Hotels Near Demo In Rome
0.01km from DemoStayed here with my partner for his 1st time in Rome. Booked via British Airways as a package.... If you want a big and modern hotel then this isn't the one for you....but then why come to Rome?! As long as it's clean, welcoming and provides a good breakfast all of your other time should be spent out sightseeing and taking in the history. Everything is within walking distance from this hotel, the location is perfect! All of the staff that we can in to contact with were friendly and helpful. The room we had overlooked the main street out front, it was clean and had plenty of room for the 2 of us. The breakfast was your typical continental breakfast and there was more than enough of a selection, if anything ran out then the staff were very quick to notice and replace it. The fresh coffee served with breakfast was amazing! Don't think i have anything bad at all to say about this hotel! We loved it so much that as soon as we got back we booked again to go in November! I have requested the same room so fingers crossed the hotel staff can arrange this for us!

0.07km from DemoMy husband and I stayed at this hotel in late September in Room 110. Perfect location close to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps and Pantheon. We utilized their shuttle service from the airport, which was definitely worth it. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly. Our room was very large with huge windows but it didn't seem to be as updated as the other rooms, only the bathroom seemed to have been updated with a more modern look. The only negative is that it was still pretty hot in September and the air conditioning is controlled by the hotel staff and our room was very hot. We walked past some of the other updated rooms when they were being cleaned and they felt very cold, so it must have just been our room.
0.07km from DemoFabulous apartment style Hotel with excellent views from the windows and in a very central location, close to Trevi Fountain with easy access to pubic transport and situated on the corner of one of the best shopping strips. Both Nicoleta and Stephanie are very welcoming, warm and professional — thank you for the great breakfasts and tips for being in Rome. 10/10!!!
0.07km from DemoStaying in Rome for just 2 nights, we looked for somewhere central to stay. This B&B is in a perfect location, just a 5 min walk to the Pantheon and the Trevi fountain is even closer. The accommodation is part of a 16th century palace, so there are some quirks to the 2 story family room that we were upgraded to (thank you Caterina). The bathroom with its open beams slopes away and it takes a bit of getting used to showering with a low ceiling, but aside from that, it was perfect. Air conditioned rooms which were very welcome after long walks each day. The breakfast, of cold meats, cheese, juices and fresh croissants each morning was plentiful and tasty...as was the Nespresso coffee machine. Matteo was extremely helpful and friendly, assisting us with a taxi to the Termini rail station on leaving - Caterina also booked a car from the airport to the hotel for€60...well worth it with 5 suitcases. I have nothing but positive praise for La Papessa, the place, location and friendly welcome.
0.11km from DemoWe visited Rome for 2 nights and Singer Palace was the perfect hotel for us! We were greeted by a very warm welcome, a tour of the hotel which included coffee and freshly made biscotti on the rooftop 👌🏼👌🏼 Our room was modern and comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop was my favourite part of the day!!! Starting the day with an Italian cappuccino, croissants and an omelette! Perfect! We were informed on the start of the 2nd day that there would be some maintenance work happening directly under our room, we were offered to moved to a suite without hesitation, which made the stay, if possible, even better! We ll definitely be back to Singer Palace. Highly recommend.
0.13km from DemoThe Dimora Trevi Suites is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. Visitors to Rome will find that the Dimora Trevi Suites is a fantastic accommodation choice. The hotel is only 2km from Roma Termini and 17km from Ciampino Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. Being just minutes away from Barberini – Fontana Di Trevi Metro Station allows guests to explore the city with ease. Famous local attractions Antica Farmacia Pesci, Cremonini Area Archeologica and Column of Marcus Aurelius, can all be reached with a short walk. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.
0.13km from DemoHotel location is very good, in the center of Rome, about 50 meters from the famous Trevi Fountain, to Venice Square, Colosseum, Plaza de España and other attractions can be walked, only 3 km from the Vatican, shopping and dining are very convenient. Belonging to the B&B category, in an old building, there is a single bed outside, a 1.8-meter double bed in the room, the washstand, the shower and the toilet are separated, and the total area is about 30 square meters. Suitable for young couples living with a baby, there is no extra bed space in the room. The rooms are fully equipped and clean. The hotel does not have a lift, but the hotel can help to bring the luggage into the room, the service is good, will try to meet the guests' requirements. Breakfast in the small restaurant next to the downstairs, there are bread, cake, pizza, eggs, fruit, sausage, cheese, milk, black tea, coffee, etc. It is good, recommend the grilled pizza, not as salty as other restaurants. It tastes good. The central area of Rome is very old buildings and streets. The road is narrow and the parking is not convenient. The hotel is not on the main street. The advantage is that the sleeping is very quiet. The disadvantage is that there is no parking space. Special reminder: Be sure to check the store time in advance, check in after 9 pm, add money!

0.15km from DemoI arrived at their hotel door at 10.15 am , had informed them about my arrival. Gianluca didn’t answer my phone for 45 minutes and i was kept waiting outside the door on a very very busy street with my 4 suitcases. Then a resident of that building yelled at us for ringing the doorbell. After sometime a employee named Martina arrives and she takes us upto our room “ the CHEETAH “. The room which is otherwise good did not have a door to the WC. They kept a wooden makeshift door like its kept in slums. Martina told us that it will be fixed by afternoon and within the time you check in. However on returning at 3 pm , gianluca asks us to leave for another hotel because he cannot manage to fix that door. I had booked this place 3 months in advance, and at the last minute finding a place in Rome was not exactly I intended to do. I don’t understand how difficult it is to fix a door. The room was good but did not have a proper window , more like a inner state cabin of a cruise. Location is very good, walking distance to most of the places. Room housekeeping was good but please DONT BOOK TAXI THROUGH THE HOTEL. they overcharged me and wasn’t even a licensed taxi. The guy made me walk a lot at the airport. Basic hotel with 3 rooms in a quiet residential building with awesome location. Gianluca please be more considerate while dealing with your guests. This place has immense potential.
0.15km from DemoWe stayed here for two nights. First of all, Clarissa was amazing and makes the best cappuccino! The room had plentiful my of room and the mood lighting in the shower was entertaining. The staff arranged transfer us to the cruise port and called taxis for us when we needed them. The place is hidden down an alley but once you venture out you will realize that you are close to everything.

Termini Central Station
Perfect location, especially if you arrive from the train station, so you can directly leave your luggage and walk in the biggest open hair museum: Rome! The hotel is very modern and new! The twin bedroom was equipped with all the facilities and spacious and spot clean. The Staff and the property are very well prepared and following the new Covid safety procedures. A special thanks to the reception team, the super funny guy that welcomed me and my friend upon arrival and the amazing lady that was there upon check out. Keep it up with the great job and I’ll see you on my next visit, Ciao
Stayed here for 2 nights. Arrived late gone 10pm pleasantly surprised that the restaurant was still open lovely food. Also offered a snack menu if we wanted to eat after 10.30pm. Very lovely bar and chill out areasThe room was immaculate with a very decent bath and shower. Breakfast was continental but plenty of it. 20 minute bus ride into central of Rome. €12.00 euros ticket covers 48hours and can be used on all public transport. We used the bus, train and tram. Restaurants in Rome all charge for sides i.e. veg or salad etc. Eat in the ones way from the main attractions by a couple of streets. Wear trainers as you end up walking alot and pack a travel umbrella. Stayed 2 days and saw loads Night time was a magical atmosphere everything lit up.
Termini Central Station
Though the beds need to be updated, the room was big, and the location was perfect as it was close to the terminal. However, the city tax they charge was quite expensive. The hallway set up was a little confusing at first but not too bad. One hallway was a little creepy though; and the spa seems to open late and close early. The staff were nice and love the rooftop bar.

We travelled as a family of 2 Adults & 2 Children. Most part of our trip to Europe we were all in 1 room, however at Rome we had booked a quad room with connecting doors, and this was amazing for all family members to have a bigger space. Both rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. Beds & pillows super comfortable, wifi works great. In the main room there was an amazing space to do your make up each morning with a mirror and lights, lighting needs to be a little brighter but great to have own area. Breakfast was only 9€ and quite a big selection, both of my fussy eaters enjoyed! The waitress was lovely and kind. Walking distance to everything - we chose to walk over the city as everything is walking distance and you get to see more, however HoHo bus stops are close, and walking distance to Terminal train station. I would 100% stay here again, and recommend this hotel to anyone! Also a mention to the staff in reception, who were very kind with check out! Great hotel, stay here!
We were planning a stay in a Rome prior to our cruise and selected The Hassler due to its pre-cruise package - a great deal. We took advantage of the personal assistant at the airport and the hotel transfer and felt like VIP’s. Very welcome after our long overnight flight from the US. The assistant insisted on handling our bags for us and getting us through some airport construction to find our driver. All seamless. We spent 6 lovely nights at The Hassler in early Feb 2020. The staff were so friendly and accommodating from the time we entered the hotel treating us like frequent returning customers. We were fortunate to have a room overlooking the Spanish Steps and what a view! A very comfy bed, too. We enjoyed a few meals in Salone Eva and enjoyed great food and impeccable service. Such friendly staff who made certain we were happy with everything from our drink orders to our food. The buffet breakfast was really good, too, with a wide variety of selections and the same service in a beautiful dining room. So many friendly people who pampered us and made us feel like we were the most important people there. We loved their Amorvero body lotion and wish we could buy it online but unable to find it anywhere. Our transfer to Civitavecchia took us right to the cruise terminal and helped us get our bags dropped off with the handlers. All top notch service. We hope to return here in the future to enjoy the luxury of the Hassler. This was the best service we have ever experienced and heartily recommend staying at this hotel. You won’t be disappointed.
We stayed at the Monti Palace Hotel for a week in September. It is worth saying this was during the coronavirus pandemic so Rome was very quiet although case numbers in Italy were low. Firstly, the positives:- Location - hotel is right on top of the metro station which is very convenient. Note that you have to change at termini for several locations in central Rome. 20 min walk from Trevi fountain or pantheon, 10 mins to forum and colosseum. Small supermarket directly across the street and lots of restaurants in the local vicinity. We had good, cheap food at La Base, Ai Tre Scalani and Iari the Vino. Check in - we arrived at 12:30 and were informed the room was ready - much appreciated after an early start. We were told we had been upgraded to a superior room but that is the room type we had booked (and shows on our booking confirmation) No problem so we didn’t say anything but a bit odd to say we had been upgraded. We also requested a high floor to be away from the road noise and were put on the top floor for rooms. Room - room was a good size and overall very clean. The bathroom in particular was lovely. Housekeeping did a very thorough job each day. Air con was great and the bed was very comfy. But, see below the negative points The not so good things:- Breakfast - was included in our rate (not free included in the price!) it was pretty dire to be honest. I know with covid it is difficult but can’t understand why they couldn’t offer toast (we specifically asked on the form you fill in, in both English and Italian and were given bread), or why fruit such as a banana couldn’t be offered. We had the bacon one day - was the soggiest bacon I’ve ever seen and arrived in less than 2 mins so I assume was microwaved? Conversely the croissants are cold and from a packet. I understand it is a really hard time but I do think they could be doing better. The water and juice was good. Reception - usually very good but I did ask one member of staff if I could pay to print out some tickets for the colosseum we had booked last minute. He said only from 2pm which I thought was very odd (and too late for us!) seemed like he just couldn’t be bothered and his colleague would be on the desk by 2pm. The lift also seemed to smell really bad every time we used it. Light switches - the one anomaly in otherwise a very clean hotel. The light switches were filthy - really disgusting, looked like they’d never been cleaned and this applied to all of them - the two by the bed, the bathroom and by the main door to the room (pics attached). Storage - the room has been designed by a designer rather than by someone who has actually tried staying in the room! We had the largest size of room and it had one single wardrobe maybe 2.5ft wide - with a rail, and two shelves (there was another shelf but well out of reach). Half of one of the shelves was taken up by the safe. There was no other storage in the room other than open surfaces eg. table, bench by door. There wasn’t a si
