I've been coming to this hotel regularly (unfortunately only yearly) for the last for the last ten years or so. It would be unfair to say that the quality was very good each time. The quality was always "good" however the staff have improved the experience in nuanced each year. Friendly and helpful always - regardless of their job. Compliments to all involved. The rooms are large, light and airy. Very well appointed and very well tended. Reception very friendly, efficient and accommodating. The breakfast is excellent and the staff here very friendly and accommodating - even when we on one occasion asked for breakfast 45 minutes earlier. No problem and as friendly as ever. We have eaten outside in the even - but mostly in the restaurant. As ever friendly and helpful staff, food quality is excellent. Good variety on the menu plus local or seasonal and local ware. When we are in the area, this is always the destination. If anything - the only "problem" would be that the hotel is now too well known - which means that you may not find a space to park! However the food and drinks in the restaurant are well worth the walk if you have to park around the corner!

Smaller but very comfortable hotel. Rooms are not fancy but everything is functional. A good rest is guaranteed. A fridge would be nice though for those who would stay longer. Great restaurant, steaks are fantastic. Fast and unrestricted WiFi. Parking place next to the building. Nice area for runners. Go north towards the Park house and then west. You pass terminal for small aircraft. Enter the 300m tunnel under taxiways. Don’t worry there’s a wide pedestrian way. Later go slightly left through the gate which is always open even for bikers. Follow the roads around the north runway and you end up again at the Park house. All together is about 11 km, just horse farms and forest.

The hotel doesn´t have enough parking spaces. I had to carry my luggage several hundred meters. My room wasn´t cleaned (properly). There were hairs in the bed, the shower and on the toilet seat. I found spiders and bugs on the floor and in the sink. The windows aren´t properly isolated hence the street noise disturbed my wish to sleep. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was great at a fair price. The hotel bar is a joke. The breakfast buffet is ok. The staff ist friendly.

Stayed here on a business trip. This is a airport hotel so practically so a short walk once you come out of the airport. It is a massive hotel. The lobby area is massive as well and also the restaurant where I had breakfast. Well I did arrive early as I had an early morning flight. I asked if I could get an early check in. While the official check in time was 3 PM they said the best they can do is 2 PM. Well I do understand hotel policies etc. on check in and check out times but since the hotel was not very busy with guests I expected them to give a room earlier without a charge. If the hotel was totally occupied and they have no option I understand but to be made to wait 5 hours to get the room which the hotel is not at full occupancy did not seem good at all. The hotel is quite old as it seems but still well maintained. Did not even get hotel WiFi access while I waited for my room for all these hours. The room was very big and spacious. I wanted to regulate the temperature in the room but the system was disabled. I called and they said it is completely centrally maintained and guests cannot adjust the settings. It was told I could open the windows in the room if I wanted to. Again this did not make much sense to me. Guest should have the right to make themselves comfortable with these settings and per their needs. To my surprise there was no kettle in the room. I called in to ask for one and they said at the room category I was booked in they do not provide a kettle and I needed a higher category room to get one. This was the biggest surprise of my stay. I have not seem kettle as a special utility in the room before. Wherever I have stayed it has always been standard. I paid a fair amount for my booking and something basic as kettle not provided was totally unexpected. The food experience was also quite okay. Overall not very satisfied with the stay.

I stayed overnight in the hotel with my family during trip to Poland. Very nice staff and I’ve met owner who was also very friendly. Breakfast with a lots of to choose from, everything very tasty. Small carpark but I managed to find a place and it was for free. Overall very good experience, only one very small negative was that both fringes in our room were broken which was a shame as it was hot day and it would be nice to cool down water and juice.

I recently stayed here on a business trip with a couple of colleagues. We had comfortable, yet very basic and dated rooms. The hotel staff were helpful, but the reception closes at 22:00. Fortunately I made it to the hotel at 21:50, after a delayed flight, and managed to check in for mywelf and my colleagues. The door is locked after 22:00 and the lift is also closed after this time, which meant my colleague had to carry her heavy bag to the 3rd floor up the stairs. The breakfast was better than I had expected with a good range of cold meats, cheese, brötchen, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and scrambled egg. I would attempt to find a different hotel next time, however, my company booked this hotel for us, so we didn't have a choice.
