0.89km from downtownThe hotel is only three stops away from the railway station Porta Nuova. The hotel is 2-3 minutes walk from the subway station. This is very convenient. The hotel is located on the main road. It is easy to find a walk from the station when we come. The nearby walk is 10 minutes. There is a Pam supermarket on the left and right. The room comes with free water, but there are no slippers for two days. The room is not big, but it is enough. A three-star hotel is worth the price. Two or three front desks are more serious and not very friendly

0.97km from downtownVery close to the subway, convenient transportation, and will soon reach the train station. The front desk service is very good and the people are more humorous. The room is fully equipped and the toilet is a bit old, but very clean. Breakfast is the normal type of breakfast. In short, it is a good hotel, the price is right.
1.01km from downtownOrologio apartments exceeded my expectations. I stayed for 4 nights for a business trip. My apartment was spotless and tidied daily. It had all necessary amenities and is located in a lively area of Turin, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. I had a peaceful night's sleep every night. The staff were very helpful and all speak English, which helped as I have an abysmal understanding of Italian. I'd heartily recommend this apartment, particularly for business trips and city breaks.

You can park yor car in a nearby garage for 18€/day. Staff was very kind and well trained, but there is mybe not enough of them. On the ground floor there is a bar, but there was nobody there to serve us drinks.

1.22km from downtownThe breakfast was good, because it was a business trip, so I’m not sure if I can add an extra bed. However, the hotel has complete facilities, a clean and tidy environment, and the service staff are warm and attentive. Will stay next time!
1.22km from downtownWe only stayed in Turin one night - and we happen to be the only guests in this lovely, quaint and quite historic building and B & B. Francesca met us upon arrival and was very gracious and hospitable. She provided some information on sights to see for our short time that afternoon, and before my sons headed to a concert that evening. She even provided guidance as to the best way for them to make the return trip to the B & B that evening!! What a delightful place which was located right near the train station, which for us this was a must as we were catching an early train the next morning. I would not hesitate to stay here again!! Thank you Francesca!! ps- Torino is a lovely city that I think many tourists pass by - it's worth making a stop to visit and stay at Residenza Torino Crocetta - hands down!!

1.31km from downtownSince I arrived at the hotel at night, I felt that the location was relatively biased. After I checked in, I found that the hotel facilities are very new and good. When I went out to find food, I found that there is a large supermarket and a food supermarket similar to the farmers market. It's also easy to travel by subway! Since it is not a tourist city and there are fewer tourists, shopping buses will not feel crowded, and it feels good. There are a few recommended shopping merchants in the picture, all are local brands, which is great. In short the hotel is super cost-effective, recommended!

The rooms are clean, the facilities are good, and the service is super good
Again i stayed at this small but very comfortable and well staffed hotel....not fancy but every comfort and service is offered by a most caring staff. The receptionists are so helpful and take care of your every need. The breakfast is one of the best i have experienced even at 4 star hotels...home made cakes and breads... organic yoghurts...great coffee. All day you can order coffee or a cocktail. The bedrooms are not large but beds are comfortable and each day caringly spruced up as are the bathrooms. I recommend this hotel highly.
If I lived permanently in Turin I’d be very happy to live here. I have now stayed twice, on my own in mid-winter and with my wife in spring. The aparthotel is close to Porta Nuova station and within easy distance of all the visitor attractions of central Turin. Do make sure you understand reception opening times and note that they’re closed between 12 noon and 2pm. They will store luggage. If you arrive from Corso V Emmanuel in the dark, look for the arched entrance just before the bank. If the gates are closed there’s an entry phone to the side. If they’re open, go through into the courtyard, turn left and the door to the apartments (another entry phone) is in front of you. Have faith, the system works! There can be a slightly edgy feel after dark in the surrounding streets but no more so than near many big railway terminals. Inside, there was slight noise from the flat above, but I guess that’s a hazard of apartment blocks anywhere. My apartment was peaceful (it faced the courtyard) secure, warm, very comfortable, spacious and had just the right equipment for self-catering. Groceries and fresh fruit and veg can be bought just around the corner. Within a 10 minute walk there’s a small supermarket that’s open even on Sunday evenings. There are plenty of restaurants too, and most of them won’t break the bank. Highly recommended.
A Hotel perfect for a stay in Turin. Easy to reach from the highway not far from downtown, well connected by public transportation. Best solution possible in case of watching a game at Juventus Stadium. Aperitif at the lounge bar was really tasty!!! Warmly suggested.
This B&B is a great find! We only had one night in Turin and had booked into one of the rooms. We needed to change our plans at the last minute, and so asked Giancarlo if it would be possible to move our night. He was exceptionally helpful and moved the night, and also stored our luggage for us the next day. The room we had (5) was very well appointed... everything we could want was in the room. Easy access (you self-serve for the checkin). The location is right in the middle of the old town so brilliant for all tourist sites. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Turin!
We were very happy in this small, reasonably-priced hotel, located just one block from the Piazza Castello. We had a room for a family of four, which was quite large (the bathroom was enormous, though the shower was small). The room was immaculately clean — not only clean, but the beds sheets seemed to have been freshly pressed. Decent, quiet air conditioning. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was a good continental breakfast, with the ability to squeeze fresh orange juice; the staff provide hot water for tea, will make coffee to your taste, and are happy to steam milk for anyone who likes their milk warm. If we had to look for negatives, we would say that they could probably vary some of the breakfast choices a bit from day to day. Also, there is no elevator, so you need to be able to climb stairs and carry your luggage up and down. The TV was the size of a small computer display, but you didn't come to Turin to watch TV, did you?
Amazing location. Modern, fully furnished flat, with tiny terrace to smoke. I liked the quiet internal court. I went for the film festival and I wanted to spend a couple of days in the town heart. Great experience. Speciale Thank to Cristina for the availability.
We stayed here for one night as we attended a concert at the Pala Alpitour stadium and the hotel was perfect for our needs. We reached it by taking the metro to Lingotto station and walking through the shopping mall and over the footbridge. On our return journey we took the train from the Lingotto train station (different to metro) as we found that was easier to get to and cost the same. It was a short walk to the stadium and the neighbourhood was very quiet. There was a supermarket a few blocks away which we were able to buy snacks and drinks in. The hotel itself was comfortable and quiet and the staff were friendly. They do offer breakfast (I believe you pay) but we left too early to try this so can't comment on it. It is a 6 minute train journey from Porta Nuovo where the airport bus goes to and there are lots of shops/sights near there so I didn't feel it was too far out to enjoy the city if you don't mind trains/metros/trams etc. I would probably stay here again.
Convenient for price and location, very clean. Reception personnel very kind and willing to help and advise. Will be back for sure! Spacious rooms and private parking, great connection with highway and commercial mall
In a five-star hotel in Turin, the reception hall is very luxurious. At the front desk, you need to pay a deposit of 50-100 euros or the bank card number in the name of the check-in person, so friends who need to check in remember to prepare cash (no credit card deposit required) or credit card.
The hotel has two floors, and there is a connecting corridor on the first floor in Italy (the second floor in China) by elevator. In the prominent position of the elevator and the corridor, there will be guidance signs in English, Arabic, Chinese, and Chinese. Be sure to check the building where the room number is on the card when you check in, and the front desk will guide you when you deliver the card.
The room is similar to China Hotel, with free slippers, mini bar, paid snacks, kettle and so on. All the facilities marked with text in the room are English, Chinese and Chinese, so don't worry about the language. Here are two points to note: First, because the room is equipped with cotton wool facilities such as carpets, the entire room can see obvious high-density flying hair in the presence of light; second, there is a large amount of flocculent deposits in the kettle This may be due to the quality of the tap water in Italy. Friends with requirements in this regard suggest that they be used with caution.
All in all, this is one of the few high-end hotels in Turin and worth recommending!
The hotel is next to the Porta Susa train station. The internal facilities are very modern and well equipped and clean. The front desk is two Chinese people and very enthusiastic. The only downside is that the room fan I live in is very noisy and needs to wait until the lighting is turned off for a long time. The breakfast is relatively simple, with only a few kinds of bread and orange juice, and coffee. The price on the day of check-in is great value for money. Recommended!
Perfect for rest. The place in this hotel is great. Officers are also very happy to help. The guest room is very elegant, with a huge and comfortable room. We will definitely live here next time
The breakfast is added after arriving at the hotel. There is also City tax. The surrounding area is relatively deserted. There is a pizzeria and the taste is okay. The winter dinner opens at 7:30.
A train transfer in Turin turned into an unplanned overnight when our train from Lyon arrived 8 minutes after our connection had left (sigh). A quick Trip Advisor search popped up Hotel Principi D’Acaja with a reasonable price for a couple tired souls. What a serendipitous surprise!!! This lovely hotel is a step back into Italy during the early 20th century—talk about experiencing old world charm! 20 foot ceilings, a huge chandelier in our room, parquet floor in our room and inlaid mosaics in the public areas...this is how I would picture graceful, old world Italy. Bonus! The room had AC, which seems to be a rarity. The bathroom is was adequately large and the shower was small—typical for what I had seen everywhere else. Breakfast was serve-yourself in what must have been an intimate dining or breakfast room; the food and coffee was European tasty, a good start to our day. I don’t speak Italian but there were no problems with the younger family members who manned the desk. I would gladly choose this hotel again. Kudos to the owners who allowed us to leave our luggage by the desk (check out is 10:30) while we went out exploring—our rebooked train would not be available until 3p.
The Piazza Vittorio Suites,
beside the amazing location in one of the most beautiful square in Italy,
provide beautiful apartments, well designed and furnished.
The team is very professional and helpful.
Car park chargeable available in the square few meters away from the gate of the building.
Many restaurants in the square and around the place.
Nice area for walking or jogging nearby, river, park and hills!
Great value for money!
Take the metro from the south exit of Principi d'acaja station and cross the street. The reception staff were very lively and friendly. Although the facilities in the room were basic, the hygiene was very good. The signs in the hotel are as big as the "Do Not Disturb" signs in several major languages including Chinese, although they write "Please clean the room" rather than "Please repeat the room". . . However, such services are rare in Turin. The price was also very reasonable at the time of booking. If there are no high requirements, this hotel is definitely the first choice!
The breakfast is good. Rich, nice, the room is old, but still very clean, the front desk service is very good, the location is good, opposite the train station, convenient for travel, super cost-effective
Perfect stay. Amazing service, quality rooms and great breakfast.
A lot of choose for the breakfast buffet, especially plenty of sweets pastries and dessert.
The room is contemporary design and well-equipped. But without kettle for hot tea/coffee.

An nh group hotel located in the middle of lingotto, there are obvious hotel signs everywhere in via nizza. The front desk service is very good, patient and attentive. The twin room is very large, with bathtub, central air-conditioning and other configurations. The price of the price in the off-season is very high. When checking in, the hotel will require a credit card from the registered guest as a guarantee; in addition, there is no kettle in the hotel room, and the price of food in the minibar is also more expensive. Residents can buy it at the pam supermarket next to the Hilton Hotel downstairs.
This hotel is located at the midpoint of the connection between Racconigi and Bernini Metro Stations. The front desk service is very good, and the breakfast is also good. The small single room is really small, but the facilities are well equipped and the environment is very good. Friends who like to stay away from the hustle and bustle recommend staying at this hotel.
This hotel, classic old-European, was a comfortable experience. With the areas around train stations, in big cities, being typically quite colorful (especially at night) Turin’s relaxed atmosphere allows for relative safety at night. (Though you have to be careful everywhere in the world anyway.) My room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and I could njoy a quiet rest at night. The receptionist is a sweetie who speaks English and was very helpful. It’s two blocks from the pedestrian shopping area, within walking distance of a multiple of musea, and just 150 metres from the tourist busstop - if you want to have an overview first. The city is beautiful, elegant, and with a nice easy flow. I’ve been to many Italian cities in the past, but this one stole my heart!
Breakfast is great, rich menu options, what you want to eat the first night, fill out the form to the front desk, choose your own meal time, the next morning, the waiter will deliver the meal to the room on time, very attentive, and the hygienic drinking experience is very good, worth it recommend.
A serviced apartment near the small train station, with an elegant environment and warm reception. The room is fully equipped with a full set of candy for reception, two complimentary bottles of water, and a box of toiletries (wet wipes, ginseng shower gel, hand cream, cotton swab, soap) for free. There are pots and pans in the kitchen, microwave ovens, cutlery, refrigerators, detergents, sponges, but there is no seasoning in the seasoning tank. In other words, if you cook yourself, you need to buy all the ingredients. In addition, the front desk stipulates that if you want to use the kitchen, you need to clean it yourself (brushing tableware), otherwise you will pay a cleaning fee of 10 euros. This furniture store is reasonably priced and worth recommending!
I booked this hotel for a solo trip to Turin with the idea of using the city as a base to visit the surrounding area. Location: The hotel is situated on the 2nd floor of a beautiful arcaded shared-purpose building on a main avenue surrounded by bars, cafes and some shops. The area is safe, well-lit at night, well-transited by cars and people well into the evening and right next door to the XVIII Diciembre metro station (linking you directly to Porta Nuova train station, the busiest in Italy, in 5 minutes) and 2 minutes walk from the Porta Susa rail station (the 2nd busiest in the country). The airport bus that I took stops at the bus station right outside Porta Susa station too! So for the purpose of travel is it absolutely fantastic. If you come back late from travelling into the rail station nearby you feel perfectly safe walking back to the hotel. Walking from the hotel to the centre (even though it's fairly central anyway) instead of taking hte metro takes about 20-30 mins via large avenues and through grand squares, or via quaint alleys if you prefer, with plenty of cafés, supermarkets (Carrefour Express etc.) and restaurants on the way. Entering the hotel: Reception is also open 24 hours, though the shared building's large front door is locked from about midnight. However, you can simply ring the doorbell and they'll buzz you in. Entering the hotel is done by a large and airy staircase or by a small and rather old looking elevator. People with claustrophobia who are intimidated by enclosed stairways shouldn't have a problem at all, but you need to ring a doorbell to enter reception on the 2nd floor (which in my view further adds to the security of the location). Reception is clean, bright and friendly and feels very accessible thanks to being right around the corner from the rooms and because of the highly friendly staff who make you feel completely at ease. They all speak perfect English and seem proud of their establishment. They are more than happy to print out tickets etc. for you too. Reception features a comfortable sofa, a book stand with interesting books on the city's history, and a fridge cabinet which you can buy water and soft drinks from (1.50 euros for a 1.5 litre bottle of water, though the tap water in the bathroom is drinkable too, and the city is absolutely peppered with fresh, clean public drinking fountains). One thing to mention is that the room keys are not keycards and are physical keys, which you must hand back into reception whenever you leave the hotel, and then request when you come back. It was first a bit odd for me but it makes perfect sense for security. I quickly adapted to it and it didn't cause me any hassle at all. The room: The room I booked was a single bed room. The ceiling was very high above the bed area (though there was a glass block window in what appears to be an attic but it didn't really bother me). The room had a very good remote controlled air conditioning system which
This hotel is really cost-effective! The front desk service is very good, and every young lady is very polite and enthusiastic. The room is quite big and has a balcony. The bathroom is also very clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is very good, there is a tram stop just outside the door, and it is not far from the city center. The breakfast quality is also good. I left my luggage at the hotel for free on the day of check-out, and went back to pick it up at night, and the front desk was still very enthusiastic.
The newly renovated hotel was reopened. The front desk service was very good. Stayed in a big bed room near Piazza XVIII Dicembre, the rooms are spacious, fully equipped and WiFi is fast. The view of the open windows is unobstructed. The price is still very reasonable during non-holiday holidays, it is recommended!
Self-driving France, Italy, Switzerland, 15 days, hotel, the most cost-effective, the only point of public transportation is a few hundred meters away. Others are perfect. Generally, they only want to comment. They are not for the points. They just think that the price is the best. The room is very big. The opposite of the supermarket. No noisy, no noise, very quiet.
The Residenza is in an old historic building, which is reflected in the height of the ceilings and size of the windows. The main entrance is behind a big, but anonymous, wooden door, so keep your eyes open for the small name plate alongside. It is situated in an area that's close to museums, old churches, great walks and fantastic shopping and restaurants to suit all budgets. We stayed in a standard room for one night on the journey down to Florence and again on the return. We had a different room both times. Both rooms were large, clean with a big shower room with bidet and toilet. The beds were both very large and comfortable. This is just somwhere to stay, breakfast isn't provided but there are several cafes close by. Reception is on the 2nd floor but there is a lift - I think it is big enough for a wheelchair, but best to check. Reception is open from 8.30 until 7pm, but information about entry after that time was clear and accurate. Overall, it was very good value.
Overall a good shop, the main cost is high, the location is opposite the susa train station, very convenient, the room size is large, the price is low, and the hygiene is good! 1 The front desk may have a serious epidemic recently. The girl at the front desk was a little scared to see that I was Chinese😰
