This room is set for the boss, larger than the smart superior room, there is a small living room, the overall living is more comfortable. I originally booked to stay for two nights, because the temporary news felt that Russia was not safe, and I left the store one day earlier. The platform helped coordinate with all its efforts, and finally refunded the full amount of two rooms for one night each, and praised the platform!

I stayed at this hotel when I flew to Domodedovo. Very convenient, especially for flights at night. When I was full, I had breakfast and dinner, all of which were made up at the buffet. If you have any shortcomings in the room, you can ask at the front desk. The room was very quiet and I didn't hear the neighbor's voice.

Останавливался в отеле на одну ночь, была стыковка в Домодедово. Понадеялся на сервис отеля международной сети, но зря. Сообщил в отель о времени прибытия дважды. Получил автоматический ответ, что трансфер из аэропорта ходит каждые 15 и 45 минут часа. На выходе из Домодедово позвонил в отель, где мне менеджер Алина сообщила, что мои уведомления не считаются, мне надо было когда-то заранее еще как-то и где-то записаться на трансфер. Ближайших двух трансферов по расписанию не будет, поэтому предложила брать такси за свой счет или ждать трансфер на морозе более часа. Для информации - езды до отеля ровно 7 минут. В отеле никто за этот бардак не извинился, денег за такси конечно не вернули, а поддержка сети Ibis просто пересылает сообщения в отель, где на них никто не отвечает. На следующий день ситуация достигла апогея - стал свидетелем, как выезжающим из отеля водитель сказал, что никуда их не повезет, гордо проследовал мимо рецепшена в столовую на ланч, а менеджер Алина просто стояла, потупив глаза и объявила, что вчерашней записи на обратный трансфер у людей нет. Мой вопрос, всегда ли у них такой бардак с трансфером остался без ответа. То есть если смена в отеле поменялась, то концов уже не найдешь. При этом водитель трансфера сам себе хозяин и никто ему не указ, включая весь менеджмент международной сети отелей. Судя по отзывам здесь, порядок с трансфером не могут навести года три минимум. Ожидание: отель международной сети со стандартным уровнем сервиса. Реальность: Обман с трансфером и неквалифицированный персонал. Душные номера с глухими окнами, бардак в коридоре. Отсутствие чайных и прочих принадлежностей в номере.

Cooking perfectly, we had free breakfast and lunch on the main menu, all the dishes are really delicious. The hotel is new, a couple of years as built, inside everything is clean, clean, there is no complaint, may be a little bright and pompous, a-la Rickes in Abu Dhabi, but it is my personal opinion.Surprising that all this costs only 5,000 a day, I will say at once that the restaurant is not cheap, But it is exactly worth your money.
