I stayed here during an impromptu trip to hang out with a girlfriend for a little girl time. The accommodations were nice, clean, neat, and well appointed. Everything we needed was available. All staff we came into contact with were courteous and accommodating. We enjoyed breakfast! It is the standard Springhill Suites breakfast (which I like) but they have homemade grits that are absolutely superb! I don’t typically like grits.... but I could eat these grits everyday. The breakfast staff were so KIND AND HELPFUL. They were the icing on the cake. The location is close to the university and not too far from the Town Center mall area. Overall, great place to stay with GREAT staff.

I just cannot stress how great out stay at the Fairfield was. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament, and arrived at our previously planed hotel and it was a DISASTER. I mean truly not somewhere I could stay with three kids in tow. Thankfully a friend found us Fairfield a couple of towns over and after the afternoon we'd had, it was a wonderful respite. The hotel is very clean and up-to-date with a very warm, comfy feel. The hotel and surrounding area The breakfast was wonderful, the staff was kind and very personable, and so patient with our gaggle of tween girls. Sidney checked us in and she was sincerely just great and some much-needed, and appreicated kindness so far from home. She even asked how our tournament was going. Little things just make a lot of difference as you travel, and there were so many nice, small touches with Fairfield. The breakfast was definitely the best continental breakfast I've had, and the attendant was so sweet. Will stay nowhere else should we be in this area again!

It was our first time in the USA with 2 of my brothers and we stayed here. The rooms are spacious and clean. The neighborhood is very quiet and a bit far from downtown Atlanta. We had a mini kitchen and a carpeted room with sofas and a good smart TV.

I like to consider myself a person that is in touch with reality. Yes, I see a lot of bad reviews for places and decide to give them a try. I had yet to write a negative review because I know a lot of things factor in to your overall experience. It is currently 3:45am and I am up writing this review for two reasons. 1. I am completely taken aback by the condition of this place. 2. I am afraid to sleep here. I am very lenient but there is no way in hell, I will EVER come back or try to remember this hotel. GOODNESS! I am so embarrassed that staying here was my idea. Made a quick stop on the way to Nashville while touring with a band. The facade is nice. You are quickly fooled by the fact that it is in a great location. We left some equipment in the car and didn't even worry since location seems safe. UNTIL! we walked in, checked in, and got our rooms. The lead singer of the band walked into her room and freaked out. There was a ton of roaches lining the door. Yes, front desk sent her to a new room but that didn't take that thought away, at least for me. Then, I made my way towards the room where the rest of the guys were rooming and the ceiling was torn apart, the halls reeked of an unknown stench, and everything looked dingy. So, I mentioned I'm up at this hour because I'm scared... well, wouldn't you, if you had someone walk out of the restroom only to advise you that they had just killed a roach in there. This place is a mess. JUST NOW!! I killed a roach that just crawled next to me as I'm typing. I am honestly afraid of roaches or possibly even bed bugs sneaking into my luggage and coming home with me and creating a problem in my own home!. I am about to just finish typing this review, I'm grabbing my stuff and I'm sleeping in my car. THAT'S HOW BAD this place is. YES, I am the first person to say, you get what you pay for, but this??? this is UNACCEPTABLE at ANY price. DO NOT come here. There are plenty of hotels in the area for about the same price or even just a few more bucks. I know, they have a kitchenette and the whole extended stay thing going, but the pictures are extremely deceiving and quite frankly, this place is just GROSS! oh! there goes another roach... goodness... SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE. I just had to take two trips to make sure my car is ok. If the inside is this bad, I can't expect security to be top notch. Ok, there goes another roach. I'd keep telling you how bad this place is but I need to save my luggage before we get a stowaway and my wife kills me for bringing a roach plague to my home. RUN!!!! it's what i'm doing. At least my car is roach free... Good luck every one else.

this was our first stay at any of the Tru by Hilton hotels. this location in kennesaw, georgia is north of atlanta, and off I-75. hotel is brand new. huge lobby, breakfast eating area, and even a pool table. all very clean. our room was good size, with 2 queen beds, desk, large tv, and separate bathroom. vinyl/laminate flooring with lots of lights. the room and hotel has a contemporary/modern design. bright colors. the beds were comfortable. huge tv, lots of channels. wifi worked very well, easy to get connected. got a good nights stay for our 1 night, as we were traveling back to chicago. quiet. for $105, not including tax/fees, i feel this is a good deal. we slept in and missed breakfast(don't think they serving regular breakfast because of coronavirus). staff very professional, courteous, especially betty who helped us find restaurant with take-away.

If you wish to watch TV to relax, find a different Choice hotel. On multiple channels the words “no signal” appeared on the screen. This appeared to be for the major networks. However there was no channel guide provided either. The check-in person was aware of the problem when it was mentioned to him after we had been to our room. He mentioned that the owners were aware of the problem and might change providers but hadn’t done so. Next morning when the TV problem was mentioned to the manager/owner she was not very receptive to hearing our comment. Her reply was that it only affected two channels, and when I disagreed and said it was for the major networks that appeared to have no reception, she challenged my comments. This type of behavior is not normally what we have come to expect at any Choice hotel property. I would look for a different Choice Hotel in the area and not choose this particular locatio at 2489 George Busbee Parkway.

Stayed one night and was satisfied. The rooms are smaller than normal sleep inns but the bed and and room were comfy. The only reason this hotel doesn't get five stars is that there was some unfavorable people hanging out in the dining area that made us feel a bit nervous.

While on our way to Florida, we decided to overnight at the Holiday Inn Express in Kennesaw. Our stay here was just OK. Our check-in went quickly and without problems as did checkout. The room was clean, the towels were soft, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were ample. A complimentary breakfast is provided. Hot items included scrambled eggs or omelets, bacon, sausage, pancakes, and biscuits and gravy; cold items included cereal, yogurt, sliced fruit. Several restaurants and are just a short drive away. This hotel has been converted from some other brand to a HIE. While the renovation was done well, It didn’t change the overall room layout. In the case of this hotel, the sink and counter were in the room, not the bathroom. I find this inconvenient. Also, the USB charging ports adjacent to the bed didn’t work; it was clear to me that they were not installed correctly. (What’s the point if having them if they don’t work?) Finally, the hotel is situated near a freeway. That in and of itself is not unusual, but this section of the freeway seemed to have an inordinate number of trucks letting off the gas pedal and compression braking. This was rather noisy, was clearly heard in our room and made sleep less than restful. (HINT: Ask for a room on the east side which faces away from the freeway.) Unfortunately, our stay at the Holiday Inn Express - Kennesaw did not live up to our expectations.

We were extremely happy with our stay. We were passing through on our way to Florida. The hotel is a fantastic spot to rest after a long drive. Rooms were large and very clean. The beds were comfortable and there is a ton of stuff to do around the area. We were very happy with the receptionist who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and checked us in very quickly. We will 100% stay again.

From the time we checked in until the time we checked out 4 days later, we had a perfect stay. We were greeted by Alexis T. when we first arrived at 9:00 a.m. and even though our rooms weren't available that early, she provided PERFECT customer service. She offered to hold our luggage for us so we could begin to explore downtown.....she did it with a smile and could not have been more welcoming. She also told us that breakfast was still being served and if we would like to partake to please do so. She set the bar very high and is a perfect "face"for the hotel! Our rooms were very clean at check in but we did not ask for our rooms to be cleaned after that. We only asked for clean towels and the housekeeping staff were gracious in giving us the amount we requested. We enjoyed the evening reception (provided 7 nights a week/4:00-7:00 p.m.)held in the lobby one evening. That night they had complimentary chicken wings, chips with artichoke dip and cubed cheese......all hot and very tasty! There was also an acoustic guitar player in the lobby providing very nice music (low volume). The morning breakfast was very well presented as well.....one morning they ran out of bacon - no big deal! This hotel is located a 10 minute walk from all the action on Broadway. Super location! I would 100% stay and recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a hotel while visiting downtown Nashville!

My wife and I were celebrating her birthday last week, and Nashville was where she wanted to go (I certainly didn't mind though). We checked in on Wednesday March 4 for three nights. My first thought of the lobby area was it reminded me of the Contemporary Hotel in Disney World minus the monorail running through it. Our early check-in went smoothly as our room was already available, and it was one facing the park, as we requested. Regarding the room itself, it was overall clean and spacious. Next door at Bridgestone Arena, there was a concert the first evening, a hockey game the next evening, and another concert the last evening. We did hear their noise, but glad we didn't also hear all the music from the other side (rooms facing Broadway). Our check-out experience went well too with no discrepancies in our final bill. For breakfasts, we enjoyed the buffet in the lobby. It was nothing spectacular, but still had all the usual breakfast foods. Our only issue came with the coffee shop where on Thursday March 5, it didn't open until after 7am. It was an issue as we are early risers and were specifically told they opened 6am weekdays. Regardless, I would certainly consider staying here again the next time we're in town.

We spent two nights a week ago traveling for fun as a couple. It was a fantastic experience from our initial contact (the hotel actually called to see if we needed anything for a smooth trip or arrival about a week before we got there, which was a nice touch), to the check in with Elliot who was very helpful and friendly, and then all the way through our stay to our check out. Ellington's has a terrific happy hour and outdoor deck - Wonderful cocktails and appetizers (go for the pimento cheese to wash down with a nice dry martini!). The room is absolutely fantastic. We stayed in a Cherry Suite which is a big larger and has everything you will need. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the bathroom large. Morning coffee is excellent in the lobby. The location is terrific - right next to Painter's Alley and a few blocks from Broadway and other sites. The developer and designer did a great job of making a new hotel feel truly vintage. Valet parking is a great way to go. We even had to leave around 5:30 am for the airport, so we called the night before to make sure we could access our car, and they had it pulled up waiting for us. Overall, you can't go wrong staying here. We will make The Fairlane our Nashville hotel for sure!

My husband and I stayed here for our tenth anniversary, and it was definitely memorable! We had to change rooms twice, once because the AC didn't work, and once because the ceiling was leaking. However, the beds were super comfortable, and the atrium, pool, and fitness rooms were great. The restaurant has very good food and great atmosphere. Everyone, especially the lady that worked the front desk in the mornings, was very nice, and we got moved quickly and easily both times. I would recommend staying here to anyone, though it seems the hotel could really use some updating. We would stay here again.
