|15.18km from city centerGreat value economic hotel, very spacious, busy elevators like any vertical lodging. Also had an issue with the fire alarm staff should be trained to be more polite. The iron triggered the alarm, the staff showed up looking for penalty tribue, they were so fixated on the idea that I was smoking despite being a non-smoker, it was very dismissive and outright rude, I actually had a hard time thumbing them put of my suite!
Still the place is good, as long as the staff learn that extracting penalty fees from guests shouldn't become the priority, once they are educated, they were not be desperate to invade rooms and pretend to be professional investigators
They front desk did apologize for the poor training and promised it will never ever happen again. So based on that I must leave a 5/5 review as the hotel was nice when that incident is isolated.

It was a great experience and location is awesome.From the entrance of the hotel onwards we received a nice hospitality by Nilantha and Jianna from reception makes our checkin very fast.Once reached room got a surprise anniversary cake and nice decorated bed. Room was very nice and comfortable. Enjoyed pool bar and Basil was good in service.. Ghulam and mark antony was also very helpful with us. All the staff are very friendly. Night we orderd in room dining food and it was very tasty. My daughter liked the pool and enjoyed alot there.. Special mention to all engineering team and housekeeping team to keep the place beautiful as always..
Few areas noticed to improve is bathroom amenities bottles are very difficult to use. It is very hard and couldn't get the shower gel/shampoo etc properly. Also breakfast buffet there was no indian options only one item Rajma curry was disgusting.. I checked with chefs is there any other options but they told only this item available and they are not even botherd to offer with any suggestions which makes us feel bad..
Totaly it was an excellent stay and enjoyed the wonderful ambience with my family on our wedding anniversary.

|0.36km from city centerUpon alighting the taxi, there was no one to help with luggage, I had to drag my luggage all the way to the front desk and only until I check in, I was assisted with my luggage when I asked.
Check in was done by Nadia who was very accommodating and welcoming. I was surprised that’s she was all yes to my accommodating my requests. She explains the facilities/amenities without having to ask & took the courtesy to offer me beverages while I wait for the room to be ready. A very good first impression was made even before my stay started despite the first issue above.
Room was big and spacious with the interiors being in such good taste. Comes with an ipad to control the room although it is high tech, curtains are not automated which was a miss.
Pool was stunning on level 54, with the views of Burj Khalifa, complimented with an ice cold bottled water.
Location wise is good as it’s connected to dubai metro/dubai mall but would recommend not walking from the hotel to the mall as it is such a long 20 minutes walk.

Выбор был сделан на случайно: близко к остановкам общественного транспорта, метро (красная ветка), откуда можно доехать до всех основных достопримечательностей, а также относительная близость основных бесплатных пляжей Дубая. Кроме того, в трёх остановках автобусов F33, F35 (до остановки 180 метров) красивый благоустроенный бесплатный парк с озером (в форме прокладки, сразу узнаваемым на карте), детскими игровыми зонами , спортивными игровыми площадками Al Barsha Pond Park, куда супруг каждый вечер ездил, чтобы поиграть в баскетбол. В гипермаркете Карфур (Carrefour) (находится в Молле Эмиратов) можно закупиться продуктами по приемлемым ценам и приготовить себе любое блюдо прямо в номере. Номер оснащен хорошей кухней с большим холодильником, плитой, духовкой, микроволновкой, тостером, необходимой посудой, чайником, (чай,кофе, сахар в наличии), стиральная машина, утюг, гладильная доска также есть в номере. Телевизор без русских каналов. По поводу завтраков в отеле. Мы бронировали номер с завтраком на 11 дней. На 4-й день пожалели, что оплатили завтраки. На 2-3 дня ещё куда ни шло, можно питаться одним и тем же, но 11 дней однообразия уже перебор. В целом все вкусно, но разнообразия нет, не шведский стол, официант по меню приносит блюда на сервированный приборами стол. В следующий раз, если приедем в этот отель (не исключено, т.к. все устраивает), завтракать будем самостоятельно, в номере можно кофе-чай попить...Воду 2 бутылки по 0.5 приносят каждый день во время уборки. Недорого и вкусно можно поесть, если выйти из отеля и пойти по улице направо. Сразу после парковки ряд недорогих кафешек. Брали одно блюдо на двоих за 30 дирхам (рубль 25.3 дирхам на данный момент), не смогли все осилить, нам упаковали оставшееся с собой. Почти напротив отеля небольшой продуктовый магазин Кафур. Такого разнообразия, как в Молле, конечно, там нет, закупиться по-быстрому можно. В отеле есть неплохой фитнес-зал. Хоть на ресепшн и написано, что он до 12.00 работает, по факту он всегда открыт, по крайней мере до 18.00 точно, до этого часа открыт и бассейн рядом, на крыше. Самый лучший пляж, на наш взгляд, Kite, народу в ноябре не много, вода чистая, пляж убирается, есть бесплатные туалеты, душ, переодеваться только в туалетах. Бесплатная питьевая вода. Вай-фай (авторизовались в самый первый день по номеру Эмиратского телефона и эл.почте, в последующие дни подключались автоматически без авторизации). Ехать 10-11 остановок до Umm Suqeim 1 или Abdallah Mleih Masjid на 81 автобусе. Пляж между этими остановками. Рядом с отелем есть остановка, идти минуты 4, 180 метров, но на ней негде присесть, автобус ходит каждые 20 минут, можно не угадать и стоять долго, если он уже ушел. Кроме того, в 9.25-9.30 очень много народу уже едет, присесть в автобусе не получится. Надо или раньше, до 9.00, или позже, после 10.00 уезжать, или идти на конечную около М

But don't get a room close to the entrance gate and road because cars and motorcycles will sleep deprive you all night. Very busy road as it goes down to the beach carparks with very loud cars and motorcycles going past all night until about 4am-5am. So request a room down the opposite end of the resort from the road and you should have an awesome stay. Resort has its own scuba diving courses, kite surfing lessons and wind surfing and paddle boards and stuff. It has a very good gym with top of the line gym machines and equipment and a very nice swimming pool area. Resort right smack bang on the beach. It has a nice sitting area where you can enjoy a meal and some drinks and look out at the ocean.

They were all so kind and helped me navigate my first time here. The room service was good and well priced. The young man that runs the breakfast buffet was exceptional! |18.08km from city centerWe booked a 160-flat 2 bedroom suite, the room is really big, look at the Palm Island, but our floor is not high, 15 floors, not obvious, it is estimated that more than 30 layers will be clearer. The service of the hotel is very good and everyone is very enthusiastic! Carrefour is not far away, you can buy food and cook for yourself. We basically cook for ourselves! The traffic is also convenient, we are self-driving, the hotel is to help stop the car, and there are subway stations not far from the surrounding, just a few hundred meters away! In short, it is a very good hotel, it is recommended!

I arrived 30 Nov. at 4 am and I booked this hotel Dec. 1 I called them if I can drop my luggage because I have a baby with me it’s hassle if I need to bring all. The staff I was talking it was Rajid? The Indian he said it’s ok no problem he understand my situation. When I arrived the location i open everything and they even help me 😂So there I drop my baggage 1 day ahead of my booking them. I requested some things and they attend to it so fast. I definitely recommend this place. Walking distance metro Sharaf Dg. 🥰 Keep it up affordable and the staff are friendly.

|16.76km from city centerHaving just returned on Friday after spending a week with the family (2 teen boys) I could not recommend this hotel enough. Whilst the hotel and ALL the facilities are 5 star, having the right personnel is paramount……….and you wont be disappointed at The Fairmont. Despite our check in at 4am, the process was made effortless by the staff. Though it was at this time the manger advised us the room we’d booked was not available due to a technical error their side and therefore they would be upgrading us to a suite the following day by 12 noon. The following day after breakfast the on duty manager Anoop Rai came to see us to thank us for our understanding and that our belongings would be moved across later that afternoon. True to his word, we were moved to a junior suite on the 8th floor with beautiful views of both the sea and Dubai Marina. The quality of service continued throughout our stay by all members of staff, though special thanks to both Suity and Jhenelyn on the front desk who were always there to answer any questions and assist with any restaurant reservations. That leads onto the food, Flow Kitchen is the buffet breakfast and evening dinner place and there’s a variety of different cuisine for all to enjoy……..you won’t be disappointed. You’ve then you’ve got the specialist restaurants and we tried a couple the first being the Sea Grill Bistro. Having booked half board, this gave us the set 3 course meal and option to add if we wanted. The portion sizes were good and the food was tasty, from starters (Caesar salad, Kale Salad and Prawns) to the mains (Salmon, Sea Bream and Chicken)…………so one we’d definitely recommend to dine at. The other was Little Miss India, which too did not disappoint with the various kebabs and curries, all of which were VERY tasty and the chef was happy to add the extra spice if required :) Having direct access to your own private beach was great, though we preferred to be pool side of which there are 4 with one being adults only (over 16’s). Finding sun loungers was generally okay, so you didn’t need to wake up super early to put towels down. The pool side team were always to hand to assist if you couldn’t find any and take your orders for any food or drinks. The location of this hotel is good on The Palm is good, lot’s to do around there with the various beach bars/restaurants (some age restricted) though a short taxi ride you can go to Dubai Marina, Atlantis and Bur Dubai. Stick to the yellow metered taxis, even though some of the black ones are metered we were told they’ll still be more expensive. Opposite the hotel on the Golden Mile you’ve got the Nakheel Mall, lots of shops including Waiterose and/or M&S for those feeling a little homesick :) One thing to note when booking, go for the ‘beverage package’ if you enjoy a drink or two. This allows anyone aged 21 or over 2 alcoholic drinks (beer or house wine) with both the red and white being VERY nice. So in a nutshell we’d certainly
