this is a very big Mercure hotel with lots of conference facilities the staff is very friendly, especially in the restaurant breakfast is very good with enough choices of a good quality. standard rooms, nothing special, can need a bit of decoration, and also no bottle of water in the room... bit of noises from the corridor and slamming doors, but overall ok parking seperate to pay, bit strange as this is no big city center hotel

When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. We booked for 2 nights, including breakfast and one diner. The room was nice, clear, what can be expected from a business hotel. The diner was very good, only we had to wait a bit long for our food. Breakfast was very good, but a bit crowded. We had to wait for a table and had only little room. There was more then sufficient choice and the quality was very good. The tram to Dusseldorf stops just for the hotel and takes only 17 min to city center. Parking at the hotel is a bit expensive at 16 euro per day. For that money your car can be parked in the parking under the hotel. So on general a good experience with a few remarks, but for less than 200 euro for 2 nights including breakfast and 1 diner for 2 persons, this was very good value for money.

This hotel has a great location. The position and evaluation are very good, and the staff are very helpful. When I had a small problem, they quickly solved it and made sure I was completely satisfied.
The location of this hotel is probably one of its best features. Neuss is near Cologne and Düssledorf. The city itself is nice, with a beautiful park. The hotel is not far from the city centre, though you need to take this kind of creepy walk, that I wouldn’t do at night alone. The room has weird colours. It reminds me of something that could have been trendy in the 90s. There is no air-con, which is weird, because although Germany is generally cooler, it can get hot in the summer. No fridge either. No safe. The mattress is thinner than the ones in other ibis hotels, even the red middle-range ones. The bathroom has a tiny sink, which can be a problem. Breakfast was okay. I loved the smoothies, and the fruit salad. I wished they had some black German bread. There was a more whole-grain bun, but they were constantly running out. No alternative milks. The receptionists were lovely. They really helped a lot. There is an “office” thing, but I couldn’t print my boarding cards. The computer seemed ancient. They printed them at reception. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again, unless the rooms were updated. Check out my video on my channel, Izzy’s Travel Diaries, for more information.

For breakfast, it is recommended to go to the coffee bar in the opposite market. There are many choices and the price is cheap.

Hotels Near Dr. Med. Christoph Volberg In Neuss Review
The hotel and the apartment are in a secluded yard. We parked the car at the hotel entrance and there was no charge. The hotel has an underground car park that may charge. There is a road in front of the hotel for everyone to run on weekends. Suitable for self-driving travel, there is no supermarket hotel around
