке ресепш есть меню. Представлены несколько блюд на выбор и ”обязательная” часть завтрака в виде молочной геркулесовой каши, треугольник сыра, порционное масло, чай/кофе. Кофе, к слову, абсолютно несъедобный. Так вот из блюд на выбор есть, например, гречневая каша с грибами. Если вы выберете гречу, то обязательно принесут еще и молочную. Каша с кашей? Администрации отеля не пришло в голову организовать завтрак по выбору на сумму 350 рублей, которые они взимают как плату за завтрак. Человек выберет себе сам блюда на эту сумму. Одна из работниц ресепш принесла завтрак без салфеток и с абсолютно расстаявшим маслом (вероятно, лежало без холодильника и превратилось в воду), другая принесла завтрак с салфетками, на которые кто-то пролил чай. Сервируют завтрак без столовых приборов. Приборы есть в номере. Вероятно, предполагается, что гости их возьмут и сами потом помоют. У нас была одноразовая посуда, так что без проблем. В ванной лежат халаты, которые не были выстираны после прежних гостей. В одном из них отсутствовал пояс. Горничная об этом даже не догадывалась, т.к. не брала в стирку, иначе бы обнаружили. В душевой кабине отломана защитная резина на стыке дверей. В номере протекла, вероятно, батарея и ковролин был мокрый, работники даже не подозревали об этом. Это к вопросу о качестве уборки, обследованию помещений и внимательности персонала. Мы приехали и уехали, а ковролин как был мокрый, так и остался. Старый город очень маленький. Отель расположен рядом со старой частью города. Обычно, в приличных отелях предлагают бесплатно фрагмент карты города (старая часть с достопримечательностями), в этом отеле это продают за 100 рублей. Администрации отеля стоит задуматься о том, что не надо из всего делать деньги, тем более, что есть недалеко городской инфоцентр, где тоже самое тебе дадут бесплатно, еще и расскажут о городе, в дополнение предложат карту Суздаля, расскажут как доехать и на чем. Это все мелочи, из которых складывается общее впечатление об отеле и городе.

Решили парой съездить на несколько дней во Владимир и местом для остановки выбрали этот отель, очень уж понравились фото на сайте. И это именно тот случай, когда ожидание полностью совпало с реальностью. Приехали уже поздно вечером и без проблем нашли место для парковки, что несомненно является большим плюсом. Вокруг самого отеля расположен небольшой сосновый парк(в нашем случае он послужил одним из критериев при выборе отеля). Процедура заселения прошла очень быстро, также хочется отметить, что на ресепшене всегда был приятный и вежливый персонал во время нашего нахождения там.Жили мы на втором этаже, где находятся номера с ремонтом 2019 года. Внутри номер выглядел в целом опрятно, красивый дизайн и вид на сад с балкона. Единственные минусы, на которые хотелось бы обратить внимание, это отсутствие полноценного разделителя на балконе. Хотелось бы все же иметь возможность уединенно посидеть вечером и полюбоваться видом, без стеснения своих соседей, от которых нас разделяла низкая перегородка. И еще один минус, о нем уже упоминали ранее, это слышимость в номерах. В остальных моментах все устроило. По поводу питания, в отеле мы только завтракали. Конечно очень восхищает дизайн ресторана, все очень красиво оформлено и завтрак был вкусным. Подводя итоги могу сказать, что отель понравился и если снова запланируем поездку во Владимир, то точно сюда вернемся.

Минусы: 1. Заранее оплатила и зарегистрировалась, чтобы не стоять на ресепшене. На почту пришло подтверждение об оплате, ваучер. Написала в вотсап, чтобы предупредить о позднем заезде, в ответ получила ”Оплату видим, ждем Вас”. По итогу простояли на стойке больше часа, только и слышали постоянно повторяющуюся фразу ”Мы вас не заселим. Ваша оплата отменена”. Я пыталась объяснить, что это не возможно, позвонила в Сбербанк (сказали, что оплата прошла и никакой отмены не было), просила уточнить у бухгалтерии или проверить сбой в системе. На все один ответ: ”Вы отменили оплату, не заселим”. Персонал совершенно не может общаться с посетителями, а уж слов ”Извините или Мы сейчас решим Ваш вопрос” - совершенно не знают. В итоге, нашли платеж, буркнули, что это я виновата в чем-то и дали молча ключ с недовольным видом. НАУЧИТЕ ПЕРСОНАЛ РАБОТАТЬ С ПОСЕТИТЕЛЯМИ! 2. В номере не работал телевизор! На минуточку бронировала не СТАНДАРТ, А БИЗНЕС. Админ ответила, что починят ТВ только завтра. 3. Свет в светильниках не работал. В ванной комнате ужасный запах канализации 4. В 6 утра включили какую-то систему оповещения, я испугалась, что эвакуация. Оказалось, что эта сирена только для персонала 5. А утром не было горячей воды! ”Слейте” - ответил админ. ”Сливаю, нет горячей воды!” ”Сливайте подольше” - вот такой был ответ. Воды мы так и не дождались. 6. Завтрак не вкусный - даже комментировать не хочу. 7. При выселении сказала девочкам о всех минусах, в ответ получила ”Больше не задерживаем Вас, до свидания!” Я впервые сталкиваюсь с таким неуважительным отношением! 4* отель Честер расположен на 2-ом этаже нового дома и не может похвастаться наличием лифта или пандуса, зато славится серьезными перебоями водоснабжения. Жилой дом, как многие дома в России, каждый год сталкивается с плановым отключением горячей воды на 2 недели, график размещается на сайте Администрации Правительства заранее. Трудно себе представить, но отель, каким-то чудом получивший ”4 звезды”, не уведомляет гостей об ограничении в представлении услуг и не способен обеспечить бесперебойное горячее водоснабжение на время аварий и сезонных отключений, хотя обязан по действующему в 2023 году закону. Персонал сочетает в себе низкую компетентность и очень плохое отношение к людям в целом. Разумеется, о ежегодном отключении воды они знают, но ничего не сказали ни при бронировании, ни при звонке-подтверждении, ни при заселении и оплате. Не обнаружив в своем номере горячей воды, мы обратились к ним за помощью и пусть вас не смущают их дежурные вежливые улыбки, за этим фасадом скрывается обычная наглая простота нравов. 1.5 часа нам рассказывали сказку про внезапную аварию в городе, причем сначала врали довольно убедительно, даже притворялись, что звонят рабочим и решают ситуацию. Однако простое обращение к сайту мэрии и беглый опрос жителей дома подтвердил наши опасения. Администратор продолжал тем временем нас убеждать, что это происходит первый раз, и она ничего знает и знать не обязана (юридический спойлер - нет, обязана). В этот момент тон резко изменился, напомнив любимое советское ”вас много, а я одна”. Администратор пошла в полный отказ: признать вину, связаться с руководством отеля, разместить информацию об отключении на сайте для других гостей, представить какие-либо документы (например, Закон о защите прав потребителей), ссылаясь на то, что гостиница очень маленькая, руководства у них не бывает, никакие требования они соблюдать не обязаны и вообще ”давайте быстрее, у меня куча заявок на бронирование от других людей, оформляйте возврат и выезжайте, потому что другие гости тазы берут и не жалуются”. Когда аргументы закончились, стала жаловаться на жизнь, фактически подтвердив на камеру, что получает моральное удовлетворение, когда гости, приезжающие из якобы богатых регионов, вынуждены жить без воды, платя немалую по меркам Владимира стоимость за услуги. Мы оценили свои финансовые потери от срочного выезда и замены билетов ниже, чем от испорченного отпуска, оформили возврат и уехали, ни о какой моральной компенсации речь не шла, хотя мы предложили в качестве компенсации все же разместить информацию об отключении воды на сайте для других бронирующих, на что получили очень грубый отказ. Резюмируя, скажу, что отсутствие горячей воды, конечно, не трагедия, но поведение персонала показывает, что, если случится что-то более серьезное, вам точно не помогут. К сожалению, перед поездкой я не прочитала именно те отзывы, где другие туристы описывали и подобную ситуацию, и конкретно этого администратора - да, она все еще работает. Две звезды накину за су

The bathroom is comfortable, very bright, pleasant, everything is organized and arranged properly and conveniently. In principle, the room has everything for comfortable accommodation. We liked that we were given bottled water on request. Breakfast is such that you won't stay hungry, but I wouldn't call it particularly diverse. Of the fruits there were only mandarins, not enough baking. There was no bread to make a sandwich. Delicious wheat cassettes, two types of cheese, sausage sausage, very delicious omlet, delicious cream baking, cooked sausages, tomatoes, cubacases on grill, cruises. Coffee is medium. Overall breakfast is normal. Minus one, but very substantial - very high hearing. In the next room they drank and talked until two nights, we felt like they were sitting next to us.
