The location is very convenient, just a few steps from the sea, right on the Metromare bus stop between Rimini and Riccione train stations. You can drive to Rimini Station in just 10 minutes. There are many shops, pharmacies, kebabs, restaurants, pizzerias, and even a fresh fruit market around the hotel. A family hotel run by a good family wholeheartedly, including a dog. Clean the room every day. I recommend this hotel.

I booked a superior room and was given a standard, not a major deal but the rooms are very small - VERY. There is little room for any suitcases or items. The hotel is clean, but one concern is they write the room number on the electronic keys - security issue as you have to return keys on checkout or charged The hotel located closer to the commercial section vs tourist section. The room temperature is controlled at main desk for the room which is ridiculous, they closet the temperature even though you have thermostat in room it does nothing There is parking but it is very tight onsite. Overall we had a nice stay but not getting our room we reserved or refunded the difference in price is not acceptable for a hotel to do

The staff were really excellent. One of the friendliest and nicest hotels I have stayed in in a long time. Big shout out to Cristian who went above and beyond! The only improvement I would suggest would be for kettles for tea and coffee in the rooms. (A standard for UK guests)

This building in Miramare (Riccione) is very close to the sea and just few kimeters to Rimini city centre. The apartment has everything you need for your staying: equipped kitchen with oven, ac, washmachine, TV and all is brand new. Nero d'avorio aparthotel has reception, parking lot and a lovely swimming pool. You may need a car or public buses to explore cities around.I tried to leave in advance my apartment here for personal reasons but unfortunately this request could not be satisfied.

Check in is very fast! Just register your ID card and 2 euros! The room key should be hung at the front desk when going out and cannot be taken away. The food that I pack from the restaurant outside cannot be put in the refrigerator at the front desk, only medicines can be stored. It is a law and regulation. The front desk said it could help me heat it in the microwave in the morning. The room is well ventilated, with two floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. Standing on a small balcony and looking at the trees and roads outside, it feels good. There are chairs and three lines for drying clothes. Many people are watching towels. I guess I went to the beach to swim. The bathroom in the room is good, there are foot towels, two medium towels and one large towel. I can use it alone! The TV is small, all in Italian. There are three free biscuits on the table. The hotel is a 6-minute walk from No. 42 on the beach. There are many family hotels nearby, all of them seem to be three stars. The front desk is friendly. The bar is open 24 hours a day, and in the evening many people are drinking below. Wi-Fi requires email registration, which is very powerful at night. It seems that many people use Wi-Fi in the afternoon and morning, which is not easy to use! Check out is also very fast!

We stayed here for seven days as a family of five in two rooms. The rooms were fine with some view, and we did not hear any noices from the outside. Room one: Fridge did not work. Air condition did not work last day. Issue with fridge was fixed. Room two: When we arrived a strong smell of urin came from the bathroom and shower. Old urin on the toilet paper. Told the front desk, but the person did not seem to bother. Decided to write a mail to the hotell, and in the middle of the night they asked if we wanted a new room. ( We traveld as a family and wanted rooms close) and after a long travel and the fact that it was in the middle of the night, we decided to stay. I cleaned the bathroom myself next day.. We also had a problem with a blinking light and the telephone did not work, both were fixed. The aircondition was also a problem.. It never worked properly. The last night i woke up with problems breathing. We got a new room to sleep in, but that was just as bad. The staff then was complaining that i already had sat down in the bed, that the aircondition was working, he had no more roms… This was in the middle of the night, all i wanted was to sleep. Finaly we got yet another room, this time the room had a working aircondition and the room was cold by the morning. We found out last day that there was an error in all the hotell rooms with the aircondition. This plus a sink that didnt work last day either.. The sink could not be fixed untill next day we were told. We did not get any compensation… Another issue was the swimmingpool. The edge and the wood around the pool is rotten. One of us fell there. This is dangerous. The biggest issue is the lack of hospitality and service-minded staff. They seems to be not so interesed in you. They speak VERY little english and do not want to understand you. We did have three very nice waiters; one lady that gave us coffe and two boys. One named Tomasi/Tomas giving us icecream and another one from the hotell we meet in oldtown. The pool boy was also nice!

We were in this hotel for 15 days. We immediately found ourselves well. Family driving makes you feel comfortable. PET FRIENDLY Hotel completely. If you want your dog always with you, you are in the right place. The hotel has a very comfortable bed (not all hotels), super friendly and available cleaning staff. Lunch and dinner, great until the chef has been out for a few days. Unfortunately, the difference was felt but, before our departure, he returned to be able to close in beauty. The strategic place, in front of the dogs beach!!! Experience to repeat!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff are charming and very friendly. We checked in on my birthday and on going back to our room the first night I was delighted to find a bottle of Prosecco, some cakes and a card from the staff as they had noticed the date on my passport. Lovely pool area. Pre dinner drinks were very well accompanied by complementary nibbles, which is a lovely touch. Breakfast great with nice coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, lots of good choice and friendly wait staff. Would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly return the next time I visit Rimini.
