      The location of the hotel quite good. The view is superb. But the room service is poor. When we ask for laundry bag / paper bag they cannot provide us more than 1. Even we have stayed there for more than 1 night. And the room service quite slow to come over to our room. Shower gel and shampoo also not provided in our room. Maybe they have missed out. Please improve the service and facilities.

      The poor management of customer service i’ve ever experiences. During check in we have to wait almost an hour and dont know what make them delay due to receptionest seems to be slow movement. After that we get wrong room and went back to lobby to ask for the right room we should stay and mistake cause by the receptionest unfortunately no Apologise ever been made by her. Dorsett Hotel well know as 5 star hotel but with this experience really make me dissapointed .

The hotel also offers a refrigerator, bottled water, a coffee or tea maker to use when you feel like needed. If you wish for late snack, they provided in-room dining service that available 24 hours. It's good to know that a toiletries and towels are provided in the bathroom. And the toilet was super elegance and luxury.       The hotel service is very good. Great hospitality with competent staffs. I just have one complaint to make and it is about the odour in the room. If the management could provide some air freshener or spray(in the room/bathroom), it will be wonderful. Other than that, everything is perfect. The breakfast is fantastic. Facilities is tip top and a perfect stay for people who are looking for peace and calm. Great work, please keep it up. Definitely will recommend this hotel to others and my followers.

      Cyberjaya resort and spa isnt too far from the city, and its location is close to some shopping malls for lots of dining options ( dpulze and tamarind square is less than 5-10 mins away). The check in was a little slow, but since i arrived at 2.45 pm on a saturday (early check in was not available) i assumed it was somewhat a peak crowd. I used the toilet near the lobby, and honestly it didnt leave a good impression. Was wet all over, and some was never cleaned apparently. Nevertheless, got our room keys about 30 mins of waiting. I have to commend the room itself. We stayed in the executive deluxe chalet, and room was impressively cleaned. Im quite particular when it comes to cleanliness, but have to say, not a single trace of dust anywhere, the furniture and upholstery was well maintained too. Tv itself had no thumb drive slot btw, so no ready shows for the kids hahah. The pool itself was somewhat of a miss. While we loved the fact that they had a wading pool for the kids, the pool floor itself was actually sharp in some areas. My wife just stepped down the stairs and actually cut her feet. As there were no lifeguards around, id strongly recommend against running or jumping in the pool, as shouldve been the rule anyway, but extra caution for children should be taken. Also, the lounge chairs by the pool was only available at the middle tier, so parents supervising their children in the wading pool had to leave their items on the rocks surrounding the pool. Which was also sharp btw. I noticed on the key holder they gave us that the resort had fishing too, but when i inquired they said it was not available, probably because of covid. All in all, a little bit disappointed in the whole stay. Oh, and should probably mention that the chalet had minimal designated carpark. You can probably park by the side of the road near your chalet at your own risk, but the management would do well to consider limiting one car per chalet.

Very spacious room with study/working area & sofa bed. Clean & comfortable. The toilet equipped with shower room & bathtub. Toiletries set, iron, iron board, bathrobes are provided. High speed WiFi. Though there are construction works in the building, it doesn't disruptive my tranquility. Suggestion: The room rate should include breakfast. - 5 Facilities 2 separate pools, kids & adult. The pools are big & well maintained. Gymnasium is closed due to renovation works. Indoor games are also closed. - 4 Dining Since their Aroi Dee Thai Restaurant is closed for renovation, i decided to have a family dinner at their Palm Cafe. Not a variety menu options available. The taste of the food just ok but the price is too expensive. To me is not worth it. - 3

      DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya Lakeside

      Our experience started out fine, we were given cookies at the reception by a very friendly receptionist. The property is huge but dated. Walking from reception to our room (in another adjacent building) is ok but there is no shaded walkways, it’s all open air and subject to the elements. The room itself is average, we had booked two rooms facing the lake. The cleanliness however is appalling. We found a dead cockroach under the bed, the toilets were clean but because it’s all black tiles, you can’t really see the dirt unless you look closely; the shower doors weren’t properly cleaned, there is moss and old, icky dirt stuck at the corners. Water pressure to the bidet is low, which basically makes it pointless to have. There’s food flies lounging around the room, possibly from food that was consumed by the previous guest. We had ordered room service 3 times in total. The first time was great, they brought the food within 30 minutes, charged it to our room. The food quality however was subpar. The char kuey teow was soggy and tasted like ginger, which isn’t how it’s normally supposed to be prepared! If your chef is gonna make changes to classic local recipes, make sure it’s taste-tested by others and please CLEARLY state that this is an adaptation of a local classic so the guest can expect it to be different. The 2nd time was an annoyance, not only was the food late but they told us to pay immediately for it! Apparently the wait staff was told we had not paid a deposit for the room but in fact we had paid a deposit to cover our entire 2 night stay for two rooms! But being cooperative guests, we decided not to make a fuss and paid immediately. 3rd room service, no questions about payment. Talk about inconsistent service! Also, we were told to leave our food trays from the room service outside the room but they didn’t clean it up the next day resulting in food flies buzzing around. The breakfast was ok on the first day, but the 2nd day, it was downright horrible. Scrambled eggs were soggy, bacon and sausages was boiled and not fried, again, if you’re gonna offer a healthy alternative to everyday norm, please state it clearly somewhere! Freshly baked bread wasn’t fresh either, tasted at least a day old. Lastly, the pool isn’t cleaned regularly, not what you’d expect from something with a “Hilton” brand in it. The kids pool had dark tiles in it and so you can’t easily see dirt in the water but there were small leaves and other icky stuff floating about if you looked closely.
