This grand establishment has a lot of character and offers an excellent standard of service and facilities. PL 10/07 This is one of the older hotels in town and this is evident from its grand traditional facade, which has recently been renovated. This hotel is located a few metres from the lakeside about 10 minutes walk into Lucerne's charming old town.

Breakfast is charged an additional 25 francs, so we walked to coop and bought some fruit and drinks to eat breakfast in the room, because there is room decoration on the 3rd floor, so upgrade to the 4th floor suite, double balcony, you can see 琉The scenery of Sen Lake is snowing on the first day. The weather is very good the next day. You can take the bus for free when you stay at the hotel. However, the bus only goes to the bottom of the river. You still need to go uphill for about 5 minutes. It is recommended that you have a baggage partner. The location is very good, right at the lake, close to the attractions of the ancient city. Booked the lake view room, but the floor is too short, and it is almost blocked by the tree. Anyway, the hotel room booked by Ctrip will not be too good unless you make a note in advance. The room air conditioner is the same as the problem, the noise is very big, but the service is more positive, and it will be repaired soon.

Suite, the best hotel to stay in this trip (prices are similar to Interlaken, Montreux and Venice). There is a garden where you can have breakfast. Breakfast is also okay (many hotels in Europe don't want the domestic breakfast to be so rich and delicious). We booked a triple room with a family of three. The location of the hotel is also good, close to the cathedral and the lion sculpture, parking to see a car parked, I do not know whether the location of the hotel.

A few minutes walk from Lake Lucerne. The apartment is a two-story loft. One bed downstairs. Two beds upstairs. The bed is opposite the skylight. The apartment facilities are perfect. You can cook your own meals and have a small terrace. The small wine room is a simple color of wood and white. Overall the house is very satisfied, but there is a little dissatisfaction because the room was already set up without giving the apartment building password and room password in advance. I ca n’t go downstairs to hit the owner. The phone didn't work, and I was trapped downstairs twice before and after waiting for a resident in the building to open the door before we could get in. The service was not very good.

It is very convenient to travel, and you can walk to various attractions and send a free bus ticket. The young lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and carefully teaches us about the travel plan. The decoration is very simple and generous, even the elevators are very literary. Please consider all reviews from previous guests before booking this hotel. If there’s a -1 rating I would give it to this one. Hotels like this should just shut down and not be in this business. Bring your rude staff with you too. This is the worst hotel in the world! Upon arrival you would feel that you made the wrong decision. The hotel smelled so dirty and old. Who knows when was the last time they cleaned it. The people working there does not have a clue what they’re doing. They can’t find my reservation so they have to call the manager to find it. Bad customer service. I’ve had a couple of bad customer service experience but nothing compared to this one. The manager was VERY VERY RUDE!!! Every time you ask her help, her response is “I don’t know!!” like she doesn’t work there. She was not willing to help people who paid decent money to stay at this horrible place. The hotel amenities were horrible too but not as bad as the customer service. We stayed in the building not connected to their check-in lobby. The building was a place that filmmakers would use to create horror movies. The lobby at this building has no steady light. It was on a timer and would turn off after 5 mins. So when you wake up in the middle of the night to go to the shared bathrooms, you would find yourself unsafe to pass by the lobby since there were no lights. They have a washer and dryer which is great but no English instructions. When you call the receptionist for assistance, she would response in a discourteous way. Nobody in this hotel wants to help you. What they do is to take your money and leave you hanging. Please don’t ruin your trip to the beautiful country of Switzerland by staying at this awful place.

Be sure to live in a room with a balcony next to the river. The scenery outside the window is impeccable and beautiful. The old lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and introduced Lucerne's attractions and how to play for a long time. The hotel is relatively small, but the environment and sanitation are ok, and it is very warm. It takes only about ten minutes to walk from the train station.

Traveling alone, set single room, very satisfied 1. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. Two glass bottles of water and six tea bags are prepared, very careful 2. The front desk staff are very professional and enthusiastic. They can give clear and professional guidance wherever they want to play, and have a very good attitude. 3. The location is very good, next to the train station (go to various places, to Titlis), the dock is in front of the train station (lake tour or boat to St. Regis), and the bus station is next to the train station (go to Pilatus) The cable car can take the No. 1 car to Klein, and it takes about 10min to go to the cable car station). The water tower and the flower bridge are in front of the bus station, and the bridge is the old city. It is simply because of the hotel's location and the clarity of the staff. Guide, I went to Mount Pilatus and St. Regis in a day and a half, strolled around the city, and visited Lake Lucerne, seamlessly connected 4. Good hardware equipment, breakfast is very rich (very, very kind)

The facade is relatively small, and the floor is also creaking, and the price is cheaper than that of the Unicom Group's next-door hotel. There is a small park to go out, children still prefer. Breakfast can go to the train station at the edge of the border or go to McDonald's to buy hot milk.

The hotel location is 15 minutes walk from the Central Railway Station. The first time is hard to find. The hotel is in an inner street. The navigation must be well used. There are many attractions near the hotel, and it is convenient to cross the river to the old town. Breakfast at the hotel is ok, you can eat it full, meat and cheese are abundant, breakfast must be full, you can save a lot of money. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. The only bad thing is that the hotel has cooperation with local travel in China. It receives a lot of Chinese tour groups every day. The key point is here. The 3 days I stayed, the tour groups I met were very unqualified. Noisy, the corridors are not soundproof, they are particularly noisy, which seriously affects the rest. It is recommended that the hotel area be divided into tourists and tour groups. Breakfast should also be staggered. Otherwise, there is nothing to eat. . The hotel does not provide a kettle, but there is a public hot water insulation pot, but the temperature is not high, you can only drink, not tea.

Praise, recommended! The hotel's internal facilities are relatively new and the location is good. There is a bus stop on the main road at the entrance (the free pass for the hotel), even if you walk to the Kapei Cover Bridge for 20 minutes. The hotel has a modern decor, and the three-person room I booked is large in size and the bathroom is large. The younger brother at the front desk has good English, good attitude and high efficiency! By transferring the plug, it is super convenient to store your luggage. The reception is located on the second floor and has lots of comfortable large sofas. On the first floor of the restaurant, breakfast is more abundant! The only thing is that at 22 o'clock in the evening, the restaurant near the hotel is not open. You have to go to the train station to eat.

The breakfast is in place, and everything should be there. It's definitely good to be full. The scenery is really beautiful. Excellent value for money. A 50-year old store that has been passed down by the family for generations, it is warm and comfortable. It's 16 degrees cool in the mountains. The dinner was especially good and the price was very reasonable, which overturned my impression of Switzerland being stupid and expensive. The facilities are a bit old, but they are well maintained, and there is a little noise when walking on the real wooden floor. There is a parking lot, so parking is very convenient.

It is the most satisfying hotel in Switzerland. The rooms are small, but the decoration is relatively new, but their corridors are really narrow. It is estimated that Europe is more expensive, haha. The breakfast was quite rich. I stayed for two days. I met the Chinese waiter the next day. The communication was much more convenient. Haha, the restaurant was great. A cozy, comfy and quiet boutique hotel in Old Town. Basic buffet breakfast with cereals, coffee or tea, juices, yogurt, bread, cold meats and cheeses, hard-boiled eggs. The hotel houses an Italian restaurant serving lunch and dinner which also allows access to hotel reception and rooms. Room 501 is under a dormer and has a private sundeck with partial river view. The bathroom is compact with shower stall under a dormer, so if you are tall you may have to stoop a bit. A 10 min. walk from train station, tho map directions were somewhat confusing--a better route is after crossing Seebrucke bridge, take immediate right on Rathausquai (along river), follow until Da Ernesto's restaurant, and make immediate right just after.

We stayed at the Magic Hotel Lucerne in October 2019, we had originally booked Aldtstdt La Stella but the room The was so small we didn’t have room to even open our luggage with the window facing a wall. so we “upgraded” to Hotel Magic for an additional 20chf per night (sister hotels within walking distance). The hotel room was nicely sized, uniquely decorated (we had the Lotus room), centrally located in the Old Town area with beautiful shops , fountain and near the water all was good but there was no air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open all night but the town was so noisy it was tough to get any rest, he hotel is situated within a courtyard and all conversations were echoed up to the rooms(4th floor) and early morning delivery trucks entering the courtyard early morning didn’t help at all. We loved the location the staff were very friendly , the breakfast was located at the Krone (was great even had Champagne). My only advice to management is Please install air conditioners!

The location is good, right by the river, downstairs is where you can go shopping, a bit like the ancient Roman city. The hotel is not big but it is exquisite. The room I was given the first night was so small that I couldn't even open the suitcase. The next day I asked to change the room. The lady at the front desk changed it for me without a word. It is recommended that when you check in, you can first check whether the room is satisfactory, so as not to move around. There is parking lot, it seems to be 36 Swiss francs a night. The car will drive directly to the entrance of the hotel. The front desk of the hotel will help you park it. When you need to take the car, tell them that they will come back. The hotel's restaurant is awesome, Michelin recommended, don't miss it. The environment and production are amazing. The room was small and two suitcases could not be opened. But the location is very good. There are not many types of breakfast in the hotel, but filling your stomach is no problem. Breakfast at European hotels is similar. The service staff are super friendly, the restaurant has a water bar 24 hours, free fruit and some snacks. I have to admire that Switzerland is really a highly developed country. Beverage machines buy water. You put your money in a piggy bank next to you. No one will supervise you.

Hotel service was good and the waiters were very helpful. Breakfast place where you can eat while looking out across the lake. There is a rich selection of breakfast foods. In addition to the general continental breakfast, chicken congee has been prepared for Asian travelers intimately, and "Chicken Congee" is also marked in Chinese next to it (although I can see that most of the hotels on the day were European tourists, only Cats three or four sporadic Asian travelers)! I personally prefer cheese and so I have n’t tried it. I do n’t know how the chicken congee tastes, but the sincerity is definitely full. We arrived at the hotel in the morning, thinking that we had to store our luggage before the room was ready. It turned out that we were overjoyed. The room was clean, the toilet was large but the shower was small. The bed was comfortable and soft. At this time, a hotel full of history, celebrities have stayed in every room in the hotel. The thick introductory book on the desk was just a page opened to the celebrity who had stayed in the room where you were. At the turndown service in the afternoon, I also delivered apples, dried fruits and muffin in tin cans. 😍

Navy themed, a mix of modern and rustic architecture. Not much common space, but everything is very carefully cleaned, organized and looking amazing. Some of the receptionists are not very courteous, don’t bother to answer greetings, but overall, ok. Restaurant in some days a really hard to get a table, we were surprised that all restaurants we tried on a Saturday were fully booked, even the hotel’s. Be aware that you might have to book restaurants in advance, even small and regular places. Breakfast is 35 CHF, we ended up not having BF here. Tv is pretty annoying, over 90% of the channels are in German, and tb does not allow you to chance language spoken nor subtitle’s. Also, it will not let you mirror from your phone, it is completely blocked, that threw me off, though. Bathroom was amazing, except for door, it does not seal it properly and any noise you make, the whole room can hear, not much privacy there. Bed was not my favorite, irregular mattress and weird pillows that barely gives you any support at all. We stayed at a double bedroom, with view to the towers, bathtub.
