|4.71km from city centerThe hotel offers great value for money. It is located just off the m606 motorway and offers direct access to Bradford or Leeds with M62 to Manchester also available in minutes. There is a fairly large car park and I found a decent space for each night of a long stay. As others mentioned the rooms are quite large for a budget hotel and I found mine to be pristine each time (cleaning standard is very good). There was very little road noise considering it’s location close to the motorway. Everything else functioned well and always had a good nights sleep. The security is good as you need room key card to access the part of the building with the rooms. I did not have breakfast so cannot comment but there is a large area to sit so will never have queues. The bar area was sizeable too and seemed to be well staffed. Staff were excellent throughout , from a fast checkin to being helpful when needed. Unrelated to the hotel but there is an Amazon locker situated outside as well as another brand whose name I cannot recall.

|0.52km from city centerI was really looking forward to staying here, A grand old style station hotel that no doubt would be a bit faded which is why its only a 3 star hotel . I was wrong! Its a grand old style station hotel. The public rooms are all amazing Victoriana style & elegant. I was pleased that my tall room was comfortable & the facilities were just fine. I was worried that the free parking (with good security) might be full but there were easily enough places Breakfast was good on both days particularly if you like a cooked breakfast Good central location for easy access into & out of town & for the city centre (Media Museum currently closed for a big upgrade). Note that if you are driving you may find that if your sat nav is not up to date you may have a couple of false instructions & I think that an 18 month long set of roadworks is about to start in the centre of the city. Not an obvious large number of nearby restaurant choices but I thoroughly recommend the Bistro Polish Food just a couple of minutes away- not a big menu choice but fresh authentic food prepared well and at a good price

|0.35km from city centerWe arrived on Saturday 1st of October around 2pm having driven up from Birmingham. We checked in ( having booked a superior room) which apparently entitled us to a free coffee, a bottle of water and a free biscuit during our stay. Upon arrival we asked if we could eat in the restaurant as we were hungry. We were told it was shut, then it was open, then it was shut, nobody seemed to actually know. We wandered in and were seated and told by someone ( who I think must have been their first day) that MAYBE we could eat. It was getting a little ridiculous by now. YES, indeed we could eat. Great. He came back to take our order having not given us a menu. Eventually someone else who seemed a little more clued up gave us scruffy photocopies of about the five dishes we could choose from, when i mentioned the menu I had seen in reception seemed a little more varied he replied in a pleasant but not even vaguely apologetic manner ” oh yes we haven't got a proper chef in so we have a very limited menu”. Hmm, right, so we ordered a pizza and some fries to share with a couple of soft drinks. In fairness we didn't have to wait too long and it was tasty enough and filled a hole. We then negotiated a long queue in reception to get the lift up to our room. EXCEPT WE COULDN'T. Because the door TO the lift would not open with the key card we had. Neither would it open for the receptionist with HER key.. she then got us another which got us through the door to the lift, lift safely deposited us on our floor, we got to our room, only to find our key wouldn't open our door. Our door to our ”superior” room. Great. Except it wasn't because now my other half had to go down back to the reception and explain this, a task not made any easier by what seemed, on first glance, to be half of Spain populating the reception area. Never mind, no matter, so now he has to run up seven flights of stairs to get back to our room because he couldn't get into the lift. Ok, right, so NOW we are into our room, which did not turn out to be in any way superior and exactly what you would expect in any budget hotel and not even as spacious. It had all the basics, just soap and shower gel in dispensers ( not very superior) it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The tv was a night mare to negotiate and one of the lights did not work. No matter, we only changed and slept in the room. All in all the visit was pretty much comedy and, while we didn't pay a fortune for it things that work ( like room keys) and people who knew what was open or shut ( like restaurants and menu details) MAY have been nice. I knew we should have done Premier Inn for less because the Jury's DEFFO in on this, and we found it guilty on several counts. Shame.

|0.72km from city centerAmazing accommodation provided. Came over from Manchester (25th March 2023), me and my partner couldn't get over how nice and clean and stylish it was. So cozy, Spotlessly good. Bedroom size was great, tv entertainment 👌🏽 spot on. Everything at your leisure. Bathroom design fantastic, love the idea of the shower. Few things to bare in mind. As Ramadan was taking place, parking was a bit of a nightmare. But once prayer was over, parking is a breeze. The lift couldn't handle the constant use, it broke down and got stuck on 1st floor all night. So stairs will keep you fit. 😉. (3rd floor we was on), Other than that, amazing location, clean, worth the travel. Radiator gets super super hot when on. Do not adjust no more than 17, as the rooms are medium sized, it heats up well. Security around property I.e getting in to the hotel and you're room etc, Fantastic. Overall great stay, would recommend staying here. Would stay again and again. WELL DONE 😊 ACCOMMODATION BRADFORD 😊

Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.

|0.65km from city centerWe attended an event at the Bradford Hotel and although the event was great and enjoyed by many .... the venue left a lot to be desired. There was only two bar staff on the main bar at which people were queuing for at least half to three quarters of an hour!! The meal, at best, was of poor quality and only half filled the plate. The only saving grace was the desert which was cheesecake and was edible. The room itself was packed to bursting point and the waiting staff just were a shambles. All I can say is thank God we didnt have to stay there overnight. Very poor show Bradford Hotel. Shame.

|0.95km from city centerWe booked a twin accessible room using IHG points. When we checked in we were told it is not available - its been allocated to someone else. It was a very fraught check in - husband wanted to punch someone & I was on the verge of tears. Why do they think we booked an accessible room - for fun???? I NEED an accessible room because I am disabled. We were also 2.5 hours from home. To give him his due Jay on reception asked us to wait while he checked things out. He offered us a drink from the bar but as hubby thought we might have to drive home he refused. We also had plans with son to go out to eat that evening. Eventually Jay said he had a double accessible room which we gratefully accepted. The window in the room, was in full sun, did not even open a crack which on a day where temps had reached 34 degrees was not ideal. We rang reception and they said they would get us a fan, which then had an electrical fault and only worked if you wiggled the wire - not ideal and pretty dangerous in my opinion. The ‘included breakfast” was a joke as we were told there was nothing hot but a continental breakfast. As a T1 diabetic who counts carbs croissants, muffins, cereal is not ideal so it was just banana for me. As the hotel was full it was also very busy and no tables available - took my banana and bailed out. Car park was close by & a reasonable price. There were a couple of restaurants close by. Aircon in the bar was lovely and the complimentary glass of wine was very good. It was quiet during the night and the accessible bathroom was great. I still can’t believe that they allow you to book an accessible room then give it to other customers.
