Very nicely decorated and well-located hotel with great breakfast buffet. Staff was nice and they have storage options if you have to wait for check-in. Be mindful of the fact that the shower/sink area has no door so people can see you while taking a shower. There is a separate area (closed with a door) for the toilet but there is no sink in there so if you really think about it, it can be quite unhygienic. The daily cleaning service is quite poor. They only make the bed and air the room, but no cleaning of the bathroom or emptying of the trash bins. We got a room on the back side of the hotel and we could hear the trains all night, so if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room on the front side of the building.
The rooms Bed & Breakfast offers individually furnished rooms, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi access, and free parking in a quiet location near the Alte Donau recreation area. The individually designed rooms are furnished with many design pieces and feature spacious bathrooms. They can be found in a new building with a big terrace and a garden. The city centre can be reached in only a few minutes from the Kagran underground station, which is only a 2-minute walk away. The Austria Center and the UN headquarters can also be reached on foot from The rooms.Restaurants, a big shopping centre, and many leisure options are close by.
The hotel is very close to the U1 station, it is convenient to travel, just take 7 stops to get to the city! The hotel is located around the UN office in Vienna. The hotel is a tall building. It is very easy to find and the front desk is polite. The only thing that I don't understand is the room service! Because the hotel needs a room card to take power, the two of us have two room cards, and when we leave the hotel to go out to play, the room card will be taken away by the room attendant, the first time I took it, I will find the front desk to make up. One, I took it every day, then I was a little angry, so the safety can not be guaranteed, then I used my own card to get electricity (the beautiful room card of a hotel), and then the waiter took it for me! I want to know, what do you think? Have a relationship with you? Why are you taking my card? Why take my card? Is it hindering your room service? The room is big enough, and there is a restaurant on the platform. If you go from the restaurant, you can easily go to the subway station. As a result, on a rainy day, the hotel closed the platform restaurant and let the guests sway! Real cow! Impressed!
Location: Five minutes from U1 Alte Donau Metro Station, very convenient
Nearby: There is a Billa supermarket next door, basically everything
Lobby: Very clean and beautiful, courteous and patient reception, welcome drink and small cookies next door
Room: clean and comfortable, one of the best budget hotels in Europe I have stayed in
Appartement Hotel Marien-Hof enjoys a quiet but central location in Vienna and offers traditional-style rooms and apartments with free Wi-Fi and a garden. Jägerstraße Underground Station is 500 metres away. The Appartement Hotel Marien-Hof provides bright rooms and apartments with flat-screen TV, minibar, and seating area. All feature elegant chandeliers and wooden floors.Continental breakfast is available at the Marien-Hof Hotel.Free parking spaces are located in the Marien-Hof’s courtyard. Drivers are only 10 minutes from Stephansplatz Square and the Vienna Opera House.
Very close to the United Nations, very suitable for delegates to stay, taking advantage of the Danube, you can walk by the river, the environment is very beautiful. The room is very clean and has a kettle, which is very suitable for Chinese tourists. The breakfast is very generous and definitely worth the money.
A highly recommended hotel that lived a few years ago. Can provide multi-language services including Chinese. The young lady at the front desk was very warm and helpful. The room window is also very good, you can see the Danube, very close to the subway station. Almost perfect and impeccable.
The room was very clean and spacious, but there was no air conditioning. There are no disposable items such as toothbrushes and slippers, and a fan is provided in summer. There is free breakfast. The parking space costs 9.5 Euros all night and can be parked until 12:00 the next day. Slightly far from the Danube River, driving from the hotel to see the Danube River can go to the McDonald's free parking lot by the river, it is really difficult to find a place to park.
The apartment has a cooking stove and a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine, but you have to buy the ingredients yourself. Breakfast is not provided. The location is very good. It is 5 minutes walk to the beauty palace, and then 5 minutes walk to the Central Railway Station
Because watching other people's strategies are mixed, and I know that there is no reception to contact the hotel himself, he will wait for you at the door in an appointment. I contacted in advance and an uncle was waiting for me in the hotel. The people were very nice and gave us a lot of suggestions and told us how to play. It was great, but the hotel did n’t have toiletries. I had to bring my own. I stayed for two days. I did n’t have a hair dryer on the first day. I reflected with that person and brought one immediately the next day.
I decided to travel to Vienna. I feel that the environment is very good. Vienna is also great. The environment is also very clean. It has no drawbacks. I arrived in the middle of the night. There is no water seller around. I can only buy water from the hotel reception. I remember it is quite expensive.
Stayed for 3 nights in room 8 To check in, it turns out you need to go to another building 2 minutes down the same street at Boutiquehotel Stadthalle. Pretty straightforward checking in as I'd already booked online. The reception staff friendly, welcoming and could not have been nicer. Pension Stadhalle seems to be former apartments converted into hotel rooms. The bathroom looked like one of those cabins you see on a ship. The shower was separated from the rest of the bathroom with a curtain. I’m not that big, but even I thought the shower was cramped. I could not move without touching the shower curtain. A bit small, but functional and everything worked fine. The room came with a double bed, but it wasn't a real double bed. It was two singles placed together. There’s a very obvious gap in the middle which made sleeping there impossible. Even then I had the treat the bed as a single anyway because the duvet was for a single and there was only one pillow. I slept fine using only one side of the bed, but it really begs the question why there’s a double bed in the first place. All the toiletries were provided except soap and shampoo. Okay I understand that there’s a drive to be eco friendly and stop providing those miniature bottles. Considering that Pension Stadhalle is hardly at the bottom end of the budget market, surely dispensers for liquid soap or shampoo can be provided. Even some hostels do that. The room didn’t have much in the way of amenities either, no coffee, tea, kettle; normal things provided hotels in this sector of the market. I’ve stayed in Vienna before and pretty sure these are provided as standard in hotel rooms. The double bed took up pretty much the entire room. There was a chair, but no table to work on. The cleaning staff did a fine job of cleaning the room and bathroom every day, so kudos for that. Location wise, the hotel is not in the tourist district. That’s not really a problem because it’s close to several tram or metro stations, and then only a short journey into the centre. There’s several supermarkets, restaurants and cafes close by. The supermarket option doesn’t work that well if there’s no way to heat food though. Overall, I had a satisfactory stay, the staff were great, but I really do think that the hotel should rethinks the bed and amenities in the room.
The hotel is conveniently located between the train stations between MID and HBF. There are several routes to choose from in 5 minutes walk. You can buy Vienna traffic tickets for a very high price! The hotel can store luggage, has a refrigerator, a blower, the room is more spacious, the bed is very soft, there is air conditioning and heating. There are also many restaurants nearby. It is convenient to go to attractions. The shoe-shoe machine on the first floor of the lobby is good.
I live in a 4-person room. The room was fully booked around Easter, only a little further away.
There were also people who checked in late at night, and the service was very good. When I left at 4 am, there were staff members working energeticly. The nearest bus or subway is about 7 minutes walk. The bed was clean and comfortable.
The hotel was so intimate, knowing that we had specially prepared a crib with too many clothes to dry, and the waiter cleaned the room and offered to bring us another one. When checking in, the front desk gave the child a small gift. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, will choose this hotel next time I come to Copenhagen
Stayed a few nights here in December. The hotel is in an old historical type building, centrally located - walk outside and you're on a street with restaurants, shops, public trans a few minutes walk, etc. Room was so so. Beds ok, shower had very weak pressure, only source of heat was the radiator in the bathroom (central heat wasn't working...), view through windows just looked out at other rooms (I had an interior room), wi-fi worked fine. Bath did have the large, refillable soap/shampoo bottles, so good on them for being eco-friendly. Staff was kind enough. Breakfast fine, typical European breakfast with assortment of cheeses, meats, fruits, pastries. Overall, I thought it was more expensive than it should have been. Not a bad place to stay, but research hotels in the same vicinity first before making your selection.
The triple room is actually a standard room plus a bed but it doesn't crowd and stays comfortable for three days. The location is particularly good. Downstairs is the Starbucks McDonald's subway station about 200 meters. There are many clothing store ice cream shops nearby. Service is not bad, breakfast is not very rich, but in the end it is highly recommended.
This hotel was the best apartment we felt during our trip, and the viewing effect was very good. You can cook by yourself! If there is a chance to go to Austria, I must still live here. Anyway, I like it very much! !
Ok
I spent a few nights at the Westbahn hotel. As the name says it's situated right next to the Westbahnhof station, 2 minutes walking distance to the excellent Vienna public transportation that gets you everywhere with ease. Cross another street and you're on the famous Mariahilferstrasse with all the shopping and some nice places to go out for a beer or to eat. The room I had was nice and warm, with a comfortable double bed, tv, storage space and bathroom (separate toilet room). I didn't hear noise from outside traffic or from adjacent rooms. The staff was welcoming and professional. Also there's free coffee and tea in the lobby which is great when you're in a hurry and have no time to sit for breakfast.
The hotel is in a good location, very close to the city attractions and within walking distance. Although it is the top floor, but all aspects of the conditions are OK, the front desk service is also very good, the bed is also very soft!
Although, the location is not bad, you can walk to the commercial street; Although there is a park next to it, surrounded by greenery Although, breakfast is okay, However, the Armani, Intercontinental, Kempinski, and Mandarin hotels that lived in this line were more impressive than it, so this is the most unsatisfactory hotel. The price is not high, the evaluation
Love the vibes of this hotel ! The rooms are very confortable and quiet. Staff is also really nice. Maybe having more people for breakfast could be cool. Couldn't try everything as it was only one night there, but I have to say that the breakfast is just perfect. Fresh products, a lot of choice and super good ! Thanks for having us !
The hotel is quite standard, arranged on the second floor, the restaurant downstairs outside the window is drinking and chatting until midnight, not quiet. Breakfast is the same every day, but can be full, with hot milk and coffee, tea. There are no supermarkets or restaurants around the hotel, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to find a place to eat.
Location: The hotel is right next to the Belvedere Palace. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the Central Railway Station. You can also take the trams 18 and 0 on the train station square, 2 stops. The railway station is very convenient for transportation. There is a subway u1. There is a tram line D next to the hotel directly to the downtown Hofburg Palace, Heroes Square. Opposite the hotel is the Swiss Garden, which has a family name and tastes good. There are also some restaurants nearby. Room: We stayed in the smart room 610. The room was really small, and two 28-inch tiles could not walk. I saw the next room, although the room type is the same, but the area will be larger. The ceiling is not renovated, all are bare, I don’t know if it is industrial wind. The shower is completely transparent, and it would be embarrassing if it weren't for a couple. The bathroom is a separate room. The room has heating, the quilt and pillows are comfortable and clean, and the cleaning is very clean. We went out during the day, the box was unlocked, and there were passports, bank cards and euro cash. Back to the hotel things are in good condition. The bed is 1.5 meters, and the place is small and there is absolutely no extra bed. Because it is close to the road and there is a construction site nearby, it has been very noisy, and the other side may be better. Breakfast was not enjoyed, not seen in the downstairs, it is quite rich. The first floor of the hotel is a restaurant and the food looks good. Service: Very good, we are in Vienna at 11 o'clock in the morning, it is generally 2 o'clock in the afternoon, then the hotel arranged for us to stay directly. Because my mother had a accident at the train station, she needed to go to the hospital for treatment. After telling the hotel, I checked the nearby hospital and set a taxi for me. Because the forehead is swollen, the doctor said that as long as it is cold, I will go to the restaurant several times a day for ice. Service ecology is very good, give me a towel, really intimate In short, it is highly recommended.
For a three star hotel this establishment was excellent. From the minute we entered the concierge could not do enough for us. In fact he booked for us three good restaurants for our three nights before we even went up to the room. We had a family room with a large double and two singles for our boys. A bit tight but perfectly adequate with a good bathroom. We were allowed a late check out and they also arranged our airport pick up and return. Breakfast buffet was included and was more than good with plenty of everything - except for no crispy bacon. Maybe next time.
There is a tram stop downstairs, 200 meters to the subway station, there is a small supermarket downstairs, several restaurants, breakfast shop, pharmacy. The hotel is on the 3rd floor and can be taken by elevator on the 1st floor. The sound insulation effect of the room is relatively poor. The door lock is the key and is relatively old. There is a fan and heating in the room, the bathroom is OK, no toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, no safe in the room, hair dryer, need a kettle to find the front desk.
The Bristol Hotel, which was visited for two days, is one of the legendary luxury hotels in the country and even in Europe. Since its opening in 1892, countless celebrities have left their footprints and attracted cultural elites from all over the world. Russian composer Anton Rubinstein, Italian composer Puccini, West City story creator Leonard Bernstein, US President Roosevelt, Prince of Wales Charles, United Nations Secretary-General Annan, Paul McCartney and others have also stayed here. The location of the hotel is also very good, across the street is the Vienna State Opera, a few minutes walk to the Vienna Golden Hall, shopping streets, subway stations and tram stops are within easy reach. As for the room, although the area is not large, but the hardware and software are really not simple, the kung fu is in the details, it feels very comfortable, the hotel also has a small gift for the guests, very intimate [jumping] plus the room Under the celebrity effect, the environment for morning dining is very elegant, the ingredients are carefully selected, and the protocol is also very professional, so the overall experience is very good, although the price is not low, but it is still worth to feel .
Thanks for a great stay. The location is great for transport to / from the airport. The rooms are cool. Simple, but good quality wood furnishings with a grate shower. Shower Gel smells great A great in house radio / audio system Friendly service & good breakfast
As many have said, the big selling point of this hotel is its location - turning right out of the entrance and up a nice set of stone stairs leads you to a large shopping street with many of the usual brands you are accustomed to. Shortly down this street is an underground stop. Perfect. The hotel itself is like an another time period - very old and dated - its like walking into a care home in terms of decor. Check in was easy enough, pleasant staff at reception throughout. The rooms are basic - squeaky beds, terrible pillows, TV, an actual modern looking bathroom (with hairdryer), TV and decent amount of wardrobe space. One interesting addition ive not come across before is an outdoor shutter you can control from inside which comes down and provides complete darkness thus you aren't woken by the sun in the morning. A nice touch. A thing to remember when checking out is that there isn't much storage space for luggage and if you think the station has lots of lockers you'd be mistaken - get your bag in early if you're on a late flight out. Overall, a nice place to stay, supported really by its great location.
The hotel is worth recommending. It is less than 5 minutes away from the subway and the railway station. It is just around the corner. The subway can connect to various attractions in the city, and it can connect to Salzburg, Prague, etc. for medium and long distances. It is very convenient. There is a small supermarket in the station shopping mall. , Catering. The hotel’s kitchen supplies are complete, although the rooms are few and everything is complete, clean and sanitary, the shower is comfortable, there is also heating, and I will continue to choose next time
Pension Neuer Markt Slip up Seilergasse from the Pension Neuer Markt about half a block, past the wurst stand and there you are in the shadow of the Stephansdom, Vienna’s premier cathedral dedicated to the martyr St Stephen. Neur Markt’s location in the inner city of Vienna cries convenience which is the biggest asset of this modest pension. In a huge older building, the Pension occupies three floors of six. To enter one must press a buzzer on the outside door and the main desk on second floor will buzz you into the dark lobby where there is thankfully a lift. Inside the Pension is under renovation however our third floor spacious room has been completed. Our bathroom is large, clean and contains a huge tub and shower. Lofty windows on the outer wall overlook Seilergasse and provide lots of light. A comfy double bed is on one wall and matching couch on the other. A huge closet hugs next to bed. At breakfast in a lovely parlor we are pleased to see the great selection of bread, cold cuts, cheese, and fresh fruit. Of course, hard boiled eggs are by request and tea or coffee. Around the corner is Kartner Strasse the main shopping district of Vienna complete with a large restaurant population. If you are hungry after hours the Pension has a supermarket inside and you get a discount.
Location is okay, modern decoration, u4 subway when going out, it is recommended to buy a 24-hour ticket for public transportation, subway, trams, buses are all available, walking distance from Schönbrunn Palace, about 10 minutes, and 15 minutes from downtown Less than minutes, eating a lot outside the hotel! I stayed for 3 nights and the room was upgraded for free, but I paid a deposit of 50 Euros. I do n’t know when I can refund it. There is no city tax!
The radiotherapy is very clean, close to the subway station and the Danube, it is very convenient to travel, the car can be parked on the side of the hotel road. The lobby is clean and comfortable. There is a corner garden outside, where you can eat in the garden. It is suitable for traveling with children for the whole family and also suitable for business trips alone. Very manager, super cost-effective!
It’s a good hotel in a center of Vienna. I was glad to meet the wonderful administrators Camelia, Andrea and Milena at reception desk. I really appreciate their help. These girls are very attentive to any request, they help and explain any situation, they’re professional. This is very important nowadays, especially for elderly people. Thank you for taking care and support! I’ll stay at your place again with big pleasure. Ludmila.
Why go to Vienna if you aren't going to experience the old world charm of this city? Escape the chunky, plastic furniture and clinical atmosphere of the many franchise hotels that have sprung up in the world capitals these days. Domizil has an unbeatable location 1 1/2 blocks from the cathedral & in front of the street the Mozart family lived on. A stone's throw from restaurants, boutiques, souvenir shops, convenience stores, churches, stationery shops & bookstores, you'll find everything a few steps away. Crystal chandeliers, accents of period furniture & artwork, brass fittings, warm wood, & homey charm greet you as you step off the street. The breakfast buffet is outstanding with food to appeal to whatever culture, appetite or dietary goals you have. The staff is organized, smiling, ultra-friendly & onsite 24/7. The comfort of the room is good, the bathroom is spacious, 4th floor water pressure just great, the little closet & tiny fridge just right. The bed is hard, but I prefer that & had a memorable 2-week stay at this gem. Subway stations, buses, & trams within 3 blocks.
We booked this hotel, but it turned out to be closed. The owners only informed us weeks after booking and shortly before traveling. They rebooked us to another branch very nearby, stating that it would have the same quality (mercure Wien Zentrum). Meanwhile other hotel rates had increased so we had little choice to accept, but we regretted it during our stay. The hotel room was very hot as the AC doesnt work properly during the Viennese summer. Opening the window was not an option. All windows are street facing. Our room was directly above the entrance with noise from people entering and leaving, but also of loud drivery trucks than kept their engines running. Complaints were not addressed during our stay.
