The hotel is located on the main street of the city of Potsdam, and it is convenient to eat and shop nearby. Because it is not directly facing the street, it is very quiet at night. The shortage is that the hotel price is expensive, the room area is average, and the Wifi signal is not good.

The hotel is very new, the room is relatively large, and there are many people staying. Breakfast did not eat, because it is very close to the train station, thinking about not wasting time But I don't know why, there is no standard double room, although the two beds are next to each other, but the mattress is separate, people who want to keep a little distance can not consider it.

The Landhotel has allegedly 4 stars. I am a lot on the way and I have really stayed in much more pleasant 4 stars hotels in Germany. The reception or even the greeting could have been a little more friendly. I was very happy to get to the hotel. That was good intention with the tea and I accepted it thankful. However, I had not ordered it myself and quickly, then they wanted to write the tea to me on the bill. I think he was discussed again later by the staff and he was not calculated. Thanks for the tea. However, I had to pay my room immediately. I don't know that at all. Unfortunately, I did not get any instructions for the hotel at the reception. The room on the 2nd floor with lift. Card for room after multiple times out and in, has then been opened. In bed 160x200 unfortunately only 1 kit and 1 narrow deck. In the bathroom, scary old almost already transparent, thin towels. A medium shower towel, another small normal towel .............das was! This is an absolute NOGO for a 4-star hotel. Also no safe, no minibar, no tea and coffee makers......nothing. Not even a water to greet. It is normal standard in every hotel. There was a sauna, but as guest you had to pay for it. Bademantel costs 10 euros. Here it's only cancelled. After reading the bad reviews later, I also liked to wait for breakfast. When I left, no one asked if I had sleeped well. Concluded: best a 3-star hotel and then please bring your own towels.

The Maxx Hotel is very well located. You are very centrally living and very mobile by the free use of bus and tram. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very busy. The only thing we didn't like was the thoroughness of the room cleaning. The bed covers were strange on a bunch. Not even sucked. Then we took a small towel off and the shower was missing. There should be shown to the young men how the German standard of room cleaning is. Otherwise all staff were very friendly.

Probably due to my IHG Ambassador/Platinum status I was upgraded to a spacious Junior Suite/Handicapped Room on the 7th floor which was just great. The only thing that puzzled me was, that the bed was not next to the bathroom, but right when you walked in next to the kitchenette, whereas the seating area and dinner table was next to the bathroom. Was there a mix-up when placing the furniture? ;-) Other than that, everything was great again: bedding, breakfast, location. Just a relaxing stay at an affordable price!

We had a large room with large bathroom, fully fit for wheelchair drivers. We don't brew, but well know. Parking in front of the door and in the deep garage is positively noted, other hotels take extra money for a parking. From the price there is absolutely nothing to make, you get a proper countervail. The restaurant is relatively overviewable, the food card is also, but that is completely enough- Interesting the great choice of drinks, the cocktails and long drinks are very priced! There are no culinary elevations, but you don't expect that for the price. At breakfast buffet at 9.00, the fruit was all, you could have surely filled up. But besides us there was only 1 guest. It will certainly be better if the tourism comes back full of drive. Conclude: Thanks for returning.

As the hotel was full, the front desk arranged another hotel for us. Although the situation is not satisfactory, we thank you for your kind and active support.

Die Innenstadt (u.a.

I was saying a hotel with hundreds of rooms and I still don't understand why, even in the city centre. I would see it was on the sea... It's so large and dispersive that, for example, I took six or seven minutes from the reception to the room, after crossing several rooms with a little dedicated, I don't know what, with tables, Other unnecessarily empty, i.e. a hotel without heads. Staff in sufficient terms as availability and friendliness. The spacious and very clean room. OSCENO price!!! I don't even write it to you, but it was due to a fair in the city, the manager said.

We enjoyed it around. Personal, whether at the reception, in the bar, in the restaurant or housekeeping ... something kind and pre-event. Really top. The quiet and idyllic location of the hotel, directly on the Templine Lake is of course a highlight. Our room was so nice ... and the huge terrace with sea view was a dream. TV in the living area and in the bedroom, a spacious bathroom with many settings ... such is not everywhere Usus. With car you can be within minutes in the Castle Park Sanssouci, Babelsberg Film Park or in the island city of Werder. There is also a stop of the water taxi directly in front of the hotel, which also brings one to the city centre. Bus stop was not far away. Breakfast was bestowed by a large selection. And on Easter there was even chocolate leckerlis for the guests. For the dog there was a private ceiling in the room as well as a complete drinking and feeding station. In short: we felt very well. The only and really only manco was the food card in the restaurants. For us it was difficult to find something delicious. Band nuts for example only with huge garlic node. Burger, liver or currywurst was not ours too. From the second day of stay there was seasonal asparagus and then there was calf cut in the offer. But for that you have the possibility of buffet dinner, which varies daily and there is something for everyone.

The hotel is located on the main street of the city of Potsdam, and it is convenient to eat and shop nearby. Because it is not directly facing the street, it is very quiet at night. The shortage is that the hotel price is expensive, the room area is average, and the Wifi signal is not good.

      a) THE ROOMS FACING THE STREETS ARE VERY NOISY. as the hotel is opposite a railway line, there are trains of the Deutsche Bahn, whether they are freight or passengers. And you are listening to everything 24hs ... On the other side of the street, there is a huge transformer in green color (attached photo) belonging to the company buzzing all night. No...the hotel obviously do not warn you about this!!! As the street of the hotel has some heavy traffic, so at dawn, you are awakened by the noise of the cars / buses / trucks that begin their daily activities. CONCLUSION: almost paradise, isn't? b) STAFF - oh my God !!! It is worldwide famous that the Germans are not a taste of sympathy except when they are among themselves.Fact. ... But this reception, from day and night shifts, won the top unsympathetic prize of the year. I was treated like a beggar...Do you think I'm exaggerating? I arrived to check in ai 1AM, almost frozen temperature at 2°C and there were 1 boy and 1 girl at the desk. And guess what??They did not even hesitate to ask me to wait for them...they both were out, finish smoking and come in again!!! Really!!! Believe me.It's true.
