      The hotel is very close to the airport ,good is part is they have a shuttle bus that picks up people from the airport after every hour so anytime you arrive you can save up by not taking taxis and wait for the shuttle bus.At the hotel the reception guys are super friendly and quite fast,we were assisted by Peter and he was super friendly and helpful in many ways.The rooms are clean and we had the one with the airport views which was quite refreshing.The hotel also have free shuttle bus facilities of taking people out to the beach ,Dubai mall and Deira city center on certain fixed times that you should check out with the reception.The breakfast is very good and I believe it accommodates people from different nationalities.We really enjoyed our 14 days stay at the hotel and I highly recommend holiday inn express Dubai

      I stayed at this hotel apartment for 2 1/2 months. I can only say good things about it and will definitely stay there again. The rooms are cleaned regularly, towels changed, sheets changed, toiletries refilled, garbage removed, etc. Anytime there was any issue with the room the staff resolved it to my satisfaction immediately. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very large and included a bedroom with TV, living room with TV, kitchen, balcony, and dining area along with two bathrooms. There is even a washer in the room and a clothes rack. The front desk staff are very helpful for anything you need and are available 24/7. There is also a security guard in the lobby 24/7. Excellent staff and excellent building. Location is also within walking distance to shopping mall, grocery stares, restaurants, medical facilities, ATMs, and bars. This is the only place I will ever stay in Dubai for my future visits.

Imagine going into an hotel in Dubai finding no one to talk in a proper way not even in Arabic which is the mother tongue of UAE. So disappointented especially after they charged me twice for my stay and when i told him you charged through booking and now i already paid. He said that was the insurance and if it was the isurance he must have asked me if i want to pay it by card or in cash. The Riva beach club is also fabulous Yes the apartment is a bit dated in some places, but really the space, views, air conditioning unit, balcony, open plan kitchen, more than compensate for any minor issues like the odd mark on furniture And I thought the value for money was excellent We paid more for the first 3 days in a hotel, by the lakes and were woken up every night by party revellers down below... we couldn’t wait to get somewhere more idyllic and quiet.. The security in each building also makes you feel safe and staff are very helpful (especially when your card stops working) :-) and the staff at the royal club desk are so helpful too The beachside residences are just perfect for this and I would thoroughly recommend. There is also a pool next door to block 5 though we didn’t use any of the pools , preferring to sit on the beach Looking forward to returning again one day soon
