Just after booking this property, had a few questions, so emailed property directly. Had immediate responses and helpful with everything we had asked about. They were even able to extend our stay when nothing online reflected availability. Once arrived at the hotel, staff extremely friendly and helpful in making sure our stay and visit in their region was perfect. Hotel is expertly remodeled, clean, comfortably, quiet, and exceeded our expectations! This is the place to stay folks! We have traveled a many of place and have found very few where the staff treat you like are special. Bravo Original Hotel Douro!

Situated in the centre of Regua, yards from the railway station and minutes walk from the river dock, this is the ideal place to use as a base. Clean, neat, if not a little quirky, this residencial is welcoming and friendly. Reception staff were great and booked a terrain/ boat trip on the Douro within minutes of asking. Gave good advice about where to visit and which restaurants to visit, along with where to go with or without a car. Breakfasts were excellent and the lady on duty was great and helpful. Imperio is used by tourists a and workers alike so h\as a buzz. Just as an aside, met a lovely girl from Taiwan, and English teacher, who was travelling on her own and her next stop was Bordeaux! She was a delight and we wish here all the best in the future.

Our tour stayed here 1 night...lovely. After a Douro Valley wine tour, I accidentally left my bottle in my room. We contacted them from Porto and the lovely staff drove the bottle to Quinta de Pacheca winery to be shipped to the USA. I was so grateful...they did this for no charge. I offered to compensate, but they declined. We enjoyed drinks on the balcony overlooking the river during sunset. We caught the river tour boat (1hr ride, 10€) 1 block away. Was a lovely stop on road tour through Portugal. I am so appreciative for the staff’s assistance with my wine....GRATEFUL!!

Hotel provided an incredibly positive experience for our party of three (we had two rooms). The staff were warm and welcoming at all times, offered delicious breakfast omelets, provided valuable information about the town and region, and delivered overall exceptional service. Rooms were comfortable and (for Europe) large and modern including the bathrooms which featured wonderfully, huge body hugging bath sheets. The location was a 10-minute walk (or four- minute drive) to town and almost in the centre of the Douro making trips to the wineries especially convenient. Price was very reasonable. Only one negative comment: the rooms and hallways have scatter rugs that may cause falls or trips (we moved ours under the bed). Overall a great accommodation and definitely worth a return visit the next time we come to the Douro.

Ctrip service is first-class, another hotel that was originally booked is not so good. As a result, two days before the trip, Ctrip called the hotel to inform that there was no room, and Ctrip made up the difference of more than 2,000 to live in this very good hotel. It’s so good to say nothing. Hotel tickets really only believe in Ctrip, this service is world class

The hotel is very clean. The breakfast setting is very thoughtful. Due to the epidemic, there will be a dedicated waiter to take the meal for you. If you go to the hotel, there is a free hotel car at the door. And you can renew the room rate by the hour, which is very cost-effective! On the whole, it is really conscientious! !

It is only 5 minutes walk from the T1 terminal to cross two roads. It is especially convenient to catch an early flight. Uber is only 10 minutes away from Gama Shopping Center and Dongfang Railway Station. The service is very good and easy to check in. If you can catch an early flight, you can also prepare breakfast in advance and take it away. There is parking.

The room is very large, very quiet, with a good view. There are small slides for local children to play downstairs. The eating industry is very convenient. There are Chinese food in the Western food. It is not convenient to take a taxi. The lights in the room were so smart that the last night, the toilet lights couldn't be shut down, so it was so bright that I slept for a night.

Hotel condition is ok once. Although it is an old hotel, it was tidy and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The shower room has music therapy, but it was amazing. Amenity is Morton Brown, and the coffee machine is Nespresso. Coffee is of course free. There was no electric port. Very friendly staff. I arrived at the pharmacy the day I arrived, so there was no pharmacy open. However, the desk staff worried and looked up and remembered me a few days later and asked my best regards. I also asked you to recommend a restaurant, but I have a really good house. Water and drinks are always available in the lobby, and in the afternoon you can have a delicious snack in the lobby. Please clean up your sleeping room in the morning and clean up your room so you can sleep in the afternoon. The room is always tidy, so every time I enter, I feel good. I saw you tidying up the bathroom by accident. It was an old hotel that smelled like a sewer, but I couldn't complain because it was so carefully managed that I couldn't blame it. The smell is fine if you close the bathroom door well. Besides, I didn't like frustration, so I kept the windows open so I thought it was better. Oh, when you organized it in the afternoon, you might have snacks like candy or tarts. I wandered around and ate really good. Breakfast was just the right kind (vegetables, cheese, ham and sausage, eggs, fruits, bread, milk, juice, coffee, etc.). The manager was very friendly at breakfast. Oh, we had wine and steak with room service. The location is perfect .. Buses, trams and subway stops are right in front of you and you can walk to the sea just a few steps away. There are many good restaurants nearby. The Trem takes you directly to the main tourist attractions ... Ah, the flats near the hotel make it easy to walk around. I am more than happy to see you later. I recommend it.

1. The room is large, the equipment is very good, and the value for money is excellent. 2. All kinds of services are very warm and considerate, very moving. 3. The lobby is slightly crowded. 4. The parking lot is too small, it seems to be shared with the outside, parking sometimes needs to wait, not convenient.

The location is infinitely good. The 13th stop of the airport bus line 1 is opposite the hotel. When I come back to the plane, I don’t have anyone on the bus. Do you have a taxi? When you go there, there are quite a lot of people. The room is not good. Too big, the bathtub can be made slippery, the service is polite, buy and buy is very convenient, left turn is a variety of big-name graffiti lifts, come out right turn is the up and down of the Hulu lift, forever many people, then Because near, I went straight at 7:30 in the morning, no one, next to the train station, this is too convenient, the pork chops on the opposite side of the train station can be, Lisbon can play, this hotel is also good, breakfast is also Yes, there is also sparkling wine. I am also drunk. On the fourth day, I can’t just eat rice and mustard. I can make them a variety of fancy coffees and eggs. I can order them. This is probably my. The best hotel in the trip, and then went to live in various apartments, suitable for my leisurely informality, the hotel is still suitable for people with grades, I lived for four days pretending that I am very dignified. Recommended decoration is also good in line with my vintage beauty Province

The InterContinental Hotel is next door to the Four Seasons Hotel, the price is 3 times cheaper than the Four Seasons! The room is relatively large. This is one of my favorite hotels where I have stayed in so many five-star hotels in Lisbon... It takes 3 minutes to walk out of Liberty Avenue and Edward VII Park is on the side! Hotel rooms are divided into old and new. Generally, you don't need to add money for booking the old ones, and you need to add money for the new ones. The front desk will suggest an upgrade-it seems to be an extra 30 Euro! The breakfast is so-so, not many varieties, and the taste is average! Bar is great! Two drinks in the evening! Stayed here for almost 1 week! Hotel services are pretty good👍

Right next to Armani on Liberty Avenue, there is a medium-sized supermarket diagonally to the right. The grilled chicken is delicious. The elevator is a bit small. You can only take two or three people with your luggage. The front desks are all handsome guys, they are really handsome guys! There is a small bar where you can rest, you can store your luggage, you can book a drop-off vehicle directly at the front desk, one trip for 20 euros, we are four people with four pieces of luggage, and the price of drop-off is cheaper than booking at domestic websites

The location of the hotel is very convenient. On the left side is the Oriental Supermarket. On the first floor, there is a Lanzhou Ramen tunnel, only five Euros. There are not many types of breakfast but basic enough. The hotel team is more and the room size is OK. The air conditioner is a bit antique. No hot water bottle. Although the parking lot is free but too narrow, many years old drivers accidentally smashed a large piece of paint on the wall. In front of an American couple, the back door slammed into a pit. The car behind me seemed to be a little bit smashed, and then all traces on the wall. . The three floors are actually right-angled and small, and the driving school is not so small. I am still two boxes of Opel. For the domestic absolute acceptance is not qualified.

The room is not very big, but the facilities are newer, the bathroom is too slow, and the internet speed is too bad to work. Hotel location is very good, the traffic is very convenient. The breakfast was very good and the service was good. In fact, it is not noisy at night, the room is soundproof, and the train will still be heard during the day. The hotel has fitness equipment and a small pool, which is good in a 4 star hotel. In short, the price is very high, but you need to book in advance.

Near the exit of the subway station, one from the airport and one to the center of Lisbon with good access. Hotel → Airport used uber for early morning but did not cost 400 yen in Japanese yen. Despite such convenient access, it is more reasonable than the hotel in the center of Lisbon than the hotel next to the airport. The staff is kind. Breakfast is OK with a few vegetables. There are quite a lot of bread types. There was also egg tart. The rooms are simple. There was bathtub, too, and large bathroom was good, but there was no shower curtain, so the toilet washroom was flooded. There seemed to be no drainage there, so I was troubled because there was no water at all. Wi-Fi is good. The windows are double sashes with good sound insulation. Photos of the town are around the hotel.

The hotel is located next to the square, adjacent to luxury and super-luxury hotels such as Four Seasons, and has convenient transportation. The room is relatively large. We brought a 9-year-old child and no extra charge for extra beds. Think of a hotel in Rome that charges 35 euros for an extra bed, which is too expensive. The indoor pool is open to children in the morning, although only for one hour. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, pleasing to the eye, and the staff were very polite, and we were quite satisfied.

The hotel is about 500 meters from the commercial square and 400 meters from the subway. There is a direct bus to the Jeronimos Monastery. It seems to be the 728 bus, close to the main church. The tram 28 has a station in the main church. The room was clean and tidy, the room was large, and there were many western restaurants around the hotel. In short, it was okay. Another reminder: travel in Lisbon is best to buy a good traffic attractions card in advance, visit the attractions do not line up, in addition to the St. Hustaban elevator.

Really loved our stay at this hotel - the rooms were lovely and beds are so comfortable! It’s a short walk to the centre of Lisbon, very accessible and the airport bus stops across the road. The pool is in a lovely tranquil setting and there are amazing views from the Sky Bar locates at it’s sister hotel next door. Staff were really helpful and gave us a super recommendation for a beautiful family run, local Portuguese restaurant less than a minute from the hotel. Convenient if you didn’t fancy getting back into the thick of things after a day sightseeing etc! There are nepresso machines in each room which is a very nice touch but thought the coffee pods should/could be complimentary or at least a sachet/freeze-dry alternative could be provided instead of charging €1.25 per pod. Also please provide milk or creamer for tea/coffee!

The traffic location is convenient, the health is ok, and the environment recommends that the room should not be on the side of the road, it is too noisy. No free water at the hotel. Friendship reminder must be clear when booking a hotel. There are several hotels in HF Group, and some of them have very similar names. After I checked in, I renewed the location because it was convenient. As a result, the hotel name was wrong and caused unnecessary losses. (The hotel front desk checked no reservation information when renewing the stay, and then spent money at the hotel front desk to continue living, and immediately contacted Ctrip to verify. As a result, Ctrip kept saying that it could not be verified until the day of departure. Ctrip told us that the renewal was another hotel of another HF Group, and said that the hotel had no information.) Ctrip didn't read any more and sent me a message and ignored me. I would like to take this opportunity to inform my friends who booked the HF Hotel that they will clearly see the names and addresses of the hotel. Don't cause unnecessary losses.

It is close to AnJos subway station and there is a Chinese supermarket next to it. Each person has to pay a city tax of 2 Euros per day, which must be paid when leaving the store, and must be in cash. Store your luggage locked in a cabin, stick a note, and rest assured. The bar in the hotel was okay, and I had dinner there. The soup is delicious. The waiter also picked up a bottle of hot water for me and was very polite.

I stayed in The One Hotel on business transitting to the airport. The building was transformed from old buildings keeping the beauty with all the modern amenities to make your stay comfortable with stlye. During my stay there was a full lockdown and the restaurants and spa was closed, but they offered amazing 24/7 room service instead which did all the trick for me. I travelled during COVID-19 restrictions and the hotel complied with all measures perfectly. What I found even more amazing about the hotel is the staff: you can see they provide hospitality with passion and professionalism on the highest quality levels. When my flights were cancelled and re-scheduled they have flexibly extended my stay, helped me to find a testing station on a short notice to facilitate my travel and even prepared me a nice breakfast bag for the airport. I think if it was not for all the amazing staff my trip would have failed and this made the big difference for me compared to other similar hotels. If they didn't already have it, I'd give them 5* for sure and can't wait to return after pandemic when I can also enjoy the pools and the garden. Thank you for making my stay amazing and my trip stressless!
