Although the hotel is in the city center, the location is not very good. You have to take a taxi or drive by yourself. The hotel facilities are good and comply with the standard of a 5-star hotel. In addition, we went there on non-match days of the World Cup, and the price was worth the value.

Отель полностью соответствует 4 звездам. Приветливый персонал, отличные завтраки, наполнение номеров на высоте. Отдельно отмечу отличный ресторан в отеле. Рекомендую его для обеда/ужина. Не пожалеете! А теперь поподробнее. Номер стандарт небольшой, но в нем кондиционер, сейф, тв, вместительный шкаф, балкончик. Чайник, чай-кофе, вода (обновляется ежедневно). В ванной есть тапочки, халаты, зубная щетка/паста, мыло, шампунь, гель, фен, полотенцесушитель. В общем, все, что надо для комфортного пребывания. У отеля есть своя парковка на 10-11 машин. Расположение у Минина отличное, в самом центре, но чуть в стороне. До Кремля и Большой Покровской - 4 минуты пешком. Завтраки проходят на первом этаже, можно устроиться на уютной террасе на улице с видом на Волгу. Как и писала выше, рекомендую не только завтрак, но обед и ужин в ресторане отеля. Поварам респект. С удовольствием буду рекомендовать отель Минин и в следующий приезд остановлюсь только в нем.

Останавливалась в этом отеле на две ночи в феврале 2023 г. во время служебной командировки. Основное преимущество - расположение практически в центре, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, что не может не радовать (когда отдыхали в Нижнем с подругой на майских 2022 г, снимали квартиру на противоположной стороне в 1 км от Нижегородской ярмарки, топать до центра пришлось прилично, поэтому пользовались такси, причем стоимость квартиру за сутки на майских была 5000). Поэтому в след раз, когда приедем отдыхать в Нижней, остановимся на этом отеле. Прошу учитывать, что номер в Центре, поэтому тишины здесь нет, слышно проезжающий транспорт. Номер стандартный, но я жила в нем одна, кровать большая, двуспальная. В номере было все необходимое - столик, тумбочки, телевизор, зеркало, ванная комната, фен. Все чисто и ухоженно. Брала также завтрак, приносили в номер на подносе, причем просила к определенному времени, чтобы успеть на работу. Завтрак стандартный - омлет, каша, бутерброд, йогурт, яблоко, кофе. Из приключений - был инцидент с душем, не смогла переключить, но проблему устранили. Из советов отелю - сделайте, чтобы при открытии двери из номера в коридоре не задирался/поднимался ковер.

Из + месторасположение, каждый день ложили пакетики чая, заселили на 15 минут раньше чем положено. С местоположением не поспоришь - самый центр, но дорога к отелю а особенно к центральной улице проходит в гору, так что каждый день ходить такая себе тренировка. Из - поселили на 0 этаже, хотя на сайте написано что все номера с видом на кремль или Волгу. У меня виднелась парковка и стройка соседнего дома, могу предположить что весь 0 этаж имеет +- такие виды. Номер с двухспальной кроватью ну очень маленький, я жила одна и не представляю как там можно вдвоем ютиться. Сомневаюсь даже что там заявленные минимум 11 м2 присутствуют, места мало. В номере была кровать, которая практически упирается в входную дверь и дверь туалета, небольшой шкафчик для одежды, микро журнальный столик, TV, который висит на стене параллельной кровати, как его смотреть второму человеку у стенки это вопрос (20 каналов, кабельного нет, если кому-то пригодится). И еще была небольшая тумба, где стояли чашки, чай, сахар.. Стульев нет, освещения над кроватью нет, т.е. выключил свет в комнате и иди до кровати или туалета в темноте. Ремонт вроде норм, а вроде уже и не очень норм. Не свежий. Матрас очень мягкий, ложишься и проваливаешься, одеяло маленькое, не подходит под пододеяльник, много пустоты внутри - это неудобно. Хотелось бы чтобы было почище в номере. Жила 4 дня, ни разу не меняли ни белье, ни полотенца. Только мусор выносили, уборки как таковой я так полагаю тоже не было. Слышимость в отеле конечно жуть. Первую ночь от каждого звука просыпалась. Очень слышно как смывают воду в туалете этажом выше. Жесть конечно. Все разговоры соседей тоже слышны. Около моего номера была общая микроволновка. Каждое утро кто-то разогревал себе завтрак и не по одному человеку - вся слышимость в номер с утра пораньше, благо хоть без запахов. В общем и целом лотерея - впечатление зависит от того в какой номер тебя заселят. Есть отзывы восхищенные, а есть такие как я, которым не повезло. Если бы не месторасположение, то вообще кошмар-кошмар. Вы бы хоть предупреждали при бронировании и делали цены разные на верхние этажи отеля и на нижний, а то как-то несправедливо что ли. Платишь те же деньги, а удовольствие от отеля прямо скажем сомнительное.

I booked a single room with breakfast, and it wasn't expensive. The room was clean and there were all conveniences. The breakfast also was good. The location of the hotel is perfect: it is located in the city centre and you can reach Kremlin and other sights of the city on foot, and it is certainly the place with the best sunsets in the city, they're really wonderful. The only disappointing thing was that the wi-fi was a bit slow in the room.

Отель расположен в тихом и уютном месте. И, что очень важно - совсем близко от исторического центра: пешеходная улица Большая Покровская, Кремль, набережная. Что немаловажно, рядом метро. Милый и уютный. Кстати, есть сауна. Особенно хочется отметить персонал отеля. все приветливые, обаятельные, готовые оказать любую помощь по любому вопросу. Милые девочки-администраторы: Яна, Ирина, Анна, Александра консультировали по любым вопросам. Повар Леонид всегда был на кухне рядом с залом, где проходил завтрак и интересовался, всё ли устраивает, хватает ли еды. На завтрак всегда было, что выбрать: сыр, колбаса, сырники/запеканка, блинчики, омлет, творог, сметана, тортик/шарлотка. Для тех, кто остается недовольным завтраком, предлагаю вспомнить, чем обычно мы завтракам дома сами :) Номер соответствовал обозначенному на сайте. Чисто, уютно, постельное бельё - тоже чистое. Чисто, уютно, как в самой комнате, так и в санузле. Единственным минусом для меня, как для аллергика явились плотные и пыльные шторы. В последствии двигали их очень аккуратно. Вид из окна выходил во двор на старый деревянный дом. Создавалось такое впечатление, что мы попали в старину - это было затейно. Хочется отметить, что, чаще всего, номер нужен для того, чтобы переночевать, поэтому всё очень достойно. Знакомым будем рекомендовать это милое и приветливое место. Администрации отеля и сотрудникам желаем процветания и хороших посетителей.

На письма отвечают мгновенно и подробно. Заселение быстрое. Чисто. Номер люкс просторный. Прихожая, гостиная с раскладным диваном (для ребенка- удобно, для взрослого или тяжелого подростка уже будет некомфортно). Спальня с большой и удобной кроватью, но она проходная в санузел). Санузел большой совместный. С ванной и душевой (халаты и косметика в наличии). Телевизоры в каждой комнате. Чайник (чай, сахар), холодильник. Капсульная кофеварка есть, но капсула кофе 100 рублей. Минибар платный. Вода бесплатно пополняется ежедневно. Понравился ресторан на завтрак. Светлый ”свадебный” с приятной музыкой и певчими птичками. Затраки на 4* соответствуют. Хорошие кофемашины. Бассейн и сауна (1 час в день входят в стоимость). Это спортивный комплекс для всех желающих. А потому голые (полностью) тетеньки в сауне увлеченно и шумно производящие массаж вакуумными баночками немного подпортили мою картину мира))). А 20 дам пенсионного возраста, занимающихся аквааэробикой обратили в бегство моего супруга)). Но если правильно выбрать время, то поплавать в бассейне будет возможно. Бесплатная охраняемая парковка. Если вы на машине- рекомендую. Ресторан на 11 этаже рекомендую. Особенно на закате!

Была в Нижнем Новгороде по работе, отель выбирала и оплачивала кампания, поэтому не ожидала ничего хорошего и настраивалась на худшее. И как приятно была удивлена, когда провела здесь всю командировку. Отель однозначно рекомендую, все было замечательно начиная рта косоглазия и заканчивая условиями проживания. Вкусные завтраки, ежедневная, качественная уборка в номерах, отзывчивый и внимательный персонал. Если снова выпадет посетить этот город, то обязательно выберу именно этот отель.

Excellent hotel! Beautiful, spacious rooms, smiley, kind staff at all levels. Cleaning and changing clothes always in time and quality. A large, spacious bathroom with a bath (which was important to me as it stopped for a long time, three weeks). Бронировали трехместный номер. Заселились в номер № 6 на втором этаже. Большая комната, две двуспальных кровати и одна односпальная, столик с пуфиками. В номере есть телевизор, холодильник, чайник, стаканы. В санузле мыло, шампунь, гель, фен. Девушки на ресепшене приветливые. Расположение отеля замечательное - на пешеходной улице, рядом Кремль, недалеко набережная. Нам понравилось.

Останавливались с 2мя детьми на пару ночей в 2х-комнатном номере. В целом всё понравилось. Удобное расположение - рядом метро, магазины. В самом здании отеля прекрасные ресторан. Цены не низкие, но порции и качество отличное. Брали суши сеты. Там же есть игровой уголок для детей. Номер комфортный. Возникло некоторое непонимание на первое утро с завтраком. Если он включен, то надо не забыть взять талон и отдать его в кафе. И надо понимать, что завтрак практически готовится по каждому закажу, поэтому время ожидания было у нас от 15 минут. Это вроде бы и не проблема (по России почему-то так часто бывает...), но если спешишь и с детьми, то надо это учитывать... Возможно проще что-то купить на утро заранее. При этом сотрудники явно стараются. И ещё, как мы поняли, не существует возможности подняться к лифту минуя не большую, но конкретную лестницу. Т.е. с коляской или у маломобильных людей могут быть сложности... На сам город Нижний Новгород 2х дней малова-то, чтобы всё интересное посмотреть. Но я бы рекомендовал больше исторические места и, наверное, зоопарк. А вот парки аттракционов вряд ли впечатлят, с учётом их цен...

Stayed at the hotel for one night, took a family room (4 local). The room is large, clean. There is a separate kitchen and even two saunas. But it would be better to have one saunas, as it turned out to be two small and close. The room was cool, heating was not included, and on the street at night about +5 degrees. The hotel parking is not the most convenient, far from the entrance in the backyard. For money, you would like to stand near the entrance (there is a shopping car park). Останавливалась в этом отеле на две ночи в феврале 2023 г. во время служебной командировки. Основное преимущество - расположение практически в центре, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, что не может не радовать (когда отдыхали в Нижнем с подругой на майских 2022 г, снимали квартиру на противоположной стороне в 1 км от Нижегородской ярмарки, топать до центра пришлось прилично, поэтому пользовались такси, причем стоимость квартиру за сутки на майских была 5000). Поэтому в след раз, когда приедем отдыхать в Нижней, остановимся на этом отеле. Прошу учитывать, что номер в Центре, поэтому тишины здесь нет, слышно проезжающий транспорт. Номер стандартный, но я жила в нем одна, кровать большая, двуспальная. В номере было все необходимое - столик, тумбочки, телевизор, зеркало, ванная комната, фен. Все чисто и ухоженно. Брала также завтрак, приносили в номер на подносе, причем просила к определенному времени, чтобы успеть на работу. Завтрак стандартный - омлет, каша, бутерброд, йогурт, яблоко, кофе. Из приключений - был инцидент с душем, не смогла переключить, но проблему устранили. Из советов отелю - сделайте, чтобы при открытии двери из номера в коридоре не задирался/поднимался ковер.

Гостиница расположена в тихом месте и ночью было тихо что понравилось. Проживали в момент похолодания и администрация предоставила обогреватели что радует.Номер был на 4 этаже лифт имеется. Для автолюбителей имеется обширная автостоянка. Брали только на одну ночь и не столкнулись с какими-то неудобствами за исключением горячей воды её надо не много сливать. В общем могу порекомендовать для ночёвки и отдыха.

Ну, что сказать... в целом отель произвел благоприятное впечатление. Расположен в пешей доступности от исторического центра города. Номера ухоженные, чистые, всё в исправном состоянии. Неплохие, хоть и не сказать, что-б прям шикарные, завтраки. В ресторане отеля можно, при желании, и пообедать, и поужинать по вполне вменяемым ценам. Есть собственный паркинг для гостей. С общественным транспортом всё много хуже: рядом с отелем останавливается лишь один автобус, да и тот ходит с полутора-двухчасовыми интервалами. Персонал отзывчивый, вежливый, но при этом не навязчивый. Убирались хорошо, запас шампуней и гелей в ванной пополняли регулярно. Из недостатков (а у кого их нет?) отмечу лишь один: в отеле везде, и в номере, и в коридорах, несмотря на вроде бы выключенное отопление, было довольно жарко и даже душновато. В результате в номере приходилось включать довольно шумный кондиционер, хотя на улице жары отнюдь не было.

It is organized with the nearby ”Absolute” restaurant on the principle of the Swedish table. I booked a single room with breakfast, and it wasn't expensive. The room was clean and there were all conveniences. The breakfast also was good. Всем привет! Редко пишу отзывы об отелях в России, потому что обычно все хорошо и никаких проблем не бывает. Но об этом средстве размещения не смогла не написать, поделюсь. Много путешествуем по регионам России, но именно этот отель в Нижнем Новгороде оставил самое негативное впечатление от размещения здесь. Из плюсов: отель новый, близко к жд вокзалу. На этом все плюсы закончились. По минусам: Жили неделю, ни разу не меняли постельное белье (а это, на минуточку, требования к отелям категории 3 звезды - ”смена постельного белья 1 раз в 3 дня, смена полотенец - ежедневно”. Про полотенца тоже целая история- не меняют, пока не подойдешь и не ”Выпросишь” поменять, принести новые полотенца. Горничные ленивые, номер не убирают и приходят вынести мусор хотя бы так поздно вечером, когда гости уже собираются спать. Шампунь в номере также - дефицит и даже с мылом тоже. Просили на ресепшен принести - обещание и далее игнор. Завтраки континентальные, скудные, выбора никакого. Одно и тоже каждый день, без изменений, все 7 дней. Также на завтрак только чай, за кофе необходимо еще доплатить)) Думала, что уже такого нигде не встретишь, ааа, нет, здесь, в этом отеле. Трамваи ездят, очень шумно. С детьми, я бы здесь не рискнула разместиться. Ну ладно, трамваи в общем-то к отелю не имеют отношения. Во всем остальном отелю - жирный минус, за качество, сервис. И самое главное - проблемы гостей ресепшен также не желает решать и не намерен, им просто пофиг. Просьбы убрать номер или принести полотенца - не выполняются никак, говорят туристам, что типа горничные так устают, что не справляются, не успевают и т.д. и т.п. Так простите, может нанять еще персонал или что-то улучшить? Не понимаю, почему эти проблемы должны решать гости?)) В общем, сделала вывод, что в сеть отелей МАРТОН больше ни ногой и вы будьте осторожны, если не хотите испортить себе отдых).

Rooms on the third floor of the office building without an elevator. Breakfast - Al Swedish table: coffee machine, sausages, omlets, tomatoes, cucumbers, all warm, we were satisfied and satisfied! There is even in a bunch of types of marinated cut cucumbers - I liked it. We got a teapot boiled to drink hot coffee on the way. Administrators are good, attentive. The hotel has been spoiled. We arrived at this hotel once again a day and are a little disappointed. Проживали в этой гостинице 4 ночи. Начитавшись положительных отзывов решили, что хорошое место. Жили в люксе. По приезду был комплимент ( у них это так называется) в виде двух маленьких бутылок воды. Больше в люкс воду не приносили, было заявлено, что вода в кулерах на этаже, однако, за все время нашего проживания кулеры были пустыми. На выходные администрация решила себя не озадачивать такими мелочами, так как гостями были, в основном, дети и гости фестиваля. В номере были банные принадлежности, которые, однако, не пополнялись. Это в люксе, боюсь представить, что было в обычных номерах. Завтрак- если хотите поесть, приходите с 07-08, позже ничего не останется, один раз пришли к 09:00, на завтраке осталась яичница, сухие колечки и холодная, одинокая сосиска , плавающая в кастрюле🤮. Обеды -холодные. Работа ресторана- отдельная история. У ребенка был день рождения, за три!!! дня заказали сладости для детей. Нам пообещали и НИЧЕГО НЕ СДЕЛАЛИ. Совсем. Отношение к гостям, что называется, налицо. Заказали шарики на утро воскресения. На ресепшен была странная девица, которая отказалась нам отдать оплаченные шары, заявив, что наверх их она не понесет, а в руки не отдаст. Чем руководствовалась , не понятно . День рождения ребенка был испорчен. Отвратительное место, халатное, наплевательское отношение к гостям. Гостиница совсем не тянет на 4 звезды, администрация не выполняет свои обязанности. Персонал носит бейджики только на английском языке, возможно, администрация считает, что для 4 звезд этого достаточно и не стоит заморачиваться об остальном. Стыд и позор.
