We stayed in room 216, friendly receptionist, along the hallway to the dirty room, lots of dust & spooky The room is dirty, smells of cigarettes, dusty everywhere... there's a lot of trash in the cupboard, lots of empty aqua bottles and dust (how come..., this hotel is really weird...!!!) Dirty toilet, dirty closet, dust, smell..... the sofa is dirty, lots of dirty and dusty spots, the carpet is really dirty, makes the soles of the feet black like playing on the asphalt.. We were only 30 minutes in the room, immediately checked out and moved to another hotel... It's a shame the hotel is in a strategic location, at a price that's not cheap, but it's not maintained.. Very..very disappointing...

Went there because of the rating, and because they have rooms with connecting door. Which is important for a family with teenagers like us. Turned out, we're happy with the beautiful decorations of this hotel. They pay attention to details and so in love with the baby blue color that dominates the hotel. They can fill up the mini bar for additional Rp 25k. The deluxe room we had was 21m2 small but somehow nice enough and comfortable for we just stayed for a night. I love the pillows. Rugs are clean, some do looked aged but clean enough. Breakfast was served a la carte to the tables in the restaurant, except for bread, danish, fresh milk - those are served in a small buffet. Service was excellent. The plus point is the areas was packed with FOs and restaurant - must be nice when the pandemic is over. But as we avoided crowds, we just had meals from the restaurant which were delicious and at affordable prices. Check-in and out were easy, staffs are courteous .. perhaps we will come back. Thanks.

Strategic location in Bandung city, very convenient to get around and many activities, close to the aorport and the station, many restaurants around, several malls and other tourist attractions. Originally wanted to stay across the street which was Serela, but because the overbook (two of Serela and Traveloka) was forced to move to Green Batara. Unfortunately, there were still rooms in Green Batara. Unexpectedly, the room booked by Serela was a standard room with a large twin bed. Can fit for 4 people and quite large. Rather useless at that time because I only stayed alone. Honey, the interior (both the room and bathroom) is a bit old though the hotel is not too old. There is also a free WI-FI facility in the room with inconsistent signal quality. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. The depth in the room is quite bad. When I was able to hear people talking from the next room through to the room at night. Fortunately the sound from outside did not pass into the room. Because no breakfast, there was no breakfast menu review. The hotel lobby is mixed with the waiting place for passengers who want to travel X-Trans. The consequences, the special seats in the lobby area are limited. It seems that it is not a serious problem, anyway, the passengers are not so much and do not bother the hotel guests. For those who are going to stay in Green Batara, it is best not to bring a car because the parking area is limited. Although the facilities tend to be limited, this hotel is enough for sleeping. More suitable for people who often go out.

It was a pleasure to stay here! The hotel is really located in the Bandung city centre. We got a room with a very good view of the city, we can see Gazibu and Gedung Sate from our room. Excellent services! Staffs are very professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need. The staff will ask if you need the additional amenities, appreciate it!  The bed was ,,queen-size'' but very comfortable for sleep. Free WiFi works perfectly, I can even work comfortably from the hotel with a good view of the city. The hotel has a mini playground for kid also!  I would recommend this hotel for both business or pleasure trips.👍 Thank you for the complimentary chocolate cake!

The location is not too busy area, surrounded with government officers and quite a green area and not too noisy. There is Matahari Mall at the back of the hotel and nearby mosque and church. Its is so convenient to jog or morning walk. To go tourist point is easy. The breakfast is varieties and tasteful. The lift a bit congested since during my stay, there were Wedding expo in the hotel hall.

Located in a strategic area, across from alun-alun Bandung. Considerable amount of food stalls around it, but you may have to check for their hygiene in prior to eating hehe.. The hotel has nice or unique decoration, however, the room that I occupied is a bit cramped or not quite spacious as I thought. Both the curtains, the one near the bed and the other in the bathroom, were quite dirty (there were spots here and there; see picture). In addition, there were some dirt too occupying the small space between the bathroom sliding door and the wall (see picture). Lastly, I have to say that the breakfast was less in variation and in taste. What an unfortunate :)

There was an error in my booking. I book a king size bed room but the hotel said my booking is twin bed and there was no the king size bed room left. Thankfully the trip.com CS is very helpful and fast response. At the end the hotel offer me the queen size bed and trip.com compensate me also. Actually the hotel was good. Good location, much variation of breakfast buffet, and clean. But they need a little renovation in the room bcs it's look kinda old

One of the best 5 stars hotel in Bandung city centre. The place is just walking distance to Paskal 23 mall. We booked 3 rooms: Deluxe Queen (no Bathtub), Queen Family and King Family. All family rooms are with bathtub. The size of the room are generous even for the deluxe queen size. Like the double queen bed arrangement which can accommodate family with 2 kids nicely. The family rooms have 2 sofas which very convenient for the family to enjoy. All the room was arranged perfectly and at the same floor by the reservation team. The view is gorgeous especially the one facing to poll and mountains. The view of King family was not so good as it facing the dirty river (river view supposed to be good in most of places, but unfortunately not in Bandung. Not the hotel's fault). Like the sustainability effort by providing water in the big 1L bottle. The pillow however a bit hard and too tall for me. We booked the tentcation which provides nice tent, toys and activities as advertised - Thanks to the recreation team. The hotel in general is very kids friendly, it also has separate kids club next to the pool. The hotel also provides kid amenities (natural botanical set from pigeon). The only feedback is the smoking area should not be next to swimming pool or kids club where there are many kids around. The gym is decent in size and have lot of tools to use. The equipments were cleaned regularly. The breakfasts are very generous, one of the most varieties of dishes, mainly on local foods. Pretty confused to start but thank to Ms. Rani who suggested some specialist to us as well as great hot beverages served by famous barista Mr. Amol. The food are great with several options of fresh juices which my daughter loves it so much. One improvement just on the egg Benedict that we ordered. The hotel provided WhatsApp channel which not only provide standard answer or chatbot, but they are very professional, fast and responsive to accommodate our stay, last minute changes/request, and any room information. Thanks to Ms. Rania and Mr. Faris for great help and prompt response. Overall great and worth stay. Thank you Hilton Bandung for excellent service and hospitality.
