Hotels Near Dos Agaves In Athens
0.04km from Dos AgavesSmall boutique hotel hosted in an historical building that was previously a newsletter’s printing house. The whole concept of branding is quite interesting as the name itself, the decoration as well as other details witness the previous life of the building. Don’t get me wrong though there was a very thorough and successful -given the outcome -renovation resulting a beautiful and cozy hotel. The atmosphere created by the earthy colors the minimal design in combination with the use of natural elements as wood, is ideal for your escape in the heart of Metropolitan Athens. The staff is polite and flexible, ready to do the extra mile with generosity, honoring the tradition of Greek hospitality. The room was comfortable, modern with all the desired amenities. Breakfast was all you need with some traditional kicks from the chef. A great overall stay without mistake, a great value for money. Special mention to Stefanos for being such a great host. We will be back...
0.05km from Dos AgavesI stayed here with my partner twice; once in March (1 night) and once in July (4 nights). The first time we stayed was planned for 3 nights actually, but the covid-panic cut it short and we decided to come back once more - so we did. We booked the Deluxe Suite with Acropolis View, which is on the top floor. The room is spacious, has a beautiful bathroom, a kitchen area and a HUGE terrace with sunbeds, table and chairs. From the terrace, you have a direct view to the Acropolis, Areopagos, Ancient Agora, Philopappos Hill and Lycabettos Hill. I must emphasise that it is not like you have to lean out to see the corner of the Acropolis (as it is often the case at other hotels offering a view), but you have a full and direct view to the most beautiful parts of the city! The location is great also, because everything is within a few minutes walking distance. Most of the tourist attractions are nearby, there is a supermarket literally on the opposite side of the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. We booked with breakfast, which was not really plentiful, but it was ok. The two receptionists we met were always very friendly and helpful! The safety measures are also kept and displayed everywhere. We felt safe during our entire stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, especially the Deluxe Suite with Acropolis View! It costs roughly the double of the standard room, but it is well worth it!

0.06km from Dos AgavesPerfectly located hotel in the vibrant center of Athens. It was close to what we were looking for, we could try out different restaurants and go for shopping in just 2 minutes walk from the base. There are a lot of foodie locations around either you want a cheap food on the go or. a fancy brunch. Very convenient also for those who come to Athens for a nigh layover cause the closest metro station is only 1 minute from the hotel and connects you directly to the airport and to Piraeus port. The rooms are comfortable, great mattress and wifi well working. You can choose through 3 different type of breakfast and have one coffee until 11am. Great value / price, highly recommended!!

0.08km from Dos AgavesPrompt, friendly & professional check in. The room was spotless, modern shower & bathroom & everything worked perfectly, including the wifi which was very fast. I forgot my travel adapter in my previous hotel in Europe & this hotel provided me with one & no deposit was taken. For people who complain about the noise they don't appreciate that may come with the location. This is an amazing location next to Monastiraki & within walking distance of EVERYTHING. Oh, and the noise isnt too bad either! Literally a 2 minute walk from bars, cafes, restaurants etc & theres even a 24 hour place one minute away from drinks etc. Overall I highly recommend this hotel & the hosts are amazingly friendly & obliging. Will visit again.
0.09km from Dos AgavesThe price is relatively high, the bathroom should be newly renovated, very clean and tidy, the room is ok, worth the price, there is a small balcony where you can sit outside and chat at night, it is particularly close to the Acropolis, it is convenient to go everywhere, geographical The location is good.

0.09km from Dos AgavesI took blue line metro from Airport to reach Monastiraki station, and walked few minutes to reach this fantastic hotel. I call this place as paradise for backpackers and solo travelers. The persons handling reception are exceptionally good, helpful and knowledgeable. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants though the street was a bit over crowded in the evening. My room at fifth floor had scintillating view of Acropolis and neighbourhood. There is common bathroom but not an issue at all as other guests are equally understanding. Only difficulty is that there is lift for luggage only and whenever I went up and down, it was a bit tiring. Storeroom is free to deposit the luggage, so one can use the facility to travel around to islands. There is common kitchen to cook some fast food and tea. My stay at Athens became more memorable , thanks to helpful staff and great location.
0.09km from Dos AgavesI loved my stay here! I even extended it. It's great value, the location is perfect and easily reachable by metro, the neighborhood is safe (don't be scared by the graffiti). The staff is great, professional, welcoming and very kind! Kostas the manager is a kind soul and he genuinely cares! The place is brand new so for the moment the atmosphere is rather quiet and chill but apparently they are in the process of organising events. But they have cheap beers and great signature cocktails to start off your night. Being brand new, the hostel is spotless, really clean. The showers are great. The beds are very confortable! The only downside is that there is no kitchen but Athens is cheap enough to make up for it! I highly recommend this hostel and I look forward to coming back!

0.1km from Dos AgavesTypical Greek breakfast. Yogurt, snacks are delicious. The most amazing thing is the scenery outside the cafeteria window, the ability to see the Acropolis, and the local music feels wonderful. There is a terrace above the cafeteria where you can take a photo of the Acropolis directly and watch the sunset. The room was very clean and some rooms could also see the Acropolis. There are a lot of shops below the hotel, and there are more people downstairs at the weekend. But the sound insulation of the glass is not awkward. The hotel is small and beautiful. The attached pictures were taken through the hotel window.

Hotels Near Dos Agaves In Athens Review
As other reviews have noted, this is very much a no-frills budget hotel (it does not pretend to be otherwise). There are no lifts, which might be a problem for those with mobility issues - I don't know how many floors there are as we were on the first floor. The rooms are pretty Spartan (sorry...), but don't let that put you off as there are a huge number of pluses to this hotel. The staff are really friendly and helpful, with excellent English. The air conditioning works really well and, as it was 35 degrees, this was most welcome! I had read reviews of other hotels more centrally-located saying that noise was a big problem. In contrast, Brazil Hotel was almost silent, which was a huge positive for me as a lighter sleeper (the beds are on the firmer side, which is how I prefer them - I found them very comfy). Our room was spotlessly clean and it looked just like the photos on the website we booked through. The shower has very good water pressure and easily adjustable temperature that you can set to your liking. There are some complimentary toiletries and an older-looking hairdryer. The TV was simple to use, with a decent number of English-speaking/subtitled channels, which I appreciated as someone who does not speak Greek. To address some of the comments about the neighbourhood, my (male) partner and I found it to be fine, even in the evening, with a fair number of women and children out in addition to the men milling around the square. Pickpocketing is, unfortunately, a problem in Athens as a whole; simply exercise the same caution near the hotel as you would elsewhere and you will be fine. There are some decent restaurants nearby and these are much cheaper than the ones located in central Athens, though there is less choice. Opposite the hotel there is a handy shop called Jony's Minimart that sells drinks and snacks. I don't know if we were served by Jony himself, but we went in pretty much every evening and the man behind the counter was absolutely lovely - he waved to us each time we left the hotel! Do consider giving your custom to this shop if you stay at Brazil. The outstanding National Archaeological Museum, which houses the golden mask of Agamemnon and the Antikythera Mechanism, is a ten minute walk from the hotel. It is about five minutes walk to the nearest metro station (Victoria) and from there maybe about 20-30 minutes into central Athens, so it is very easy to get to the main attractions. In addition to the fact that the hotel looked clean and close to good transport links, the final factor that led us to choose Brazil was the price. We paid about £35 per night, which is obscenely cheap for a capital city. Overall, this hotel probably has the best quality to price ratio of anywhere I have ever stayed. So, then, the big question: would I stay here again? Absolutely, without question.
This is a lovely boutique hotel in good location in the beauty called Athens. First of all, the staff is amazing, very attentive, thoughtful and friendly at all times. Nobody passes by without a smile. Absolutely great. As to the rooms, and the interior of the hotel, everything is carefully designed and makes you feel at home right away. Rooms may come with a balcony and when you step outside and watch the surrounding area, it makes you feel like a real Athener. Inside, a free mini bar awaits you with sodas and snacks, both of which get replenished every day. Two TVs allow you not to talk to your significant other, but then again, who comes to Athens to watch telly? The only downside was the smell in the other than that fine bathroom, which got worse over the days. Another thing is the rather slow breakfast service: the buffet is nothing much (toast, cold cuts, jam), but they do offer a la carte breakfast items such as scrambled eggs, eggs benedict etc, for which you have to wait some 30 minutes. Some folks were rather impatient and they can hardly be blamed for that. If you bring enough time, you will love what comes on the plates (though for some unknown reason one day pancakes were not available, though you would thing that making pancakes doesn’t take too much). Speaking of food: they offer coupons with a 10 percent discount at the reception for restaurants in the neighborhood, and it was no issue to redeem them for dinner. Finally, there is a gym in the hotel‘s basement, which is not the greatest gymnasium in the world, but surely serves its purposes for a city hotel.
Good one, better than most for this price and location.
While we were looking at different options to book our stay, we were truly blessed to discover this cute gem in a lively neighborhood in Athens called Kerameikos. Labros & Elena took well care of us and helped us with everything we wanted!! They know all great places to go, the best bars and where to eat unforgettable meals!!! Free WiFi is an added value. You can make your own meals too!!! Thank guys for everything!!!!
The hotel location is very good, about 500 meters from Constitution Square, there is an airport bus and subway directly to Constitution Square, but it is not easy to get a big box on the old street. All sights are within 1000 meters' walking distance. The restaurant on the 8th floor of the hotel is particularly complete and spectacular to see the Acropolis, and you can also see the night view at night. The rooms are large and comfortable, the service is good, and the breakfast is very good. I stayed 5 days back and forth. I would come to bed every afternoon to send chocolates. The balcony door could be opened from above to adjust the room air. The bed and quilt were very comfortable.
Very good, walking distance to downtown attractions. There is a bar on the top of the building that is quiet and beautiful! On the fifth floor, we have a house, three big beds, two toilets, which are quite good. We live in four people. The kitchen is available, but unfortunately there is no bowl. All dishes. It is not convenient to drink soup. The price is a bit expensive.
This place has everything - comfortable beds, nice rooms (many with balconies), great location, nice complimentary breakfast, courteous staff. Rooms have fridges, complimentary dental kits (brush + toothpaste), heat and air conditioning and three layers of curtains to block the sun when you want to sleep. Sometimes when you google the neighborhood, Exarcheia, you see a bunch of overblown nonsense about how it isn’t a ‘safe’ area. I can assure you that it’s completely safe, if not as posh as some other neighborhoods of Athens. Would stay here again 100%.
For our first time in Athens we were skeptical on finding a nice hotel for an affordable cost. My wife and I were on our honeymoon and did a brief 3 day stay in Athens before heading to Santorini. We came across Tier Collection during our research and based on the price, reviews, and location we decided to book here. We were extremely glad that we did! The hotel seemed recently renovated and the atmosphere was very comfortable and does not match the outer street it is on. The rooms were proper size for the cost, we knew this going in and didn’t mind as if your in Athens the only time you should need your room is to rest and change. They were also very clean, comfortable beds, good working AC and also provides daily clean up upon leaving your key at the front desk but this is optional. The only downside I would say is the inside walls are paper thin and the halls echo. So if your in bed and someone loud (maybe like ourselves) come in at 3 AM you are definitely going to hear them. Other than that the hotel was a great. Staff was super nice, spoke good English and was very accommodating. The locals will tell you the area is not the safest but we felt no issues and walked down to local taverns throughout the night. I would greatly recommend this for travelers who are just looking for a clean nice room and knows the size is simply for practicality.
This place I would say is a hidden gem. As we arrived very late at night from Santorini, the cab took us thru dark alleys and laneways which vandalized walls left and right on every shop facade. When we reached the hotel, it didnt look like a hotel to us! There was just a small little door, with a small little receptionist who greeted us so warmingly. He was soooo helpful and friendly! This tall macho looking guy definitely made us forget our tiring long day. Check in was smooth and fast. He helped each of our 25kgs luggage (5 of us) up to our rooms. Showed us the way and around the rooms and do’s and don’ts. Now, we were surprised to be greeted by such a spacious room (because we booked for 3 pax). It was a suite with functioning kitchen and a huge living hall! Location? It is a mere 600-800m walk (10mins walk or 15mins if you take a slow walk like me) and you will reach the square where all the hip and happening of what Athens can offer. After bout 7mins walk, you will see the beautiful lighted up Acropolis up on the hill. It is really breathtaking from afar. Both left and right of the road towards the town have souvenirs shops and little restaurants that you can hop from one to another. Also, the train stop is just 5mins from the hotel. So this place is really accessible from all directions and places. Having said all of that, this is a little bit of an advice, there’s like 5 steps from the ground to the receptionist, and another bout 5 steps up to the lift. From the lift, your room is either another 6-7 steps up or down. So, without help, if you have huge luggages, it would be quite a handful. But again, the receptionist are always there for a helping hand. However, my friend who got the room on the top floor, had to take more steps up because the lift doesnt reach that floor. So make sure when you book, check with them or inform them that you want the rooms where it is accessible and lesser steps. But all in all, would I recommend this place? Definitely a yes! In fact, if ever I am back again, I will choose this place.
Upon check-in, the receptionist is a very caring old Greek gentleman who has worked in the hotel industry for nearly 50 years. He is very professional. He introduces in detail the restaurants that are well-known by the locals in Greece, and also guides how to travel in Athens. I strongly recommend him to netizens-Mr. Dimitris Vasiliou. The view of the Acropolis from the top floor of the hotel is great! The breakfast is also very good. It's just that the room is a bit small.
I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I stayed in the Master Suite room, which was very large, comfortable, really nicely decorated, very clean, and had all the amenities that we needed (and THEN some). The location was amazing, just a few minutes walk to the Acropolis and the Plaka. When we arrived, the owner was there waiting to welcome us with a smile, some cold water, and an offer to sit and relax in their small-and-lovely courtyard while he checked us in and sent our bags straight to our room. The hotel manager was also very helpful with suggestions and directions. Amazing hospitality. If I ever go back to Athens, I wouldn't bother staying anywhere else, I would come straight here. An absolutely lovely place, highly recommended.
This place is a real hidden gem in the center of Athens! All the interesting sites are in walking distance. The location is super convenient and the appartments are in a nice safe and quiet neighbourhood with easy access to bus and tube. The decoration is like this place was taken off a fairytale, really cute and delicate decorated with class. The appartments are fully equiped and really clean. Cosy beds, very stylish furniture picked one by one with a lot of effort and a lot of character. Each room has it's own theme. The hosts were really kind and took good care of us. Showed us around and made a number of recommendations for good food and sightseeing. They even arranged for shuttle service to pick us up from the airport. Really good value for money and would definately recommend it. Will definately come back again.
The breakfast is quite good, there is a special Chinese restaurant, there are not many people, wide and smooth; you can have an extra bed, the child will charge another 17 euros per night; the hotel is in a good location, convenient transportation, not too far from the subway station. In short, this hotel is very cost effective.
This apartment Hotel was just what we needed to spend a week during Xmas/New Year in Athens. The centre of the city Plaka, Acropolis etc was 20 min taxi ride costing 7 Euros. Close enough and just far enough from the busy Centre. Apartment was large and the staff were great. Check in was effortless despite the delay of our flight. The Lobby restaurant makes appropriately “Reception” is perfect for nightcap after the long day exploring. The staff at the Reception restaurant are amazing and patient and ready to please. Thanks for the amazing stay!!
So, in these pandemic times, the Academias felt pretty deserted and it was being run on skeleton staffing. Not that this matters too much (though don’t expect a late check-out). Staff were friendly and welcoming and accommodated us as best they could. The rooms and hotel have a great contemporary design. The bed was incredibly comfortable and there was effective, nearly silent aircon. I really liked the ambience and décor at Academias. Handy for Syntagma Square (less than 10 mins walk). Breakfast was a bit of a mess. They’re clearly trying hard with COVID restrictions, so there are lots of individually portioned items and an attempt to cook you some eggs to order. though in our experience, an edible omelette isn’t something you can reasonably expect on the first attempt. Breakfast was taking place in the bar area with, inexplicably, the settings on tables incredibly close together, much closer than you would be in the normal restaurant. This is a bit silly given the size of bar area, no? I don’t know much about these things but I do suspect I’m more likely to catch a virus from fellow guests than I am from a bowl of muesli.
We spent a night at the Ergon House. Not knowing Athens, we found its location to be excellent. It was within a five minute walk of the beautiful Plaka district and within walking distance of the Acropolis. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the shower excellent. Our bed was on a raised plinth which made it difficult to get around but we could see the Acropolis from our window. The corridors to the bedrooms look a little worse for wear and dated compared to the rooms. The roof top bar is lovely and has view to the Acropolis. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had - very generous portions. There is also a deli in the restaurant which has some lovely foodie items as well as a good selection of Greek wines. Would love to return one day.
Having decided to try an apartment for a change, we could not have chosen a better place. We received a warm welcome and the option to stay on the top floor with a a large outdoor space, comfortable furniture and a great shower. There are lots of cafes nearby, each with their own character and excellent breakfast options and the nearby underground provides efficient access to the whole city. It is also worth mentioning that taxis throughout Athens are cheap, clean and friendly.
I stayed here for whole 3 weeks and it was great stay. Its very near, oddly 200 m, to Larissa station on red metro line. The good things go first. - Friendly staff. - Good house keeping. - Delicious breakfast. - Nice amenities But for long stay, I felt the room was bit clumsy and even the shower cabin is too small. Me being vegetarian, always carry some ready to eat instant foods which needs heating in microwave. But unfortunately they did not have microwave in their kitchen at least.I got to use the electric kettle available at the dining area. If they offer electric kettle for using in the rooms(at least I need one for making my morning/evening tea/soup) and provide a microwave for the guest's use in dining area would be great. The stay was decent and comfortable. Laundry service is not available and will be nice if that is made available.
I stayed at the FOS Residential Apartments twice. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the Plaka area. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The apartment was super clean and really nice. Bed was good, washroom with a shower (a little tight but manageable) and a second bathroom in the main area of the apartment. Large sitting area, dining table and all the appliances that you could require during a stay (except for a washer/dryer). There was a small view of the Parthenon but it was a very small view and there was no point in paying extra for it. WiFi was good and there were a couple of TV's with a few channels available in English. I would like to commend Cristina at the front desk, as she was OUTSTANDING. Super helpful with her recommendations and arranging some things. The big BUT is the street noise. There is double pane glass but unfortunately, it is not very effective at all as we heard everything from the street (people talking, cars going by) and it was difficult to get to sleep at night. Otherwise, the FOS Residential Apartments were great.
I traveled with my 3 children and my Mom on a family trip to Greece in June. We booked a family room at this hotel after reading all the reviews online. It was perfect for us. It was for us 5 one of the least expensive options we had. We landed at Athens airport, bought our public transportation pass for 3 days and took the bus 95 which left us a few minutes from the hotel, very short walk with suitcases. Receptionist was very helpful in finding a nice restaurant to eat nearby as it was late already (Italian, great place called piccolo mondo), and we started exploring the next day. Metro is a 15 minute walk, buses right there, not in the middle of the tourist hot spots, but a solid residential neighborhood with police station nearby. Breakfast is good and room was clean, with enough space for the 5 of us. AC was perfect. It is not a boutique hotel, but a small, budget-friendly and very welcoming place. Would definitely stay there again.
I don't even know where to begin, except to say I can't wait to return to Athens and stay at this awesome hotel. I felt safe due to the added security measures at the front door. We were greeted by the wonderful Mr. Sotiris D who is an excellent concierge that made our short stay in Athens and longer stay on the island of Santorini spectacular. He provided maps, arranged transportation, recommended great places to eat an provided invaluable information to make our stay seamless and easy. The hotel was neat and clean and comfortable. We got to stay one night in the hotel next door (its new) and it was just fabulous-fit for a queen, and I felt like one! The rooftop bar is also where you enjoy your free made-to-order breakfast and a nightly snack and drink while taking in the breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Acropolis. Stay here in this lovely boutique hotel and you won't be disappointed! Its in a great location and you can walk to a large shopping district with plenty of restaurants. There is even an ATM steps from the front door. I am planning to return next year, definately will stay here again!
Hapimag Resort Athens is located in the Plaka area which is a great central location for easy access to the main sites and tourist attractions. It is in a quiet street within easy reach of local restaurants, tavernas and shops. It is also well located for the main transport links although a taxi to the door is probably the easiest option if you have a lot of luggage. The resort is small and consists of a few apartments with a reception area and limited facilities although it does have an excellent roof terrace with seating and direct views of the Acropolis which is great for breakfast or an evening drink. Apartments are neat and well-furnished and are kept clean and in excellent condition. Small kitchenette area with hob and oven and cooking utensils sufficient for breakfast and basic self-catering. There is a coffee machine and a kettle and a microwave available if required. No parking, but altogether very handy for a city break or a stopover.

These are human contact-less suites. A bit like an escape room, you get the codes for the different doors by email and need to find your way. The suite itself is very spacious, as is the bathroom. Everything is clean and functional - no complaints. The location was a bit weird for us Athens newbies. With all the graffiti, the area seemed a bit dodgy when we arrived during the day but at night with all the cute restaurants it looked very different. The location is good for the Acropolis. There is a common terrace up top with nice views of the Acropolis and the city. "service" was decent - all by email.

I love this hotel where I was received with kindness and delicacy. The staff is dedicated with a sincere smile and attentions that make you want to stay. The quality of the welcome is present at every moment of the stay: at the reception, the irreproachable cleanliness in the rooms, the tasty breakfast. The vintage spirit with bluetooth record players in each room, a discography for all registers and a wine cellar staged with class: everything is done to make your stay unforgettable. Each room has its own personality and remains faithful to the past of the place. And the icing on the cake: the vegetated rooftop with a view of the acropolis . At night the spot is magical. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the city center and the tourist spots without the noise and bustle. Go and discover this so nice place...really... A special dedication to the team that is taking care of the client.

I stayed over at Urban Nest Athens for 5 days. In my research for a good place to stay, several key factors influenced my decision on picking a hotel. Safety, cleanliness, reliability and location. I am happy to share that Urban Nest meets all this critieria and more. Here's what I found. 1. Excellent customer service ------------------------------------------- When I had inquiries about my booking, or if I needed to ask the hotel to arrange transport pick up from the airport, every email was answered very promptly. The speed and efficiency in which they responded was very quick and gave me a very good first-impression of the place that, at that time, I had not stayed in yet. The staff are very accommodating and will help you where they can. I remember the unit that I booked didn't have a kitchen and I needed a microwave in the room. The staff at Urban Nest Athens very willingly said that they would arrange for one to be made available in the room when I arrive. And as promised, when I walked into the room, there it was. Top notch customer service was provided by every staff I encountered during my 5 days stay; from the reception to the breakfast area to even housekeeping. 2. Location ---------------- Urban Nest Athens is located in a very strategic place where literally almost everything is walking distance. - The Monastiraki Flea Market is just 4 minutes walk away. - The Monastiraki Square is just 3 minutes away and there is a Hop On Hop Off bus stop there which made it very convenient for getting on the bus for a tour of Athens. - The Acropolis of Athens is 13 minutes walk away - There's even a coin operated laundry called Easy Wash just a mere 8 minutes walk away - Two small mini markets are a mere 2 minute walk from the hotel and if you want something bigger, there is a bigger supermarket just 5 to 6 minutes walk away - The hotel has very nice restaurants and bakeries just downstairs on the same street - The Monastiraki Metro Station is just 4 minutes walk away The location is unbeatable. Almost everything you need is just a short stroll away. Surprisingly though, even though it is so near so many restaurants etc, the room I got was very relatively quiet. I had peaceful sleep for all nights that I was there without worrying about sounds. 3. Safety ------------- This was a key factor for selecting this place. I like that it was located in a strategic neighbourhood but most importantly, it was a very safe neighbourhood. I had no issues walking back at night and the hotel itself is secured by access to those with key cards (so no random strangers can wander in). 4. Amazing views from the top ------------------------------------------- They had one unit called the Acropolis Nest. It is at the highest floor, (Level 6) with its own exclusive balcony and the view of the Acropolis from that balcony is absolutely stunning. 5 days I stayed there and 5 days I remain completely awestruck by the view from

Check-in went smoothly without a hitch, maybe a little bit too much information to take in, and probably no need to repeat it to friends who were staying in a different room. Room (on the first floor) was functional and quite spacious. Unfortunately, the "double bed" was two single mattresses locked together. For a couple this isn't an issue, but as a single person, it was rather uncomfortable at times as i'm so used to the middle of the bed. A small point, but worth considering. Fridge, no minibar (maybe after covid, that could be implemented). Bathroom is excellent, but supplied toiletries lacking the style and elegance of the rest of the hotel. Bar upstairs, it has great views, and is reasonably priced, but service seemed a little slow, even when I was the only customer there! Breakfast was a great addition and decent quality. The location is where this hotel really shines, is located in a great area, a few minutes walk to the subway for the airport, a few minutes to bars, restaurants, main tourist areas, and shopping. After staying in a different hotel for the last 2 nights of my holiday, I really did miss the location. It is perfect.
When I slept in the morning, I woke up naturally, and when I blinked, I found that there was a large balcony outside the French window. Stayed late at night last night, sleepy and sleepy, did not carefully look at the room structure. The son looked at the fire exit map on the wall and told me that we lived in the largest room in the hotel. If so. So happy. The breakfast ended at ten o'clock, and the time rushed to the restaurant, which was amazing. Bright and spacious, the walls are decorated with Greek reliefs and portraits. The taste of the food is also very good, in addition to the watermelons and melons provided in each restaurant, there is a whole set of complete fruit collection. The younger son chose a peach and was satisfied. [snicker] [smirking] [smirking]

Impressed with the room and service hard to come by in Greece. Located in close distance for restaurants and market square. No elevators only 20 odd stairs. Rooms very clean and it is family run and you can tell they are interested in helping there guests and quick with response. Good for short term stays. 🤗
The hotel is new, opened in the summer of 2019. So everything is new and clean. The room was good. There is a big tv and a table with a chair. The air-condition system is perfect. I stayed in January and never wore pyjamas. The bathroom is fine. Housekeepers are really good and they all speak english. Breakfast is delicious and has got a wide variety of foods. Reception staff is really friendly and helpful. They gave me every information I needed. I really want to thank Ioannis and Chichi for their hospitality. And of course to the others who I can not remember the names. There is a big supermarket opposite the hotel. Many cafes, patisseries and restaurants around. The metro station is 5 minutes away. I strongly recommend the hotel.
This small hotel is right in the central area overlooking the Cathedral Square & has a wonderful view of the Acropolis from the roof garden restaurant. Everyone of the staff are caring& pleased to assist in anyway they can. Our room was very well appointed with everything in it's place, there was a small balcony where we looked down on the square. The staff in the roof restaurant were a joy, very efficient & friendly. The food was of the highest standard together with a very good wine list, Greek wines which were first class. The Breakfast is included in the price and the offerings are a great way to start the day. All in all a fabulous time for the 7 days we spent with these lovely people.
