The toilet had a strong smell of cockroaches and there was a big cockroach hiding in the corner and then suddenly disappeared. The sanitary environment is not ideal. The shower water in the toilet is very weak, and there is no exhaust fan or exhaust outlet. The conditions in the second house inside were not ideal either. If you want to borrow an umbrella when it rains, the service can be said to be zero points. Umbrella service is not provided and the attitude is extremely bad. It can be said that the residents here are mainly Malays, with relatively few Chinese. There are so many of them that they have occupied the living room outside. The network was not ideal and the speed was the same. There were 2 TVs but one was broken. If you want to stay here, I don’t recommend it. There is no looking back.

We requested for 2 twin and 1 double room 1 week before our arrival date via email, the hotel confirmed our request but no specific room provided when we arrived. Room was not sound proof, you will hear other customers talking loudly when they walk pass your room, don’t stay here if you have sleeping problem. Make sure you check room items EVERYDAY because When we check out we were forced to pay 100 baht for a missing face towel, we didn’t even use any face towel while in the room. I believed house keeping must have forgotten to replace them…I would have rather save my luggage space for my shoppings in Hatyai rather than taking their old face towel! The location was average, it is close to Lee Garden but you will need to walk thru a long creepy car park and small laneway to get to the Main Street. Overall quite a dissatisfy stay while in Hatyai. Will not stay here again or recommend it.

We booked this hotel for swimming pool as we travel with child. The swimming pool was out of work and looks it’s since a long time. Room looked enough clean but many small animal inside which went into my coffee and my clothes, toilet was dirty, especially the bath tube and his tent. People use to smoke in the corridor and the smell is all around the floor. I found two sigarettes on the floor, which is covered with carpet. It’s a matter of safeness more than a matter of cleaning.. At check in they asked me to keep my passport and it’s first time in my traveller life, then as I refuse we agree for a deposit of 500 bath but I kept my passport. Anyway people at the desk were nice. Hotel need to be renovated, definitely.

The location is really good! 3mnts walking distance to Lee garden, Mcd, Central, Starbuck, Odean etc. 3mnt walking distance to ”Singapore Bakuteh” food shop. 10 to 15mnts walking distance to Kim Yong market. This hotel is budget like shop converted kind of hotel. If the rate you pay for is fairly low then is still sound about right. Anything more maybe you should book early for others The reason is beause this hotel definitely aged, from the doors to carpet, curtain, room furniture. you can see sign of aging , worned, and torn. The bathroom water pressure is also lower than expectaion, so is all come down to aging issue... something I dont like especially when traveling with kids. If you drive to Hat Yai, please park your car according to the hotel staff , do not park anywhere just because you can , you will wake up in the morning and find your tyre lock and get fines !

Overall good, but I would like the staff to prepare rooms that are ready to spend for customers. Because we booked before coming and stayed 4 nights 5 days but moved rooms 2 times as well. 1. The TV couldn't be turned on. 2. Hot water doesn't work. It seems that there are no Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and communications breakdown within the Maintenance, Housekeeping and Front Office team. Hot shower in our room was not working and had reported it to the Receptionist before we left the hotel for a dinner and walk. When we came back, we gave the receptionist courteousy reminder and to ask if our shower was fix. They couldnt answer that and immediately asked the maintenance staff which was happened to be standing outside of the lobby to fix it. The Worst Part:- The maintenance staff walked together with us into our room and washroom, with his same shoe which he wore when he stood outside of the lobby. After fixing it, he literally step on our floor mat to dry his shoe. The while floor mat was dark in colour and we asked him to bring that floor mat out! After reporting it to the receptionist, they didnt really know what to do, and i asked them to get the housekeeping team to come and clean it. The housekeeping lady only came to replace a floormat, without mopping the floor. We hv to request over again and tell her what happened. No apologize from any of thm. Extra tips, do not opt for their breakfast choice, there is only 6 items ala carte menu available. First day breakfast there are cereals bt the milk was abit sour, 2nd day breakfast, no cereals available.

Spent one night here as part of my 2022 north-south road trip. This is a typical small budget Asian / Thai style hotel. Probably sees more Thai Business travelers than tourists. The small room has minimal furniture and virtually no amenities but is clean and comfortable enough. The hot water, air conditioning and refrigerator worked just fine. The linnen, bedding, towels, etc were in good condition. There is some parking for those who self-drive. At a walk in rate of just 500 THB, I found nothing to complain about, it's perfectly suitable for a one night stay.

Was a very decent hostel, lovely receptionist and the room was clean - just a few mosquitoes coming in through the bathroom. The internet worked very well too, and it’s close to the centre so perfect if you are in transit and want to make most of Hatyay. The night market is the most recommendable thing to do in this small city, but would recommend to take taxi at least one way as it’s further that it seems on the map. Before going to bed we went to have a massage in the shop at the hostel, not sure if it’s their shop. This was the worse massage I had in Thailand, not just because they seemed lazy but also because they continuously talked between each other and laughing, so how can you possible relax and enjoy? Good for the Hostel, bad for the massage shop.

Stayed 2 days, quick check in, friendly and helpful staff. Asked for a deposit. The first day of the superior room, the bathroom is narrow with dim light. The wifi signal disappeared. We complained and immediately sent teanis so the wifi was smooth. The bed linen and towels are clean. The air conditioner is noisy. The second day I booked a deluxe room. The room size is quite spacious, with old wooden furniture and a pair of chairs. It's time to renovate the room and furniture. The bathroom is spacious with a bath tube that cannot be used because there is no lid/sumbat. Here the wifi is smooth. There are 2 elevators, one on the left has a bump and a screaming sound that scares. The elevator on the right is quite normal. Close to the market and mall. First of all, I must say The owner of the accommodation is kind. We come from Narathiwat. Go out in the evening until 10 p.m. Call him and ask for the key. He provides very good service. His accommodation at night feels far away at night. But when we left in the morning, it was close to the university. We checked in in the morning and forgot about it and he brought it down to the car. Very good. As for the accommodation, the room is spacious, the air conditioner is cool, the bed is good, which is more than worth it. We got it for a price of over 500. Ignore the messy beds, that was our fault. When we came in the room was clean and spacious. It was abt a 5 mins drive from the airport. It has a really nice pool as well. However, just a few negative points, the big balcony is actually the main hallway to other rooms so we basically closed the curtains for privacy reasons. I was book Junior Suite for the hotel but once entering , there is white stain on the floor like it never clean , also some black flake around.. Reception and Housekeeping came to see and they agree to move us to a new room which is not really different but a bit better. Just only if I asked for a spare key , but she just said that is the only one keycard of this room for the whole hotel.. Okay Fine!! The next day , we need to use the room for web-meeting after lunch and ask them to make up room during 2 hours lunch outside .. I told both the reception and press the sign at the room. Once we back to set up the meeting , Room was not clean , It is really a pissed .. that we have to wait downstairs another 20 mins and have to rush back for meeting. I asked the housekeeping that how many person work as housekeeping here , she said only herself. Thats why room is dirty even it is not full. I can see how poor of the hotel's management And staff there look ignorance a lot ,, never say sorry or even offer us a drink or something , no service mind
