A small hotel, directly in Speyer. The email contact for booking and clarifying arrival questions was very nice and uncomplicated. We were there at 10 a.m. and could bring our things into the room, although it was only ready for reference from 14 a.m. to us. Perfect, as we could spend a full day without interruption at the actual destination. The room was clean and convenient, only the shower was very small and very sweet by the forward-oriented exit. The Lord at the reception is a little word-friendly, but absolutely not unfriendly and very helpful. I love the location of the hotel, because you are not in the middle of the trouble, but very close to it.

Das 2020 eröffnete Hotel in guter Lage ist stylisch eingerichtet, jedoch wenig gepflegt. An der Eingangstür hängt ein Papierzettel ”defekt”. Den Zugang über den Nachtzugang muss man selbst finden. Der Mitarbeiter am Check-in war freundlich. Da vermutlich die Pappkärtchen für die Zimmerkarten aus waren, gab's ‘nen Klebezettel mit der Zimmernummer. Das Zimmer war ok, von Kaffee- und Teezubereitung auf dem Zimmer keine Spur. Dafür ein laminierter Zettel mit dem Hinweis, dass die Zimmerreinigung nur alle zwei Tage erfolgt und der Bettwäsche- und Handtuchwechsel nur alle 4 (!) Tage erfolgt ... aus Gründen der Nachhaltigkeit. Bettwäsche ok, aber Handtücher????? TIPP: Aus Gründen der Nachhaltigkeit kann gern auf den leeren, aber angestellten Kühlschrank verzichtet werden. Die Gästeinformation war auf einem Tablet hinterlegt, dies ist ok und entspricht der Zeit. Ebenso die Chatmöglichkeit mit der Rezeption. Die Frage nach dem Kaffee- oder Teezubereitung wurde mit dem Hinweis beantwortet: Die Frage wird an die Rezeption weitergegeben. Die KI war überfordert. Auf die Antwort warteten wir bis zu unserer Abreise. Am nächsten Tag fragten wir an der Rezeption bzgl. Kaffee & Tee und Zimmerreinigung. Es wurde uns zugesichert, dass die Reinigung von nun an auch täglich erfolgen kann und die Gerätschaften für Kaffee und Tee auf das Zimmer kommen. Dies funktionierte genau EIN-mal. Am nächsten Tag gab es keine frischen Handtücher, keine Zimmereinigung, damit blieben auch die schmutzigen Kaffeetassen stehen und Kaffee und Tee war nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Auf erneuter Nachfrage an der Rezeption (ein Mitarbeiter mit heraushängendem Hemd, nicht zugeknöpft, sichtbaren Unterhemd, nicht wirklich ein Aushängeschild) wurde uns mitgeteilt, Kaffee und Tee gibt's nur einmal, frische Handtücher kann er aufs Zimmer bringen. Großzügerweise wurden noch zwei Kaffeekapseln dazu gegeben. Sollen wir uns Tee und Kaffee selbst mitbringen??? Dann bitte vorher den Typ der benötigten Kaffeekapseln mitteilen …, nein, die was Ironie. Am letzten Abend wollten wir noch das inkludierte Begrüßungsgetränk zu uns nehmen. 21.45 Uhr standen wir jedoch vor verschlossenen Türen. Lt. Gästeinfo sollte Rezeption und Bar bis 22:30 Uhr besetzt sein. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen: Hätte ich eine den Service einer Pension haben wollen, hätte ich eine gebucht (... und der ist oft besser und liebevoller als im Amedia Plaza Speyer) oder eben gleich ne Ferienwohnung.

At the entry of this studio room at the Technical Museum ,Karl-Leinig Allee 2 ,the entrance is around the house, but very unpleasant outdoor area, problems at the slot safe outdoor entrance,fortunately the house staff was there, which was friendly and helpful,the room was in the UG of the house, but unfortunately we had no telephone network had to always go out, otherwise it was clean and quiet about it can't say anything,With a small kitchen, and of course the bathroom,but unfortunately nothing has been seen by the provider. We were recommended in a neighborhood at Indian Palace to eat well even with a 10% your customer discount goodwill, But there we had bad experience.at the food was not as we had ordered it, even on the bill of 10% was listed on the bill but not really deducted,we had paid more than on the food card, This is not recommended in our view.

We booked a suite for one night. They called us the day before saying the suite we booked was not available and they could give us something else. Fine. The suite was fine, even if not what we booked on their website. I advise the spa, if you want a nice week end with your partner, far from everyone and everything. But, I am a bit disappointed about the restaurant. They propose 3 starters. We asked for Salmon tartar and they did not have it. Even if (specified in the menu) with smoked salmon. The rest was not so great. We took the veg curry choice, and the fish.. among the main dishes. I guess that, if you have a so small menu, you should guarantee what you propose. Anyway, positive experience.
