I want to say thank you to Frank at this Inn... we were driving down to NC and stop by for the night. We were traveling with our small dog and we forgot the beloved toy of our dog, so we panicked.... I called the place the day after and Frank made it happened, he found the toy in the room and helped us to fedex it back. Thank you very much!

I stayed here for 4 nights. First it was a great pleasure to be welcomed extremely friendly and professional by Sally. After a long travel, waiting at customs and traveling to the hotel, Sally made me feel welcome ! The room was nice and clean. You can see the Housekeeping doing a great job. The room was good, with a kitchenette. The hotel is at the Potomac Mills (Woodbridge) indoor outlet shopping mall, with around 200 stores and restaurants. I noticed that every time I left the hotel or came back, the Frontdesk staff greeted with pleasantries. Another good example of a friendly and professional person at the Frontdesk is Belinda, from who here whole family is or in military service of doing other important work. I definitely coming back to this hotel. I truly hope the management will take a moment for both the always smiling Sally and to Belinda.

I stayed in this hotel 9/30/19, I am giving extra points for the service I received. Cinthia was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel itself is undergoing a renovation of all their rooms. The room I stayed in was not renovated yet, but it was clean and smelled nice. The only negative I will give is this hotel has decided to permanently remove their pool and hot tub. If you're looking for a hotel that offers this amenity, it will not have one. I was told they are converting the pool area into meeting space. I can understand that, because Courtyard was originally created for the "Business Traveler". I am sure most business travelers do not have time to use a pool. However, they do allow you to use the indoor pool and hot tub next door at the Residence Inn. In closing, the hotel is undergoing a full room renovation, so the current rooms available are the ones that have not been updated yet, but are clean. I stayed in a Courtyard while in NJ and this one was on my way home. The one in NJ finished the room renovation and I can honestly say it is beautiful. Please don't be so quick to cross this off your list due to the outdated rooms and no pool. The service was excellent and so were the staff at the Residence Inn when I went to use their pool.

Perfection is such a subjective thing, but expectations are something easily measured. This Fairfield Inn at Woodbridge very nearly met or exceeded every expectation. The only thing I struggle to criticize is the low water pressure from the water saving shower head. It simply made my shower a bit less satisfying. I happen to like a firm bed and was pleased to find it here. Beyond that, everything was perfect; from free parking to check-in, from wifi and full breakfast, to check-out. The only additional amenity I could wish for would be a hot tub/spa, which I did not expect. The only thing I would suggest is additional signage, as the building is set back from the roads and behind other businesses, making it a bit harder to locate.

This was a great Hilton Garden! We were treated like royalty by Sarah upon check-in. We were having trouble getting the room type on the floor we preferred. She quickly came up, saw we were diamond and took amazing care of us. She also went up the back to get what we needed for the coffee that this hotel leaves out all day!! THANK YOU to Sarah and to the other people who leave this out. This is the ONLY reason we would ever choose a Hampton, because the coffee is out all day. The next morning, DJ cooked our eggs to perfection and Amelia served us with great care and kindness! Jenny was SUPER sweet at the front desk! Even the dear man who was scrubbing the floors looked out for us. Wish we knew his name. We appreciate it when hotels run like well oiled, well taken care of machines, and this one does. It makes travel nice instead of a burden. Thanks HG of Woodbridge!!!

The hotel is in a very good location, 15 minutes walk to the Capitol, 5 minutes from the Space Museum and 10 minutes from the Natural Museum. There is no way to comment on the hotel breakfast. There is Starbucks in the downstairs lobby, two sandwich restaurants next to it, and a McDonald's. There is a simple Korean meal for ten minutes. Eating is very convenient. There is a small convenience store in the hotel lobby. There is a supermarket next to it, but it is closed at five o'clock at nine o'clock, which is useless for early return. Let me talk about the reason for choosing this hotel, because the time for the Chinese long-distance bus to return from New York to Washington Chinatown is very late. The location of this hotel is very close to the drop-off point about 100 meters, very good to find in China. In the city archway, with children for safety and convenience, you can only choose here. Besides, the hotel room, I booked a big bed room, the room space is small, and clearly told the friends who are going to book in the future, the bed is 1.50 meters, if it is a family of three with children, it can only be used as a transition room, two An adult can sleep for two nights.

We arrived at the Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill in Washington on the afternoon of October 2 and checked into the room. We found that the actual room and the Ctrip official website's pictures and text were inconsistent. First of all, the intuitive feeling is that this room does not have the 26 claimed by Ctrip. -30 square meters, should be between 20-25 square meters. Secondly, whether it is a picture or a text on the Ctrip promotion page clearly indicates that there is a sofa in the room, but it does not actually exist. We didn't dwell on whether there was a sofa in the end, but that the type of room we actually stayed in was significantly lower than the one booked. When we called Ctrip to express their doubts, Ctrip's reply to us was that after checking with the hotel, the room was 26 square meters, and the sofa room type was not available. At the same time, we acknowledged that there was a problem with the Ctrip official website's promotional materials and stated that we would use financial compensation To solve the problem. When there was a problem with the Key West Hotel in the previous trip, we considered that it was the first time that the trip had a problem, and that Ctrip's customer service staff was still working hard at that time, so we also accepted Ctrip's compensation of 380 yuan for us. However, Ctrip probably mistakenly thought that no matter what the problem was, they would buy it out to cover up their problems. Therefore, I explicitly told the customer service that in view of Ctrip's false publicity on the official website, we no longer accept any financial compensation. The customer service told us that their hourly leader would call us in an hour. Unexpectedly, the purpose of the "leader" calling us was to upgrade the financial compensation to 500. I may think that this time 380 can't buy it, 500 is always okay. I really didn't see the money open to such an extent and felt the insult from Ctrip. This time in the United States, Ctrip broke our mood for several days. I must leave the original facts in the comments, and hope that latecomers will be more vigilant.

An exceptional hotel that well-represents the luxury MO brand. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, if a bit annoyingly lack a traditional desk/workspace. Though not the best location for in-city activities and dining, I personally like being a bit apart from the hustle and bustle - and it's still an east walk to the Mall, Smithsonians and monuments. Great views from the waterfront side, including planes landing into DCA. An excellent club lounge. Very friendly and helpful staff, from check-in to the concierge and housekeeping. Quite solid breakfast buffet. Nice enough pool, fantastic spa. I'm always glad to stay at this property when in DC.

Good location, next to the University of Washington, near the foggy valley station. My room was along the street and the air conditioner in the window was cool. I didn't open it at night. The pothole was mistakenly drunk a small bottle of water 5.5 knife, check out was almost misplaced parking fee of 60 knives, pay attention to check. What I don't understand is that I have mentioned that the house price for three months is as high as 1,700, and the site is set to be more than 1,100. It seems that I have already booked a loss, and the price difference is nearly 50%. I feel that Ctrip’s pricing strategy has problems.

On the street, take the Metro Line 7 from Reagan Airport to the hotel, and take the subway to the right for a few steps to the hotel. You don't have to cross the road. The hotel is on the subway and it is super convenient. Stayed there for 4 nights, the room was small, two beds, each bed is 1 meter wide and relatively small. No breakfast, there is a coffee shop on the second floor, free coffee, fruit and snacks for two days, coffee and hot tea bags for two days.       Less than ten minutes from the White House, turn right at the White House to Museum Street. The subway and road traffic are very convenient and suitable for free travel.        It is inconvenient to eat, there is no supermarket nearby, no fruit bread and vegetables can be bought, and the hotel has a Western restaurant. It is a kind of restaurant. Because I didn't like Western food, I didn't go in and eat. There was a McDonald's and a fast food restaurant like Subway, Starbucks, etc., which were all kinds of food that I had to eat once. If you want to eat Chinese food, you can take the subway blue line and pour the orange line to Chinatown. The Chinese food is more expensive. Good location, not far from the main attractions, also next to the subway station. There is a Market 2 Market on the negative floor of the subway station. The 7.5-9 pounds buffet is very cost-effective and closes at 17:00. It's not the Food Court with the promotional sign, it's inside the Reagan Trade Center, it's farther away and needs security. When I went there, I caught up with the baseball team to celebrate the road closure around the parade, and the next day, a long-distance running event closed the road for a few hours. They were all police cars. The lobby bar and restaurant are almost empty during the day and are full every night. The overall feeling is magnificent, the room is very good, that is, the bathroom is too big and almost as big as the bedroom, there are free Evian and slippers and water printed with Trump. This hotel is simply fantastic. The description is not too much, booked for a twin room. We needed to stay in Washington for one more night due to insufficient time. We booked a hotel temporarily. The price of a night stay in the hotel was too expensive, and we didn't want to be too far away from the Union station. After the hotel was moved here, the little black brother at the front desk gave check-in directly, very surprised, and gave them a big praise! There is a 24-hour free hot coffee on the first floor, there is a small snack bar, and the snack bar is also equipped with a microwave. The hotel is very clean, entered the room, bigger surprises, the beds are large, each single bed can sleep 2 people, the pillows are also prepared for the standard of 2 people per bed, everything in the bathroom is 4 For personal standard preparation, all toiletries are Neutrogena, and two sets are provided directly. The rooms have microwaves and refrigerators, and the beds are comfortable. There is a free shuttle bus between the hotel and Union station, every 30 minutes, and the driver also told us that we can take a red circle auto at the station and said that as long as the fare is a knife, the route map of the car was returned, it was beautiful because we were yesterday Take 3 subways per person and 1 knife to get a bus card. After we got on the bus, because we put in coins and the banknotes couldn't get in, the driver took it in. When I got back, I was about to insert a coin. The driver simply blocked the coin slot and said no. Breakfast is okay, at least not worse than breakfast outside, and there are fruits, juices, eggs, toasts, which meet my needs for breakfast. This hotel is highly recommended, and it is highly recommended for anyone who comes to Washington for fun. If I come again, I will definitely book this hotel directly. It is really great.
