On our trip to Northern Italy, we decided to stay at this hotel for a few nights mostly because my dad wanted a pool. It is well connected to the city centre via the subway system however there is a bit of a walk to it, especially when you're lugging around 20kg+ suitcases. The pool was clean and the area was very nice to sunbathe. Except for the small bit of water where you can clean your feet... filthy. The rooms were nice and spacious; cleaned daily and the AC worked very well. Beds were very comfortable and clean. The staff were really helpful and lovely. Spoke English really well and helped a lot in advice and making your way around the city. Breakfast was alright if you're staying for a few days, otherwise you'd be incredibly bored. The selection was the same every morning and not many options. If you're vegetarian, you would struggle to eat anything in the warm food. There's no dinner (or bar) at this hotel; theres a lone restaurant next to it which was alright. If you wanted drinks, I guess you'd just visit the vending machine on the ground floor. Overall, for the price we paid it was worth it.

Staying for 2 nights in early November, my visit to the Hotel Master in Brescia was a short by largely pleasant one. Located behind the castle (offering some nice views of it) the Master is around 10-15 minutes walk from the city's main centre and around a further 10 from the train station. Truth be told the location isn't really bad when you take into account there is a metro a short distance away and an Auchan supermarket very close by. The one downside is that to get to the centre you walk through a tunnel that runs through the hill the castle sits on, and said tunnel is quite long and rather bleak to look at. The actual hotel itself is very nice. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and despite reservations about my room being on the ground floor I soon discovered these to be unfounded. There is a relatively busy road runs outside but I genuinely didn't find it loud at all. Heat wasn't a problem as my heating was convenient to use and worked a treat (and there was a free pair of slippers in the wardrobe) I wouldn't say the room was massive but with 2 single beds joined together this dominated it. There was a desk, decent sized double wardrobe, minibar, safe and tv in the room, and a very spacious bathroom with a good, sizable shower and bidet. Room was clean and well maintained, and the tv, which came equipped with Sky Sports, helped relieve the only real problem with location - a lack of nearby bars. In the morning breakfast was pretty standard continental fare, with the slight bonus of scrambled egg and bacon. Suited my needs fine. There is also a bar, however this scarcely seemed to be staffed. Given that it lacked a tv I was content to grab a few beers from the Auchan and watch the football in my room anyway. Overall I was very taken with the hotel for my short stay in Brescia. Definitely recommend it and would gladly visit again

My wife and l stayed here for 3 nights. The staff where all very nice and helpful, 10 out of ten for the staff. We got a room on the 2nd floor and it was very nice and comfortable. There are a few negatives so, here we go. The fridge didn't work very well, which is due to only having electricity when the room is occupied, having to insert your key card to switch it on. The front of the property can be very busy and loud so, if your a light sleeper ask for a room at the back. All in all apart from the few negatives, we would deferentially stay here again. The breakfast was good and plenty full.

The hotel is very well located and a very good value. The rooms are large as are the bathrooms. Too bad they didn’t install larger showers. They are the size of a phone booth despite more than adequate space for something larger I stayed here last in 2016. At that time I was impressed by the staff, the restaurant and the breakfasts. Since then the hotel services have declined which is to be expected after the pandemic. Very limited room service which only offers the limited items on the hotel restaurant’s menu. And it took me 3 inquiries to find that out. The staff did not even know what number to call for room service. Since my previous visit the restaurant has declined significantly. The menu is extremely limited and choices are not always available. One night no pizza despite that 1/2 of the menu was various varieties of pizza. It was clear the rissotto I was served was reheated from the night before because it was barely warm. The restaurant was previously very excellent so this was a huge disappointment. The included breakfast is also not nearly as good. It’s adequate but not as good as pre pandemic. The sole staff person that serves behind the table of choices is insufficient to handle the multiple orders so the scrambled eggs are cold and the toast is either cold or over done. Bot his fault he simply needs more help. And gone are the waffles that previously made this the best breakfast I had experienced in Italy. Nevertheless I would stay there again but I am unlikely to return to Brescia.

This hotel was formerly a seminary. The luxury of the public spaces does not carry over into the adequate guest rooms. The deluxe room where we stayed for four nights faced the parking lot. The staff of the Centro is helpful. We especially enjoyed the welcome in the breakfast room. When we first arrived at the hotel we feared we were in the middle of nowhere, but we quickly learned that it was ideally placed for a traveler interested in Brescia's cultural attractions. The Santa Guilia Museum is a five minute walk away and the Tempio Capitolino and Piazza del Foro are just a little bit further on as is the historic center with Piazza della Loggia. The Piazzale Arnaldo with its lively nightlife is even closer. The hotel itself is very peaceful and the outdoor area is lovely.

This is a great Hotel competively priced. The staff are all friendly and extremely helpful. Especially all the restaraunt staff. The room I had on the 6th floor looked our over the hills and mountains.( just ignore the cemetery below). The rooms are modern and comfortable, it was especially great to find a deep and wide bath in the bathroom, as they are slowly disappearing as a room facility. You can walk in to city centre but for convenience just order a taxi as the hotel is on a industrial area.

Room is good, great staff: Food is limited at present but acceptable. Generally a great place to stay on business. Plenty of local fare in walking distance. Staff very strong on masks have to be worn, which is good. Very noticeable staff were sanitising between serving customers. Very happy to stay here and great to see the happy staff doing what they do well..Looking after their customers very well. Thank you for the great hospitality.
